&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Forre as laterias de aros com 6cm de diâmetro e 5cm de altura com as tiras de papel vegetal,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Distribua os aros sobre uma assadeira forrada com papel vegetal,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Coloque a massa até 2/3 da altura dos aros,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Leve ao forno preaquecido a 200ºC por cerca de 5 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Diminua a temperatura do forno para 170ºC ou 180ºC,&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Massa&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bata a manteiga, o açúcar, o ovo e as gemas na batedeira e reserve,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Misture a farinha com o mel, o bicarbonato, o fermento e a essência de baunilha e junte à mistura de manteiga reservada,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Misture bem a massa até que fique lisa e macia,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deixe descansar por cerca de 30 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Abra a massa com um rolo entre dois filmes plásticos, deixando com espessura de 0,5cm,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recorte círculos de cerca de 5 cm de diâmetro e arrume-os em uma assadeira untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha de trigo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Asse em forno preaquecido a 180°C, por cerca de 8 minutos,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Retire do forno, cubra com papel-manteiga e deixe esfriar,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque uma camada de recheio em metade dos discos e cubra com a outra metade, retirando o excesso,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Banhe um a um no chocolate derretido e coloque sobre papel-alumínio ou papel-manteiga e deixe secar,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Para conservar embrulhe em papel celofane.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Bata o creme de leite fresco até formar um chantilly,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Acrescente o leite condensado e misture bem,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hidrate a gelatina conforme instrução do fornecedor e junte a esta mistura mexendo até formar um creme homogêneo,&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coloque sobre a base de brigadeiro e leve à geladeira para firmar.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Coloque em uma forma de pudim para caramelizá-la totalmente e reserve,&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Coloque a mistura num pote e leve ao freezer por 12 horas,&lt;/li&gt;
