I puchased this exact filter through amazon in January 2006. Now in March 2009, I have to order a replacement filter. I have it installed directly to my refrigerator for ice and drinking water, no other draws. So it seems that these last about 3 years. When first installed, the flow rate through the filter was much slower than anticipated and it took almost twice as long to get water as the original model. Over time I have either gotten used to it or the flow rate has increased due to it wearing out. Removing the filter also caused the rubber o-ring to dislodge and fall to the floor, making re-assembly have a massive leak. Luckily I noticed the missing ring, eventually found it and got it re-assembled for a leak-free installation. Thread's are a little tricky to line up, but once installed and water turned on, no fuss for 3 more years. That is, unless they stop making this model again. I may order 3 or 4 of these just to make sure I have them on hand for the future.

I would also reccomend cleaning out the connector ends at filter change. They seem to have a build up that can easily be washed away. Should help maintain the freshness of the water.

Product works well. This is not made by Waterpik but is listed as a compatible replacement filter. The only issue I had was I had to be very careful seating the O-rings and tightening the connectors very firmly by hand. Threads look a little different from the original model. Anyway, once that was addressed, the filter works quite well.

This is a good product provided you do not have a lot of water usage. Our home has a well with a high iron content. Keep in mind that this product is for particles, and will not help with odor. We have ours set up as a whole house filter and it provides good filtration. The manufacturer recommends 3 months or 30,000 gallons. We usually get between 2 and 2 1/2 months. Make sure to order O-rings. GE part # WS03X10039. Also, do not over tighten the cartridge holder. It does not take a lot of torque to get good seal.

This FXHTC filter worked great for the filtering aspect, but for our household the pressure drop was too much. Our pre-filter pressure is 60 psi. With this filter in place, showers were the problem -- water barely sprayed out of a standard 3 GPM shower head, & god forbid anyone else happened to be using a faucet or running the dishwasher etc. This filter would work great if your water comes in at higher pressures but (as far as I know) 60 psi is a fairly typical pressure. I switched back to the $14 FXHSC filter which has a far less noticeable pressure drop.

"Excellent filter element, but beware" 2009-04-05

I upgraded my earlier whole house filter to this larger filter/element. My house is piped with a separate water system serving my kitchen area only, and I wanted an element that would easily last a year between replacements, which this does. It is a quality element that has low pressure drop and removes chlorine taste and not just sediment, which is what I wanted. Sediment only filters can be purchased for a lot less than this type filter element. On my first replacement I found that the O-ring that seals the element housing to the pipe manifold had swollen and was far too large in circumference to be re-used. It would not fit back in the groove in order to tighten the housing back to the manifold. Fortunately I had plumbed my new filter with by-pass valves that allow water to continue flowing downstream while replacing the element. So I was able to continue supplying water to my kitchen until I found the replacement O-ring. To my surprise, the big box store that sells the filter does NOT stock the replacement O-rings. I had to go online to find a source and order [I ordered 3 so I would have one on hand while ordering future replacements]. Needless to say, this replacement of the element took several days to conclude. One other caution: do not open the plastic sealed element until you are ready to install it. The cartridge element can absorb odors and fumes from its surroundings and transfer this taste to your water. ALWAYS get a new O-ring when you get ready to replace this element.

This filter acts as a direct replacement for the Whirlpool WHCF-SUF Undersink Filter (WHCF-SR is the Whirlpool Filter Replacement Name).

Basically it does everything the original does, but costs about 1/3rd less than the official replacement (last time I bought one anyhow). As the directions say, make sure to have something to catch the extra water during the changeover (it loses a little bit of the extra in the filter, but doesn't spill much). Otherwise it's a very quick changeover.

One thing I noticed is that the first bit of water was a little more aerated than normal, but that resolved itself after a couple days.

No complaints.

I was pleased with this Brita filter system at first because I did not encounter any problems with the unit leaking or falling off, until my apartment management changed my kitchen faucet into a Delta 2012. The maintenance guy informed me that I needed to use a metal adaptor.

The Brita filter package did come with two adapters, and one of them fits the faucet, but it lasted all but a couple of hours--only a few cups of water. It was leaking and also would fall off very easily. Finally, I took the plastic adaptor to a hardware store and asked if they had a metal one that size. I did find and buy one and now the system seems to work. The adaptor costs about 3 dollars (2.86 to be exact, where I bought it) and it's called an aerator adaptor, model number 420556 [ with O/M 1-5-50 after the model number on the package). The package says that it "converts standard (15/16"-27) female faucet thread to standard (55/64-27) male thread."

