&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 5 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg di gnocchi&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr di funghi champignon&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di salmone affumicato&lt;br /&gt;
mezza cipolla (se è molto grande usatene solo un quarto)&lt;br /&gt;
100 ml di panna da cucina&lt;br /&gt;
prezzemolo&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
peperoncino in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite i fungi e tagliateli a pezzi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi soffriggete la cipolla tritata finemente in una padella capiente con un filo d'olio e un pizzico di peperoncino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodichè unite i funghi e fateli cuocere per 4-5 minuti, ora unite il salmone spezzettato e cuocete per circa un minuto, infine unite la panna e salate leggermente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo cuocete gli gnocchi in abbondante acqua bollente salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando la panna si sarà scaldata aggiungete abbondante prezzemolo tritato e non appena saliranno a galla unite anche gli gnocchi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 5 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 grosso cardo (normale o gobbo)&lt;br /&gt;
90 gr di farina&lt;br /&gt;
90 gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;
latte q.b. (circa 800 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
noce moscata&lt;br /&gt;
parmigiano q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
una noce di burro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite i cardi eliminando le foglie, la parte con le spine e i filamenti esterni e poi tagliateli in 3-4 parti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora cuoceteli in pentola a pressione per circa 8 minuti in modo che diventino morbidi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo preparate la besciamella facendo sciogliere il burro in un pentolino, poi unite la farina setacciata e mescolate bene con una frusta da cucina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché unite il latte poco per volta mescolando bene in modo che non vi siano grumi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fate cuocere per 6-8 minuti e poi salate leggermente e unite una grattugiata di noce moscata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La besciamella dovrà avere una consistenza non troppo densa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Appena i cardi saranno cotti imburrate leggermente una teglia da forno, poi mettete poca besciamella e fate uno strato di cardi, poi un altro di besciamella e così via.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Terminate con uno strato di besciamella che coprirete con una spolverata abbondante di parmigiano grattugiato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ponete in forno per 15 minuti circa e terminate con un pò di grill.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per una torta per circa 6 persone (stampo da 20 cm di diametro):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr di zucca cotta al forno (non troppo morbida)&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di farina&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo cucchiaino di cannella&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per la glassa:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
cannella&lt;br /&gt;
acqua q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
zuccherini colorati&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tritate nel mixer la zucca già cotta, poi unite l'uovo e lo zucchero e lavorate bene il tutto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché unite la cannella, la farina e il lievito e mescolate ancora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Versate il composto nello stampo in silicone o in uno stampo normale ricoperto con carta da forno e infornate in forno preriscaldato a 190° per circa 40-45 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena il dolce sarà cotto (controllate con uno stecchino) lasciatelo raffreddare e poi sformatelo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora preparate la glassa lavorando con un cucchiaio circa&amp;nbsp;mezza tazza di zucchero a velo con abbondante cannella e poca acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Unite man mano un pò d'acqua fino a formare una glassa non troppo morbida.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora versate la glassa sulla torta e, se volete,&amp;nbsp;decorate con degli zuccherini colorati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lasciate indurire la glassa e servite.&lt;br /&gt;

