My take on Toni Braxton's career

2011-12-21T15:45:00.001-06:00

This isnt really anything, just was listening to some tunes with my mother and i was explaining what went wrong in Toni's music career......MARIAH CAREY!

Now let me explain and ill keep it short. Toni Released "Please" around the same time Mariah released "Its Like That" in my opinion Toni won lol. Please gave me everything it should have and the video was exactly what it should have been. Mariah and "Its like that" was cute but by no means her best..Everything looked great for toni. the album as a whole was amazing. Now this is where Mariah killed Toni's career by accident. Toni released her best track on the "Pulse" album titled "TRIPPIN" the song is fire!!! But A week Later Mariah dropped "We belong together" at radio and we all know the rest of the story...as great as Pulse was Mimi Emancipated on everyone and everything. And killed Toni's career.

This is what Toni needs to do save her career........Fire Tamar's Husband Hire Benny Medina!

Kim Kardashians MESSAGE To Her Fans!

2011-11-02T00:59:00.001-05:00

A Message To My Fans
This is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write. I see all of the support and I am so thankful for my fans, friends and family who are helping me through this difficult time.

I am trying not to read all the different media reports but it’s hard not to see all the negative ones. First and foremost, I married for love. I can’t believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show! I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision. But it’s who I am! We filmed Kourtney giving birth, Khloe getting married, break ups, make ups, our best moments and our worst moments. These were all real moments. That’s what makes us who we are. We share, we give, we love and we are open!

Everyone that knows me knows that I’m a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly. I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have. I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people.

I’m being honest here and I hope you respect my courage because this isn’t easy to go through. But I do know that I have to follow my heart. I never had the intention of hurting anybody and I accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions, and for taking everyone on this journey with me. It just didn’t turn out to be the fairy tale I had so badly hoped for.

There are also reports that I made millions of dollars off of the wedding. These reports are simply not true and it makes me so sad to have to even clarify this. I’m so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding and I’ll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.

I’m sorry if I have hurt anyone, but my dad always told me to follow my heart and I believe now that I really am.

Cheryl Cole vs Cher Lloyd

2011-08-02T17:24:00.000-05:00

Cher Lloyd has dug herself into a nice little whole with her once Mentor Cheryl Cole. It all started when Cher took a jab at Cheryls girl group "Girls Aloud" stating something to the effect that she{cher} never listened to the huge girl group and she thought they and there music was too chessy.

Well thats not nice. Esp since all the women in Girls Aloud including Cheryl Cole half very Big careers.Cheryls being the biggest. Two number 1 albums and number 1 singles. anyway lol. Cheryl must have read or heard what Cher was saying about her and her girls and Not one to back down from a fight.
Cheryl has basically haulted Cher from recording a song the Will I Am wrote and intended for Cher's debut album. How u ask?

Well both ladies are looking to break big in the US sometime within the next year. Both are recording there albums in L.A and both just signed deals with record labels there and began recording there albums(cheryls 3rd album but 1st State side and Cher's 1st) they are both using Will I Am. Now mind you Cheryl has worked with him in the past few years on both her albums and they have amazing songs to show for that. Appartenly Cheryl heard the song Will I AM wrote for Cher and "Liked" it so much that she insisted that he let her record and play with it to see if it suits her needs and feel of this album. LOL so CATTY Cheryl but i Love it. Now this means that since its in the hands of Cheryl to play with, CHER cant do anything with the record unless Cole passes it up. lol.

A MESS but This is what a happens when u bad mouth someone who can pull rank on you. Cheryl is a very HOT commudity right now. And Will I AM knows this. Lesson to CHER dont ever bad mouth someone who has taught u took u under there wing. Can u imagine someone talking slick about Mariah Carey. Two women did Christina A. and Jennifer Lopez and well there careers have not been the same since. lol. Watch it Cher.

1st pic of Kate Beckinsale as Selen in Underworld 4

2011-07-16T09:52:00.000-05:00

Here is a first look at Kate Beckinsale reprising her lead role as the super sexy super bad ass vampire Selen in the cult following movies UnderWorld. The 4th installment and 2nd sequel( Underworld 3:Rise of the Lycans is a prequel to the films while UnderWorld 2: Evolution is the 1st Sequel) in the franchise is finally being filmed and has a release date of January 20th 2012.