When Step 2 of the product direction booklet reads: If the (faucet) adapter does not fit, call Britta Consumer Services at 1-800-24-BRITA (U.S.) or 1-800-387-6940 (Canada), it's obvious the manufacturer knows there's a problem with the adapters included in the kit. They're very cheaply made plastic that are much too short to support the weight of the filter. Unfortunately, the unwitting consumer spends time and gets soaked trying to make the thing work- after all, they wouldn't include totally useless adapters...or would they? Calling the Consumer Services number gets you a very nice real person who happily sends you much higher quality adapters that work immediately. The nice person's response when I asked why Brita doesn't simply include these adapters with the kit in the first place: "I honestly don't know!". My advice is to call Consumer Services (number above) when you order the filter- then you'll only have to wait another week or so after your filter arrives to receive adapters that work. You'll save yourself the aggravation- and the accompanying shower- you'll likely endure trying to make the thing work with the adapters Brita supplies in the kit.

Ever wish you had read the reviews first? Like just about everyone here, I bought this "PUR 2-Stage Vertical White Faucet Mount" and had it work just fine for about a month before it developed cracks and started spraying water all over me.

The problem is with the design. The filter is just too heavy, and it slowly puts pressure on the side connecting to the faucet. Eventually little hairline cracks will emerge, and the water will start to seek out those cracks, widening them and spraying you with a faceful of water every time you try and use it.

These side-mounted vertical faucet filters seem like a great deal, but the design is fundamentally flawed.

I bought two of these vertical models (one for me and one for my parents) and they are the worst because they only last a couple of months. After that, the filtered water hardly comes out of the filter even after you put in a new cartridge. The first couple of months, a small stream of water comes out of the filter and then the stream becomes small drips and never quite function the same. At first I thought it was just my mount, but the other mount did the same exact thing, so it's the model and not the individual mount. However, I later bought the PUR horizontal models, and they work well for at least a couple of years before those crack. So, don't bother with the vertical models, get yourself the horizontal models.

I am more satisfied with this Clear Flow filter than I was with Brita and Pur filters. Water filtered by Clear Flow tastes better than what Brita produced, and beats Pur in product design. It is very sturdy and has a nice look. It was easy to install, but I recommend you flush it out for 7-8 minutes instead of the 5 minutes you're instructed to.

One thing not listed in Amazon's description is that the filter is a 300 gallon filter. The owner's manual states this: "Kff-300 Series models will last for 300 gallons or up to 12 months assuming a daily usage of 3 1/4 quarts of filtered water." Whether it lasts a year or not depends on how much water you use per day.

This filter works very well to improve the taste of tap water. It is also far more economical than buying replacement cartridges for a nondisposable filter, as these cartridges can be quite pricey and get used up too quickly to warrant the price. I use filtered water for cooking and I find that this Clear Flow disposable filter only lasts about 5 months for our family, which is surprising since it claims to last one year. It is still the best deal for us (we've tried many filter systems) so we will continue to purchase.

Obviously I am not the first one who reported the problem... and I suspect that the chemical odor is deliberately released into the water to remind (force) you to buy another filter.

Initially bought a double-filter dispenser at Target, fell in love with it and ordered this small pitcher and replacement filters from Amazon. I am now onto the 7th filter (4th pair) on the dispenser with very light use (2-people office) in a matter of a few months. I could live with the short filter life if not for the strong chemical odor it releases after it is no longer fresh. At first I thought that I got a bad filter and there was a leakage but then it happened to every one of them -- and I ordered them from different places at different time. I do not understand the cause. I mean I can not taste the odor from the unfiltered tap water. The only explanation is that they did it on purpose to remind you that it is the time to replace the expensive filter. I hope the chemical is not harmful. This is very bad business practice.

BTW, the filter is very bulky and takes almost half of the pitcher, takes long time to filter. So there is no magic that it does the job "better" than a filter of 1/4 of the size. So please stopping bragging it making "zero" water. And I seriously doubt that it makes ecnomocal or environmental sense by using them.

I do not recommend Zero Water.