Un primo velocissimo!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr di tagliatelle&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di salmone affumicato&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg di cime di rapa ancora da pulire&lt;br /&gt;
150 ml di panna da cucina&lt;br /&gt;
2 noci di burro&lt;br /&gt;
pepe nero&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite le cime di rapa, eliminate i gambi più grossi e tagliatele a pezzi; poi cuocetele in abbondante acqua salata per 6-7 minuti &amp;nbsp;(mettetele nell'acqua fredda e poi portatele a bollore).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché cuocete le tagliatelle in abbondante acqua bollente salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo tagliate il salmone a pezzi e saltatelo in padella con il burro, poi unite le cime di rapa e cuocete per 2 minuti circa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora unite la panna, un pizzico di sale&amp;nbsp;e poco pepe nero.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scolate le tagliatelle e saltatele in padella con il condimento.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Un primo calorico ma gustosissimo!!! ;-)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 5 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg di gnocchi&lt;br /&gt;
230 gr di radicchio&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr di salsiccia&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di ricotta&lt;br /&gt;
2 peperoncini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite il radicchio e tagliatelo a pezzi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi soffriggete la salsiccia sbriciolata in una capiente padella con un filo d'olio e i peperoncini spezzettati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo cuocete gli gnocchi in abbondante acqua bollente salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando la salsiccia sarà cotta unite il radicchio e un pizzico di sale e fate cuocere per qualche minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora unite la ricotta e 2 cucchiai dell'acqua di cottura degli gnocchi e mescolate bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena gli gnocchi saranno cotti scolateli e saltateli in padella con il condimento.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;La ricetta l'ho fatta quasi&amp;nbsp;uguale... ma al posto della glassa al philadelphia li ho ricoperti con una glassa all'acqua (prendete lo zucchero a velo e lo mescolate a poche gocce di acqua per volta fino a formare una glassa non troppo liquida), al posto dello zucchero bruno ho usato zucchero di canna&amp;nbsp;e l'impasto l'ho fatto più morbido di quello della ricetta (ho unito meno farina lasciando l'impasto soffice e non duro e compatto).&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Impasto:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;
50 g di burro&lt;br /&gt;
460 g (o più) di farina (io ne ho messa meno)&lt;br /&gt;
100 g di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio di cannella&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
2 bustine di lievito di birra&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaino di sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ripieno:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
180 g di brown sugar (io ho usato lo zucchero di canna)&lt;br /&gt;
3 cucchiai di cannella&lt;br /&gt;
60 g di burro, ammorbidito a temperatura ambiente&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Glassa: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
(io l'ho sostituita con la glassa all'acqua formata da 100-150 gr di zucchero a velo e poca acqua mescolati insieme)&lt;br /&gt;
115 g di formaggio Philadelphia, ammorbidito a temperatura ambiente&lt;br /&gt;
120 g di zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
50 g di burro, ammorbidito a temperatura ambiente&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="left"&gt;Scaldate insieme il latte e il burro stando attenti però che siano solo caldi e non bollenti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando il burro si sarà sciolto versate il tutto in una ciotola ed unite circa 140 gr di farina, lo zucchero, la cannella, l'uovo, il lievito e il sale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolate bene per 3-4 minuti raschiando anche i bordi della ciotola e poi aggiungete altri 380 gr di farina e lavorate bene l'impasto fino a quando la farina non sarà stata tutta assorbita.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se servisse unite altra farina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Trasferite l'impasto su una superficie infarinata e impastate per circa&amp;nbsp;10 minuti in modo che l'impasto diventi liscio ed elastico.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi trasferite l'impasto in una ciotola grande e leggermente unta d'olio (io invece&amp;nbsp;l'ho infarinata) e coprite con la pellicola trasparente e poi con un panno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lasciate lievitare fino a farlo raddoppiare di dimensione (ci vorranno circa 2 ore).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando avrà lievitato preparate la farcitura mescolando insieme lo zucchero bruno e la cannella.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi prendete l'impasto e sgonfiatelo leggermente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Su un piano infarinato stendetelo con un mattarello a formare un rettangolo di circa 27 x 38 cm e poi stendetevi all'interno il burro morbido lasciando un bordo di circa 1 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cospargete con il ripieno di zucchero e cannella e arrotolate bene in modo da formare un cilindro (premete leggermente per chiuderlo).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Con la chiusura rivolta verso il basso tagliate delle rotelle spesse circa 1.5 - 2 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora imburrate 2 teglie da forno&amp;nbsp;(o ricopritele con carta da forno.. io ho usato la carta da forno riutilizzabile &lt;a href="http://www.tescomaonline.com/Catalog/Detail/5/Pasticceria/53/Accessori-pasticceria/630690/CARTA-DA-FORNO-RIUTILIZZABILE-linea-Delicia"&gt;Tescoma&lt;/a&gt;) e disponetevi le rotelline lasciando un pò di distanza fra di loro.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ricoprite con la pellicola trasparente e un panno e fate lievitare per circa 45 minuti (dovranno quasi raddoppiare di volume).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando saranno lievitate infornatela in forno preriscaldato a 190° per circa 20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sfornate e fatele intiepidire per 10 minuti su una griglia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate la glassa lavorando con una frusta elettrica il philadelphia con il burro morbido e lo zucchero a velo e spalmatela sui cinnamons rolls tiepidi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Servite subito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
P.S. Volendo potete sostituire la glassa al philadelphia con una glassa all'acqua come vi ho spiegato prima.. ^_^&lt;br /&gt;

