This tutorial will explain how you can set up Blogger on a domain which you bought via Godaddy.I assume that you have already bought a domain from Godaddy. Here are the detailed steps for configuring your Blogger Custom Domain with Godaddy.
1.Login to your Godaddy Account
2.Click on the My Account Tab and Click on the Domain name which you want to use with Blogger.
3.Click on the Total DNS Control and MX Records link
4.Now add a CNAME record with the following details
Alias name: www
Points to Host Name:ghs.google.com
Leave the TTL value to the default one. It would look like:

5.Now you have to create 4 A records
Click Add new A Record under Total DNS Control
and create an A record with the Following details
Host Name: @
Points to IP Address: 216.239.32.21
It should look like:

Create 3 more A records in a similar way with the following details

3.Type your new domain there ,fill in the Captcha and save the settings.
4.Now select the redirection Option and save the settings Once again
5. Now your blog should be visible at your new domain.
