The Shadow Effect Movie can help you step into your Divine Purpose!

Click the picture above and watch Debbie Ford’s movie.  It has the ability to reveal to you what has been limiting your potential.  There is so much inside of you that you hold back.  There is so much that you can do in the world, if you just stopped limiting yourself.  What is it that holds you back?

Is it a fear?

Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of abandonment, fear of punishment, fear of being alone, fear of not being able to do it all, fear of money, fear of ….

Is it an excuse?

I don’t know how.  I don’t have enough time.  I don’t have enough education.  I don’t have the support I need.  I will let ‘them’ down.  I will be alone.  I won’t do it right.  He/She is better at it than me.  I don’t know what I want to do.

There is so much that can limit your ability to share your spiritual gifts.  Perhaps it is a belief that you have or a commitment to something other than what you say you want.  Maybe you are limited by what people might think about you.

“I saw The Shadow Effect movie and it changed my life.”

Even after all the work I’ve done on the topic of projection, I had a profound shift when I saw this movie for the first time as a guest of (and coach trained by) Debbie Ford.  I felt the shame of being German wash over me.  I couldn’t believe that my relatives might have murdered innocent victims of the holocaust.  Allowing myself to go a little deeper I sobbed allowing myself to feel the full impact of the shame I felt thinking about this possibility.

Edie, a holocaust survivor, reached out to comfort me.  I felt more shame!  After the movie, I shared with Edie that by watching this movie, I realized that I might have just followed orders.  I might have been more afraid for my own life than to stand up for what’s right.   I shared that I want to know myself well enough to know that I would protect people, and that I would have been willing to die for what is right.  Intense shame…

What I’m realizing in this moment is that I’ve been projecting my own willingness to follow–without questioning the person in authority–onto Nazi Germany.  I’ve been projecting my own fear of leading onto Nazi Germany.  Afterall, I don’t want to hurt anyone.  I’ve also been projecting my fear of following onto Nazi Germany–it’s not safe to follow, because someone might get hurt.

I’m still in the process of taking back my projection onto Nazi Germany.  The power of Debbie Ford’s movie and the shadow work I’ve done with her in training to become a coach is making it possible for me to step into a leadership role around Divine Purpose.  I am leading people to their highest calling.  I am turning people back to their own voice and their own heart.  I am eradicating shame from the planet.

I’m not the only one who had a shift.

When we deal with our projections, we will be able to share our authentic selves with the world.  We will step into our next highest expression.  We will forgive ourselves and begin to create a live that we truly love–feeling deserving of having it.

Everyone who is reading this has the same thing in common.

Pure Potential!  Is it easy to acknowledge that prior to your birth, you were pure potential, and more difficult for you to jump on board this the fact that you still are?  While you may have no idea what you can accomplish in this lifetime, I assure you that it is more than what you think you are capable of.  And it doesn’t need to be a struggle.

The difference between struggle and allowing.

The word “accomplish” brings up images of doing and making things happen; the ‘doing’ that is about pleasing others and doing what you think you should do, not what you really want to do.  If you are searching and struggling to bring purpose and passion into your life, then take a look at your motivations.  Is your doing about other people and not about what makes your heart sing?  Are you motivated to please others, to be accepted, or to not get in trouble?  Maybe you need to stop the struggle and start allowing for your Divine Purpose to emerge.  Invest some time discovering what you are all about.  And then commit to your authentic expression!

From the awareness that emerges you will be able to better discern the choices that support you in fulfilling your potential and living your Divine Purpose.

Your Divine Purpose is the expression of your pure potential.

This is the potential you have for making a huge difference in the world–not by “doing” but through “being.”  You will be supported in this highest expression of your divinity as you start saying “yes” to the promptings of your soul and “no” to that which no longer serves you.

