 &lt;p&gt;Oggi ho fatto (anche) le &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;“POLPETTE DI CAROTE”&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#333333"&gt;, &lt;/font&gt;una ricetta di Elisina, se volete leggere il suo post &lt;a href="http://lericettedielisina.blogspot.com/2011/06/polpette-di-carote.html?showComment=1308734921662#c2927223305844760684" target="_blank"&gt;cliccate QUA'.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Questa è una di quelle ricette che fanno al caso mio, semplice, veloce e buona.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Si, davvero buone queste polpette, anche se all’inizio non ne ero poi tanto sicura mi sono dovuta ricredere, grazie ai miei piccolini, che le hanno divorate, tanto che avevo lasciato un’ po’ d’impasto da friggere, pensando, tanto se non piace che vado a fare…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Alla fine l’ho fatto!!! Evviva!!!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Polpette, polpette e ancora polpette, si, perché di ricette di polpette in questo blog ce ne sono tante:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com/2008/11/polpette-di-tonno.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;POLPETTE DI TONNO&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com/2009/03/polpette-di-carne-e-polpette-di-patate_12.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;POLPETTE DI CARNE&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com/2009/03/polpette-di-carne-e-polpette-di-patate_12.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;POLPETTE DI PATATE&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com/2009/06/polpettone-ripieno_26.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;POLPETTONE RIPIENO&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Ma passiamo agli ingredienti di Elisina, che io ho modificato, tralasciando qualche ingrediente e abbondando con qualche altro.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;A sinistra la ricetta di Elisina e tra parentesi i miei cambiamenti.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000" size="5"&gt;POLPETTE DI CAROTE&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingredienti:        &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt;500g carote     &lt;br /&gt;2 fette di pane ammollato     &lt;br /&gt;1 pezzetto dado aglio e prezzemolo (ho aggiunto un pezzetto di dato e un pò di prezzemolo, avevo paura che il “pirata”, vedendo qualcosa di verde si rifiutasse di mangiare)    &lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaio parmigiano grattugiato (eh, quà ho abbondato!!!)    &lt;br /&gt;1 uovo     &lt;br /&gt;pangrattato     &lt;br /&gt;sale e pepe (ho aggiunto soltanto sale)&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;Preparazione:        &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;1) Pulire e tagliare a pezzetti le carote, lessarle in acqua salata.     &lt;br /&gt;2) Una volta cotte frullarle con il pane ammollato, il dado, il parmigiano e l'uovo.     &lt;br /&gt;3) Salare, pepare e aggiungere il pangrattato fino ad ottenere un composto compatto ma morbido.     &lt;br /&gt;4) Friggere in abbondante olio.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Ho aggiunto formaggio, perché il composto mi sembrava troppo gusto “pangrattato” e anche mezza carotina a pezzetti.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Insomma, non credevo ai miei occhi, sono andate a ruba.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1344440330031985698-2408512768388065635?l=dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Di solito per fare il pollo aggiungevo cipolla, carote, alloro...ma questa volta ho deciso di fare qualcosa di più semplice e al forno, con magari un contorno di buone patate, che al piccolo piacciono molto (non solo a lui :-)).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cosa posso fare? Collegamento a internet, e ricerca e risposta trovata con una ricettina veloce di "Mela rossa".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- pollo&lt;br /&gt;
- sale&lt;br /&gt;
- cipolla&lt;br /&gt;
- alloro&lt;br /&gt;
- rosmarino&lt;br /&gt;
- salvia (io non l'ho messa)&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 spicchi d'aglio&lt;br /&gt;