The 4th and more then likely last installment of the UnderWorld films has changed the being called "New Dawn" to the "Awakening" no one knows why nor do we care. Kate is Back(absent for the prequel until the end)!!! that's all the matters. I'm not 100% sure weather or not Micheal played by Scott Speedman is back or not i cant find anything on it. But I'm sure that they will fill in is gaps to why he is no longer in the film.

check the pic below.! I'm so excited! is it Jan 20th yet?

BAD ASS right?!?!?!! Ladies this is NOT your twilight movies. This movie is mainly for the men. Its FULL of kick ass fight scenes blood and gore and everything else men like.

Beyoncé Album Review: 4

2011-06-18T21:45:00.000-05:00

Everyone has they're own LUCKY NUMBER and for Beyonce that number is "4". Which is also the number and title of her new solo album.

I loved Beyonce as a part of Destinys Child so when she released her first solo album I was a tad bit skeptical. She proved me wrong, "Dangerously In Love" was a well put together album. I could listen from beginning to the end.

Things for me got a little rocky after that. I know the thing is to change up the style a bit to keep things interesting, but with B'Day and I Am.... Beyonce truly lost me. Never did I doubt her talent, I just wondered who was behind the drastic change. B'Day faired better than I Am.... by the time she released I Am and introduced the world and her legions of fans to Sasha Fierce, I was completely over it. Seriously the only song I listened to on I Am... was the beautiful Ave Maria.

Then after a world tour and a DVD as well as a break from the studio. Beyonce bounced back with the first single from the latest effort. With "Run The World (Girls)" Beyonce caused the world to stop. For me it was like OMG what did she do? It took awhile for the song to grow on me, and it finally did. Then I started hearing other songs from the album. Each song amazed me. I was proud to say the Beyonce I had fallen in love with was back in full effect!

Each track on the new effort is perfect in its own right. The album opens with 1+1 which I think is beautiful and flows into the song "I Care" another one of my favorites. One of the albums standout track happens to be the 90's sounding "Party" which features Andre 3000. To me this is the best album since the first album. It just gives you the 90's feel of music in such a new way.

Everyone should BUY this album! In stores June 28, 2011. Also check her out on the BET AWARDS June 26, 2011!!!!!

OLD SCHOOL SATURDAY!

2011-06-18T21:15:00.000-05:00

I fell in love with this particular singer all over again after watching the new reality show with her four other sisters, known as the Braxtons. The show is super good and just adds a layer of REALNESS to Toni and the sisters...This weeks OLD SCHOOL SATURDAY belongs to Toni Braxton with one of my favorite songs "Seven Whole Days" check it out below!!

Though Toni Braxton may be the only successful singer of the Braxton pack

she is definitely not the only star. Here is also a song from the youngest of the Braxton pack Tamar!

ALBUM REVIEW; Jennifer Lopez - LOVE?

2011-05-29T23:10:00.000-05:00

Took me a minute to write this but I have been spinning this record daily and just forget to write a review for it.lol This is going to be a quick review.

Yes its that good. Jennifer has really come full circle with this album. FINALLY her career is beging to shine like it did 7 years ago. This Love album along with American Idol and Endorsements out the A**, This 40+ year old Mother of two is killing women half her age.

StandOut Track:
What is Love- Perhaps the Best on the Album!!! Loved it from the 1st time i heard it. a must Listen

Run the World- A Cool beat and stacato vocals. Very much a nice summer song.

Hypnotico- The Gay Club jam lol Maybe thats why i love it. But its a Great Dance song

Good Hit- If this dont have you dancing in some kind of way this aint for you.

Im into You- After the first listen i Bet u find yourself humming some part of this song. lol It gets stuck in your head. Good Summer.

Starting Over- The "Big Ballod" i guess lol but its a good song love the lyrics

All in all Jennier has a solid album. if u dont have it make sure you get it. 3.75/5.00 stars

Beyonce.....Girl no u didnt!!! lol

2011-05-26T20:02:00.000-05:00

Instead of Lindsay Lohan someone need to lock this Bitch (Beyonce) up lol im waiting for the day she steals from the wrong woman (Pink) and they fuck her ass up.

Nothing really to say here but smdh and laugh. its sad in a way. i bet she cant even yawn without looking up someone on youtube 1st.

