13 NEW 9/11 PHOTOS - WHERE ARE THE 2,766 OTHER PHOTOS?

Back to those 13 new 9/11 photos again (sorry, but I smell a rat) ...

There are two things that are deeply bothering me, and, as usual, don't seem to bother anyone else...

A) ABC NEWS HAD TO USE THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT TO ACQUIRE THESE 13 PHOTOS

B) THERE ARE 2,779 IMAGES IN TOTAL!

Let's analyse this a bit, shall we ... ?
A) If ABC had to use the FOIA to get these photos, then, by definition, someone was protecting the photos from public scrutiny. Why else would ABC have had to resort to FOIA requests to get pics from their buddies in government?

B) Why were only .04% of the photos released - even after an FOIA request? The only reason an FOIA request can be turned is ... National security reasons, or compromise of an ongoing criminal investigation. The latter can hardly be justified, as the attacks were simulcast live at the time. The former, however, is always used to further cover-ups (Kennedy's autopsy records and brain come to mind). I can think of no other reason that simple still images of 9/11 could not be released.

What do you think might be in the 2,766 other photos?! Or, more likely, what's not in the 2,766 other photos?

Why don't Associated Press or ABC or anyone find these questions as important as I do? Hell, AP doesn't even ask the question!

So we're being treated to 13 new aerial photos of the 9/11 attacks. The pictures sure bring it all back... The confusion; the terror; the feeling of helplessness; and, most of all, the horror of realising how many thousands of innocents must be dying right in front of your eyes.

How handy ... To be able to pull out a new photo album like this, eight years later, and be able to re-terrify the world! Wonder what the government/elite could do with this new round of terror?

Pass a freedom-squashing bill? Move those 9/11 trials out of New York (or cancel them altogether and go with military tribunals)? The possibilities are endless.

I don't even know where to start with this one...

1st: does this make any sense to you?

A senior U.S. envoy says Iran is risking hundreds of thousands of lives by rejecting an offer meant to fuel reactor delivering medical isotopes for cancer treatment.

What ... ? Huh ... ?

The statement doesn't make grammatical sense, let alone diplomatic sense. And how is rejecting the offer to have other countries provide your fuel rods (can you imagine the US being asked to do this) endangering,

... hundreds of thousands of lives ...?

2nd: The idea that radiotherapy is effective is a joke. Think about it: we've had radio- and chemo-therapy for 50 years now. How's that battle against cancer going? Oh... cancer rates are up hundreds of percent?
If Iran never got any radiotherapy machines, they would be saving lives.

Radiotherapy is just one of the ways that the pharma-medico industry gets an average of $150,000.00 out of every single cancer patient in the Wetsern world before they die.

Media Black & White's the Issues

Now here is a perfect example of how the mass media subtly controls our opinions by framing a debate and creating black & white, opposed forces.

Now, how does a crappy, second-rate newspaper like the Toronto Star, claim to know what 1.5 milion Torontonians are collectively saying? The idea is preposterous. In fact, today's newspapers are one of the last places on Earth I'd look to find out what people are thinking - they're so out of touch...

And, naturally, the battle is said to be between Torontonians and the union. Thus the debate is framed. We certainly can't talk about any other reasons that Toronto's public transit system (one of North America's oldest, and, until being gutted by corporatist politicians since the 80s, one of the world's best), is failing. We can't talk about the politician's hand in all this. We can't talk about increasing public funding and oversight. We can't talk about increasing the highly efficient and clean street car system (instead of the neglect and destruction it has seen instead!)

Watch for proposals to completely privatise the TTC. RIP when that happens.

No. It's the "people" against the union. Handy.

New Aerial Images of 9/11 from ABC

ABC released aerial images of 9/11 today, and I can't help but be but (re-)overwhelmed by the obvious proof that these buildings were professionally demolished.

Images 5 and 6 clearly show that fires were highly localised on one side of the tower. There is no way, under any accepted rules of physics, that structural weakening on one side could cause a perfect, straight-down collapse. When lumberjacks cut out one side of a tree, does it then collapse into its own footprint in a cloud of sawdust?

Further, just look at that dust cloud... that is pyroclastic flow. This is only possible with fine particulate and extreme heat - not a cool, structural failure - which would have resulted in some dust, yes... but also gigantic blocks of stil-intact building and contents.

Instead, we hear from firefighters that the largest piece of furniture seen was part of a telephone keypad approximately 3 inches square.

Crotch Bomber - Another Black Sheep?

