In these 10 minutes Coulter was able to spurt out talking point after talking point for the CONservative right party. She said that all assassinations were done by liberals. This is false, due to the fact that ALL president’s assassinated were liberals. End of life discussion is not a Death Panel! The government is not killing Grandma. Private and Public hospitals? C’mon. She says the Republicans are a party without leaders. Sorry Rush, sorry Hannity, sorry Beck. How do people get away with such lies on tv? I think education has something to do with this. Check out this poll I found on www.yedda.com:

Of those who consider themselves “liberal” or “extremely liberal” (POLVIEWS 1-2), 20.8% had high vocabulary scores.

Of whose who consider themselves “conservative” or “extremely conservative” (POLVIEWS 6-7), only 13.8% had high vocabulary scores.

This is impressive considering most liberals/democrats come from the working class and close to the poverty level.

Jesus was a Liberal

For 20 years we have seen the growing domination of the radical right wing evangelicals on TV, on the radio and in the news, newspapers and magazines and in politics - claiming to own a virtual monopoly on Jesus. They have redefined what He meant and used His name to advance their radical right wing social, business, governmental, political and military agenda. As a true Christian you should know right from wrong. To push your values onto others is not the way of christ. Here are some biblical quotes supporting the belief that Jesus is a Liberal

The Death Penalty: Thou shalt not kill [Matthew 5:21]

Crime and Punishment: If any one of you is without sin, let him be the first to cast a stone at her. [John 8:7] Do not judge, lest you too be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. [Matthew 7:1 & 2.]

Corporate Greed and the Religion of Wealth: In the temple courts [Jesus] found men selling cattle, sheep and doves and other sitting at tables exchanging money. So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple area, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables. [John 2:14 & 15.] Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions. [Luke 12.15.] Truly, I say unto you, it will be hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. [Matthew 19:23] You cannot serve both God and Money. [Matthew 6:24.]

Paying Taxes & Separation of Church & State: Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; and unto God the things that are God’s. [Matthew 22:21]

Community: Love your neighbor as yourself. .[Matthew 22:39] So in everything, do to others as you would have them do to you. [Matthew 7:12.] If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. [Matthew 19:21]

Equality & Social Programs: But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you. You will be repaid at the resurrection of the just. [Luke 14:13 &14.]

Visit http://www.jesusisaliberal.org/ to see more about this movement. They also have great t-shirts, hats and bumber stickers to display your views.

psd tuts+

http://psd.tutsplus.com/

To Dream a Dream.

Have you ever had a dream and wondered what the “f” was that about. Being able to tell the difference from dreams and reality can be a thin line between insanity and creativity. I’ve been having dreams lately where once the dream ends the anger begins. I wake up mad at the person I had a dream about. When I confront the person the dream was about I realize how thin this line is. Why is it when you dream of something good, like eating a Schlotzsky’s sandwich on a bronco while rescuing a baby who is about to drown in grape Kool Aid, you feel refreshed and creative. But when your wife is picking up numbers from strangers that you have created in your head you wake up steaming out of the ears. If only we could have pleasant dreams all the time. In this world Republicans would stop obstructing and Democrats would grow a pair.

Paper Airplane That I Would Fly

Comic Sans

There is nothing funny about Comic Sans. Unless of course you are a do-it-yourself designer who thinks they can get away with making a logo for no charge. A little advice, spend the money and get something that will appeal to your clients. If you want to save money, use single ply toilet paper and keep the lights off until noon.