FEMALE ARTIST BEWARE: IF YOU EVER SEE THIS BITCH AT YOUR CONCERT TELL THE SECURITY GUARDS TO TAKE HER CAMERA PHONE ANY FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY AND CAMCORDER THAT SHE HIDES IN HER WEAVE..CAUSE GIRL IS THERE TO STEAL AND SPY...

Im into You vs. Whats My Name.

2011-05-26T19:47:00.000-05:00

What island flavored song would you, are you jammin to. I personally choose J.Lo's Im into You. It just feels right. Its sexy both artist ride the beat instead of drop kicking it out the way (rihanna vocals lol)

You Pick

XFACTOR DRAMA!!!

2011-05-26T19:45:00.000-05:00

SOOOOOOOOOO for those who have not heard Cheryl Cole is out of being a Judge and the Nicole Sherzinger is replacing her. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!! Im a big Cole fan her two albums are amazing and i spin them on a daily basis. Now from what i read and heard on news sources the reason she was fired was because Fox thought her accent wasnt media friendly and she didnt "mesh" well with paula. .........

First off you can clearly understand every word that comes out of her mouth. Only stupid people would have problems understanding her lol. And as far as Abdul not getting along with Cole i think she is jealous that she the old head on the show as far as women lol. I think simon played Cheryl really wrong how do you make her USA fans wait 10 months to annouce your bringing her here then 2 auditions in you drop her ass. smh

Also replacing her with a chick who has been trying to release that same album for over 6 years now is a No No lol Aint no one checking for nicole. Having her judge someone on there ability to sing is like making whitney houston replace Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab..

Im so over this USA XFactor and Fox tv its not even funny....Let me know your thoughts !

P.s. Apperently they want Cheryl to return to save UK XFactor but rumur is momma dont want anything to do with the show every again. But would you blame her!!!!!

New JoJo!!!

2011-05-26T19:32:00.000-05:00

Is it just me or does it seem like jojo has been gone for a while.? well if you havent heard Jojo had problems with her old label.Basically they wouldnt release any new music from her and when she asked for her label to release they told her NO!!! Well she fought for her release and finally the label let her go. She is signed to a New Label and recording a New Album as we speak! lol Got all That?

She released a mixtape a few months back and i still spin that like its a new cd. And Im over the moon she is releasing these dope buzz singles. The newly "leaked" song is called "The Other Bitch" or for radio "The Other Chick" i like it not strong enough to be a lead single but a great start to getting the media ready for You . Let me know your coments on the track.

Old School Saturday

2011-05-21T00:00:00.000-05:00

This OLD SCHOOL SATURDAY joint is inspired by my interest in SON OF A GUN, the MTV show produced by Nick Cannon. The show follows the rising career of new artist Cory Gunz who is the son of one hit wonder Peter Gunz! The one song that he had was with his rhyming partner Lord Tariq. The song was called DEJA VU (Uptown Baby), they also were featured on a remix of Mariah Carey's #1 hit MY ALL. So in that order check out both videos after the jump!!!!

DEJA VU (Uptown Baby)

American IDOL TOP 3!

2011-05-14T22:41:00.000-05:00

America narrows down the next BIG thing to only 3 on Idol!!! The top 3 pick are Haley Reinhart from Wheeling, Illinois. Then there is Scotty McCreery from Garner, North Carolina. Last is Lauren Alaina from Rossville, Georgia. I love all three but my favorite is Haley! She has this thing about her voice that is so techincal I love it. I'm really hoping she will win! Check out performances from your top 3 below!

(HALEY REINHART)

(LAUREN ALAINA)

(SCOTTY McCREERY)

Truly I believe this season will probably have the most success stories! I believe a number of the artist previously eliminated will have promising careers! Whats your thoughts on these three? Can you say HALEY!!!

Beyonce TRYS Again!

2011-05-09T21:26:00.000-05:00

Since the release of her new single "Girls (Who Run The World)", Bey has gotten nothing but negative 't reactions! We don't know what we were expecting but the song was not it! While girlfriends new single is fading away from the charts, Kelly Rowland's new single "Motivation" is going HIGHER!

Now Beyonce has decided to get AMERICA on her side, by releasing her own cover of "God Bless The U.S.A." Check it out below and tell us what u think!!!!