Sorry I'm a bit late on the crotch-bomber. I think everyone's just about figured this one out already.

First off, this has all the hallmarks of post-9/11 false flag terror campaigns: mostly harmless and quickly identified fools who actually hurt no one and case no damage. The so-called Toronto 18 and Florida 7 come to mind.

Then, look into the history of this Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab and we find that his father, Umaru Abdulmutallab is one of the richest men in NIgeria, has long-standing intelligence ties and his mother is royalty. Just like Osama Bin Laden. Like Bin Laden, Abdulmutallab is one of, like, a million kids of Umaru's.

Like Bin Laden, I bet Abdulmutallab is half-retarded, or is in some way a familial black sheep and has been thrown to the wolves to provide another one of these regular scare-fests to heel the American people.

They Don't Even Have To Pretend Anymore

There was a time, a more innocent time, when the corrupted institutions of finance and governance felt they had to at least keep up the appearance that they weren't scamming us all into a corporatist slave state.

Nowadays, there's no need. After decades (centuries, even) of most of their most heinous crimes being exposed (Lincoln/JFK/RFK/MLK assassination, Pearl Harbor, Gulf of Tonkin, CIA-directed coups and invasions of foreign soil, illegal Presidential executive orders, vote fraud, and so much more) with little to no public reaction - let alone public uprising - they obviously feel confident enough to just work out in the open like this obviously unconstitutional American Supreme Court decision proves.

Perhaps Obama will just appear for his next news conference in Nazi uniform?

Who Cares Where the 9/11 "Trials" Are Held?

Why all this distracting banter about whether the so-called, "9/11 trials" are going to be held in New York or not? What difference does it make?

A trial should be held in a court within the jurisdiction of where the crime took place, unless defence attorneys can prove that their client cannot receive a fair trial due to publicity. You could certainly argue that KSM received a lot of negative publicity! But he's been touted as "the mastermind of 9/11" since 2005 on every news program and newspaper in the Western world. There's nowhere he could receive a trial by a jury untouched by media prejudice.

"Too expensive?" gimme a break. What makes this trial so expensive? New Yorkers "don't need to "relive" the 9/11 attacks?" A trial would help bring some closure to the people of New York.

Therefore, shut up, and hold the trial in New York. It's going to be a sham anyway. KSM is going to hang and we all know it. What are they going to do, find him not guilty?

KSM is a patsy. He "claimed" to be the "mastermind" behind 9/11, sure... after being tortured. And what ever happened to a certain Osama Bin Laden? I thought he was the mastermind of all Al-Qaeda attacks? Oh yeah... Bin Laden is the only terrorist in the history of terrorism that doesn't like to take credit for his attacks (nor issue demands or threats of any kind).

Let's get this kangaroo court over with.

Harvard Tars & Feathers Lou Dobbs

Now, I am not about to get excited either way about any talking head on the "news," let alone champion Lou Dobbs - but there was something happening with Dobbs: He was ranting on about the evils of globalisation, North American Union, the Amero, the dangers if mass, auto-citizenship for illegal immigrants, the questionable US citizenship of Obama and a few other issues which I suddenly found myself almost aligned with Dobbs on! Shockingly!

Starting a couple years ago, I wondered how long he'd be allowed to go on with that line of attack on his show. He was also an original, major investor/stockholder in CNN, which is why, I assume, he was able to get away with dealing with some real topics for this long!

What's amazing to watch here is the beautifully worded, subtle attack on Dobbs' sanity and character by the Harvard Crimson. When faced with uncomfortable issues, these methods are the only available if there is some truth to the opponent's views. Notice, not a single moment spent on the potential validity of his points... No, that just wouldn't do.

Instead we are told that, "For several years now, doubts have arisen as to whether Dobbs can separate fact from opinion, and even fact from misinformation." The Crimson doesn't have to say whose "doubts?" they are referring to. There's no need. Everyone knows about the "doubts" surrounding Dobbs' views, right?

Or did you know that "...Dobbs often pandered to conspiracy theories?" Of course you did. Everyone knows that! And did you know that the questions over Obama's birthplace (and, thus, eligibility for the presidency) were, "...factually bankrupt ?" Seems to me that, until Obama produces unequivocal proof of US birth, the idea that he is a natural-born American is, "factually bankrupt."

So, like him or no, Lou Dobbs is off TV (for now) and the only mainstream media vehicle on which an American (or Canadian or Mexican for that matter) could ever hear about any of the above issues at all.

