Add garlic, and cook, stirring, for less than a minute. Add artichoke hearts, stir to coat with garlic flavor, then remove from heat, and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;3.    Spread spaghetti sauce over the prepared pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese, then place the artichoke hearts and garlic over the cheese. Arrange tomato slices evenly over the top.&lt;br /&gt;4. Place sliced garlic between the breast and its skin.  Place chicken in large roasting pan, breast side upand brush all over with 3 tablespoons of the melted butter.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Roll potatoes in remaining butter.  Place potatoes and onions in roasting pan with chicken. Roast for about 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and continue roasting 45-50 minutes longer or until leg joint moves easily.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pour lemon juice over chicken, then transferchicken, potatoes and onions to platter and keep warm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Skim fat from pan juices. Add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into gravy boat.
