Hi.
I believe DocTagger writes tags into the Keywords metadata. Does it do
the reverse though - reads the keywords already in a Word document and
adds those to the DocTagger database, thereby making them searchable?
Finally, if you could make DocTagger tag multiple files with the same
tag - i.e. all files in the "Training" folder get tagged with

I would love it if the search could search for multiple tags in an
'and' fashion.
i.e. I want to find a document that I've tagged with both Research and
project 1 and get all documents with both of those tags.
Any chance that this will happen?

I'd also like to be able to use this to tag PDFs and other file types.

Love it! Wish I could do this with more file types. Excel and PDF

Crashes Word when it is used as the Outlook editor

Hi,
DocTagger causes Microsoft Word 2003 to crash (window disappears and
you get prompted to report the error to Microsoft) when Word is being
used as the editor in Outlook 2003.
I love the tool, but had to uninstall!

This is a great little app. Couple of observations:
(1) The keywords field (in the file's properties) doesn't get updated
till the the document is saved.
(2) The current version is adding the file name even though that option
is unchecked in my preferences.
Regardless, this is a great tool.