It's OK America. Now the big, bad Dobbs is gone and you can go back to your TVs rest assured that there will be no more troubling news or, most important, questions about your government. And no dissent (which is such a nuisance, really).

RANDOMLY watching late local news on US station (WDIV 4 NBC) and they're character-assassinating some senator called Monica Conyers?!

It's wild to watch it happening real-time. They're using a tone of voice that sounds like CSI agents... the reporters sound disgusted just talking about her... And she's going to jail!

BUT, watching their evidence for 12 straight minutes (forever on modern TV media) , I am still confused as to what Conyers had done..?

And where are these Dirty News pieces on all the billionaire CEOs who daily do all the things that they showed Conyers doing and worse!

This Is What We're Separated For?!

I'm sure many of you harbour secret and growing dread about our so-called public education system. I know I do.

First, it seems that the schools cannot make a distinction between reality and movies - with most schools' denizens hell-bent on trying to recreate the social scenes portrayed in Pretty In Pink or DeGrassi High. Or The Hills. And it's not just the students - teachers and administrators buy into this, "popular/unpopular kid" model and thus reinforce it!

Second, there's the content. History is written by the victor. Since we (The West) have been having most of the victories for the last few centuries, it's hardly surprising that our kids are getting a skewed, distorted an self-serving version of all events from the time of the last Ice Age on.

Add to this the fact that EVERY textbook in the Western school system has been correlated and published by or for giant NGOs directly affiliated with the world's richest and oldest-moneyed families... And how could we possibly expect to get a fair view of science, history, politics or religion?!

My 14-yr old daughter will tell anyone who'll listen: "I haven't learnt anything for three years!" how bad is that?!

Add to this the fact that, right when evidence is peaking that vaccines are bad for you, they're trying to vaccinate our children more and more each year, with vaccines that are barely even tested anymore! Human Pampaloma Virus?!? Hep A,B,C?!? Bird Flu! SARS?
With HPV especially, this makes no sense. The viral theory of cancer is just that: a theory. And, despite decades of research, no proof has ever been found that cancer is a virus or can be caused by a virus - just statistcal correlations - which could be due to some other shared factor among test subjects.

Home schooling is legal and I'm moving my kids home ASAP.

War: Then and Now

What do you rememeber of advertisements from the war in the 40s? How do they compare to advertisemenets in wartime now? What effect do they have on our outlook as a country? How could this effect (if any) be used to influence - even control - the path a country takes, domestically and internationaly?

I remember being taught that the women and able-bodied men left behind at home had to work for the government. They had to sacrifice part of their career to the war effort of building war machines and ammunition. They also were expected to buy war bonds - because the US had bankrupted itself.

Nowadays, the American President himself issues the first instruction: "Keep Shopping!" No need for war bonds - the Federal Reserve simply prints more worthless paper money to buy more arms.

How has your life changed since the war in Afghanistan started? Iraq? How about during the invasion of Panama? Or the British invasion of the Falklands?
Nothing changes at home. For the soldier away in the field, everything changes. When they come back, they will be horribly misunderstood and estranged.

And so it goes...

Many of us protest these illegal war-actions - but what do we sacrifice to put an end to it?

There's a certain kind of "sacrifice" as shown on tv:
"duty to your country," "police work," "public service,"
etc.

The kind of sacrifice that asks that you give up your elecric salad slicer or Sham-Wow is never mentioned. 'Cos now we have Worldwide War spending and no reduction in luxury spending. It doesn't add up. The bill comes due. Always.

By the end of next year, the bill will come due. The North American currenecies will nosedive. Inflation will take over. THEN they will be calling for "sacrifice." Sacrifice your job, your house, your pension.

Foreign Energy Dependence, WWI and Other Myths...

For the heck of it, I was reading the News Channel on my Nintendo Wii (yes, it gives you the news). Top headline: Canada to Talk Oil Sands With Obama.

Obama's officially in-office next Tuesday. One of the first things he will do is come to Canada to talk Alberta Oil Sands. Obama's dedicated to "ending USA's dependence on Middle East Oil." This is hilarious when you know what's really going on and how 'Middle East oil' and our supposed 'dependence' on it were actually created.

By now, you'd think more people would know that Saudi Arabia is called the United States of Arabia by everyone living in the Middle East - and that this 'dependence' has been worked out to be this way! But no, they keep using it as a kicking-horse. Insane.

