I do not believe this road will alleviate any traffic on the DC beltway.  First of all, the ICC is a toll road.  The tolls will be very heavy

The pant waist sizes go from 32, 33, 34, to 36. My pant size happens to be 35 waist and 32 length. The 35x32 pants should fit me perfectly, but I don't see any 35 size pants at stores. Who decided that there is no need for the 35 size pants?
