MN Board of Judicial Standards:Justice or the Appearance Justice?

This is a preview of an article I wrote on Examiner.com regarding one recent, personal experience with Judicial Corruption in Minnesota USA

As I continue on this difficult road in search of Minnesota Judicial Reform and Accountability, I realize that many of you have not been touched or do not realize that you have been touched by the Duplicity and Corruption of the Minnesota Judiciary.

Some of you have had the good fortune to have not been in court. Others have been in court and trusted that, regardless of the outcome of your matter, the courts were a fair and just arbitrator of the evidence and facts as you were taught in High School Civics. You trusted that schools and the teachers you looked up to would not purposely deceive you. Others of you felt you were treated unfairly but the exact the source of your opinion was vague and nebulous. And others can point to specific lapses in integrity and jurisprudence but lacked the knowledge to express your sentiments and/or the money to seek remedy. And others are unaware of how rulings by Minnesota Judges adversely affect Minnesota Taxpayers. No. not Tax Court. I refer to things like rulings adverse to taxpayers involving, for instance, when Corporations borrow taxpayer money from the state and then default; like Northwest Airlines did 10 years ago or so. (In exchange for kickbacks, etc.) Today I am going to show you specific, overwhelming evidence that we no longer have the rule of law, but rather, whim of judges and justice to the highest bidder.

Many years ago I coined the phrase – “The American Judicial System is the best Appearance of Justice that Money can buy?” Along the way, we are going deal with themeaning of the “best appearance of Justice” and “How much justice can you afford?”

To begin, let me say I own a business. For years I have had a competitor that I believe engages in some behaviors that go beyond what is morally, legally and socially acceptable...

Minnesota Senate Judiciary Chair Mee Moua reneges on commitment

This is the introduction to a story that I wrote on Examiner.com concerning Minnesota Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Mee Moua's reneging on a commitment to meet with Minnesota Citizens Supporting Minnesota Judicial Reform and Accountability.

In my previous article, "Minnesota Judicial Tyrants play their ugly Apparatchik jand" (January 25, 2010) [ http://twurl.cc/274t ]; I indicated that I was sending an email/fax to all Minnesota Representatives and Senators requesting whether they were for or against addressing Corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. (said email/fax appears at end of this article.)

This article is one in a series of follow-up articles on this topic.

For the new reader, here is a summary of the events to date.

Approximately 4 years ago a group of Minnesota Citizens recognized a pattern of Judicial corruption and injustice in the Minnesota Judiciary. About two years ago, I joined that group. The group has been prevented from presenting testimony before either the Minnesota House or Senate Judiciary Committees. The Chairpersons of those Judiciary Committee's Rep. Joe Mullery and Senator Mee Moua, simply refuse to allow the matter to be heard before their respective committees. Last summer, some of the persons involved in this group from the beginning became frustrated and vowed to be more assertive in pursing judicial reform. They first asked to schedule on camera interviews asking Senators and Representatives to explain why they opposed judicial reform. And when they were refused interviews, a citizen reporter and a camera man confronted them in the halls of our capitol going between meetings, etc. I did not believe that the situation was as bad as they indicated and decided to take a more reasoned approach in the Senate...

And from there the saga continues.

Response to the Governator - Schwarzenegger bashes TEA Party Move

This is the introduction to a story that I wrote on Examiner.com concerning governor Schwarzenegger's recent inaccurate disparaging comments about the TEA Party Movement.

This is my response to a pair of news articles out of California. One from LA Now! "Schwarzenegger bashes 'TEA Party" Movement. Is he Right?“and One from the LA Times "Arnold Schwarzenegger criticizes fellow Republicans" ... I have chosen to write in the form of an open letter to Governator Schwarzenegger (and any other Political hack Politicians who want to front the Political Establishments Propaganda)

Hello Governor Schwarzenegger:

Sometimes I get frustrated trying to explain to Republican loyalists in the TEA Party Movement that there is little difference between the Republican Party and the Democrat Party. I have made reference to the 800 pound gorilla behind the steering wheel of the Republican Party. I have told them that this 800 pound gorilla is not going to just give up the steering wheel because a few TEA Partyers ask it to. I have informed all TEA Partyers that the 800 pound gorilla likes the spoils and trappings of power and will vigorously fight to prevent losing them. I have told them that the 800 pound gorilla is an analogy for the big money and special interests that subvert the will of WE THE PEOPLE.