Oggi altra buonissima ricettina indiana...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 6-7 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di fagioli kidney rossi secchi&lt;br /&gt;
2 cipolle grosse&lt;br /&gt;
1 peperone rosso&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 peperoncini piccoli rossi &lt;br /&gt;
200 ml circa di passata di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Spezie:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
8 semi di cardamomo (prima di usarli schiacciateli con il dorso del coltello per aprirli)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaino scarso di curry&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo cucchiaino scarso di zenzero in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
una spolverata di semi di coriandolo macinati&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo cucchiaino di semi di cumino&lt;br /&gt;
una spolverata di curcuma&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete a bagno i fagioli rossi e lasciateveli per almeno 4-5 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi sciacquateli e cuoceteli o in pentola a pressione per 20 minuti o in pentola per circa 1 oretta con abbondante acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando i fagioli saranno cotti tritate le cipolle e tagliate a cubetti il peperone.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una pentola capiente scaldate un filo d'olio e soffriggetevi le spezie insieme ai peperoncini tagliati a pezzettini, poi unite la cipolla e fatela soffriggere bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando la cipolla sarà cotta unite il peperone e fatelo cuocere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A questo punto unite i fagioli scolati e un pochino della loro acqua di cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungete anche la passata di pomodoro e un pizzico di sale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 5 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di bucatini&lt;br /&gt;
2 grosse zucchine&lt;br /&gt;
40 gr di pomodorini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
2 peperoncini interi secchi&lt;br /&gt;
3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiaini di panna liquida&lt;br /&gt;
40 gr di parmigiano grattugiato&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate le zucchine e tagliatele a cubettini, poi tagliate a pezzettini anche i pomodorini secchi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scaldate in una padella capiente un filo d'olio con i peperoncini spezzettati e poi unite le zucchine a cubetti e lasciatele cuocere per qualche minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo cuocete i bucatini in abbondante acqua bollente salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando le zucchine saranno cotte unite i pomodorini secchi a pezzetti, poco sale&amp;nbsp;e 2-3 cucchiai di acqua di&amp;nbsp;cottura della pasta, lasciate cuocere ancora un paio di minuti e poi spegnete.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora sbattete le uova in una terrina con la panna, il parmigiano e poco sale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena i bucatini saranno cotti scolateli e saltateli in padella con le verdure, poi spegnete il fuoco ed unite le uova sbattute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

80 gr di radicchio&lt;br /&gt;
45 gr di pomodorini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
80 gr di spaghetti spezzettati&lt;br /&gt;
brodo vegetale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
curry&lt;br /&gt;
peperoncino in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;

In una pentola scaldate del brodo vegetale con una spolverata di curry e abbondante peperoncino in polvere.&lt;br /&gt;