For those of you that require some history to see through this farce:

In the years leading to WWI, the massive oil reserves across the Middle East were being discovered and coveted by the emerging trans-national oil megalopolies. Contrary to popular thought, it was never just the vast quantities of oil that drew foreign investment, but rather the attraction of not having to pay living wages to workers combined with the existence - or the ease of setting up - Islamic dictatorships to 'stabilise' and control said workers and oil fields.
WWI was conducted mostly as an operation to redraw the Middle East in an image that maximised internal conflict and foreign control of the land. That objective was clearly achieved. Did you know that Britain started the Great War by invading... Iraq! Did you even know that? I sure as Hell didn't. I thought it was all about Archduke Ferdinand - just like you did. So why invade Iraq first?

The sheer scope and insanity of WWI brought all the nations to the table to prevent such conflicts in the future.

But it was not all smooth sailing for the globalist elites right away - the League of Nations - an essential piece of the plan - failed. Back then, nations were used to something called sovereignty and could easily see through the rich, white man's plans for world dominance. The League never really got off the ground.
But there were plenty of successes - plans for the creation of Israel bring fruit - the Balfour Declaration was procured from England (then-controllers of Palestine). And note this is 25 years before the 'Holocaust!'

A One-Two punch ensued next - and these would cement forever the elitist stranglehold on all of our lives: The so-called Great Depression. That's the One-Punch. The Two-Punch was WWII. After WWII, they got their League of Nations back under the name United Nations - owned and run, lock-stock-and-barrel by the Rockefellers (and whomever they actually answer to).

During all this, in the background, the Middle East was being cut up and parceled out to the highest bidders. This was conveniently invisible to the average citizen, because we didn't know of the Middle East's energy deposits yet!

The Saudi kingship in Arabia is a puppet government. Set up from day one as US stooges. This is why they are so hated by their own citizenry. They're considered foreigners! Read Confessions of an Economic Hitman (or watch hi lecture here) to get the dirt on this.
Once the Transnational oil companies did the math (pay union wages and US land-rights rates to US workers and State governments - or pay crap wages to Saudis with totalitarian regimes to keep control) they abandoned major US operations and moved to the Middle East.
So any 'stranglehold' that Saudi Arabia has on oil is an engineered one. Don't believe the hype. If cheap oil was really wanted, it's waiting for us here - in the US and Canadian mainlands! We have more oil here than the rest of the world combined! Don't believe me? Watch this video.

We're really going to have to watch this Presidency for passage of the elitist, globalist UN initiatives that have been festering behind the scenes for the last few years. When you look at the last five Presidencies, you see an emerging pattern of oscillation back and forth between 'right' and 'left.' Reagan and the Bushes can be seen to 'turn down' UN initiatives - giving conservative voters the idea that they give a hoot about US sovereignty. Then in come the Democrats - Carter, Clinton, Obama - to shove through the worst of the initiatives in the name of 'change' and 'peace.'
I predict openly that all the craziest theories about the UN (CODEX Alimentarius, de-population, internment camps, international military police) will go through with Obama. Just like Clinton.

AFTERWORD:

Is it just me or is it becoming impossible to hear one single word of truth in any mainstream press article? They're just comedic pieces now! After all this BS about foreign oil dependence, they then go on to say that digging up the oil sands will "increase [Alberta's] greenhouse gas emissions." How?!?

I guess this is "Change." Say, I had forgotten... but what was Clinton's catch phrase when he was running after George HW? "It's time for Change." Har!!!

And after looking into it for a few days, it seems that Obama is most likely:

A) The illegitimate son of a targeted Black Panther leader and his mother (who seems to have been a hired spy for the US govt who "penetrated," literally, the Black Panthers under COINTELPRO)

B) A foreign-born illegal alien. Raised in secret and groomed since birth to be President of the US.

C) Working for the Chicago Mob. If you can't beat them, join them! What better way to conduct criminal operations but to hold control of the law?

Either way, we do know he appears out of nowhere, fully developed, like Ancient Egypt rising out of the Nile, to claim a state senate seat by getting all of his opponents disqualified from the ballot (sound familiar? Like a Mob operation?) then wins the US Senate seat, then raises a half-billion dollars instantly to grab the Presidency. Hmmmm. And, oh yeah, he cannot / will not provide Birth Certificates or any other identity papers to Congress. And they're just going to sign him in next week as Prez - they don't even know if he's American!!!

South Ossetia - Israeli Air Base?!?

My friends and I had been trying to figure out this latest 'conflict' in Georgia's South Ossetia... I must admit, that, while I do not find sabre-rattling at Russia surprising (the only time that the USA treated Russia kindly was when Boris Yeltsin allowed the USA and its allies to rape Russia!) - We sure did not see this one coming.

