Unlike other tools which search for targets of a subset of small RNAs (e.g. known miRNAs and ta-siRNAs) PAREsnip allows the user to search for target of every small RNA sequenced in a typical next-generation sequencing dataset.</p>

The recent addition of &#8220;My Citations&#8221; is a really excellent tool for tracking which (and how many) papers cite your work along with metrics such as <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H-index" http://www.domaining.in/blog/wp-admin/post-new.php title="h-index definition" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">h-index</a>. I hope that all bugs have been ironed out (thanks to all that reported problems). We are still catching up with a huge backlog of free submissions &#8211; the waiting time could be up to 14 months at the moment but I&#8217;m doing my best to work my way through the backlog, of course you have the option of submitting express reviews or featured links if you don&#8217;t want to wait that long (these are usually reviewed within 2 hours but guaranteed review within 24 hours).</p>

I&#8217;m pleased to say that both <a href="http://www.domaining.in" title="Domaining.in">domaining.in</a> and <a href="http://9ug.com" title="9ug Directory" target="_blank">9ug Directory</a> made the list. Domaining.in ranked in the top 15 of all general directories based on domain authority and MozRank.</p>
<p>I think that you have to be a Pro member to view the entire list but I will also be adding to my list of <a href="http://www.domaining.in/blog/2011/09/08/strong-directories/" title="strong directories" target="_blank">strong directories</a> once I get some more time..</p>

I&#8217;ve already spotted a few things that were not working correctly (and have had a couple of emails reporting problems), hopefully all of these are now fixed but if you see something that doesn&#8217;t work or are having trouble with anything then please let me know and I will do my best to fix it.</p>

As a result I will be switching to a new dedicated server through a different hosting company today and will hopefully have the site up and running again within a day or two once everything is set up and copied across. Once again apologies for the downtime, I am trying to get this resolved ASAP.</p>
