It’s being widely rumored that Donald Trump, Jr, the President’s oldest son, is considering a run for Congress — against his father’s arch-nemesis, the impeachment ringleader Jerry Nadler, who was first elected to public office in 1976.

Nadler is the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and has been the principal architect of President Donald Trump‘s impeachment. He represents New York’s 12th congressional district, comprising the West Side of Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn.

The district has a Democrat enrollment advantage of 23 points, according to the Cook Political Index (CPI). But for New York State, that’s a middle-of-the-pack district — there are nine districts in the State that are even more strongly Democrat-leaning.

Given President Trump’s unprecedented support of Israel in recent years — from ending the Iran agreement to relocating the US Embassy to Jerusalem — it’s widely thought that he could rally the district’s influential Jewish community around his son’s candidacy.
“Nadler is the quintessential career politician and has exposed himself as a petulant political hack, not a statesman,” one longtime New York County Republican committeeman explains. “If Don Jr. takes socially liberal and fiscally moderate policy positions, and makes the election about getting big infrastructure projects done for New York City, then he can make the race competitive.”

“More importantly, it drains a massive amount of time and resources for the Democrats’ New York-based political machine, in a district that they shouldn’t have to spend a dime on,” he argues. “And if you consider how effectively the Trump family has been able to wield free media, who knows what could happen.”

In December 2017, Nadler criticized President Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. In 2015, Nadler voted to support an agreement to lift economic sanctions against Iran in exchange for Iran’s compliance with the terms of the agreement which called for substantial dismantling and scaling back of their nuclear program.

Nadler gained national prominence during the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, when he described the process as a “partisan railroad job”.

According to the National Journal, Nadler is one of seven members of the House of Representatives who tie for most liberal.

In 2002 and 2003, Nadler had laparoscopic duodenal switch surgery, helping him lose more than 100 pounds.

It’s clear that moving the workout alone was enough to turn off the majority of teams.
It appears Kaepernick never believed he was getting a fair shake from the league, and that is his right and there is plenty of reason for his suspicion. It is also his right is to apply for the job in any way that he wants
He has to deal with that decision.
Kaepernick wanted to do it his way. The NFL wanted to do it its way.
The golden rule? The people with the gold, rule. In this case, the NFL is under no obligation to employ Colin Kaepernick and it’s clear by the reaction of NFL-types that they viewed Kaepernick’s negatives as too burdensome for his talent to overcome.

“If I was still coaching, my big question would be, Colin Kaepernick is a good quarterback,” former Super Bowl winner Tony Dungy said on NBC. “He’s a good athlete. I know he can throw the ball. I know he is one of the top 100 quarterbacks playing. But what I don’t know is how badly he wants to play. And that didn’t get answered.”

Dungy is generally indicative of the conservative and cautious nature of the NFL, and his words are being repeated in private.

Again, fair or not, that’s reality and Kaepernick didn’t alter that. In any job interview, the potential employee has to set out to answer questions about the weakest part of their resume – a lack of experience, a lack of education, whatever.

Kaepernick didn’t get that done. Physically, Kaepernick looked good, but it was a workout against air. He’s certainly in great shape, even at 32, but that’s the bare minimum for the NFL.

A federal court permitted a lawsuit to proceed against an Illinois school district that allows high school boys to use girls’ locker rooms, restrooms and showers in order to accommodate transgender students.

But girls who don’t want to be seen naked by boys got bad news, College Fix reports. The judge ruled that they have no right to “visual bodily privacy” if the government says so.

Dozens of families sued the Chicago-area Township High School District 211 three years ago due to its policy letting students as young as 14 choose to use the locker rooms of the opposite sex.

“All the students must use the restroom with the knowledge that someone of the opposite sex is present or could walk in at any time,” their lawyers at the Alliance Defending Freedom wrote in a background document on the case.

It makes the stakes clear: “If our government is powerful enough to command innocent school children to disrobe in the presence of opposite-sex classmates, then there will be little it will not be powerful enough to do.”

The plaintiffs, organized as Students and Parents for Privacy, are composed of 52 families made up of 136 parents and current and future students who are “being forced to use the restroom, or change clothes, with someone of the opposite sex in the room.”

U.S. District Judge Jorge Alonso is letting Title IX and religious freedom claims go forward while throwing out other claims.

Tom Petersen, director of community relations for the district, emphasized that “only three” claims are going forward.

The District will continue to defend our practices that affirm and support the identity of all our students,” Petersen wrote in an email.

When asked about what has happened in the case for the past three years, a spokesperson from the alliance said it was “waiting on clarity from our attorney on this” but has not responded since Tuesday.