Here is what you may need to wash out of the way:

• Excuses–you will need to give up all the excuses for why you can’t have the life you want.  If you’re truly ready to step up, then you will want to know the excuses that have been holding you back.  If you aren’t sure you are using excuses, I can help you identify some of your blind spots in this area.  All you need to do is send me an e-mail to get started.  I don’t charge for this.  Do you know how many people use the excuse that they don’t want to ‘waste my time?’  Do you know how many people have a belief that they just aren’t worth it?  If you are thinking that, then you are using an excuse.
• Blame–If it’s always someone else’s fault why you aren’t living the life of your dreams–or at least moving steadfastly toward it, then you are dis-empowering yourself.  Take full responsibility for what you want and stop being a victim to all the people you think stand in your way.  I guarantee you that that is something underneath your blaming that is more likely related to a fear of some sort.

Are you ready to discover your potential?

What would you need to do to unveil your Life Purpose?  Do you need to give something up like excuses or blaming?  Do you need to make a commitment?  or get support?  Do you need to believe in yourself?  Do you need someone to believe in you until you can believe in yourself?

Are you ready to know yourself as this potential?  Even if you don’t know what that looks like or how it will manifest?  I am waiting for your readiness!

Can  neurons really block your ability to live a life of purpose?

I never gave this much thought, but in reading Joan Borysenko’s book, A Woman’s Book of Life: The Biology, Psychology, and Spirituality of the Feminine Life Cycle, I have an insight into why it can be difficult to follow your dreams.

It is important to understand how the brain develops connections.

Borysenko says:

If a little girl is repeatedly abused by a drunken father, for example, the resulting helplessness, rage, and fear of men are likely to be deeply embedded neurologically.  Change is possible in later years by myelinating new pathways, but that change may require tremendous effort, considerable therapy, and sustained attention over many years since the initial circuitry will always remain.

While this site is not focused on abuse, it is clear in this enlightening example that repetition can greatly impact what we think, say, and do.  (And in a sense how we abuse ourselves by discarding our dreams.)  Through a process of myelination, thoughts and beliefs and the resulting actions are, not only formed, but set in stone.  Suddenly it makes sense to me the difficulty so many people face in changing their programming.

This is why we can’t just recite affirmations all day long and have our lives change overnight.  However, we can reprogram ourselves through the same myelination process that left us with our current limitations.

The deep personal, and often spiritual, work that we undertake to become a more authentic expression of ourselves requires a firm commitment that is stronger than our doubts and fears.  The doubts and fears are the myelinated path that is laid in brick of an old and outdated paradigm, but our brain doesn’t know it!  The synapses are strong…

This is one way we develop our sense of right and wrong.  Myelination is also how we come to develop  our set of beliefs and behaviors that accompany those beliefs.  That ‘dug in’ path is what leaves us living below our potential.  Embedded in our thoughts is the belief that we “can not” or “should not” do something different.  Especially if it goes against what was ingrained in us as children.

Use your Neurobiology to your advantage!

Borysenko says that our initial circuitry remains the same throughout our lives.  However, it makes sense to me that when you have the awareness of what your underlying patterns are, then you can consciously change them–even if the new patterns you are implementing don’t feel authentic in the beginning.

Repetition does work to replace old paradigms, but it requires that you get underneath it all and expose the commitments that you’ve made that no longer serve you.  Once you have this information, you will have unlocked the key to living your Life Purpose enabling you to step into right livelihood and the life of your dreams.

ps:  I have no background or training in neurobiology, but this makes sense to me.  I also haven’t done any research on myelination, but there are many people who have researched brain rules.

Whether you are living your Divine Purpose or not will be determined by your egg!

Our lives can become so self-contained that we aren’t even aware of the myriad of possibilities available to us.  If you’ve been living your life, going through the motions, and then feeling resigned to your current circumstances, then you are probably stuck inside your egg.  Inside your egg are all the thoughts and beliefs and actions that keep you in your limitations.  If you are ready to break out of your shell, then you need to grow beyond it’s confines.

You have to think outside the egg!

