Proposed DLM Forum Member's Meeting Agenda

The DLM Forum member’s only meeting is taking place in Prague on the 22nd April 2009 at 16.30 hours.
The following is the agenda that has been proposed:

1. Update on progress
2. Financial report
3. Elections to the Executive Cee
4. New direction of activities for the DLM Forum

If you wish to have any items added to this agenda for discussion please either send an email to rebecca.davies@aiim.org.uk by Monday 20th April, or alternatively find Hanns Kohler-Kruner or Rebecca Davies in Prague before the scheduled time of the meeting, and they will ensure the item is added to the agenda

There is still time to register for this meeting if you haven't done so already. Just send an email to rebecca.davies@aiim.org.uk containing the contact details of the delegates wishing to attend the meeting and the organisation that they will be attending on behalf of.

Call for Nominations for the Executive Commitee

As per the new DLM Forum constitution passed in Toulouse in December 2008 and which can de downloaded here, we have now opened the nominations for the Executive Committee.

Tired of sitting on the backbenches? Want to take an active role in the future of the DLM Forum as it looks for new projects in a post MoReq2? Check the constitution for the duties of the Executive forum and either volunteer or nominate someone that you trust with this important role.

Membership of the Executive Committee is open to any DLM Forum member of good standing. Duties include:

-regular attendance of the Executive meetings, usually in Brussels about twice between conferences and at DLM conference meeting (6 meetings in total per year)

-Willingness to take an active role in the future of the DLM Forum

Interested? Please send your nomination with a short vitae to secretariat@dlmforum.eu. Need more information or want to talk to a sitting member first, please contact Toivo at chair@dlmforum.eu. There are 2 seats available and voting will take place at the DLM Forum meeting in Prague in April 2009. Deadline for submissions is Friday 10^th April.

DLM Forum Members Meeting Invitation

The DLM Forum and the Department of the Archives Administration and Records Management of the Ministry of Interior, the Czech Republic have the pleasure in inviting members of the DLM Forum to the next meeting under the Czech presidency. The meeting will be held on 21st and 22nd April, 2009 and takes place at the National Archives in Prague.

The meeting programme are under development, and will be published as soon as available.
If you want to register your attendance, or wish to present a paper, please email rebecca.davies@aiim.org.uk. Upon receipt of your registration, full meeting and logistics information will be sent.