Appena bolle unite gli spaghetti spezzettati, il radicchio e le cime di rapa a striscioline e un pizzico di sale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi, dopo circa 5 minuti, unite i pomodorini secchi tagliati a pezzettini e finite di cuocere.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per il cake:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;300 g di farina 180W o farina "00" &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;240 g di zucchero di canna scuro Muscovado&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;200 g di purea di banana&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;200 g di burro&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;140 g di uova&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;130 g di tuorli&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;20 g di lievito in polvere per dolci&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2 g di sale&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;1 baccello di vaniglia Bourbon (io ho sostituito con altra cannella)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per la finitura:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;100 g di cioccolato fondente&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;50 g di scagliette di cioccolato (io le ho omesse)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;qualche rondellina di banana (io non le ho messe perché le avevo terminate)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparazione&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Per prima cosa preparate la purea mescolando tutti gli ingredienti ed unendo per ultima la banana a rondelle sottili.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sbollentate quindi la banana versando il tutto in un pentolino per 2-3 minuti o mettendolo nel microonde per circa 1 minuto&amp;nbsp;e poi frullate bene.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Dopodiché montate il burro a temperatura ambiente con lo zucchero, il sale e la vaniglia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Poi unite 200 gr di purea di banane, le uova e i tuorli e mescolate ancora con una spatola (io ho usato quella in silicone della &lt;a href="http://www.tescomaonline.com/Catalog/Detail/5/Pasticceria/49/Spatole/630286/SPATOLA-CUCCHIAIO-IN-SILICONE-linea-Delicia"&gt;Tescoma&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per finire unite la farina setacciata con il lievito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Versate il composto negli stampini in silicone o nello stampo da plumcake imburrato e infarinato (riempiteli per circa 3/4 e non fino all'orlo).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° per circa 35-40 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;Ho sempre voluto sentire questa focaccia ma purtroppo non c'e ne è mai stata l'occasione per cui ho pensato di provare a farla in casa...&lt;br /&gt;

Probabilmente non sarà uguale, anche perché non ho il formaggio che usano a Recco (l'ho sostituito con della crescenza) e non ho i loro forni... ma è venuta comunque molto buona per cui in attesa di assaggiare quella vera mi gusto questa!!! ;-)&lt;br /&gt;

Per la ricetta io ho guardato su &lt;a href="http://www.mangiareinliguria.it/ita/ricette/ricette_liguria/focaccia-formaggio.php"&gt;questo sito&lt;/a&gt;... dicono che sia la ricetta ufficiale ma come loro stessi scrivono probabilmente ci sarà qualche segreto che conoscono solo i fornai di Recco e con cui la ricetta verrebbe ancora più simile all'originale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Comunque io vi consiglio di provare a farla... è venuta veramente molto buona!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di farina&lt;br /&gt;
3 cucchiai di olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr di acqua&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
350 gr circa di crescenza&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Impastate in una terrina (o se preferite nel mixer) la farina con l'olio, un pizzico di sale e l'acqua che aggiungerete un pò per volta fino a formare un impasto morbido, liscio e compatto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fatelo riposare coperto con un panno per circa un ora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora dividete l'impasto in due parti uguali.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Con il mattarello (e aiutandovi con le mani) tiratene una in modo da formare uno strato sottile che metterete poi sopra una teglia da pizza precedentemente oliata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi prendete la crescenza e spargetela sull'impasto a piccoli pezzi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora stendete sottilissima anche la seconda palla d'impasto e usatela per coprire la teglia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chiudete bene i bordi con le mani e poi pizzicate la pasta in modo da formare dei buchi da dove fuoriuscirà il vapore (fatene un pò d'ovunque).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per finire irrorate con un pò di olio e salate leggermente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Infornate in forno preriscaldato a 270°-320° per circa 7/4 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

500 gr di scialatielli al limone&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg&amp;nbsp;e 200 gr di cozze&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di radicchio&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
2 peperoncini interi secchi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Spurgate bene le cozze in acqua salata per 4-5 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché pulite il radicchio e tagliatelo a striscioline.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una padella scaldate un filo d'olio con i peperoncini spezzettate ed unite le cozze scolate bene e sciacquate. Poi unite il vino e fate cuocere con il coperchio fino a che non si saranno aperte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo cuocete gli scialatielli in abbondante acqua bollente salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una padella capiente soffriggete il radicchio in un filo d'olio con un pizzico di sale, poi unite un pò dell'acqua delle cozze filtrata e fate cuocere 4-5 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scolate la pasta ancora al dente e versatela in padella con il radicchio, unite altra acqua delle cozze filtrata e finite di cuocere gli scialatielli.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

In una pirofila trasparente (o se preferite in coppette monoporzioni) fate degli strati alternati di biscotti savoiardi imbevuti nella bagna al caffè e crema tiramisù.&lt;/div&gt;