This is another way of saying that if you want something different, then you have to do something different.  So often we make choices from inside the egg and then we wonder why nothing changes in our outer experience of life.  When this happens to you, realize that you are stuck in your egg.  If you want something different, then the choices you make need to be consistent with the person you would be if you were already on the outside of the egg.  You’ll need to ask yourself questions as if you were already on the other side.  Here are a few to consider:

1. If I were already living my Divine Purpose, what are three actions I would take this week?
2. How would I feel if I were fully sharing my spiritual gifts?
3. Who would I hang out with if I were confident in going for my dreams?
4. What would I be telling myself on a regular basis if I were successful?
5. Imaging you are 100% successful in developing and sharing my gifts with the world, then ask yourself, “What actions did I take to get me here?”

I met with Michael Beckwith in April.

Michael inspired my conversation about Life Purpose and eggs.  He told a wonderful story about how humans are like a little chick in its egg.  He explained that the chick does two things: eats and pollutes its environment.  When the chick grows, it pecks through its shell into another world.  Michael said that we ask God for the wrong things like more food and a bigger egg, but that just gives us more of the same.  If you want to get out of the egg, you will have to ask a more appropriate question such as, “How can I grow?”  Then don’t be surprised when you are provided with the perfect growth opportunities!

If you were completely confident that there was a glorious life on the other side of the egg, what risks would you take?  What plans would you put in place?  What support would you seek?  What dreams would you allow to take root?  Think outside the egg, allow yourself to dream, and then take the actions that come from the answers to these questions.

Are you this real?

A few weeks ago I was visiting my 86-year-old grandma.  As I was searching for a channel for her, she screeched out, “Who’s that ugly woman?”  Well, I was intrigued and so I stopped to watch.   I was blown away by the authenticity of Susan Boyle.  In an amazing episode of Britain’s Got Talent, Susan Boyle exhibited a level of refreshing egoless confidence.  I thought, “Wow, she doesn’t care what anybody thinks about her.”  This was the most real I’ve seen anyone on television and I’m inspired to be even more real with you!

I was deeply affected by Susan’s commitment and determination to follow her dream.  Prior to her television debut, Susan sang in the shower and into hairbrushes.  She’s forty-seven years old and she’s never been kissed.  She took care of both her parents until their death and she lives with her cats.  And she’s definitely in need of a makeover, or is she?

In less than 5 minutes, Susan teaches us a most important lesson.

Susan walked on stage unashamed of who she is.  She exuded confidence and spunk!  In a subsequent interview I heard her say, “I won’t have a makeover.  This is me!”  I heard so much in that one comment.  I heard that she loves herself.  I heard that she doesn’t need approval to like herself.  Susan is the epitome of authenticity.  I love her!  Susan’s rawness empowers me to show up in the world as “ME.”

Susan has talent, but that’s not what stayed with me.  It’s the hope that we can all live our dreams; that there is something inside of each of us that needs to be expressed and when we commit to sharing our spiritual gifts with the world, the way will unfold.  We just need to say, “YES!”

You have something inside of you that is special and unique and needs to be nurtured.

I know, with all my heart, that you have a gift.  When you start exploring and nurturing that gift and commit to it, then it will develop into a talent.  My talent is holding people in their highest expression, showing them how to release shame and guilt, and empowering them to authentically express their gifts into the world.  What is your dream?

I know you have one, or you wouldn’t be reading this.  I know that there is something inside of you that is real to your heart that you are afraid.  Maybe you’ve been dabbling with your Life Purpose, or you’ve been wishing around it a bit, or you’ve been waiting for some circumstances to change so you can do that thing you’ve always dreamed of… But, guess what?  You’re wasting time.

It’s time to replace your excuses with commitment.

At the very least find out what your excuses are and discover the reasons you aren’t manifesting your dreams.  At the very most work through your limitations and start living the life of your dreams.  It is my Life Purpose to do this deep spiritual work empowering you to engage in Conscious Livelihood(tm).

How can I support you in manifesting your spiritual gifts as an authentic expression of who you are?  I stand in complete and total confidence that I can help you realize your dream.  I’m committing my life to empowering people to step out of all limitation and rise to their absolute highest expression possible.  What is your dream?