TEA Party Nation and its Convention are Republican Trojan Horses

This is an excerpt from an article I wrote on Examiner.com. It discusses the fact that the TEA Party Nation Convention in Nashville TN is not a true TEA Party event, but rather an attempt by the Republican Party to hijack the movement.

First some quick premises and reference points. The TEA Party Movement is not one group. There are about 20 major TEA Party / Grassroots groups and 30-50 smaller TEA Party / Grass roots Groups. TEA Party Nation came into existence in about August of 2009. The true TEA Party Movement has been around about a year. True TEA Party and grassroots organizations take direction from the bottom up. TEA Party Nation and other Republican Trojan Horses exert control and direction from the top down.

Per the title of this article, let me reiterate that TEA Party Nation and the convention occurring this weekend are commonly known to be Republican Ruses among true grassroots TEA Partyers. True TEA Partyiers look down on the Republican Trojan Horse Groups with scorn. TEA Party Nation and its convention represent an attempt by the Republican Party to hijack the TEA Party Movement. Minnesota Gubernatorial Candidate Debate Saturday, Jan 30, 2010

Good Afternoon Patriots!

Our Gubernatorial Debate has outgrown the Princeton Library and has to move to The Great Northern Train Depot in Princeton! (see address below) Please pass this information onto anyone who may need this updated location information and anyone who wants to start getting involved in our cause. We now have 4 candidates that will be at this historic event - Marty Seifert, Phil Herwig, Bill Haas, and Tom Emmer.

This Tea Party is one of the most active and effective truly grassroots 0rganization in the state! You are making a statement that we will not sit down or shut up - We want our cities, counties, States and Country to be the best in the world! We live in the greatest country in the history of this world for a reason. The reason is this great country was founded on FREEDOM!

Due to the expected overflow turnout for our upcoming Governors debate on Saturday January 30th @ 2:00pm we have had to move to the Mille Lacs Historical Society Great Room to host the event. In general the debate will go as follows;

Each candidate will have 3 minutes to introduce themselves and telling why there are running and what they stand for.

Each candidate will then have 2 minutes to speak on the other candidates statements. We are asking people with questions to write them down (we will provide postcards, etc.) and then the questions will be randomly drawn for asking.

The questioner can ask their question to any or all of the candidates and the candidates will have time to answer. The questioner will have 1 followup question on point if needed. (Bring questions and remember to be respectful to our guests.

Try to keep your questions related to our State and local issues - Property rights, Light Rail (BOONDOGGLE), taxes of all kinds, Energy and keeping their campaign promises.)

Candidates will get 3 to 5 minutes at the end to summarize and try to prove to us that they have the clearest vision and will stick to their promises. We are planning on getting as many microphones as we can.

There will always be disagreements - that is a good thing. We have to hear what they have to say. If we beat up on our we won't be able to get more guests in the future. Also please keep side conversations to a minimum while others are speaking.

The depot houses the Mille Lacs County Historical Society, 101 S 10th St., is located west of downtown Princeton on 1st Street. From the center stoplight in Princeton at the junction of Rum River Drive (Old Hwy 169) go west on 1st street approximately 5 blocks, turn left just past the Public Utilities office. The depot will be on your right. Travel to the far (southern) end of the building. Doors open at 2:00pm. Depending on the weather you may want to bring a small blanket and or pad for your chair.

TEA PARTY - What MA Scott Brown means? A different perspective.

I will try to get straight to the point. If you don't agree with my premise, stop reading:

My fellow TEA Party Conservatives, I premise my thoughts on the following: The two major political parties deliberately polarize WE THE PEOPLE to divert attention from them. We vent our hostility on the political opposition because that is how politicians frame our elections. Instead of us pouring our ire out on the politicians, we vent on each other. Our politicians are like the kids from the school ground of your youth who spread rumors and goaded others into fights while they stood by and laughed at what they had created.

My fellow TEA Party Conservative friends (no I am not forgetting my liberal TEA Party friends) I ask you to contain your enthusiasm. I know we have had to just take it for a year and we are frustrated. I know we want to lash out. But let us not lose this opportunity to permanently change American Politics. Let us be gracious, benevolent winners. Let us reach out to our fellow Americans and engage them in thoughtful dialogue. Invite them to TEA Parties in spite of their political leanings. Let them get to know us by our acts and deeds. Share with them your pride in you self-sufficiency. Instill them with your fervor for life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. Let them come to see what their leaders told them about us was simply propaganda.

Do not let the politicians from the two main political parties continue to frame our elections and tell us how to feel about the issues. Do not let the politicians pit us against each other
