You've probably heard of the saying "Time flies when you're having fun". &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;Overall job efficiency is greatly improved as well as a greater send of pride and job commitment.Happier people are able to make better decisions as well as reducing their levels of job stress. &lt;/p&gt;     &lt;p&gt;Happiness can increase emotional intelligence with more emotional control for the individual as well as expanding the individual's coping skills, and their capacity to better their self-control. This simply means that I am self-taught and remain in full control of my education regardless of my age. In the past I have never ceased to educate myself on the subjects I aspire to gain knowledge for. There's not a day goes by that I don't affirm to myself that "knowledge is power".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have self-taught myself numerous topics that have resulted in some form of improvement to my lifestyle. Becoming an autodidact empowers me and is an integral part of my continuing personal development. I would never have learned the knowledge I have gained through any kind of formal education.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm not alone of course as many of the most celebrated people in history have educated themselves in the name of autodidactism, such as Socrates and Benjamin Franklin, as well as many others.