I’m ready to support more people!

Oh, Divine Being bring me the people that are ready to Unleash their Divine Purpose.  Universe, show the people who are in need of my support a direct path to my welcome mat.  Infuse me with the awareness that I am an extension of your Divine power and that I am nothing and everything all at once.  Give me the words to speak in the moment they are needed to empower those on a path to full and authentic expression.  Guide me in my interactions and open my heart to all of humankind.  Integrate my human and Divine qualities so that I may stand before anyone asking for my support in humility and willingness without judgment or condemnation–of myself or others.  I have asked with a pure desire, and I turn the “how” over to you.  I am grateful!

Take some time to explore the true desire of your heart.  What are you here to share?  What inside of you needs to be expressed?  Explore.  Perhaps there are obstacles that are in the way of sharing your gifts in powerful ways.  Maybe you haven’t gotten out of the shower.  I have a towel for you, if you are ready to step up and sing the song of your heart!  Please, Don’t Let Your Dreams Die!

I woke up this morning to find out that I had been named Mother of The Year for 2009!

Since I don’t watch television, I missed the broadcast.  But, I have a lot of friends and they all sent me the link.  Can you believe it?  CK Reyes, Mother of the year?  Maybe my role is my Life Purpose…  You can view the announcement and then you can brag that you know this years Mother of the Year selection! WooHoo!

Yes, I’m bad!  Yes, I’m good!  I didn’t know you could get nominated let alone selected unless you were a perfect mom, and I’m far from that.  I make mistakes and sometimes they’re not pretty.  Sometimes I take the biggest piece of cake or the yummiest looking macaroon.  I’m selfish and self-centered and I don’t like washing clothes or cooking on demand.  I left my son in California with his father and I complain every morning about driving my daughter to school.  She could walk three miles-couldn’t she?  Yes, I suck!  A good mother wouldn’t even think these things, let alone do them!  And here’s what my daughter has to say about me:

“They’re crazy, why did you get selected?”

Seriously, she thinks I rock.  Well, she’s sitting here while I’m writing and tells me she doesn’t quite agree about the “rock” piece.  But, she loves me anyway.

There are two days of my life that stand out above all others.

I’ll always remember the birth of my two children!  Burned forever in my memory are their faces right at birth, the first time I held them naked against my body, and how alert they were when we stared at each other in awe.  I don’t think I put either one of them down for a couple years.

I went to school with my son… for seven years!  I was room mother and had full-blown carnivals at my home.  I had theme birthday parties and invited everyone!  My door was always open for children in the neighborhood and we had fun!  I made sure that my kids had regular contact with family and did a lot of driving to make that happen.  I’m proud to say that I respect and honor and listen to my children.  I give them the space to be who they are and I don’t live my life through them.

I asked my daughter what she likes most about me, and here is what she said:

“Mom, I can tell you anything!”

That warms my heart, and I know it’s true because she does tell me everything.  She tells me things even if she knows she’ll get in trouble.  She tells me things and I “coach” her to work it out for herself.  Yes, I did a lot of things right, and still there’s probably more that I did wrong.  The key is to be gentle with myself when I notice the areas I fall short.

Be gentle with yourself!

Here’s another stab at The Shadow!  How do you hide your inequities?  or cover up your mistakes?  Where do you feel shame?  We all have it somewhere, and motherhood is a great place for our shadows to show up.  What kind of mother are you?  Who do you try to emulate?  Where do you fall short?  Who do you judge as a ‘bad’ mother?  What qualities do you push away from yourself?  Where do you judge yourself harshly?  Can you be gentle with yourself?  Please be gentle with yourself.

I coach people to be gentle with themselves everyday.  I guide people to forgiveness, and as I do, I always find a new level of forgiveness for myself.  Being gentle with ourselves is not about condoning behavior that we want or need to change, but it is about recognizing that we might need to do something different.  You can’t make changes  if you’re too busy sweeping “your bad” under the rug.  If you need help making a list of bad mom stuff, check out Mid Life Wife.  She has a list to get you started!