- olio&lt;br /&gt;
- patate&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Spennellare una pirofila con l'olio.&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliare le patate a pezzettoni.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettere le coscette di pollo o il pollo intero oppure tagliato a pezzettoni nella pirofila.&lt;br /&gt;
Io l'ho precedentemente salato.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere le patate, sale, rosmarino a pezzetti, (salvia), gli spicchi d'aglio.&lt;br /&gt;
Un'altro pò d'olio e infornare.&lt;br /&gt;
Forno a 190° cca 45' un'ora.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;La ricetta originale prevede l'uso del bacon, ma io ho aperto il frito e ho trovato il salame...!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;4 uova&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;un pizzico di sale e pepe&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;patate tagliate a sigaretta&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;bacon tagliato a sigaretta (io ho usato il salame, tagliato a pezzettini)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;mozzarella tagliata a dadini&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;parmigiano grattugiato per spolverare (eiiiiiiii non i mobili)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Per tre persone ho sbattuto in una terrina quattro uova con un pizzico di sale e pepe, ho poi aggiunto due patate medie tagliate a sigaretta (io le ho grattugiate con il tagliaverdure “forse troooooppo sottili).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Ho aggiunto il salame tagliato a pezzettini una mozzarella tagliata a dadini.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Ho messo il tutto in uno stampo da plum-cake, spolverato con il parmigiano grattugiato e fatto cuocere per 15 minuti a 180 gradi (forno già riscaldato).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Una volta cotto (verificate la cottura), togliete dal forno e fate raffreddare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Toglierlo dal contenitore e (se si vuole) spennellare con dell’olio di oliva.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Un’altra volta dovrò diminuire un po’ il pizzico di sale, perché il salame è già salato di suo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Nel complesso ricetta semplice, veloce, da rifare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Grazie Elena e grazie chef Saverio d’Anna.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A carnevale visto che avevo mezza giornata libera e non avevamo in progetto di uscire, ecco che mi sono trovata un mega lavoro... volevo provare a fare le "Ciambelle morbidose" di "Le padelle fan fracasso", lavora, lavora, lavora, prima lievitazione, seconda lievitazione...e alla fine... FLOP!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Giorni prima avevo fatto le mie solite &lt;a href="http://dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com/2009/02/frittole_22.html"&gt;Frittole&lt;/a&gt; e la soddisfazione è stata tanta, ma per non ripetermi ...eppure le ciambelle tempo, tanto tempo fà le avevo già fatte ed erano venute bene, dovrò andare a ricercare la ricetta, ma al momento non ne ho nessuna voglia...uff!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Che periodo...già non ho tempo e quando ne trovo un pò forse decido di fare un "qualcosa da non fare", non è per me... le ciambelle non mi riescono ne con il buco ne senza...!&lt;br /&gt;
Vorrei andare in un centro benessere, staccare la spina e farmi coccolare...ricaricarmi di energia positiva, quella che mi manca...&lt;br /&gt;
Il tempo nemmeno non aiuta, questo tempo "muffoso", piovoso...sempre lavoro e casa, casa e lavoro, le giornate passano veloci, anche se a volte sembrano andare al rallentatore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Insomma dopo questa deviazione, aggiungo che un gran fracasso l'avrei voltuo fare io...che DELUSIONE, l'impasto è lievitato, stra...lievitato, ma era troppo appiccicoso, così ho aggiunto farina e non ho aggiunto zucchero...più che ciambelle morbidose sono diventate dei panini ... alcune le ho fatte al forno altre le ho fritte e ci ho aggiunto una spolverata di zucchero a velo...sigh!!!&lt;br /&gt;