After Georgia went into Ossetia, Russia attacked Georgian troops, and the US & NATO countries decried and threatened Russia, as I tried to come up with angles, I thought to myself,

1) Perhaps Iran and North Korea - even the War On Terror - had been distractions and they've really been pining all along for a revival of the old, Cold War with Russia.
2) This flare up in Russia is a distraction from something else that we should be paying attention to
3) The Georgian president is a CIA asset (Like Karzai of Afghanistan, he speaks perfect English, went to US college paid for by the State Dept. and was a lawyer in New York who worked to "recruit" ex-pat Georgians for political movements back home.

Turns out that 2 and 3 are closest - though I don't rule out a complete return to a demonised Russia.

Who woulda thunk? From such a non-threatening, mainstream band!

I'm amazed that they didn't slander him. They certainly didn't support his statements, but, for once, they just presented the views and let the object of the article be. A previously unaware reader might even be tempted to look into Corrs's allegations - seeing as how they didn't rip into him as a "conspiracy theorist."

I figure it's because it's Belfast.

The Irish have known since the Potato Famine (probably since the time of the druids, actually!) that there are giant conspiracies afoot. Talk of government conspiracy is probably family dinner conversation over there after 100s of years of the Brits messing with them.

For instance, almost all of the people indicted in high-profile group terror/conspiracy arrests and detentions in Northern Ireland from the 1970s and 80s have, after an unimaginably long stay in brutal prisons, have not only been exonerated, but much evidence has come to light that they were framed by MI5 and the British Military in (the now-familiar) false-flag operation (for instance, Operation Stakeknife in which dozens of UK citizens were allowed to die in terror attacks organised by their own mole).

The casualness of the Belfast Times article reminds me of how, when one interviews inner-city blacks in the US, a perfectly normal response would be, "Of course there's a giant conspiracy! They're stealing our votes, they're killing our leaders!"

Despite the establishment's constant lamenting that blacks are among the poorest, most under-educated people in America, they're actually some of the best-educated people in America! It's just been a very hard lesson that they have had to learn. Same goes for the Irish fighting for their rights under the heel of the British occupation.

One Ring To Rule Them All?

For many of you, the idea that an occult group might be behind all of the machinations in world history is too much to swallow. I know it was for me. Too X-Files to be true.

But as I have learned more by constantly studying history and government, it has come to seem as if nearly all of recorded history has been, to one extent or another, a lie. And not only a lie, but a lie that is a means to an end.

As I have reflected upon what that end could be, one can't help but start to feel that those at the very top cannot possibly believe what we believe. They are acting not only as ones with privilege could be expected to act, but they are acting as if they are a different species living on a different world (See my article: Rich Folks On Mars?).

One wonders what it takes to occupy the minds and souls and appetites of those who are so fantastically rich and powerful. We each, in our own experience, can attest to the depth of human hungers. We tend to want that which is forbidden and that which we cannot have. So what do you do when you have everything?

As evidence mounts, it seems more and more that these people, the true blue-bloods or the world, need to have their own society, religion and mores. And doesn't it just make sense? If you were a multi-billionaire with the power to dictate to nations' governments, what could possibly still interest you in religions that exalt the "meek?" What could possibly excite you about sexual liaisons when your wealth can afford you access to nearly any woman or man you wanted?
Evidence of strange religions/cults and perverse sexual practises has been steadily mounting (see videos: Conspiracy of Silence and Alex Jones's infiltration of Bohemian Grove). Since our culture - while seemingly "advanced" - it still in the Stone Age sexually (actually they were probably more easy-going about sex then) and spiritually, we are not comfortable talking about such things. We need to face them if we are to gain understanding of, and put a face on, the enemy.

Some researchers have (famously, in the case of David Icke) even gone so far as to suggest that these people are literally alien-reptilian/humans. For me, I don't see the proof of that yet. But I do see proof that these people act as if they believe they are a different species, with their own hidden religions.
Knowing what these people believe will allow us to predict their movements and manoeuvres. For instance, knowing the major religious and philosophical influences and beliefs in the US or Iran allows one to predict their actions in general.

Look at how religion and ritual bind everyday people together. Look how it has also been used to control us. If you could affect the same in the world's most powerful entities - you would then control them.