500 gr di riso&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg e 600 di cime di rapa&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di asiago&lt;br /&gt;
brodo q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
2 peperoncini interi secchi&lt;br /&gt;
peperoncino in polvere (facoltativo)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Per prima cosa pulite le cime di rapa tenendo i fiori e le foglie ed eliminando i gambi più grossi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi scaldate in una pentola un filo d'olio con i peperoncini spezzettati e appena sarà caldo unite il riso e fatelo tostare per mezzo minuto; dopodiché unite il vino e lasciatelo sfumare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora unite le cime di rapa tagliate a pezzi e coprite con un pò di brodo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi continuate la cottura aggiungendo altro brodo man mano che serve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena il riso sarà quasi arrivato a cottura aggiungete l'asiago tagliato a cubettini e un pizzico di sale e fate finire di cuocere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

500 gr di macinato misto&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di mortadella&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr di parmigiano&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
peperoncino in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
una piccola cipolla&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml di passata di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;
1 peperoncino intero secco &lt;br /&gt;
una decina di foglie di basilico&lt;br /&gt;
farina q.b&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete nel mixer il macinato, la mortadella, il parmigiano, l'uovo, un pizzico di sale e di peperoncino e tritate bene il tutto in modo da ottenere un composto omogeneo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Formate tante palline poco più piccole di una noce e passatele leggermente nella farina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora tritate la cipolla e soffriggetela in una capiente padella con qualche cucchiaio di olio e il peperoncino spezzettato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena la cipolla inizierà a dorare unite altro olio e versate delicatamente le polpettine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fatele cuocere da tutti i lati stando attenti che non si brucino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché unite la passata di pomodoro e mezzo bicchiere scarso di acqua.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopo 5 minuti salate leggermente e unite il basilico spezzettato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fate cuocere ancora una decina di minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliate le zucchine a cubetti e poi&amp;nbsp;eliminate la pelle alla salsiccia e spezzettatela bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In una pentola capiente scaldate un filo d'olio con il peperoncino tritato grossolanamente e poi soffriggetevi la salsiccia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena la salsiccia sarà ben cotta unite le zucchine, soffriggetele per un minuto e poi unite il riso e fatelo tostare per circa mezzo minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora sfumate con il vino e non appena sarà evaporato coprite con un pò di brodo; poi&amp;nbsp;fate cuocere unendo altro brodo man mano che servirà.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Verso fine cottura unite lo zafferano dopo averlo tostato come mostrato &lt;a href="http://www.zafferanodisangavino.it/preparazione.html"&gt;qui&lt;/a&gt; e&amp;nbsp;salate bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per la&amp;nbsp;&lt;u&gt;pate a bombe&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;100 gr di tuorli (sono circa 5-6 tuorli, ma voi pesateli per sicurezza)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;70 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per il caramello salato:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;100 gr di zucchero&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;90&amp;nbsp;ml di panna liquida&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;un pizzico di Sale Dolce di Cervia ( poco perché se no diventa troppo salato... ;-D )&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cioccolato fondente fuso q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;Preparazione del caramello salato:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Mettete lo zucchero in una pentola dal fondo spesso e scaldate a fuoco medio senza mai mescolare, ma scuotendo la pentola in modo che lo zucchero non si bruci.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Lasciate cuocere fino a quando lo&amp;nbsp;zucchero non si sarà completamente sciolto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;A questo punto, stando attenti a non fare schizzi (e quindi a non bruciarsi), versate i 90 ml di panna nel caramello e mescolate bene con un cucchiaio di legno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Dopodiché unite il sale dolce di Cervia e mescolate ancora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Lasciate intiepidire.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione del semifredd&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;o:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Per prima cosa&amp;nbsp;preparate la &lt;u&gt;pate a bombe&lt;/u&gt; mescolando lo zucchero con i tuorli in un contenitore adatto al microonde.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Poi mettete il tutto nel microonde e cuocete fino a raggiungere i 50° C&amp;nbsp;(misurate con un termometro da pasticceria).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Versate subito il composto nel robot da cucina e fatelo&amp;nbsp;montare bene (ci metterà un pò).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo semimontate i 300 ml di panna per il semifreddo (non dovrà essere troppo soda).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Quando la pate a bombe sarà pronta versatela in una terrina, poi unite anche il caramello salato e mescolate bene con una spatola da cucina (io ho usato quella &lt;a href="http://www.tescomaonline.com/Catalog/Detail/5/Pasticceria/49/Spatole/630286/SPATOLA-CUCCHIAIO-IN-SILICONE-linea-Delicia"&gt;Tescoma&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Ora incorporatevi la panna semimontata e mescolate il tutto con una frusta da cucina in modo da non smontarla.