ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
2 postas de bacalhau cozido(usei congelado)&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata pequena de feijão encarnado&lt;br /&gt;
300gr de arroz&lt;br /&gt;
0,6dl de água(usei metade de agua e metade de vinho branco)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cubo de caldo de peixe&lt;br /&gt;
300 g de camarão congelado&lt;br /&gt;1 raminho de salsa&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de massa de pimentão&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pique a cebola e o alho e refogue-os no azeite. Corte o bacalhau em quadrados e adicione-os também. Mexa e adicione a polpa, a massa de pimentão e o feijão encarnado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere com sal e pimenta e acrescente o arroz e os camarões. À parte, ferva&amp;nbsp; a água e junte-lhe o caldo de peixe, mexendo até se diluir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Verta sobre o preparado anterior e o vinho branco também, tape e deixe cozer o arroz. Retire do lume e reserve alguns minutos tapado. Salpique com a salsa picada e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

2 iogurtes(eu usei com aroma a morango)&lt;br /&gt;
5 ovos &lt;br /&gt;
3 copos de iogurte com açúcar &lt;br /&gt;
4 copos de iogurte com farinha &lt;br /&gt;
1 copos de iogurte com óleo &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá bem cheia de fermento &lt;br /&gt;
2&amp;nbsp; colheres de sopa de farinha custard&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de sementes de papoila&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa tigela, coloque os ovos, os iogurtes, o açúcar, as farinhas, o fermento,as sementes de papoila e o óleo. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bata tudo muito bem, até a massa fazer bolhinhas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
verter para uma forma de silicone e levar ao forno a 180ºc durante 45 min.(fazer o teste do palito).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
desenformar depois de frio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

3 postas de salmão&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 limão&lt;br /&gt;
alho em pó&lt;br /&gt;
sal&lt;br /&gt;
pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
mistura de ervas para grelhados&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
azeite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
comece por temperar&amp;nbsp;as postas&amp;nbsp;com sal,pimenta,alho em pó,sumo de limão e a mistura para grelhados.&lt;br /&gt;
deixe marinar por duas horas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
num refractário colocar as postas de salmão assim como um pouco da marinada, regar com azeite e levar ao forno até estar dourado.&lt;br /&gt;

ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
8 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
raspa e sumo de 1 laranja&lt;br /&gt;
250g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
caramelo liquido para barrar a forma&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
comece por untar a forma com o caramelo e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
bater bem os ovos com o açucare a raspar e o sumo da laranja. adicionar o leite pouco a pouco e ir mexendo sempre.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
verter o preparado na forma e levar ao forno em banho-maria por mais ou menos uma hora.&lt;br /&gt;
retirar do forno e deixar arrefecer por completo e só depois desenformar.&lt;br /&gt;
servir bem fresco.&lt;br /&gt;

noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;
farinha q.b&lt;br /&gt;

preparação:&lt;br /&gt;

dividir os legumes e esmagar uma parte(eu fiz isso com um grafo).partir as delicias em rodelas e juntar tudo numa taça.&lt;br /&gt;
adicionar os ovos,os coentros e acrescentar farinha até fazer uma massa mais consistente.temperar com sal e noz moscada e fritar em óleo bem quente.&lt;br /&gt;
servir com um acompanhamento a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;

250 g açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
50 g margarina&lt;br /&gt;
130 g farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 l leite&lt;br /&gt;
300g de abóbora cozida e escorrida&lt;br /&gt;
Canela&amp;nbsp;em pó para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;

Batem-se todos os ingredientes e colocam-se em forminhas individuais (eu usei de silicone),polvilha-se com canela e leva-se a forno médio (180.ºc) cerca de 20min.&lt;br /&gt;