I have a VERY sensitive stomach and cannot drink water straight from the tap.
I previously tried both the Brita & Pur filtration pitchers (and faucet mounted filters) and still could NOT tolerate the water!

But with the ZeroWater Pitcher & filter system I have NOT had a bit of stomach problems!

Yes, it costs more than the other brands. Yes, it is slower to filter the water (which in this case is a very good thing!). But it removes SO MUCH MORE of the chemicals added by cities (we have a LOT of chlorine in our water, to the point where it smells like you've used bleach and you're just running water!) and it removes naturally occurring things that affect not just the taste (like too much iron), but your health!
The electronic tester is great for finding out when you need to change the filter (if your tongue or stomach haven't already told you!).
Since I am the only one using my pitcher I find that each filter will usually last 4 months.
When I travel I take the pitcher with me which has saved me a lot by not needing to buy bottled water.
If the water you are filtering has a lot of minerals in it the filter will not last as long, but it sure makes the water a lot more palatable!!!
All in all it is very much worth the price!

I will NOT be without my ZeroWater Pitcher & filter again!!!

When consumers fail to understand that removing all "total dissolved solids" from water in no way means that all *impurities* have been removed. The vast majority of unwanted compounds in our tap water *aren't* TDSs, they're molecules like TCE, chlorite, and traces of someone else's antibiotics: few of which are appreciably reduced by "Zerowater"'s filter. Another important thing to remember is that some TDS are great: namely, minerals. Magnesium is fab for your heart, and the rest of the mineral gang are important, too. Americans are already lacking in a lot of minerals (hint: they're in vegetables -- eat some), so if you opt for this kind of filter, supplementation should be considered. Simple carbon block filtration will cut down on most of the nasties, and I'd recommend one of that type over ZeroWater's gimmick. Myopically focusing on zeroing out total dissolved solids means missing the bigger picture.

We have under the sink dual stage water filter that we have had for 3 years and serves us well. When I tested the tap water and water from "other" filter - both readings were 30 to 40 - not zero. So I called the distributor for an explanation. According to him - zero water is "dead water" devoid of any mineral contents. I buy that argument. All "good" bottled waters from around the world are "mineral" water - they have mineral content and hence they have "taste" as well and arguable are good for you.

I think this is an excellent marketing technique and certainly useful under certain conditions, places but this is not water I'd drink every day.

This is an excellent product that does EXACTLY what it says it will do. However, just because it does remove so many contaminants doesn't necessarily mean your water's going to taste awesome. There are other factors that go into the taste of water. For instance, I find that Poland Springs water registers about 20-25 on the meter and personally it tastes better to me than my local tap water once it's been run through this filter and registers 0.

With that said, my tap water definitely tastes much better than it does at its natural reading of about 250! It really is hard to drink when it's unfiltered, but when it's filtered it's a pleasure to drink. Not perfect according to my personal taste, but definitely perfectly drinkable.

I wanted to address a few points others have made:

1. The time it takes to filter - yes, it does take awhile to filter. To fill the bottle, you have to fill the top part TWICE and let it filter through. I timed it tonight and it takes about 10-12 minutes to filter one round. So to fill the bottle would take between 20-25 minutes total. Well, once you know this - you can usually plan around it. I fill the top once and usually just let it sit while go off and do other things. I try to remember to come back anytime after about 15 minutes and fill it again.

Also, keep in mind that the reason it does take so long is because it's doing such a thorough job of filtering your water! If it didn't take as long it wouldn't be getting your water so clean.

2. One reviewer complained that after about 4 weeks his water began to taste fishy. He also said he didn't want to change the filter when the TDS meter read 6. He said he was willing to let it go to 150. But the ZeroWater documentation that comes with the filter specifically states that if you don't change it at just about 6, that the water will begin to taste funny. I called them and asked why and they told me that because at 6 - the filter is so full of contaminants that it just starts making newly filtered water taste funny. Because at that point the water is not only going through the filter, but it's also going through all the contaminants in the filter!

Makes sense. So all the reports you've read about water tasting funny - are true. But that's what happens when you use the filter too long. I too thought I wouldn't mind the TDS (total dissolved solids) level going higher than 6. Because my favorite water - Poland Springs was around 25. So I thought I could go to 25. But sure enough the water started tasting ever so slightly funny at 6. I actually let it go to 9 but by that time it really didn't taste good so I changed the filter. It didn't taste fishy as some have reported, but it definitely tasted a little funky. The company says that what happens after a TDS level of 6 is reached will vary from water system to water system. For me it might taste funky - while for someone else it might taste fishy. It all depends on what's in your water system to start with - and the combination of contaminants that are trapped in the filter.

