1 Rolo de Massa Folhada&lt;br /&gt;
1 Lata de Leite Condensado&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl Sumo de Limão&lt;br /&gt;
5 Ovos&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de Açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
Raspa de Limão q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Forre&amp;nbsp;com&amp;nbsp;um rolo de massa folhada&amp;nbsp;uma tarteira, apare os bordos e pique o fundo com um garfo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Numa tigela&amp;nbsp;misture o leite condensado, o sumo de limão e&amp;nbsp;as 4 gemas. Mexa bem até obter um creme homogéneo. Deite o preparado na tarteira e leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180ºC, durante cerca de 30. Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
À parte, bata as 5 claras com o açúcar, disponha por cima do creme e leve novamente ao forno a 200ºC até ficar dourada por cima (função grill).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Retire do forno, polvilhe com raspa de limão. Deixe arrefecer completamente e reserve no frigorífico até à hora de servir.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aqueça o forno a 150°C e desenhe uma circunferência com 18 cm de diâmetro numa folha de papel vegetal. Coloque-a num tabuleiro de ir ao forno ou pirex.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bata as claras, e &amp;nbsp;quando estas estiverem quase em castelo,&amp;nbsp;adicione o açúcar progressivamente sem parar de bater até a mistura estar dura e brilhante. Junte a farinha maizena peneirada e o vinagre.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque o merengue na&amp;nbsp;circunferencia, tendo o cuidado de lhe dar a forma de&amp;nbsp;bolo com uma espátula, deixando algumas estrias para embelezar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Leve ao forno e baixe&amp;nbsp;a temperatura para  120°C. Coza a Pavlova durante 1h20 sem abrir  a porta do forno. Deixe a pavlova arrefecer dentro do forno. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Decore-a a gosto, tradicionalmente&amp;nbsp;com chantilly e fruta, podem ser morangos, maracujá... eu decorei com frutos vermelhos e acho que fica muito bom. Já não fiz o chantilly, mas para a próxima não escapa!&lt;br /&gt;

Adicione 2 tirinhas pequenas de pimento. Deixe refogar em lume brando. Junte o tomate e/ou a polpa de tomate e regue com o vinho branco. Este marisco encontra-se&amp;nbsp;em algumas das nossas&amp;nbsp;zonas costeiras enterrado na areia na&amp;nbsp;vertical.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Estas aqui fui eu própria que as apanhei, à mão e com sal. Técnica que requer alguma prática e paciência.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Não deixo aqui propriamente uma receita, mas a forma básica de preparar e cozinhar este marisco.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque as navalhas em água salgada durante 2 horas para cuspirem a areia.&amp;nbsp;Troque a agua 2 a 3 vezes durante este período. Quem não tiver água salgada pode usar água com sal.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
No fim de lavadas, coloque as navalhas numa panela ao lume.&amp;nbsp;Não é necessário colocar nem água nem sal, pois elas cozem na própria água que vão libertando. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Em poucos minutos a casca abre e prontos estão prontas para serem comidas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Corte a cebola às rodelas e coloque por cima.Tempere com sal e um fio de azeite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao forno a 200ºC cerca de 1 hora, tendo o cuidado de virar a carne a meio da cozedura.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coza o camarão com sal e um pouco de piripiri. No fim de cozidos descasque os camarões e reserve alguns para enfeitar. Reserve o caldo da cozedura.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Num tacho largo refogue com azeite uma cebola picada e umas rodelas de chouriço cortadas. Junte a carne de porco e regue com a marinada. Deixe apurar mais um pouco.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coe&amp;nbsp;cinco chávenas do caldo de cozedura dos camarões e junte à carne. Adicione as ervilhas, meio pimento cortado às tirinhas,&amp;nbsp;as amêijoas e adicione o açafrão.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Quando estiver a ferver junte duas chávenas de arroz e deixe cozer. Rectifique os temperos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

No fim do bolo&amp;nbsp;cozido (cozeu um pouco demais, mas paciência)&amp;nbsp;retirei umas aparas&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;enchi o centro do bolo...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Fiz uma cobertura de chocolate para barrar o bolo com a receita que deixo em baixo (só fiz meia receita e achei suficiente)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cobertura de chocolate:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 Chávena de Leite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;150gr.de Açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;75gr. de Margarina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 Tablete de chocolate&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloquei num tacho:&amp;nbsp;o leite,&amp;nbsp;a margarina,&amp;nbsp;o açúcar e a tablete de chocolate.&amp;nbsp;Aqueçi em lume brando até engrossar. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Barrei o bolo e fiz umas raspas de chocolate com um descascador de batatas (que desenrascou..) e polvilhei com açúcar em pó. Só faltou mesmo os fios de ovos que não encontrei no supermercado, pois estávam esgostados... :S&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Misture muito bem (com o auxilio de uma colher de pau) o açúcar, as gemas,&amp;nbsp;a farinha, o fermento, o chocolate em pó, o óleo,&amp;nbsp; e&amp;nbsp;o sal. No fim de tudo&amp;nbsp;bem misturado, junte as claras batidas e &lt;u&gt;só&lt;/u&gt; depois a água a ferver. Misture mais um pouco.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque o preparado numa forma untada e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a &lt;strong&gt;140ºC &lt;/strong&gt;(durante aproximadamente 40 minutos, teste com o palito antes de retirar).&lt;br /&gt;

