After many months of procrastinating, I have finally tidied up and finished the tutorials. Now to play with Thesis Theme and perfect the look of the site!

I have finally uploaded my voice files to the site. You can get them on the Download voice files page. From there it’s very easy to use Audacity to add your own music for your runs.

I put this site up as a bit of fun, and never finished it. However, lately it seems to have had a small surge in visitors, after ticking along with only one or two a month, and it must be frustrating for those people to come here and see unfinished tutorials! So I promise, I will make an effort to get this site properly up and running very soon, which should be a lot easier now that I have my lovely new laptop which actually allows me to use the net at a reasonable speed. Stay tuned for updates soon!

The Couch to 5k program from Cool Running is a beginner running program which has helped thousands of people to improve their fitness, appearance and health by providing a safe, easy way to learn to run.

I’ll be posting a tutorial here to help people with little computer experience to create MP3s or podcasts with their own music to make running the C25K program easy and fun.
