Folk Rock troubador Peter Case needs help. The Plimsouls front man and acclaimed solo artist recently underwent emergency open-heart surgery. Case, like many working musicians, does not have medical insurance.

U2 Claws, X Reunites, Axl Hires New Gun

"The Claw" creates an innovative 360° design which affords an unobstructed view for the audience everywhere in the arena.

At 164 feet tall, the Claw is twice as high as the previous largest stadium stage set, from the Rolling Stones' A Bigger Bang tour. "Theirs would fit underneath this one," says U2 show director Willie Williams.

Sound System: Each of the Claw's four sides will have its own full-size sound system - each powerful enough for an entire arena. There will also be 72 separate subwoofers.

It was assembled in pieces around the world, the set will be made of solid steel - 120 trucks will cart it from show to show.

The original members of X have reunited for a live tour. "Total Request Live!" has the band empowering fans to actually pick the set list for each show. Voting is open now on the X's TRL tour website: X TRL Website

D.J. Ashba has officially replaced Robin Finck Saturday as the Guns n' Roses gear-up for a summer tour.

Frontman Axl Rose said, “He brings a fresh approach to our particular brand of mayhem, expanding the tapestry of Guns n’ Roses live. Once DJ’s name was in the hat, the hat disappeared!”

Adam Carolla, Heidi, Frosty & Frank, Danny Bonaduce and afternoon drive stalwart Tom Leykis will sign off the air today, at LA's 97.1 KLSX fm, for the final time.

The talk format will be replaced by "AMP Radio", a Top 40 hit music format. AMP artists include Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Kanye West. In other words, just like every other "Hit" radio station.

Like we don't already get enough of that on the radio airwaves, MTV from passing cars and in malls. Thanks, CBS.

Danny Bonaduce will continue to be on WYSP in Philadelphia, where he has been originating his KLSX show.

Adam Carolla will be podcasting his show beginning Monday at www.adamcarolla.com.
