During my unlawful arrests, officers at Huddersfield police were heard discussing packaged holidays in Spain.

One of these arrests, for an alleged breach of bail which happened after reporting terrorist activity at Kirklees Council, came immediately after I contacted KMC-legal for representation. During my 3 day detention, officers asked to be allowed to access my wallet in order to obtain a business card for a different solicitors, which they allegedly could not find. When I returned home, I noticed several unauthorised transactions on my bank account, which were to a museum in Madrid - not too far from Marbella.

Notice how their name is very similar to a legitimate solicitors, who do not do criminal defence, with only a single character differentiating their website - kmc-legal.co.uk with the genuine firms, kmclegal.co.uk . Plain evidence that something illicit is happening.

These transactions appeared after my wallet was accessed by police officers in Bradford

Also, after reporting these to the fraud office, an arrest was made of an officer working in Bradford who made fraudulent transactions, including using a dead persons bank card.\

At the same time, a targeted blackmail/extortion email campaign was enacted against myself, with hundreds of messages of personalised messages appearing in my inbox. When I informed KMC-legal of this, they attempted to dismiss it as ordinary spam. After I reported them, the campaign was restarted but stopped immediately when I began forwarding the messages to their inbox.

This was their initial response:

I have read through the below message that you have sent. These are spam messages that people send out to a mass of people in the hope that it will scare some of them into making payments. My advice would be to completely ignore them, change your passwords regularly and don't click on any links or emails which look like they are coming from these addresses/ are trying to blackmail you. The likelihood is they do not have any information on you apart from your password and are just trying to make money off you. For example, notice how they refer to you as "fish" which is part of your email and not "Mark" or "Fisher". This is probably because they don't actually know your name.
Many people I know receive these sorts of emails and all of them contain the exact same message with just the name and password changed. Therefore I would not worry that it is a specifically targeted email, it is just someone trying to make money out of scaring people.

However, we can see from the content of the messages and their subject line that the campaign was targeted at me personally:

They also attempted to lie to the courts, which has been reported to the regulation authority and the fraud squad.

It is quite obvious that these events are connected.

The fake evidence was used by corrupt district judge Michael Fanning to issue a hospital order, having me locked up indefinitely!

Strangely, only Maxwell's rags covered the story, here in the Daily Mirror, and here in the Huddersfield Examiner.

The allegations of mental illness were quickly disproved, with the arrest of pedophile Neil Gilpin, who had been pardoned several times by the same court.

My imprisonment coincided with the corrupt "operation midland", where my close friend Sir Edwin Bramall was wrongfully arrested and had his private apartment searched, after a series of unsubstantiated allegations were raised by pedophile Carl Beech, who had been previously been spotted spying around my home.

My arrest and capture was to prevent me discovering the "operation midland" because I had previously wreaked revenge against a different corrupt machination by these officers - the failed "operation ore", where I penetrated the shoddy webserver (which had no password) and simply erased all the data on C:\ .

This is the pub where Ian Watkins would met with a group of employees, Richard Tasker and Andrew Wright, where a secret wifi network was found.

The routers were strangely positioned opposite the ladies toilet, when there was an empty shelf above the stairwell that would have been ideal. A simple network sniffer revealed that there was an additional network installed, that had internet access. Our researcher penetrated this, and was physically ill.

Multiple reports from credible sources indicate that PC Robert Leach 2703 of Huddersfield is a predatory sex offender.

Here we see him acting strangely as he follows my wife around during a mental health episode. The officer is later seen creeping around outside our home before sneaking behind the buildings to pop out at the door, imagining that he was avoiding the camera.

Leach is implicated in a bloody battle inside an ambulance

During another episode, around the same time, she managed to cut an artery and had to be hospitalised as well as being arrested. As the ambulance began to leave he leapt into the back and positioned himself alongside her. Outside, we could hear her begin to yell, saying "let go of my hair" and "rape! he's trying to rape me!".

Reaching into her handbag, she found that the officer had taken her rape alarm.

Officer Leach had grabbed her by the throat, pulling her partly over and pinning her with his bodyweight whilst attempting to remove her clothing. During the struggle he deliberately tore away her bandage and manipulated her bleeding arm so that fountains of blood fell around her breasts and groin area, saturating her clothes and covering the floor of the ambulance.