The good news was that by that point I had already used the filter for about 5 weeks! So that came in at about 60% of what I would have paid for bottled water! So it did save a little money! But the best part is - no more carrying heavy cartons of water around! And no more having a thousand little bottles to throw out each week!

By the way when you read some of the reviews that state the filter didn't last very long - that doesn't really tell you anything unless you know several factors. One, you'd have to know how many people were drinking from it and how much they used. Two, you'd have to know what the TDS level of the water they're filtering is. If they tell you the filter only lasted 2 weeks and it's feeding four people and their TDS level is 400, then they're actually getting really good mileage out of it!

So for your info, my review covers the use of just one person who consumes 1 full Zerowater container a day. And the TDS level of the water I'm filtering is about 250. So if you know the TDS of your water, and how much you would consume, you can compare. If yours is 125 - then you could expect to get twice as much use out of each filter.

3. Size of the container and filtering time. The container holds about half a gallon of water. For one person this should be enough for the whole day. For two people or more it seems it would start to be a bit of a hassle keeping it filled. But for one person it's fine.

One reviewer complained that the size of the filter itself was too big and displaces too much water in the container - causing it not to hold as much water as it could. Well, all that is true. However, what he didn't figure is that the filter has to be large in order to get the TDS level to 0! The little Brita & Pur filters are much smaller, but they do basically nothing! They filter out maybe 25% of the contaminants. This filters out ALL of the dissolved solids. And it's just the physics of filtering. The larger the filter, the more contaminants it will filter out. People have been really unrealistic and un-knowledgeable in a lot of these reviews.

Due to the physics of filtering, the filter has to be large and therefore the time it takes the water to run through it will be long. And that explains the complaints of some that it's slow to filter. It's slow because it's doing such a thorough job.

As to the complaints that the container should hold more water... I agree. It would be nice if it was larger and held more water. And it probably could be a little bit larger. But at its current size I've already seen a few complaints that it's too big for some refrigerators! If it was any larger it really would be too big. People would start to complain that it takes up all the space in their refrigerators!

Due to the necessary size of the filter, there is a rather large water displacement in the storage container that causes it to hold less water than it otherwise would.

I get around this problem by pouring all the water into an insulated stainless steel pitcher that I got from Starbucks a few years ago. This works great because the pitcher holds the exact same amount the Zerowater container holds. And the pitcher keeps the water cold all day. So while I'm pouring water out of the pitcher into a glass all day, the new fresh container of Zerowater is cooling down in the refrigerator. By the time I'm ready for another pitcher, the Zerowater is nice and cold and ready to go. I fill up the pitcher, and then I fill up the Zerowater container. Works out pretty well.

I have been using this product for over a year now. It works perfectly, no leaking, no mold. It is heavy when full, but not as heavy as cases of bottled water! Got this because I liked the big capacity and the fact that I could leave it in the fridge. Unfortunately, it leaks. The leak comes from where the spigot connects to the reservoir. I tightened the nut as tight as I dared (didn't want to break the plastic), but no matter what I do it still leaks. I contacted Brita and they sent a replacement, but they only sent the reservoir, a new spigot, and a new washer. No new nut. So it was worthless. Stick with a pitcher and avoid this problem.

I have always owned the brita pitchers, which I loved. Then I saw this ultramax dispenser at a friends house and loved it. It is so easy and convinient. I drink water all day long and it is such a pain to fill up water bottles with the pitchers all day. This is perfect for filling up water bottles. The only problem I had was that it was shipped broke. There was a piece broken off at the corner. The broken spot did not affect the dispenser from working so I did not return it. It works perfectly but it just has a crack in it. Just thought I should share this information with you to avoid future problems.

We have been using the Brita 35530 Ultramax Dispenser for almost two years now, and we love it! We drink a normal amount of water, but we also prefer to use filtered water for making tea, cooking rice and other foods that absorb much of the cooking water. Our pitcher sits on the counter next to our fridge. My wife prefers room-temperature water, and I regularly fill up large glass bottles to refrigerate water for myself.