I could sit here and turn this recognition away because of all the ways I’ve failed at being a good mom.  I could beat myself up like a lot of us moms do for not measuring up, for letting our children down, and even for the mistakes that our children make in life.  And I have failed.  I’m a bad mom!

Two sides to everything!

As I accept the “bad mom” part of who I am, I make tons of room for “good mom” to show up!  And it shows up powerfully!  I live my Divine Purpose through this role of mother.  Last night my daughter and I drank Shirley Temples and watched Down The Rabbit Hole.  We bake cookies together and get lots of snuggle time.  I listen to my daughter.  When I make mistakes, I own up to them and sit my pride on the back burner.  Yes, I’m a good mom.  I humbly accept the honor and title of 2009 Mother of The Year!

The Shadow is the LOVE of my work.

I’m going to be talking about the shadow a lot!  I promise you won’t get bored, because once you start digging and unveiling, you will be amazed at what you find.  All your dark secrets; all the things you don’t want to be, and how they slap you in the face when you’re not paying attention.  And all your light; all the things you don’t think you could ever be no matter how hard you tried.

Everything you hate about other people and all the wonderful qualities that you admire in other people are really your qualities.  That’s right!  When you are disgusted by the behavior of someone else, look in the mirror.  When you have your mouth hanging open in awe of someone you admire, look in the mirror!

Here’s how it works:

If you are affected by a behavior then you are projecting that behavior onto other people–the quality is really a projection of what’s inside of you.  It’s inside of you whether they are good or bad qualities.  When you push away a quality because you don’t like the quality or because you don’t think you could be that brilliant thing you see in someone else, then it limits your expression in the world and prevents you from sharing all of who you are.

What does your shadow have to do with Life Purpose?

Qualities such as greed and anger, generosity and compassion are possessed by all humans.  We have labeled some qualities good and others bad.  The bad qualities are our dark shadows and the good qualities are our light shadows.  It is equally difficult for us to embrace our dark qualities as it is our light.

When attempting to share our spiritual gifts with the world, we might come up against our dark and our light shadows.  I’ve come up against both in my efforts.  I’ve had to embrace insignificant and significant.

For a long time I didn’t want to feel insignificant so I made a lot of choices that left me feeling needed by others.  When I felt that others needed me, I didn’t have to deal with the dark shadow part of me that feels disposable.  In embracing my smallness and insignificance, I was able to access the part of me that significantly impacts the world in a positive way making a difference in the lives of thousands of people.  (I’m ready to step into millions, and I know another layer of shadow to deal with.)

In embracing my significance I’m able to make choices based on the highest good of all and not out of a neediness inside of me; I can use my voice more powerfully and share my gifts without an attachment to how I’m received.   By integrating my light and dark shadows I have a wider range of my human and Divine nature, I’m able to share a higher expression of who I am, and I can lead authentically.

Basically, it will be easier for you to live your Divine Purpose if you have access to ALL the qualities and learn how to use them productively instead of destructively.  Any work you do around The Shadow will empower you to live your life purpose more fully.  You will find that as you integrate both the light and the dark you will have a feeling of wholeness and your experience with the world will shift.

The Shadow–a movie!

My teacher and friend, Debbie Ford, just finished her movie The Shadow.  I was invited for a sneak peak in San Diego last month and was blown away.  This movie addresses the competing influences of our shadows–both the light and the dark and is sure to open up a long overdue conversation.  As this dialogue grows in intensity, I’ll be sure to include you in it.

It is my intention that the insights this movie provides will benefit you personally by empowering you to embrace each of your qualities thereby allowing you to live your most purposeful life!

How you can engage in The Shadow dialogue:

I would love to share in this conversation with you; I’d love to know what you think about The Shadow.  Have you read Jung?  Have you taken classes?  Workshops?  Have you attended a Shadow Process yet?  What qualities do you hate?  Which do you love?