He repeatedly tried to grab at her breasts and groin, and received multiple blows as a result. Despite my wife's weakness from loss of blood she was still able to fend off the rogue officer who had taken it upon himself to conduct this brutal assault.

In this case unfortunately, charges were dropped by CPS despite a rake of evidence.

A young couple were needlessly jailed whilst starting a young family, over a minor offence which escalated after they attempted to deceive the authorities.

Fazila Loonat's partner Afshin Amini was captured driving her car at 39mph on a 30mph road in Dewsbury in 2020.

Barrister Jayne Beckett, for Loonat, said she was "terrified of prison". "She's very tearful today and obviously distressed for her children. "This is a really huge and very sad fall from grace." Barrister Susannah Proctor, for Amini, said he was also frightened at the prospect of going to prison and had expressed genuine remorse. She added he had played a lesser role and was not the prime mover.

Their replacement has now been suspended from Labour for antisemitism

A Kirklees councillor has been suspended from the Labour Party after being accused of sharing antisemitic content on social media. Ebrahim Dockrat is under investigation by the party, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS).

The Batley East councillor was elected in August's by-election and took the seat of former councillor Fazila Loonat who received a jail sentence for perverting the course of justice in an attempt to avoid a speeding penalty.

PC Mates has failed to understand a vital part of the judicial process - actual evidence.

She appears to imagine that evidence can just be created or drawn up on-the-fly, without leaving the comfort and safety of Huddersfield police station.

For some reason she showed up wearing her uniform - was she on duty, perhaps directing traffic inside the court?

She'd obviously been up all night creating evidence, but for some reason it wasn't accepted by the court. Perhaps she'd forgotten to take it off.

The same tactic was used against me succesfully on two previous occasions.

In 2015 I was convicted for malicious communications after a pedophile gang accessed my system illegally and posted incriminating messages.

Then in 2021 I was convicted for misuse of a public network, under public order, afer the ring again made an illegal access. Although there was no plaintif, the court issued a restraining order that I was to make no further contact with an individual to whom I had made no actual contact with.

Then, miraculously, after a further illegal access involving the theft of actual equipment, it was declared from nowhere that the order had been breached.

The original date that the officers gave for the alleged breach was altered at a later hearing - after equipment containing probable CCTV evidendence of the intrusion was confiscated after false claims of racism were made - for using the word "black" wuth reference to an african person, shown threatening me and my partner in this clip here:

These are just a few instances of the harassment conducted against myself, and against my friends and family, by the ring, right here in Huddersfield, with the co-operation of council members and police officers.

Back in July, I received a mysterious visit from two individuals known to me as suspect members of a dark-web pedophile ring.

Rewards paid for further information.

This happened after I called them out over numerous bogus complaints, instigated by a group on the terrorism watch list in connection with the Manchester Arena bombing in 2017, who live in the same area.

The suspects retracted the letter that they had attempted to server, without their ID, and sent an updated version. This contains numerous errors which will be highlighted in court when these crooks are brought to justice.

No law in the land can prevent me from filming potential terrorist activities in the area, and I am free to post these wherever I wish.

Here is an example of a local resident confessing to being a child abuser, after kicking out at the dog.

Thankfully, I have a dangerous animals license and am legally peritted to keep any kind of animal whatsoever at my home. This is not in dispute. There are no instances of the dog being used "to intimidate or frighten people" - in fact these unsavoury characters are specifically targeting the animals, and in their discord server are films of small babies being devoured by large dogs, which are distributed as part of a large child abuse network.

Finally, the path in my front garden is NOT degnated as communal - it is for residents access only, and is not a meeting ground for drug parties!

As I have reported elsewhere, the alleyway was used during the planning of the Arena Bombing, and strange items have been spotted being conveyed along my front path to the flats behind.

This officer attempted to deliver a warning letter in the company of another man claiming to be from Kirklees Council - however, neither he nor the councillor appeared to have the necessary documentation and were acting outside the jurisdiction of their job function, as well as breaking the law.

He and the "council worker" came pottering along with their own little script lined up, which quickly crumbled to ashes when they failed to produce the required documentation, and waddled away doing the walk of shame, leaving a foul stench and a mess which required strong bleach to remove.

The man has also been spotted being caught red-handed in an undercover child abuse

As well as this, the warning letter they delivered, but failed to issue correctly, is directly orchestrated to facilitate the use of the land around these premises by hard-crime rings, including drug use and child trafficking. The nearby flats are occupied by a mixture of child abusers and drug addicts, who are hired by the rings to carry out their dirty work - fortunately, with very limited success.