The good:

* Large size, holds a lot of water compared to pitchers
* Spout is easy to use, compared to lifting a heavy pitcher
* Easy to clean, no mildew or mold problems after nearly 12 months
* Water tastes great! We like it better than most bottled water.
* Brita filters are reasonably priced (we buy 3 at a time)

The not-so-good:

* Filter can be slow at times, you'll want to keep it full as much as possible
* Inner plastic part that separates the filtered and unfiltered water can be hard to remove from the main unit when it is time to clean. Patience is necessary.

That's it, I can't think of any other downside to this water dispenser. The filters are rated for 2 months of average use, and the electronic timer on the top shows one notch for every 2 weeks, so you can tell how much time your filter has remaining. But, even with our large water use, we often leave the filter in beyond the 2-month period. The water in our area is bad enough that we can taste the difference as soon as the filter is no longer working, plus we're just lazy sometimes, and I like to get the most use per filter as possible.

When it is time to replace the filter, I follow this process:
1. Put new filter in a glass with water to soak for 10-15 minutes
2. Empty dispenser, take it apart and wash everything (inside and out) with hot water and soap
3. Dry the dispenser with a clean towel and reassemble.
4. By this time, the 10 minutes are up and I can insert the new filter
5. Fill the dispenser completely with water (waiting for it to filter so that both the main compartment and the unfiltered compartment are full)
6. Drain the first batch of filtered water (we often keep it in plastic jugs for watering plants)
7. Fill the dispenser and place in desired location

This process can take up to 30 minutes depending on how quickly the filter works, so I usually do other household chores at the same time. If you try to replace the filter while doing nothing else, you may become impatient and frustrated, as a watched filter always works slower.

Bottom line: We love this dispenser and hope to enjoy many more years of use. Our average filter use is 2.5 months, and the dispenser is cleaned thoroughly each time, so we have had no mold or mildew problems.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to save money on bottled water and/or avoid using plastic bottles.

I have purchased the previous models of the Brita pitchers and there has always been an issue with the design. Not this time. They have finally come out with a style that really works.

Pros:
1. Non-slip grip on the Handle
2. A Knob you can press to open the port to fill with water. I previously had to remove the top to fill it with water.
3. The spout has a cover that only opens when you pour.
4. Filter replacement reminder.
5. The water does taste better than tap or bottled spring water.
6. It removes almost all the contaminants.
7. Slim design. Easilty fits in the fridge.

Cons:
1. Before you can use a new filter, you have to leave the filter submerged in water for 15 minutes, then you have to rinse it out. Then you have to fill it up twice, and throw the water away. Just a little tedious.

Summary:
Nice new design and it really cleans the water very well.

I'm a student at Case Western Reserve University, and on the 4th floor of my dorm building, the water out of every faucet tastes like iron pipe. Which isn't a coincidence -- it's probably carried in iron pipe.

Using the Brita pitcher here I was able to remove the poor taste and make the water drinkable again. Since the water was drinkable, I saved a fortune on bottled drinks. I'd recommend this to any of my fellow college students.

Brita has a good reputation and the pitcher looks great. But after you start using it for a while you see those blue carbon particles escaping the filter and entering your glass of water. I tried different things but it seems the defect is in how the pitcher is designed, because I had a less well know pitcher in the past and this never happened.

I contacted customer service and the very polite lady explained to me that it is OK if a few of them come out, because they are made from "coconut tree" or something. Still, these are supposed to be the carbon particles that filter the water, ie suck all the things we do not want to drink, so I consider this explanation poor and I am sorry to say I had to throw away the pitcher and buy another brand..Brita 42558 Aqualux Water Pitcher

This Brita filter is poorly built. The top constantly falls off when I try to poor the water. It doesn't snap in properly. Also, the little flap at the spout gets stuck sometimes and water spills everywhere. I bought a PUR filter now and am more happy with it.

The system worked great for a month or two, and then started popping off the threads. When you have it on the filtered water setting, any increase in water pressure beyond a trickle caused it to fall off the faucet. You can only hand-tighten it so much before it goes full circle and becomes loose again. And I've tried the grip tape that others have suggested, with no luck. Waste of money...

I rather like their filtering pitcher, but the on-faucet filter is a piece of junk. Why?? It blows off the faucet, right out of the box.

