I just bought a Canon LEGRIA FS200 video-camera, with a Sandisk Ultra II SDHC 16 GB memory card and a Lowepro Apex 100 AW carrying case. Not exactly the most advanced of cameras, but it fits my needs and that is the important bit.

I'm really  looking forward to filming some of my hiking trips and vacations. The camera is light and easy to bring along and the carrying case can be made rainproof by taking out the enclosed covering. All in all quite excellent for my modest film-making needs.

I haven't tested it yet, it's still charging...

I have just joined geocaching.com. Great fun. Finally I have a new hobby: Treasurehunting! I used the Geocaching application on my iPhone and that took Åshild and me to the cache near PST the Norwegian Police Security Service, In Nydalen. It was a lot of fun searching the area next to the secret police. Suspicious activity is a lot of fun...;-) No harm, no foul! I wonder if there are any caches near the American Embassy?