Near to this disaster zone are purpose-built bungalows designed for elderly and disabled people, as well as slightly larger flats built for small families.

The concealed yard, although covered by cameras from all angles, is for some reason seen as a desirable place to carry out deals and transporting peculiar-looking items.

The area is also known to have been frequented by the arena bomber in the time leading up to the attack.

The letter received on 7/3/2023 states that council workers were "refused entry" on the 14th - except no workers visited on that day as is verifiable on CCTV. Mr Fisher had specifically remained at the property the whole day.

The only attempt Kirklees made to contact Mr Fisher beforehand was in the form of a brief letter stating that workers would attend on the 14th. No workers arrived at the property.

What on earth could have become of them? Very strange activity has been noticed in this area, including the deaths of almost all the residents in the surrounding properties over a very short space of time!

Were they simply skiving? Or did they attend one of the "secret" meetings that go on in the seedy dens that the council laughingly refers to as an "estate"! How dare they!

This letter was received on 28/12/2022.

It looks like a repeat of the fiasco we had in Marsden, where a colleague of mine had rescued an alsation from an abuse gang who then tried to destroy the animal using leverage in the police and courts.

The dog is little more than a pup, and is completely harmless. However, I can see how this might be seen as a problem by the ring, as they had earmarked the alley near my house for their activities.

Council vans have been spotted parked in odd places, at odd hours - they have also been spotted making what appear to be drop-offs. Probably drugs, but may include children, hence the need for the larger vans.

A few years ago, whilst visiting a bar where Tasker was manager, a friend informed me that he'd noticed a hidden network on their wifi. Looking deeper, we found a hidden router. The location of the networking gear was highly suspicious - given that most of the cables went upstairs, there was an ideal location for the gear in an alcove at the foot of the stairwell. However this stood empty. Perhaps because it could easily be seen by anyone descending the stairs. They had chosen a very smelly old broom cupboard looking into the female toilets. The routers had been packed away behind piles of cloth, and at first it seemed that there was only one there - so where could this mysterious signal be coming from? Then we found that part of the wall had been hacked away, leaving just enough space to hide a very small wifi router. However it was one of the ones where you can press a button and have the key broadcast to every device in radius. So he proceeded to connect his phone and began to capture traffic.

When I next saw him, his face was green. He couldn't articulate. He kept looking at me, and nodding his head but no words came from him. This deterred me from further investigation, given that I have a long-term physical illness and could not risk a relapse.

It's not possible that this could have been hidden from staff and owners. Also, the pub had been frequented by devils such as Ian Watkins from the band Lost Prophets, and strange groups of people who weren't known locally seemed to be coming and going at strange intervals.

What law in the land does 5340 Mates of Huddersfield imagine can allow her to prevent a person from installing thier own security camera and filming their own front garden through their own bedroom window?

This letter came recently from Mates. She states that she has visited the property - why did she not leave a card? Why has she not disclosed the dates so that her alleged visits may be verified on the very same camera that she sees as her enemy?

She has been colluding with these people who have been spotted on numerous occasions sneaking around behind my property, causing acts of vandalism, and filming with their phones into my kitchen and bathroom during times when I had guests who where using the shower during the times of these incidents.

They have also been captured trying to goad the young dog that lives here, in an attempt to make him turn fierce.

These and many other incidents have all been captured for all time on this tiny camera.

PC Mates has also been seen sneaking around my property, along with sex offender Richard Tasker, during the time that she alleges I made posts on social media in breach of a mysterious restraining order imposed as part of the sentence for a public order offense - that of being "grossly offensive on a public network" yet no explanation was given as to why the order was put in place. She refuses to supply the URL of the posts, instead producing crudely constructed print-outs of supposed screen-shots - however, without the original binaries, we cannot examine these to ensure their validity.

It seems as though the officers deliberately arranged the restraining order in advance, then in collaboration with Tasker, entered my home and interfered with equipment in such a way as to create some kind of breach of the order, which they then arrested me and are attempting to prosecute me for.

However, they have been very vague as to the location and nature of these alleged posts, presumably in an attempt to elude detection.