Today, I’m not so hot on the quality “controlling” and I’m jazzed about the quality “ambitious.”  Controlling makes me run away and hide.  I can hear myself walk into the trap of  “I’m not that!”  When I think of the ambition required to open up a dialogue around The Shadow in the way Debbie is doing it, all I think of is “AMBITIOUS!”  Ambitious leaves me feeling excited at the possibility of our own project involving some movie cameras!  I’ll need to move through the quality of “scaredy cat” before I even talk about it!  I can feel how much  ambition I’ll need to embrace to bite off my next highest expression!

The pain in your heart must become stronger than your resistance.

We can live a long time in resistance before we are willing to break through the wall.  We have resistance down really good, don’t we?  We make excuses and we blame others and we put off our dreams for another time.  We pretend that we can live our Divine Purpose tomorrow–when the children are grown or when we have enough money to pursue our passions.  This is simply our own pig-headed resistance.  We know we are right, and so we lie to ourselves right to the end.

The longer we put off sharing our spiritual gifts, the more it hurts us.  Especially when we are conscious enough to know that there is more to life than we are currently experiencing.  When people make their way onto a phone call with me, it’s generally because they are ready to step into their next highest expression.  However, they might not call it that when we meet.

Most people bring a pain in their hearts that is palpable.

Often, they don’t know what they need.  Mostly it’s permission they are looking for.  Permission to go for it.  Permission to put themselves first.  Permission to follow their hearts.  I’ve had people tell me that they just needed someone to believe in them until they could believe in themselves.

There’s a calling deep in your soul!

Michelle and I know, without doubt, that there is something you are here to do.  It doesn’t need to be a big thing in the worlds eyes, refrain from judging its value and listen to the whisperings of your soul.  We promise that you will be guided toward your highest expression!  You will know you are ready to transform your life and share your spiritual gifts when the fear of sharing this most authentic part of who you are outweighs the pain of keeping your gifts from the world.  You simply won’t be able to contain your Divine Purpose any longer.

You will know when it’s time to stop listening to your fear and start listening to your faith.  You will know when it’s time to stop giving your power to your excuses and your small human self.  You will know, because you’ll be absolutely sure that I’m talking directly to you.

It’s okay to be scared!

Marianne Williamson said that we are afraid of our light–of how wonderful we are.  It’s true!  It’s so easy for us to embrace our limitations and our smallness.  It take no effort for us to give in to the belief that we are talentless, worthless, or hopeless.  It’s a no-brainer: we tell ourselves, that if we go for these dreams of ours we will fail.  We know that others will confirm our smallness.  We have evidence too!  When we share a little tidbit of our dream others laugh at us or talk us out of our dreams.  They tell us all the ways it couldn’t possibly work out for us.

Risk it all!

You have good reason to be afraid, but it’s not because you will fail.  It’s because you will become responsible for developing the gifts inside of you and then sharing them in ways you intuitively know are bigger than you.  You will need to be responsible to something, and you don’t even know what that is right now.  I’m still stepping into my highest expression.  I think, “How will I ever fill those shoes?”  Take the step and the shoes will appear!

Michelle and I have several business meetings weekly.  We call them walk and talks.  Michelle might not know that’s what we call them, because I just made that up.  Today’s meeting moved us into our next highest expression.  Michelle did most of the talking, while I took mental notes.  We’ve been playing small.  We’ve avoided saying that your Divine Purpose is bigger than your Life Purpose, but it is!  Your Divine Purpose is your spiritual calling for this lifetime.  It will behoove you to explore and investigate and contemplate.  It will be in your highest best interest to let go of your resistance and step into your Divine calling.  It will cause you less pain to discover why you are here (and then follow your heart) than it will to live a life of obligation and duty.  You are holding yourself back for a reason, but it doesn’t serve you–no matter how valid your reason.

A birthing!