6 folhas de gelatina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
450 g de frutos vermelhos congelados&lt;br /&gt;
200 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
paus de canela&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl de água&lt;br /&gt;
3 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
4 dl de Creme Culinário Vaqueiro (usei natas)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ponha as folhas de gelatina de molho em água fria.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Deite os frutos vermelhos num tachinho, junte-lhes 100 g de açúcar, 1 pau de canela e a água e leve a ferver sobre lume moderado durante 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto parta os ovos e separe as gemas das claras. Bata as gemas com 50 g de açúcar até obter um creme esbranquiçado.&lt;br /&gt;
Coe os frutos através de um passador de rede e retire o pau de canela. Dissolva a gelatina escorrida na calda quente e reserve os frutos.(reservar um pouco da calda para decoração)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adicione a calda em fio à gemada, mexendo com uma colher de pau.&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras com a batedeira e quando estiverem em espuma adicione-lhes os restantes 50 g de açúcar e continue a bater até estarem bem espessas.&lt;br /&gt;
Junte o creme de frutos vermelhos a pouco e pouco às claras, envolvendo delicadamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Bata&amp;nbsp;as natas&amp;nbsp;até espessar e misture-o suavemente no preparado anterior. Distribua por formas individuais ou uma forma grande&amp;nbsp;e leve ao frigorífico até prender.&lt;br /&gt;
Na altura de servir, mergulhe rapidamente as formas em água bem quente e desenforme. regue com a calda que reservou e sirva.&lt;br /&gt;

500ml* de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
750ml** de farinha com fermento (usei Branca de Neve)&lt;br /&gt;
250ml de óleo de amendoim&lt;br /&gt;
4 claras (de ovo grande)&lt;br /&gt;
4 gemas (de ovo grande) &lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;15 colheres de sopa (bem cheias) de polpa de maracujá com sementes&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
Calda de maracujá: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5 colheres de sopa de polpa de maracujá com sementes&lt;br /&gt;
200ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres de sobremesa (cheias) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sobremesa de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Comece por bater as claras em castelo firme. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num recipiente grande coloque as gemas, o açúcar e 250ml de sumo de maracujá com sementes (às 15 colheres de sopa (bem cheias) de polpa de maracujá junte água até fazer os 250ml). Bata bem estes ingredientes em velocidade elevada. Acrescente o óleo e bata mais um pouco. Diminua a velocidade da batedeira e vá juntando a farinha às colheradas e depois o fermento, batendo até obter uma massa homogénea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desligue a batedeira e acrescente, cuidadosamente, as claras em castelo, envolvendo-as muito bem ao preparado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unte com margarina e polvilhe com farinha uma forma de aro amovível (de 30 cm) com buraco no centro. Coloque a massa na forma e leve ao forno por 1:10-1:30, aproximadamente, verifique a cozedura fazendo o teste do palito. Retire do forno, deixe arrefecer completamente e desenforme.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Calda de maracujá:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao lume (numa panela alta) a polpa de maracujá com sementes, a água, o açúcar e o amido de milho previamente dissolvido num pouco de água. Deixe ferver, em lume baixo, até formar uma calda ligeiramente espessa. Derrame a calda, ainda quente, sobre o bolo, deixe arrefecer e sirva. &lt;br /&gt;
Notas:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A receita rende um bolo bastante grande, se preferir faça apenas metade.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As medidas encontram-se em ml porque a receita é medida a partir de um copo de 250ml ou de um recipiente medidor de líquidos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 500 ml de açúcar, ou seja 2 copos de 250ml.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
** 750 ml de farinha, ou seja 3 copos de 250ml.&lt;br /&gt;

comece por aquecer bem uma frigideira anti aderente. na frigideira frite as fatias de bacon sem qualquer gordura(o bacon já tem bastante gordura).assim que as fatias de bacon estiverem bem douradas retirar e reservar sobre papel absorvente.&lt;br /&gt;

numa taça junte o bacalhau desfiado,as batatas em cubos, a salsa picada,os ovos batidos e 5 fatias de bacon em tiras(reservar 1 fatia para decoração)&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher de chá de cardamomo &amp;nbsp;moído&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 &amp;nbsp;pacote de natas(142 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
125mi de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de mel&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
300g de fruta(nectarina) descascada,sem caroço e cortada em cubos de 5 mm&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
pré-aqueça o forno a 200º. forre as formas de queques com forminhas de papel.&lt;br /&gt;
ponha numa taça a farinha,o fermento,o açúcar, o açúcar amarelo e o cardamomo em pó.&lt;br /&gt;
numa taça grande bata as natas,o óleo,o mel e os ovos e acrescente os ingredientes secos.&lt;br /&gt;
finalmente misture a nectarina em cubos e divida a massa de modo uniforme pelas forminhas.&lt;br /&gt;
polvilhe cada um com um pouco de açúcar amarelo e coza durante 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;
retire para uma rede para arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;