Le foto? Si, le ho fatte e non ho esitato un attimo a cestinarle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quindi ho deciso di provare qualcosa di più addatto alla mia esper... non esperienza e ho optato per la "Torta di semolino".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Si, avete capito bene, &lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;TORTA DI SEMOLINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Non è niente male, meno elaborata, molto più veloce delle ciambelle...!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La ricetta arriva direttamente dalla confezione.&lt;br /&gt;
Come prima cosa ho messo in ammollo l'uvetta in un po' d'acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 litro di latte;&lt;br /&gt;
250 g di semolino;&lt;br /&gt;
2 uova;&lt;br /&gt;
200 g d1 zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;
100 g di burro;&lt;br /&gt;
uvetta;&lt;br /&gt;
buccia di limone.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Fate bollire il latte con lo zucchero e la buccia di limone grattata.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungete il semolino facendolo cadere a pioggia sempre mescolando finché prenderà consistenza.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasciate intiepidire il composto, unite l'uvetta (precedentemente strizzata dall'acqua), il burro e le uova sbattute.&lt;br /&gt;
Amalgamate bene e versate il tutto in una teglia imburrata.&lt;br /&gt;

Un sughetto talmente invitante che la scarpetta o come dico io la sopetta viene da sé.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;fagioli i borlotti secchi&amp;#160; (cca 250 gr)&amp;#160; vanno benissimo, in mancanza optate per quelli in scatola &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2/3 pezzi di salame &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;farina &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;olio d’oliva &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;aglio &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;cipolla &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;sale &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;pepe &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;burro&lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;conserva &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#800000"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparazione dei fagioli:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;La sera prima mettete i fagioli in ammollo in abbondante&amp;#160; tiepida.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;La mattina dopo scolateli bene e sciacquateli, quindi copriteli di acqua fredda e fateli bollire per circa 45 minuti, salando moderatamente al bollore.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Se si asciugassero troppo aggiungete acqua calda.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#800000"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;In una pentola mettere un po’ d’0lio e soffriggete&amp;#160; l’aglio e la cipolla.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Aggiungete il salame, i fagioli e un’pò d’acqua, salate e pepate.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Mescolare in modo che si consumi l’acqua.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Aggiungete un po’ di conserva di pomodoro, un cucchiaino di farina sciolto precedentemente in un po’ d’acqua.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Lasciare bollire ed alla fine aggiungere un pezzettino di burro.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1344440330031985698-1721540072941726882?l=dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Amalgamate il tutto fino ad ottenere un blocco unico che trasferirete su di una spianatoia e lavorerete fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo; stendete l’impasto con un mattarello sulla spianatoia infarinata fino a formare una sfoglia dello spessore di 3-4 mm. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Con gli stampini a forma di stella, pupazzo di neve, luna… ricavate tante sagome che forerete al centro (io ho usato il mestolo). &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Disponete i biscotti su una teglia foderata con carta forno e cospargetele con zucchero di canna (io non ne avevo e quindi le ho cosparse alla fine con zucchero semolato), quindi infornate a 180° per circa 13-15 minuti; considerate che i biscotti non devono prendere colore ma solo cuocersi.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1344440330031985698-1765720276168618249?l=dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

 &lt;p&gt;Avevamo intenzione di attendere il ritorno del papà per fargli una sorpresa, ma la voglia di assaggiarla ha prevalso.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Mhhhhhhh buona, buona, buona!!!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Ecco la ricetta:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#800000"&gt;INGREDIENTI (per 2 ciambelle):&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;500 g di farina 00 &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;200 g di zucchero &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;200 g di burro morbido &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;3 uova (più 1 da spennellare) &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;1 bustina di lievito per dolci &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;3 pizzichi di sale&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;zucchero in granella per decorare &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#800000"&gt;PROCEDIMENTO:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Disporre la farina setacciata con il lievito a fontana sul tavolo,distribuirvi il sale e impastare al centro burro, zucchero e uova. Unire la farina e impastare brevemente. L’impasto sarà morbido ma lavorabile. Aiutandovi con un po’ di farina, formate due filoni che disporrete a cerchio su due fogli di carta forno. Regolate la forma del cerchio con le mani. Quando il forno sarà caldo (180°) spennellare una delle due ciambelle con l’uovo e cospargerla con la granella di zucchero. ZUPPA DI SPINACI&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
INGREDIENTI: ½ kg di spinaci, 60g burro, 2 cucchiai di farina, ½ litro di latte, pepe e sale &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREPARAZIONE:&lt;br /&gt;
Bollire gli spinaci tritati finemente in acqua salata.&lt;br /&gt;
Imbiondire il burro e la farina, quindi aggiungere il passato di spinaci.&lt;br /&gt;
Diluire il tutto con il latte e metà dell'acqua di cottura degli spinaci. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bollire per altri 5-10 minuti e condire con pepe (io non l'ho aggiunto). &lt;br /&gt;
Servire con cubetti di pane fritto nel burro.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

L'ho fatta domenica e ho "sorvolato" su alcuni ingredienti (non avevo la noce moscata e non ho messo il pepe)...ma vi assicuro, che ne sono rimasta soddisfatta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;La besciamella o bechamel sauce è una salsa di origine francese. È una delle salse basilari della cucina francese e italiana, ma è diffusa anche in inghilterra dove è nota anche come salsa bianca (white sauce).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La preparazione della salsa besciamella consiste nella preparazione di una roux, un impasto fatto con burro e farina e latte portati ad ebollizione in modo tale che la salsa addensi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr burro&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr farina&lt;br /&gt;
1 lt di latte&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;sale qb&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;noce moscata&lt;br /&gt;
- pepe&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #990000;"&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
In un pentolino fate fondere il burro, appena è uso, aggiungere la farina settacciata&amp;nbsp; l e n t a m e n t e e amalgamare bene con l'aiuto di una frusta.&lt;br /&gt;
Appena inizia a sfrigolare (non deve diventare scuro), aggiungere lentamente il latte a temperatura ambiente oppure riscaldato e man mano amalgamete bene sempre con l'aiuto di una frusta facendo sia movimenti "dritti" da un lato all'altro del pentolino, che circolari.&lt;br /&gt;
Fare attenzione a non creare "grumi".&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cuocete la besciamella a fuoco lentissimo, aggiungere il sale, pepe e&amp;nbsp; una grattuggiata di noce moscata.&lt;br /&gt;
Continuate a mescolare fino alla densità desiderata&amp;nbsp;(calcolate che quando si leva continua un pò a rassodare).&lt;br /&gt;
La consistenza della besciamella deve essere densa per i ripieni o semi liquida per i condimenti.&lt;br /&gt;