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Infine versate il tutto negli&amp;nbsp;stampi della &lt;a href="http://www.happyflex.it/" target="_blank"&gt;Happyflex&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;e mettete in freezer per almeno 5-6 ore.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Quando i semifreddi si saranno&amp;nbsp;congelati prendeteli&amp;nbsp;fuori (ma solo pochi minuti prima di servirli) e staccateli bene&amp;nbsp;allargando lo&lt;span style="color: #f054c1;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;stampo con le mani (questo fatelo appena presi fuori in modo che siano ancora ben congelati).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Poi metteteli sui piatti da portata e versate sopra&amp;nbsp;ad ognuno un pò di cioccolato&amp;nbsp;fondente &amp;nbsp;fuso e fatto&amp;nbsp;intiepidire.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center" style="text-align: left;"&gt;Infine servite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center" style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr di celentani&lt;br /&gt;
120 gr di mortadella&lt;br /&gt;
60 gr di pomodorini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
150 ml di panna da cucina&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio di concentrato di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
pepe nero&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliate la mortadella a cubettini e i pomodorini secchi a pezzettini.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi cuocete la pasta in abbondante acqua bollente salata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo scaldate in una padella capiente un filo d'olio e soffriggetevi la mortadella e i pomodorini secchi per qualche minuto, poi unite la panna, il concentrato di pomodoro e un pò dell'acqua di cottura della pasta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fate cuocere il condimento per qualche minuto in modo da formare una cremina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora pepate leggermente ( e se servisse salate ), poi scolate la pasta e saltatela in padella con il condimento.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 5 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di riso&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di topinambur&lt;br /&gt;
curry (e curcuma per renderlo più giallo)&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr di yogurt bianco&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
brodo vegetale&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Sbucciate il topinambur e tagliatelo a cubettini.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora scaldate in una pentola un filo d'olio e soffriggetevi il topinambur insieme a un cucchiaino scarso&amp;nbsp;di curry e ad un pò di curcuma.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi unite il riso e tostatelo per circa un minuto, dopodiché sfumate con il vino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coprite con il brodo caldo e portate a cottura unendo altro brodo man mano che quello precedente viene assorbito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A fine cottura unite lo yogurt e un pizzico di sale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Se avete degli avanzi di panettone e della zucca già cotta da consumare questa è la ricetta perfetta per voi... provatele perché sono buonissime!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;^_^&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
350 gr di polpa di zucca già cotta al forno&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di pandoro&lt;br /&gt;
1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
30 gr di zucchero di canna&lt;br /&gt;
cannella in polvere &lt;br /&gt;
zenzero in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai di farina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
olio di semi q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tritate nel mixer la polpa di zucca con il pandoro, l'uovo, lo zucchero di canna, una spolverata abbondante di cannella e zenzero e la farina.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora scaldate abbondante olio di semi in una padella e non appena sarà ben caldo friggetevi l'impasto versandolo a cucchiaiate (prendete una piccola noce di impasto con un cucchiaio e con un altro cucchiaio fatelo scendere nell'olio).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando da una parte si sarà ben dorato giratele e fatele cuocere anche dall'altra parte (stando sempre attenti a non bruciarle).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per circa 15 voulevant alla salsiccia:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
una quindicina di voulevant vuoti&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di salsiccia&lt;br /&gt;
15 gr di pomodorini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai di concentrato di pomodoro&lt;br /&gt;
4 cucchiai di panna liquida&lt;br /&gt;
2 peperoncini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Togliete la pelle alla salsiccia e spezzettatela bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi scaldate un filo d'olio con i peperoncini spezzettati e soffriggetevi la salsiccia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora unite i pomodorini secchi tagliati a pezzettini e cuocete per 1-2 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché unite la panna liquida e il concentrato di pomodoro, poi salate leggermente e fate cuocere per qualche minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Usate il preparato per farcire i voulevant.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se non li servite subito scaldateli per 5-6 minuti in forno già caldo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per circa 25&amp;nbsp;voulevant cremosi e delicati alla salsiccia:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
dose di ripieno per 15&amp;nbsp;voulevant alla salsiccia &lt;br /&gt;
circa 25&amp;nbsp;voulevant vuoti&lt;br /&gt;
350 gr di ricotta&lt;br /&gt;
timo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate il ripieno come da ricetta precedente e frullatelo bene nel mixer con la ricotta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Usate la crema ottenuta per farcire i voulevant e decorate con un pò di foglioline di timo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se non li servite subito scaldateli per 5-6 minuti in forno già caldo.&lt;br /&gt;