I must say, if I were some Dr. No figure, trying to take over the world, I would absolutely try to create an elitist , esoteric, occult religion to bind and glue the world's ruling class. I would hide this religion in the very symbols that the cattle castes pray to - but under different names and different understandings. I would supply rituals and rites that are appalling to the main population - that way I could always blackmail anyone who threatened to get out of line. This article does the same as most, starts with the issue, gives a quick background, and gives some conclusions - but there isn't a nasty, calloused, faux-friendly, sarcastic word in there.

Despite plenty of opportunity to gossip about why they are breaking up, and chances to make up new nicknames for Shania and Mutt, Mr. Flippo does exactly none of that. Instead he writes a glowing history of their careers and wishes them well. No need to write another article until Shania or Mutt decide to do something newsworthy.

If only all "star" press were like this. Can you imagine only hearing about Paris Hilton when she did something newsworthy?

At first, it didn't hit me at all. I read through three-quarters of the article before I got to this:

"a Supreme Court ruling that says Guantanamo Bay was essentially an illegal operation..."

I know, I know... you didn't hear that on the evening news either! But it's true. For the second time a country's Supreme Court has declared the Guantanamo Bay kidnapping/torture operation illegal.

Funny how the headline doesn't include that - seeing as headlines are supposed to convey the most important gist of the story in a sexy way. If I were the editor, I would have insisted on a front-page, gigantic headline stating: CDN Supreme Court: Guantanmo Bay Illegal!!!
Yet on this one and every other article I could find - even one from Al-Jazeera - they have boring titles:

Notice how the ruling is down-played. Strange for a Supreme Court ruling.
Imagine if this had been about gay marriage or gun-control? We would have headed into days of front page headlines; clearly spelling out the legal ramifications for us. Because, ultimately, those kinds of glossy, intense "us against them" "debates" grab headlines, but, in the end, don't accomplish much. (For instance, after endless rounds of high-profile debate, has gay marriage been "solved" in your area yet? Didn't think so. Even when legislation does get passed, it gets overturned/ammended and the argument starts anew).

The Supreme Court defines our laws through their rulings. Just like in the US. They have declared that, because the detention and interrogation of Omar Khadr was illegal, Canada participated in an illegal activity by aiding the US government. This is HUGE, people!!!
Instead we are told by the headlines (which is as far as most people will go on this story) that this was just an "Unsurprising ruling," or a "small victory for Khadr." Bloody brilliant watching these people work. Now, who is going to stop what they're doing and listen intently about an "unsurprising ruling." No-one. That's right. Just freaks like you and me - the rarest of individuals who have the disease of Truthitis.

Canada is turning out to still hold many surprises for the Globalists. I'm not sure if, in the end, we can beat them - we are a possesion of the Queen's after all - but we'll sure as hell try.

I have always felt the same way about not only Columbine, but all the other campus mass-shootings.

The one in Montreal a couple years ago was especially weird. I can't find the original reports anymore, but I watched it all unfold live and at first, media reported that there were several shooters; then that there was a standoff with the shooter; then that there was one and he was in custody; then that the shooter had committed suicide.

Just like 7/7 in London, police were on the scene en masse within 5 minutes. No-one in the media thought to ask the Surété du Québec how they all managed to get there so quickly.

Of course, he was quickly identified and came with a complete psychiatric history within hours of the shooting. Another standard patsy.

An Open Letter To An RCMP Terrorist Mole

I received many great comments about my last post about the Canadian Toronto 18 case and the potentially bogus sting operation that entrapped the suspects. The most interesting had to be one (purportedly) from the main paid RCMP/CSIS informant himself, Mubin Shaikh. He wrote:

How will your article read when you hear of the indifference to innocent life as it was promulgated by some?
Dont (sic) make the mistake the govt. did by assuming all were guilty. Dont (sic) make the mistake too many are making now by assuming all are innocent.

Below is my response to Mr. Shaikh:

"To 'Mubin Shaikh' (If that really is you... I guess there's no way to know for sure. I'm going to respond in the hopes that it is really you),

I'd like to start by saying that I actually think you're brave coming out and speaking up about flaws in the case, for speaking out about your part in the sting, and for being honest about your history. The other mole has kept silent. I've seen you in interviews and you seem like a very likable guy - the kind of guy I could chill with at a Saturday BBQ. Having said that, I feel the same way about George Bush!

Listen, I can't pretend to know all the details - as usual the RCMP are secretive about the details of this case - and you're one of the few who does know a lot of them - perhaps most. I only know what I can dig up for myself.

First off, I am most definitely not making a mistake in "assuming all are innocent" - I have to assume all are innocent under the Canadian Charter of Rights. Anyone who does not is not being a true Canadian. It is up to the Crown to show that they are guilty, and until they do they are completely innocent in my books.