70g de avelãs moídas&lt;br /&gt;
5 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
300g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
200g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 piada de canela&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer a abóbora com água e sal. Colocar no liquidificador todos os ingredientes menos as claras, que&amp;nbsp; vão ser batidas em castelo&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Forrar um tabuleiro com papel vegetal também untado e verter a mistura dentro.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno até dourar e estar cozida. polvilhar com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Desenformar para cima de um pano polvilhado com açúcar.barrar a torta com nutella e enrolar imediatamente, colocando-a num prato. &lt;br /&gt;

1 fio de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
salsa&lt;br /&gt;

queijo morzarella para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;

cozer o bacalhau&amp;nbsp; e os ovos. limpar o bacalhau de pele e espinhas e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;fazer o puré conforme as instruções da embalagem e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
numa frigideira fazer um refogado com um fio de azeite, a cebola,a salsa e o alho picados.assim que a cebola ficar translúcida adicionar o bacalhau desfiado assim como os palitos de delicias cortados em pedaços. adicionar o puré e envolver bem.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 saqueta de gelatina de tutti-frutti&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 saqueta de gelatina de morango&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500 ml de água a ferver&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de água bem fria &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml de leite bem frio&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num recipiente colocar 250 ml de água a ferver e juntar a saqueta de tutti-frutti, mexer para que dissolva bem. Dividir em 2 recipientes (125 ml em cada aproximadamente).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num deles juntar 125 ml de água fria e mexer. No outro juntar 125 ml de leite frio e mexer bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
colocar a mistura de agua &amp;nbsp;numa forma e levar ao congelador(até ficar firme mas não congelada).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar do congelador e colocar o conteúdo do preparado de gelatina de leite&amp;nbsp;em cima do preparado anterior já solidificado&amp;nbsp;e levar de novo ao congelador pelo mesmo tempo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Enquanto, prepara-se a gelatina de morango exactamente da mesma forma que a de tuti-fruti. E procede-se da mesma forma para as camadas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao frigorífico mais umas 2h para que solidifique bem.&lt;br /&gt;

fazer um refogado com a cebola,o alho e um fio de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
assim que a cebola estiver translúcida adicionar o arroz e deixar fritar,adicionar a polpa d&amp;nbsp;de tomate,o feijão&amp;nbsp;e uma pitada de sal.acrescentar a agua e deixar cozinhar até o arroz estar cozido.&lt;br /&gt;

1 posta de pescada&lt;br /&gt;
3 rodelas de batata doce&lt;br /&gt;
1 cebola pequena&lt;br /&gt;
1 ramo de salsa&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres de sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
comece por limpar o peixe de pele e espinhas,retire a casca as batatas e esmague com um garfo assim como o peixe.&lt;br /&gt;
adicionar a cebola,o dente de alho e a salsa tudo bem picado.&lt;br /&gt;
acrescentar os ovos e a farinha(adicionar mais se necessário até obter a consistência desejada).&lt;br /&gt;

temperar com um pouco de sal(muito pouco pois o peixe e as batatas já estão temperadas).&lt;br /&gt;
com duas colheres fazer o formato dos bolinhos e fritar em óleo bem quente.&lt;br /&gt;

segurelha&lt;br /&gt;
coentros&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
num refractário colocar a cebola em rodelas, a massa de pimentão(quando coloco massa de pimentão não coloco sal pois a massa já é salgada),os dentes de alho sem descascar(com uma faca esborrachar os dentes sem os partir),a polpa de tomate,a segurelha,as cenouras em rodelas,os coentros e um fio de azeite. &lt;br /&gt;