Allora ve lo racconto, quando ero un po’ più giovane, mia mamma mi ha detto: “Oggi si mangia UOVA IN FUNGHETTO” e io “Nooo, non mi và di mangiare le uova con i funghi!”.&lt;br /&gt;
E invece non si tratta affatto di funghi, leggete, provate a farle e vedrete che bontà!&lt;br /&gt;
Passate a trovarmi per farmi sapere che ne pensate!&lt;br /&gt;
Come noterete dalle foto il sughetto è scarsino…uff, era così buono che mi dispiace ancora adesso non aver abbondato, ma mi raccomando, voi abbondate, ne vale la pena e le uova invece che a metà le ho tagliate in quattro…ma sono sparite comunque!!!&lt;br /&gt;

- 4 uova – conserva – prezzemolo – farina – sale – pepe – olio o burro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: maroon;"&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Per prima cosa lessare le uova.&lt;br /&gt;
In una pentola preparare il sughetto (gnammm): mettere un po’ d’olio (o burro), soffriggere il prezzemolo tritato e l’aglio, aggiungere un pò di conserva, la farina e aggiungere un po’ d’acqua e naturalmente il sale e il pepe. Mescolare.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando il sughetto sarà quasi pronto, aggiungere le uova tagliate a metà e far bollire ancora un po’.&lt;br /&gt;

*E’ una raccolta, che vuole dare qualche idea nel come impiegare il pane raffermo, impiegare e non buttare, non sprecare, è un’ alimento prezioso, un bene primario.&lt;br /&gt;
* E’ una raccolta con un fine molto importante, sensibilizzare le persone e cercare di farle pensare prima di “buttare”, prima di “sprecare”.&lt;br /&gt;
Possiamo vivere con vestiti sgualciti, con le scarpe bucate…ma non possiamo vivere senza mangiare e bere.&lt;br /&gt;
Ricordo, che da piccolina, quando mi cadeva un pezzo di pane, mia mamma me lo faceva raccogliere e baciare. Il pane per lei era un’ alimento molto importante, a volte per cena o dopo cena mangiava “pane e latte”.&lt;br /&gt;
Ha vissuto la guerra e ha passato momenti difficili e sapeva dare il giusto valore alle cose e soprattutto al mangiare.&lt;br /&gt;
Come dice Vale “per arginare il problema dello spreco bisognerebbe che ognuno cominciasse a fare la propria parte, prestando più attenzione ai piccoli gesti quotidiani.”&lt;br /&gt;

E’ passato un’ po’ di tempo, e ogni tanto passavo da te per paura di perdere la raccolta e per sicurezza l’avevo lasciata nel blog per non perderla.&lt;br /&gt;

Affettarli o tagliarli a cubetti ).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;Lavare il prezzemolo, selezionarne le foglie e tritarle finemente o usare il prezzemolo già pronto.     &lt;br /&gt;Tagliare la cipolla.     &lt;br /&gt;Mettere in una padella l'olio, la cipolla e portarla sul fuoco. Farla rosolare dolcemente fintanto che non si sarà ben dorato, quindi unire i funghi, farli insaporire per due minuti, quindi se si vuole bagnare con il vino bianco (nel mio caso non l'ho messo). Far cuocere per un paio di minuti a fiamma vivace, unire un pizzico di sale, un cucchiaino di prezzemolo tritato, coprire e far cuocere per 10-15 minuti.     &lt;br /&gt;Girare di tanto in tanto ed unire del brodo o acqua se il fondo di cottura dovesse asciugarsi troppo. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;Lessare le tagliatelle in abbondante acqua salata.     &lt;br /&gt;Saltare le tagliatelle scolate a fiamma vivace nella padella del condimento per qualche minuto, girando di frequente. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;Servire immediatamente e se piace aggiungere una grattugiata di pepe.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Che dire? Fare evaporare parzialmente e aggiungere: origano e pomodoro.     &lt;br /&gt;Fare andare una decina di minuti e aggiungere le fettine di mozzarella su ogni fettina di carne.&amp;#160; &lt;br /&gt;Coprire con il coperchio per un paio di minuti in modo che la mozzarella si sciolga.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;Semplice, veloce e soprattutto buonissimo!!!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/1344440330031985698-6660444839767784403?l=dolceesalatoperilpalato.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Di solito questo tocca a me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bucherellate il fondo con i rebbi di una forchetta.