And perhaps you'll forgive my doubts about this case in the light of the fact that this is the third such Canadian mass arrest - the other two cases were thrown out of court COMPLETELY with stern judgments and warnings from the bench against the tactics of RCMP, CSIS, and the Crown. As this case slowly falls apart, I expect no different.

As for the Toronto 18 case that you worked on, the RCMP and CSIS watched these guys for TWO YEARS and without a single chargeable offence occurring - until you two 'moles,' informants, whatever - came along. All of a sudden it's a fast track to fertilizer.

I find it disturbing that you would call this affair a "show," with these poor souls being kept in 23.5 hour-a-day solitary confinement. Remember, the ones just exonerated were kept in these conditions too.

As for how my, "article [will] read when [I] hear of the indifference to innocent life as it was promulgated by some..." You must understand, I do not care if any of these boys were saying scary things. People say scary things every day - even more so about hot topics like this "war on terror" and other political hot potatoes. Canada is a free country and I will fight to the death to allow anyone to say whatever they bloody-well please - no matter how scary or even depraved. It doesn't matter what these people allegedly said!

If you really stop and do your homework, Mr. Shaikh, you will soon see that, in all likelihood, there is NO Al-Qaeda. There is no 'terrorist threat.' Especially to Canada. Until Afghanistan, what did we ever do to them? If there is a threat, it's only because we're over there busting into innocent people's houses and killing or torturing them.

Please watch the excellently researched and accurately reported English documentary, "The Power of Nightmares," and rethink this whole line about Islamic terrorists coming for us in the night. This is not some indy, leftist propaganda piece - it is a report from mainstream English press and has been seen by millions.

Keep in mind that if I had written similar articles about the previous two stings on the Pakistanis, I'd have been right. If I'd written one about the ones arrested in Florida - I'd have been right. I could go on, but you get the picture.

You are right about one thing, though: Let's see how my article reads when all is said and done. But, remember, the question for you would be:

How will your life 'read,' having turned these people in, if none of them is found guilty?

PS: Even if they are found guilty - that doesn't mean they did anything wrong. It just means that they wouldn't have won the court case. Two different things - especially when charged under the Anti-Terror Act and already having been tried on TV!

PPS: Should I be scared now? If you are Mubin Shaikh and and you work for CSIS and you've seen my site, will I be reported to CSIS now as a home-grown terrorist? Under the Anti-Terror Act I suppose they could come for me now."

The Incredible Shrinking Terror Case

Up here in The Great White North, we are having our own experience with the terror-mongers. Our Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, is another of the neo-con Straussian faux tough-guys like the ones in Washington. And he's been trying - with much less success than his American overlords - to turn Canada into a modern, lawless dictatorship ruled by terror.

The problem that Harper's regime is having with Canada, though, is that we are mostly very easy-going. We tend not to hold grudges. We tend to be very open to new ideas. We tend to be empathetic to others. We insist on our personal privacy. We have never been very interested in empire-building. And, most of all, we have a tiny sliver of independent journalism still remaining (though that's almost gone over completely to American-style media conglomerate lie-mongering too).

Yesterday, even the mainstream media reported that the Crown Attorneys (District Attorneys for you American readers) were staying cases against four more of the so-called "Toronto 18." A stay means that there really wasn't a case against them to begin with. This is the second wave of stays in this case, bringing the fearful 18 down to 11. To get to the heart of this, we need to go back to 2004.

In the summer of 2006 the Anti-Terror Act was up for review, with the opposition parties calling for it to expire. Canada was openly questioning whether it was right to give up our liberties when it didn't seem that there was any real threat. Then, suddenly in June two weeks before the vote on the Act was due, the RCMP arrested (without warrant under the 2002 Anti-Terror Act) 18 (or was it 17) Muslims in Toronto as a direct result of the suspects allegedly ordering several hundred pounds of fertilizer.

The TVs and front pages flared up with the story of the plot to drive a bomb-laden truck up the steps of Parliament, run in, kidnap and then behead the Prime Minister, and then blow up the Parliament Buildings. As if that were not enough, the "home-grown terrorists" were running a professional "terror training camp" in the countryside. "Home-grown terror!" "It can happen here!" "They hate our freedoms!" cried the media non-stop for precisely one week until some of the sketchy details of the arrests started to come out. Then they clammed right up.

