These dresses have to be the most awful Barbie dresses created. They look cute in the picture, but in reality are made of some kind of material that feels like some kind of loud, crinkly sounding paper. Even the velcro that holds the dress closed on the doll is sub-par. The pink dress has one side of velcro that is red and the other side is green - maybe a minor issue if the dresses were of any decent quality.

Even my four year old, who is all about princesses, is not impressed.

I purchased two of these for my daughters for Christmas. Today was the first day of use...so, I can't say much on how long they'll last. But, they were easy to install. I had remove the rear reflector on the one bike that had one in order to attach the doll seat. If the bike seat is higher, you could probably fit both.

After months of research and numerous trips to the toy store I sadly opted to get this plastic dollhouse instead of the eco-friendly Plan Toy doll house. I am EXTREMELY happy for choosing this one because my 2 year old daughter LOVES it. She always preferred playing with the Calico than the wooden ones in the store. The furniture, dolls, house, clothes are more aesthetically pleasing for a child than the big, plain wooden ones. My daughter wasn't into the wooden dolls nor the house and furniture. The Calico Critters, also known as Sylvanian Family, has a more realistic look to it. Granted the dolls are animals but most kids will gravitate towards that due to its cuteness. The dollhouse didn't come with any Critters or furniture but that is ok. You can really "decorate" the house in any manner due to the great selection of furniture sets. The house is big and has three stories, 6 rooms and a deck to fill it up. Not all the furniture will fit into the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. So you may have to put those to the side. House comes completely built only thing you need to do it add the "gates". Wished the ladder had a hook or something to hang on it just keeps falling down. Most of the windows open which is great. This house feels sturdy and will last for sometime. BTW, the furniture sets has some extremely small parts. I have put them away for now until she gets older. I am not afraid of her putting them in her mouth just losing them. Overall, house is great and if you are debating on what kind of house to buy just take them to a toy store where they have either wooden or plastic or both. Your little one will tell you. Finally!!! i havent seen this doll in person yet, but i was very happy when my Barbie-addicted daughter said she wanted one. no more of those RIDICULOUS "ethnic" barbies that were just the same old blonde barbie with brown dye added to the plastic.

This dollhouse is wonderful! I searched high and low for just the right dollhouse for my 3 year old daughter. She plays with all sizes of dolls in it, including Barbies, Fashion dolls and Princess dolls. The bed is a little short, but WHO CARES! It doesn't bother my child. She received this for Christmas and has been playing non-stop with it. The elevator works well and is very sturdy. You can really only fit one doll in the elevator at a time, but that hasn't been an issue for my child. The furniture is sturdy and there is just enough so that the house isn't crowded. It only took me a little over an hour to organize my pieces and to put it together. The instructions were easy to follow. I was impressed by the fact that the exposed screws were even painted the same color as whatever it was on, ie the roof-purple, the floor-pink. They blend right in! It is very sturdy and well made. The decorations are modern yet not too modern. The colors are soft and it is not too busy.