Mark is well known by the police for taking out cyber-revenge against bogus operations, whilst supporting genuine ones. Upon discovering that Operation Ore (which even had Pete Townsend arrested!) was fraudulent, having wasted their funds on a cheap and nasty web front end whilst living it up on holiday, it took him around 30 minutes to destroy their computer and to have their offices raided by defense staff which he watched live on an open camera found using the shodan internet device search engine. He also helped to reverse engineer a network of covert sites run by pedophile ring, resulting in a series of arrests worldwide.

Mark Fisher has also been seen in the company of senior defense staff, and although the extend of his involvement here has not been disclosed, he is rumoured to have worked on defense projects.

Interestingly, the pedophile ring takedown occured shortly after the MOD released a public statement basically authorising agents to use the skills taught at the MOD against human traffickers and internet pedophile rings.

So the police cartel decided that Mark had to be "covered up" before their raids, otherwise their cover would be blown. Along with his colleague Andrew Kelly (a bloodline descendent of the outlaw Ned Kelly) had thwarted repeated attempts on their lives by using social media to alert diconnected third parties in their extensive networks to the danger that they were in, focing them to make the step of public disclosure of the operation set. This came in conjunction with their usage of multiple internet services in conjunction to store gathered evidence in a way that could not easily be deleted by the hackers who repeatedly entered our systems.

Thanks to well-meaning socialists, the outdated laws governing the internet meant that it was very easy for the cartel to conjure up a stack of false charges, which they used to imprison Mark during the raids. District Judge Micheal Fanning sentenced him to be locked up with the key thrown away under a hospital order, the private details of which were leaked to the press and published without his consent, solely by the Maxwell/Trichan cartel - no other papers carried the story due to legal reasons.

Firstly though, we should point out that the subject of Marks "malicous communications" finally received a ten year sentence for child rape after being cleared several times for similar offences by Huddersfield Magistrates Court - however the doctors refused to release him for almost a full year, until protests and activism by staff and patients at the hospital put them in a very awkward position. He was eventually released and in 2018 was discharged back to his GP with no apparent symptoms.

In 2015 Maxwell papers, namely the Daily Mirror and Examiner Live, Huddersfield (also Yorkshire Live) illegally leaked medical details belonging to our researcher.

There are two cover-ups here - the child abusing judo coach who walked free from Huddersfield court multiple times, yet was given a ten year sentence elsewhere, and who formed the subject of the articles that were construed as "trolling" by a "fantasist", and the case of the actual fantasist Carl Beech, who, along with corrupt officers in the Met, targeted responsible and reputable members of the establishment, including Field Marshall Lord Bramall who appears to have been deliberately prevented from contacting Mark Fisher to provide a statement proving his innocence, given that Sir Edwin is one of his godparents and lifelong friend.

Tracking the timeline between a series of criminal assaults and suspicious activity by Kirklees Council officials.

Despite having been warned that this matter is now in police hands, rather than wait until the investigation into his involvement in a child trafficking ring is concluded, this councillor panics and decides to escalate. This was his preference, rather than resolve the issue described here by apologising.

Let's go through the issues raised here, one by one.

I have direct evidence of collusion between your officer and criminal gangs, coincident on the timeline with the threatening material delivered to me from Kirklees Council. OF COURSE THIS IS REPORTED TO THE POLICE! Every message I receive from Kirklees Council gets sent to the police immediately, before I even read it myself.

You arranged to meet yourself at my home, which you did, as we can see on the recording from my security camera. You had already been informed that the matter had been handed over to the police and were to make no further contact, pending the investigation of your officer for child trafficking.

The "communication into your service" does not fit the legal definition of harassment, since it was in response to needless and pointless communications from your office that were of a threatening and provocatory nature, comprising part of a continued harassment campaign against myself that has been ongoing as described in this article: Colne Valley's Urban Cartel. Your office made several point of contact, none of which were by an officer "going about her duty".

The only "distress" that I have caused to your officer was to inform her, and the public, of the suspicious nature of her activities

She was actually parked in her car watching the incident where I was mugged by cartel members in an attempt to steal my mobile device in order to plant false evidence and to harass my contacts, that resulted in these serious injuries to myself:

My only contact with this office, both in private and in public, has been in response to harassment originating at that office!

These are not "officers carrying out their roles" - the original contact, which came a few days before the assault, was a bogus claim that I had unecessary items stored outside my home. The following photographs prove that there are no such items.

She appears cognizant of, and even supportive of, the current craze of shoplifting rings going door to door, and dropping in on pubs and shops, selling meat stolen from a local butchers. When apprehended doing their "work", the gang turn nasty and attack the shop staff.