Ask yourself…

Start by sitting in silence for a few minutes and ask your Divine Self what you’re here to do.  Notice what comes up for you as you ask.  Notice if there is resistance.  Resistance can show up as fear or excuses or minimizing.  You might hear a voice that says, “I can’t do that because….”   If the resistance comes up, simply direct your mind back to the question, “What am I here to do?”

It’s okay to not know.  It’s okay to be confused.  We can help you gain the clarity–that’s why we’re here!  If you know I’m talking to you, what would it take for you to send me an e-mail or write in the comment box?  If you know it’s time, even though you’re scared, what action do you need to take this week to get even more clear?

I’m here for you if you are willing to take the risk!

Are you resistant to living your life purpose? What if it isn’t resistance at all, but a timing issue, or something is peculating within. Whatever it is, I’m not writing this week.

Either take the steps to live your dream or let it go and bury it!

If you talk and talk about your dream and then loudly complain how it will never manifest, then you’re putting too much energy into a dream that will probably never come true.  If you make excuses why you can’t share your spiritual gifts the way you want to, then you are wasting your time.  Bury your dream and then go live your miserable life.  But, just because you don’t think anyone will notice, doesn’t mean it won’t have a significant impact.

The world will suffer…

When you hold back your authentic expression, when you hold back your spiritual gifts, and when you hold back doing the things that light you up, then you hold back your piece of the healing this planet needs.

I get how hard it is to make a commitment to reveal your gifts.  You probably have a full time job and a family that needs you.  You probably feel way to tired at the end of your day to take any actions toward what would fill your soul.  You probably don’t think that what you have to share matters.  You probably don’t have enough money to do what you love, but that’s okay…   We’ll struggle along without your contribution.

Why do you come to Divine Purpose Unleashed?

I hope it’s to become empowered to live your dreams, not just to pretend that you’re dreams are alive.  When you read about all the ways to break through your barriers, I hope you make the changes to break through them, not just pretend that they’ll disappear.  When you feel a stirring in your heart, I hope you listen instead of just admiring someone else who’s listening to their evolutionary impulses.  I believe with every fiber of my being that you are the answer.  I hope you come to Divine Purpose Unleashed to solidify your commitment to expression all of who you are.

Start taking action toward your dream, before they die!

If you remain in denial that your dreams will manifest without a firm commitment on your part and the actions that support that commitment, then your dreams are as good as dead.  Please don’t let your dreams die.  Please receive the support you need to take the steps toward your most highest authentic expression of the god force that lives inside of you.

If you’re truly committed, you’ll find a way.  I’d like to invite you to find that commitment within yourself.  Give yourself permission to have the desire and to let it grow in your heart.  Give yourself permission to know what it is, even if you don’t have a clue right now of how it will look.

Do your obstacles feel too big for you?

It’s very possible that you have enormous obstacles.  Your thoughts and beliefs might be your biggest ones.  If they feel too big, then ask for perspective.  Directly ask for an empowering perspective of your circumstances to be shown to you.  I promise you that there is one.

Sometimes it looks like the Universe is telling you, “No.”

Mary Patrick Kavanaugh has been told, “no” a lot.  In the course of a year her brother, father, and husband all kicked it.  That’s right, belly up!  What would you do with that adversity?  Well, she wrote a book and then after 16 publishing denials, she decided she’d had enough and she buried her dreams.  She threw her vision board, The Secret, and her manuscript all into a coffin and had a full blown funeral.

Who is telling you, “No?”

What will it take to let your dream grow?

What thoughts do you need to clear out?  What behaviors do you need to change?  What actions do you need to take?  What support do you need?  What people do you need to stop listening to?  What doubts and fears do you need to banish?

Find a place in your heart and prepare the fertile ground for your dreams to flourish.  Nourish your soul with the food of possibility.  Give the Divine a way to express himself in this world.  Your gifts and your authentic being is that expression.  Clear your mind of all limitations that the Divine might not want to express through you.  Clear your mind of all concern for how the Divine will express through you.  The Divine knows how, all is needed is your willingness to get out of the way.