1 kg de Arroz&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1 Cebola&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;2 Cenouras&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;3 Dentes de Alho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1/2 Chouriço&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bacon q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sal q.b.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Azeite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque o pato inteiro a cozer durante 30 minutos na panela de pressão com a água,&amp;nbsp;metade&amp;nbsp;do chouriço,&amp;nbsp;as cenouras&amp;nbsp;e uma cebola.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;No fim de cozido retire o pato, o chouriço e&amp;nbsp;as cenouras,&amp;nbsp;e reserve&amp;nbsp;o caldo. Desfie o pato depois de frio&amp;nbsp;retirando todas as peles e ossos.&amp;nbsp; Corte&amp;nbsp;o chouriço em pedaços e esmague as cenouras.&amp;nbsp;Reserve. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aqueça o caldo do pato (na proporção de 3 de água para 1 de arroz) e quando este estiver a ferver junte o arroz. Rectifique os temperos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Refogue numa frigideira num pouco de azeite&amp;nbsp;3 ou&amp;nbsp;4 dentes de alho e o bacon cortado em pedaços. Mal comece a fervilhar junte o pato&amp;nbsp;desfiado, as cenouras e o chouriço&amp;nbsp;e envolva tudo com os alhos.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque num tabuleiro uma camada de arroz, depois espalhe o pato e cubra com o restante arroz, alise e&amp;nbsp;decore com umas rodelas de chouriço. Leve ao forno previamente aquecido a 200ºC&amp;nbsp; 15&amp;nbsp;a 20 minutos aproximadamente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="textosimples" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2 Colheres (sopa) de Compota de&amp;nbsp;Frutos Silvestres&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;3 Colheres (sopa) de Passas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque na cuba da máquina a água e a&amp;nbsp;farinha para Pão Brioche. Programe a Máquina de fazer Pão para um pão de 750gr, cor média e&amp;nbsp;seleccione o programa 1 ou Normal. Após o sinal sonoro, adicione a compota e as passas&amp;nbsp;e deixe prosseguir o programa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O pão estara pronto ao fim de aproximadamente 3 horas.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Demolhe as passas e os figos secos num pouco de vinho do Porto ou Licor Beirão, para amaciar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Num tachinho faça&amp;nbsp;um puré&amp;nbsp;com a maçã cortada em pedaços pequeninos, o açúcar, a canela, e&amp;nbsp;o sumo e raspa de limão. Deixe arrefecer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Adicione ao puré as passas e&amp;nbsp;os figos&amp;nbsp;depois de escorrer o molho,&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp; laranja, o miolo das nozes e o chocolate preto, tudo&amp;nbsp;partido em pedaços pequenos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Estenda&amp;nbsp;a massa folhada fresca numa bancada, pique-a com um garfo&amp;nbsp;e coloque o puré de frutas num dos lados, cubra com a outra parte da massa e dobre as pontas para baixo para não abrir. &amp;nbsp;Dê uns golpes no topo da massa e pincele por cima com gema de ovo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque o Strudel num tabuleiro e leve&amp;nbsp;ao forno pré-aquecido a 200ºC durante aprox. 20 minutos até corar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Sirva polvilhado com açúcar em pó.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Corte rectângulos com cerca de 10cmX12cm. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Um rolo de massa folhada deu para fazer 8 Folhadinhos aproveitando as sobras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Por cima dos rectângulos disponha o fiambre e o queijo fatiado. Pincele em volta com a gema batida e dobre sobre o recheio. Coloque os folhadinhos num tabuleiro, sob uma folha de papel vegetal e pincele com a restante gema.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Leve ao forno durante cerca de 30 minutos a 200ºC.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar dentro da Cuba da Máquina de fazer Pão a água e o leite mornos, depois juntar as farinhas, o açúcar&amp;nbsp;e a canela.&amp;nbsp;Seleccionar o Programa 1 ou normal, peso 750gr, cor média. Ao fim de algum tempo a amassar e após o sinal sonoro acrescentar a cenoura, a maçã e as passas. Deixar prosseguir o programa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O pão estará pronto ao fim de aproximadamente 3 horas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes para a Base&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;300gr. de Farinha Nacional Pão Caseiro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;150ml de Água morna&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;1 colher de chá de Sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;1/8 de um cubo de Fermento de Padeiro( de 25gr.)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Aquecer a água no micro-ondas até ficar morna.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;Dissolver o fermento num pouco de&amp;nbsp;água e juntar o sal. Juntar o preparado à farinha, e acrescentar a restante água.&amp;nbsp;Amassar bem a massa até se formar uma bola homogénea. Deixar a massa&amp;nbsp;repousar durante 30/40 minutos, coberta por um pano.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ao fim desse tempo,&amp;nbsp;coloque a&amp;nbsp;massa na bancada polvilhada previamente por farinha e estenda-a com um rolo de cozinha. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque a massa num&amp;nbsp;tabuleiro polvilhado com farinha.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recheio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100gr. de Polpa de Tomate&lt;br /&gt;
Carne picada q.b (utilizei um resto de carne que usei na Bolonhesa)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 Alheira&lt;br /&gt;
1 Cebola Pequena&lt;br /&gt;
1 Dente de Alho&lt;br /&gt;
Azeite&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
2&amp;nbsp;Fatias de Queijo Fatiado cortado em pedaços&lt;br /&gt;
Queijo Ralado q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num tacho refogue com um pouco de azeite a cebola e o dente de alho picados. Adicione a polpa de tomate e a pimenta, e deixe&amp;nbsp;refogar um pouco, junte a carne.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Espalhe o preparado com a carne na base da&amp;nbsp;Pizza e adicione os restantes ingredientes: a alheira (depois de retirar a pele e de desfeita)&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;o queijo fatiado. Coloque o queijo ralado por cima em abundância e um fio de azeite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Leve a Pizza ao forno pré-aquecido a 200º.&amp;nbsp;Retire quando estiver corada (15/20 minutos aprox.)&lt;br /&gt;
