HOW TO LEAVING saturation

2009-11-12T14:55:00.001+07:00

One time I heard complaints from friends, she said "I'm tired of this life," every morning you wake up, work, come home. Arrived at my house through the same thing, reading newspapers, watching TV and got place to sleep. Then the next day over and over and over and continue. I used to love what I do, but it's long I longer bored now stalled.

My friend was it was stuck and could not anywhere else, and was afraid to break free from work. But if only he could accept the fact that he was in the end of a phase, so he has a chance to start something new

For most of our work is the basis of identity and self-esteem, and this applies if we continue to experience success. But this will not apply for promotion and salary, it is finite, which sometimes led to feelings of failure on us. Everyone would have had the name burnout and despair, it all if we do monotonous nature of activities and not fariatif.

But there are some measures that will free taste saturated, stagnant and stuck, like what is that?

- Take initiative. We're not going to get a miracle or magic from the sky if we just wait and feel that we would not want to accept this reality. If you let the boss or the fate of creating for you, then you have given too many other parties to determine what will happen in your life. And you are the most responsible for your own self, and most knew about your own potential, not someone else.

- Change careers. Trying a second career is we must dare to speculate, but if we dare to suffer the consequences, so we have virtually the best choice. Here is what I demonstrated to myself as a writer, I've tried a second career, from my long time work following the leadership of the command, then I think for a career in the field of what? And finally I found the business through the virtual world, and this is a world of my dreams. Although not significant level of success, but this will form over time.

- Return to learn. Learning will bring endless endless challenges as well. You'll find something new and can develop something new and completely different. And all this will also develop your new career tekuni too.

- Utilizing the expertise in other areas. Perhaps from our experience burnout, stagnant and trapped but was unable to switch jobs, need to channel the skills of the field, other fields that provide real impact.

If we are able to become a supervisor of an organization, then with your mentor is challenged to become a teacher who is always wise.

- Creating a balance. Sometimes we are selfish, we feel there is no time to share with children, wives, friends and even for ourselves.

The most important priority and we have to do is create a balance between personal life with professional life. If there are symptoms of the balance kedtidak likely that we will not function properly in each sector.

No one will tell you, what you have to do with this life. Yourself periodically to evaluate yourself, because you are evaluating various alternatives, then you will be initiated against yourself, have self control and have the confidence that firm.

How about you? Would never experienced a sense of saturated, stagnant and trapped? Let us discuss and give your feedback here.

Hail Success!

"Whoever has the potential to become professionals in their fields if the discipline in worship, time, order, carry out the task rules and other positive things