Township High School District 211 did not initially choose to let biological males look at females in a partial or total state of undress, according to 100%news.

The Obama administration’s Department of Education threatened to take away federal funding in 2015 unless the school district changed its policy. It received $6 million in 2014.

Though the district already allowed the male student at the heart of the complaint to shower and dress in a private area of the girls’ locker room, federal officials said that accommodation “subjected the student to stigma and different treatment.”

The district changed the policy without telling parents or students, and girls found out “when they walked into their restroom and came face-to-face with Student A,” the male student who identifies as female.

Before the girls’ locker room was opened to Student A but after the restrooms were, a non-plaintiff girl “who had been sexually assaulted previously” saw Student A’s penis, according to Alonso:

Michelle Obama said that people around the world believe that her husband, former President Obama, is the president of the world.

The former first lady made the comments last week at the Obama Foundation Summit at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

“There’s power in the selection of Jackson Park,” she said, PJ Media reported. “Barack and I don’t do things incidentally. I mean, there’s a strategy.

“Hawaii wants it, because it’s also an economic engine. It will be a visited presidential library, because it’s going to be alive, it’s a first.

“It will be a resource. And what better place to put it than in our backyard. Jackson Park is like that juxtaposition of everything in our lives,” she said.

Imagine the ego one has to have to believe that their husband, a former president, is the president of the entire world.

But that is what it appears that the former first lady has said and, judging by her statement, it appears to be what she believes.

Are Democrats on a witch hunt?
The comments came at the same event where she said that white people are running from black people.

“As people doubted us coming through — ‘Are you Princeton material? Can you really make the grade?’ Can you cut it?’” she said.

“What do you do in those instances? All you can do is put your head down and do the work and let the work, your truth, speak for itself,” she said.

It is presumptuous to assume that every white person is afraid of black people, but she takes it further by saying white people run from black people

“But maybe if I show up every day as a human, a good human, doing wonderful things, loving my family, loving our kids, taking care of things that I care about.

“Maybe, just maybe that work will pick away at the scabs of our discrimination. Maybe that will slowly unravel it.

“That’s all we have,” she said. “Because we can’t do it for them, because they’re broken. Their brokenness in how they see us is a reflection of this brokenness. And you can’t fix that. All you can do is the work.”

“Being the first black first family gave America and the world [the chance] to see the truth of who we are as black people, as others.

“That we are just as, and often times better than, many of the people who doubt us,” she said at the Obama Foundation Summit in Chicago.

“As families like ours — upstanding families like ours who were doing everything we were supposed to do and better — as we moved in, white folks moved out because they were afraid of what our families represented,” she said.

“I want to remind white folks that y’all were running from us … This family, with all the values that you read about, you were running from us.

“I can’t make people not afraid of black people. I don’t know what’s going on. I can’t explain what’s happening in your head,” the former first lady said.

New York Rep. Elise Stefanik is quickly becoming the Republicans answer to New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez with one major caveat.

That caveat is the Rep. Stefanik knows what she is talking about and has the ability to make the Democrats pull hair out of their heads.
During testimony in the impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump, Rep. Stefanik noted that Rep. Adam Schiff kept interrupting his Republican colleagues.

It was for that reason that Rep. Stefanik chose instead if questioning the witness to read Schiff; own lies for the record.

The only thing he was able to do this time was sit and take it.

Not every Democrat is a supporter of the sham attempt at impeachment of President Trump. Some actually have a conscience and respect for the Constitution.

These few have been kept quiet about their opposition by their party but now, after the passing of the articles and a House vote just around the corner, they are speaking out. One by one, the left are letting America know that some of them are patriots too.

Four more Democrats are now publicly stating their anger at the impeachment proceedings initiated by their own party and all are preparing to abandon their party and cross over to the GOP because of it.

Jack Layton of Michigan, Christina Clark of Washington, Gordon Campbell of California, and Kareem Jabari of New York have all filed the papers needed with Congress for a mid-term party transfer, and they’ve all done so out of anger with what they say is an “illegal action against the President”.

Satya Martin is acting as a neutral spokesperson for the group and all media requests have been directed to her, likely because she is so easy on the eyes. She conveyed the group’s thoughts:

The Democratic Party, at the behest of Speaker Nancy Pelosi, are committing what we feel is a treasonous act through what amounts to a coup. We cannot, as patriotic citizens of these United States, participate in this action.

It is because of these feelings that we will make the transition to the Republican Party forthwith. Once there, we will participate in an action to have the Democratic Party decertified, making them ineligible for public office.”

More and more liberals are seeing the light and the truth in Trump. This is just the beginning