I called Brita, & they sent a bunch of adapters. Still blew itself off the faucet, twice in a night. The problem, was, the filter would not tighten on the adapters. If the screw-on part was metal, NO PROBLEM, I am certain, because the [PUR] filter it was supposed to replace --two years + old, & finally leaking around the seams-- has a metal attaching apparatus. Will have to continue using it, until I can find a replacement.

Thank goodness, for Amazon's excellent returns policy.

and it will work great. Call them and they will send them to you for free. They send a full set of metal parts that should work with most faucets -- I have successfully used them with different faucets in two apartments, and my current faucet is very old, but I was able to find an adapter in the set that works. The metal connectors solve the problems with water pressure, and are more durable. Do it before you mess up the base by tearing up the threads trying to get it on tight enough.

I have used Amazon's rating reviews to decide what to buy for quite a few years now and may have to change that as I can't believe all the horrible reviews for this Brita system. Will say that it costs less at Walmart. We had NO problems installing it, no problems seeing the indicator light, and no problems with the water flow. I have gone through three PUR faucet systems and they all had the same issue of cracking/leaking. This is made with a lighter top than the PUR which always would come loose and then crack.
BUY this Brita...it is a great way to save money on all those water bottles.

This is a convenient little filter, does its job well. However, unless you go buy a metal faucet adapter ($4 at Home Depot) to replace the cheap plastic ones it comes with this thing will quickly fall off your faucet and fail to reattach securely.

The best thing about the design is that it is easy to see when the filter needs to be changed. The switch that allows you to change between filtered and unfiltered water is large and comfortable to use. And its overall streamlined design with the rest of the unit means that you are not constantly bumping into or hooking your sleeve on the knob when not in use. None of our general and hardware stores that used to sell this seem to have the replacement filters in stock anymore. Thank goodness they are available on-line!

I read all the reviews about water filters, and went to Lowe's looking for the Culligan one. But, nothing from that brand was there, and they had this Instapure filter, in addition to the PUR and the Brita. But I read a lot of bad reviews about the last 2, but did not know of Instapure. Given that it was real cheap, I decided to try it.

So far, so good. When I first installed it, it had a lot of leaks where it attaches. After removing it a few times, I discovered that when I tightened it a lot, the seal would get into the metal adapter. So the next time, I tightened enough so that the filter doesn't swing loosely, but not enough to make the seal pop into the adapter. That eliminated all leaks.

Also, instead of first installing the adapter on the faucet, and then on the Filter, I first attached it to the filter, tightened it, and then spun the whole filter into the Faucet. This made it really easy to install.

i had problems with leaks like some other reviewers stated. but then i contacted instapure and got the manual to re-do the installation. after reading the manual and adding 2+2 i figured out that the large black washer goes between the faucet and the double-threaded adapter. the red one is to be used between that adapter and the filter holder. once i had reassembled it all, no more leaks were noticeable at all and the water quality is just perfect.

Over the years we've tried several Britta and Pur units, and have spent many $$ for their replacement cartridges. We're now on our second Instapure 2, which is exactly the same as the Teledyne-branded one we used to have, and uses exactly the same filter elements. The lowest cost Instapure filter elements -- R2 -- in 4-packs are about the least expensive water filter elements there are from anyone. There are also Instapure R5 and R7 models for more money, but we're just using the filter to make city tap water tastier, not to remove contaminants.

Our coffee, tea, bourbon & water and even ice cubes now taste better than they did in pre-filter days, and the Instapure units are easy to install, seem to last a year or more, and are cheap to replace if they start leaking.

The "lasts a year or more" is the only reason for 4 stars instead of five. But then, I might be wrong. This is only my second one after we had its predecessor for a year, and I probably could have stopped the old one from leaking if I'd replaced the filter and tightened it correctly. No big deal either way.

The Culligan filters also look decent, but we haven't tried them.

One tip: you know your Instapure filter needs changing when it starts to run slow. No blinking lights needed.

Another tip: my wife likes to keep a cold pitcher of water in the refrigerator and used to use a Britta pitcher. Now she just keeps her cold-water jug filled with filtered water from the sink -- and she also refills 20 oz. travel-size water bottles from the filter-equipped tap so we have tasty water when we're outdoors in the hot Flora Duh sun.

Last tip: I have a Cuisinart Grind & Brew coffee machine with a built-in filter that costs a bunch to replace. So I haven't replaced it in 2 years. Once again, filtered tap water does the job and saves $$$.