50 ml di latte intero&lt;br /&gt;
60 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
20&amp;nbsp;gr di maizena + altri 20 gr&lt;br /&gt;
2 tuorli&lt;br /&gt;
1 caco medio&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Altri ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml di panna liquida&lt;br /&gt;
1 cucchiaio di zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
1 caco grande&lt;br /&gt;
panettone q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparazione&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate la crema portando ad ebollizione i 200 ml&amp;nbsp;di panna liquida con il latte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo montate i 2 tuorli con lo zucchero e 20 gr di maizena e non appena il latte e la panna inizieranno a bollire versatevi i tuorli montanti e mescolate bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Continuate a cuocere mescolando fino a quando non si sarà addensata bene.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi togliete dal fuoco, fate intiepidire ed unite la polpa di una caco non troppo grande&amp;nbsp;precedentemente frullata.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rimettete la crema sul fuoco unendo il resto della maizena setacciata e fate rassodare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi lasciatela nuovamente raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ora mettete sul fondo delle coppe uno strato di panettone e coprite con la crema, poi mettete un pò della polpa di un altro caco (questa volta non frullata) e per finire mettete uno strato di panna montata con lo zucchero a velo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Riponete in frigorifero fino al momento di servire.&lt;br /&gt;

Un secondo piatto gustosissimo!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti per 5-6 persone:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di salsiccia&lt;br /&gt;
800 gr di zucca già pulita&lt;br /&gt;
un cucchiaino abbondante di semi di sesamo&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai abbondanti di semi di zucca&lt;br /&gt;
1 peperoncino fresco piccolino&lt;br /&gt;
mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco fermo&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliate la zucca a cubetti non troppo grandi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché scaldate in una capiente pentola un filo d'olio con il peperoncino spezzettato e soffriggetevi la zucca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fatela cuocere per circa 5 minuti unendo, se servisse, un altro filo d'olio.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Appena la zucca comincerà ad ammorbidirsi unite i semi di zucca, i semi di sesamo e la salsiccia privata della pelle e tagliata a pezzi non troppo piccoli.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fate soffriggere bene mescolando spesso e salate leggermente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando la salsiccia sarà ben rosolata all'esterno sfumate con il vino e finite di cuocere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Una vellutata buonissima... &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg e 300 gr&amp;nbsp;di zucca (pesata da pulita)&lt;br /&gt;
3 carote grandi&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di patate&lt;br /&gt;
olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
prezzemolo&lt;br /&gt;
peperoncino in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparazione:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite la zucca, le carote e le patate e tagliatele a cubetti non troppo grandi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopodiché scaldate in una pentola capiente un filo d'olio con un pizzico di peperoncino e soffrigetevi le verdure.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopo 2-3 minuti coprite con circa 800 ml di acqua, unite un pò di prezzemolo tritato&amp;nbsp;e fate cuocere per 15-20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non appena la verdura sarà diventata morbida spegnete e passatela nel mixer (se servisse unite altra acqua).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