I don't think that the clause in my tenancy about anti-social behaviour can apply to highlighting misdemeanours and criminal connections among the staff at Kirklees Council!

The officers distress at being informed that she would shortly be under investigation as part of a trafficking ring was caused by her own actions - not my short communications to THE PUBLIC EMAIL ADDRESS OF A PUBLIC SERVICE.

Earlier this month I received the following erroneous communication from Julie Stephenson at Kirklees Council.

And you can also see, none of Stephenson's personal details were exposed. However, rather than resolve the issue with an apology, she took the provocatory step of attempting to involve the police.

On top of this, she has also attempted to maintain that my posting a video exposing her misdeeds was "anti-social" and comprised a "breach of my tenancy agreement"!

So she has now made three non-resolutory points of contact, compared to my single point, comprising acts of harassment against myself, and forming part of an ongoing series of attacks that began when I helped the police to disband a child trafficking cartel in the Colne Valley.

However, she did not stop here. When Stephenson saw the video, she suffered a psychological breakdown at the prospect of having her misdemeanours uncovered.

She decided to use her gangland contacts to instigate the most horrendous assault against me. Luckily, I spotted the ring lying in wait for my partner and was able to intercept their campaign. They panicked and conducted their assault in broad daylight, in front of multiple witnesses, and will not be able to escape an extended jail term.

This is the car used by the traffickers, both for kerb crawling and for drive-by style assaults with their homemade electro-stun weapon. You can see that the car has a low boot, useful for snatching for example a push-chair or buggy, and also for lifting objects such as heavy rolls of carpet. Furthermore, the car is chosen because it is narrow enough to fit inside another vehicle, ie a lorry, for making cross-channel excursions.

Stephenson has been seen talking to the car owner, who is now on bail because of the assault. The trafficking car is in the police pound, where it will remain forever more.

The urban street cartel exposed in Colne Valley

Back in 2010, I was asked to participate in a strike op against a local businessman who had been observed acting strangely, and was seen to have caches of computer equipment, mainly hard drives, that had been carefully hidden in empty properties that he owned. The man, Roy Stobbs, had a previous conviction for a sexual offence involving children.

The strike involved entering one of the properties to retrieve some of the drives for analysis and hopefully to be handed in to the police and used as evidence. My job was to receive the hardware and to setup a forensics lab in a locked down part of the house whilst we studied the storage devices and made some attempt to crack any encrypted files or volumes that we encountered.

The retrieval didn't go exactly according to plan, because the raiders had neglected to wear face masks and were caught on CCTV whilst they were robbing the premises. Stobbs was so sure that he had covered his tracks that he had a warrant issued against the men - although this put undue strain on our team it also meant that Stobbs could not deny ownership of the devices. So the lock-up had to be made secure.

After several weeks it seemed that we weren't getting anywhere. Then, a series of lucky breaks occured that lead to a successful outcome.

Firstly, the police got in touch, and rather than raid our property to enforce their warrant, they agreed to give a few weeks grace after being allowed to view the digital forensics lockup and were reassured that there were no drugs or smuggling going on. The same police later became regular visitors to our lab, where we taught them the necessary skills that they would need to confront trafficking in the online era.

Secondly, out of the blue, an 0day (unresolved exploit) was released that affected the encryption tool used by the ring. This was a very common piece of software, and the owners had issued an alert to the effect that all previous versions of the software were vulnerable to an exploit that could entirely bypass the encryption in its entirety, meaning that all files created by the software prior to a certain date could be easily accessed with no keys or pass-phrases. So that meant that our work was reaching fruition, as the most difficult part had been accomplished, completely by chance.

These caches were huge, and also contained personal data of ring members and access codes for their network of sites hosted on the dark web (at "freedom hosting" for the most part, which went down not long aftwerwards).

Shortly afterwards, we got in touch with the police, and this lead to a string of arrests.

This type of evidence was used against me before, where police manipulated the words of my statement to claim that this proven my authorship of material that never actually existed on the internet!

In this current case, as well as not being able to provide a valid URL for the alleged content, could not even provide the court with the correct date in the first instance.

It appears that corrupt officer Mates, along with sex offender Richard Tasker, entered my property using a stolen door key and borrowed a laptop, which they used to fabricate evidence, and then returned it to my home in a damagede state.
