The mailman is not always a welcome site but I have been like a LITTLE girl in a doll store going to the mailbox several times a day waiting looking .... then it was there...I want and cant wait to buy one of Cindys ....(in my mind she will always be cindy)...."large" dollhouses but until the children are through with college i thought i NEED something from Cinderella Moments Etsy Shop... so Cindy made me this tiny tiny LITTLE dollhouse for my dollhouse!

And since it came with paint brush, pencil and plans ..Virginia will have no trouble finishing it!

THE CROW HAS BEEN MADE AND CUT SO HE LOOKS JUST A WEE BIT HMMM .....FUZZY? HAIRY? anyway he is done in a mix of browns and blacks to give added depth and demension to him. it does not pic up well in the photos as he is so dark.. just like a crow should be..

Shabby new vintage painted embroidered bed

Just finished.. handpainted vintage remake. After a good bath in new glue and paint this bed was handpainted on the headboard and footboard.. the lines are all vintage and all removeable. some have minor stains and littles "nicks" these are not perfect .. but perfect for shabby vintage and all have been repaired or hidden! lol just like what my makeup does for me! blues .. french and lovely whites and pinks make this just wonderful.. right down to the embroidery on the bed and on the pillow. blessings kate

P Buckley Moss Dollhouse

This weekend my Sweetheart took me away to a wonderful Bed and Breakfast that also included a trip to the Buckley Moss Museum and to my suprise there was a dollhouse! LOL although when asked what scale the dollhouse was ..because it was on a different floor and i could not see it when i asked .. the sweet lady did not understand me and never did answer but after a tour of the museum i found out.. lol it was taller than me!! but oh how wonderful it was. With some of Pats art work done in miniature and lovely dolls fashanioned after her artwork also. Enjoy the pictures sorry that they are not better but the glass and the lighting made it difficult to take the pictures.

This little bed is a vintage find that needed some help! so i painted and antiqued it then made the linens from old lines and lace... then i embroidered a blanket and pillows from vintage linen. The lines are pinned in place and the blanket is a "half" blanket pinned to the covers. All can be removed and replaced easily. Nice fluffy new mattress included also.

This wonderful LITTLE vintage bed is dressed up in vintage linens and a vintage mattress. I have painted old Irish linen and free hand embroidered it. The pillow, sheets and mattress are made from vintage linens also. Because love vintage linen I have not cut the ruffle nor the sheet. They are pinned in place as to not destroy their integrity.

who would have thought i would do ANYTHING in real people size! but lol i was working on a new painted embroidery rug / wall hanging and it just kept growing and not just one of them but two! long story short I LOVE THEM. I have also found some vintage gold frames...shudder.. in odd sizes. So i went to the store and had mats cut and then painted the frames a wonderful antiqued shabby white..

Handpainted AND embroidered rugs and wall hangings! Please tell me what you think... please.. lol I love them but always worry that others won’t. These are tiny anywhere from 1/2" to 3". and can be used for rugs, wall hangings or table runners. I have used vintage linen as the ground, water colors on the "canvas" then free style embroidery. LOL this combines all of my loves! They will be in my etsy store by the end of day today! enjoy and blessings Katie