What they didn't tell us at first was that RCMP surveillance of some of the suspects had begun three years earlier - with absolutely no leads developing: these kids were normal Canadian youth - some of them politically active and outspoken against out invasion of Afghanistan, but the RCMP could find no illegal activity.
What turned things around for the RCMP was the introduction of two Muslim moles: one, Mubin Shaikh, a cocaine-addicted, lifelong Air Cadet with a troubled past - he was also a CSIS agent (Canada's CIA); the other a man was also a well-paid (he asked for $40 million dollars) CSIS agent with a degree in horticulture who was on the skids. Each was paid millions of dollars by CSIS and RCMP for their services. These two then ingratiated themselves to the suspects and immediately started the process of entrapment. Shaikh has since stated publicly that many of the suspects are innocent. He has also admitted to snorting all the money he was paid up his nose and has been recently charged with assaulting two 12-year old girls!!!
It turns out that the fertilizer was ordered and paid for by the RCMP!In fact, it was the horticulturist mole who was the only one able to place the order, as a regular citizen ordering hundreds of pounds of fertilizer at once will be immediately reported to the RCMP! And it was delivered to a location that the RCMP rented and paid for- one block away from their regional headquarters! Now, you tell me what sophisticated terror network is going to devise a plot where they are based one block away from the national police force's HQ?!?

This is the third round of mass terror arrests in Canada. Each has preceded key events such as sending more troops to Afghanistan or voting on the Anti-Terror Act. In the previous two cases ALL the charges were thrown out of court, with brutal rulings from the bench damning the RCMP for ever arresting the suspects. We're well on our way to having all the charges against the 18 dropped.

This would be funny except for the fact that these unlawfully arrested young men, despite the flimsy evidence and exoneration of more than half of them, have all been kept in solitary confinement, sitting on a concrete floor for 23 and a half hours a day! We can all see that their charges are going to be dropped - but in the meantime they remain in these tortuous conditions, wasting their youth, in jail.

Our hearts go out to the families of these young men whose lives are being stolen from them at such a crucial age.

Post Script: Remember how Americans travelers have always been advised to sew Canadian maple leaves to their backpacks to gain goodwill when in foreign countries? We are losing that goodwill by acting as America's lackeys. We hope and pray that Canada - once arguably the best-loved country around the world - does not now become a target for hatred due to such imperial behavior.

If We Had Memories, We'd Remember The 30s

As thousands of poor souls are trying to get their retirement money back after the collapse of asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) notes, I have mixed feelings for them.

On the one hand, these are regular, hard-working, trusting individuals who thought they were investing conservatively in what amounted to a sure thing. These people have been directed by financial advisers, banks, money managers, etc, to invest in these "low-risk" investments after watching ads showing their friendly, non-threateningly pudgy banker as someone who can "join the family," or "earn your trust."

On the other hand, I am tempted to say that they got what they deserved. As callous as that sounds, it is true: the information has been out there for all to find that there is no such thing as a low-risk investment and that this - or any other disappearance of investment capital can happen at any time without warning. More to the point: that it is part of a deliberate scheme that has repeated throughout history.

Now, to be fair, if only truthful history and finance were taught in school, or if these subjects were covered regularly and truthfully in our news media, I'm sure that almost none of these people would have invested in the first place. Who would invest their hard-earned in a system that is set up to steal it?

Historically, in the good times the stock market is a place of complicated and exclusive dealings of the super-elite.
Then, suddenly, one sees a massive increase in the baiting of average Joes to get into the stock market. Take the massive increase in financial services advertising in the last ten years - or, especially, in hugely misleading and baiting day-trader advertising - services such as E-Trade have exploded out of the gates, getting their services up and running almost as soon as the servers for the commercial Internet were built, then dropping ads that male you feel as if using E-trade will make you rich overnight (when, in fact, just like any form of gambling, the vast majority of investors lose money to the house in the long run).

This type of baiting has only meant one thing in history: CRASH. The common people are used to float the boat as high as it will go, then they are liquidated when it sinks. The attempted bail outs of the 30s, 80s, and 90s (and soon the 2000s) accomplished nothing - the market still ended up bottoming out - except protecting the paycheques and payouts to the boards of the corporate perpetrators of these scams. The Bear-Stearns and S&Ls of the world are bailed out - while Average Joe is screwed. People's entire portfolios (and even cash bank accounts) are liquidated.

Perhaps now people will wake up, learn about how these banksters are scamming them, remove all their money from the fiat banking system, and buy silver and other precious metals. Because, when it hits the fan, you'll still be able to buy clothes and food with silver.
