Mining for Gold Nuggets

As someone who makes their way through this world expecting to like those I meet, I am not naïve enough to believe that everyone I meet will be my next best friend, or that I will want to move them up from acquaintance to friend, however, imagine being open enough to suspend any judgments before you interact with someone?
How might your life change if I told you that every person you were going to meet in the next hour, regardless of how they looked, what language they spoke, whether they were rich or poor, black, brown or white, male or female, had something of great value to give to you. Nuggests of gold that they couldn't share with you until you suspended any judgement of their worth to you, at least until you could find that out for yourself.

What if we took on the perspective of looking forward to meeting the next stranger that comes our way, regardless of who they are or how they look? Do you think it would be possible for you to don the ‘hat’ of a Prospector for the day? A miner whose mission is to actively search for the ‘gold’ within?

What if you started by looking for the things you both have in common. Do they have a family, or children? Do they enjoy running or swimming, or are they a musician or painter? Do they love to sit on the beach and enjoy the smell of the ocean or do they work hard all the time and never have time for a vacation? Have they ever broken a bone or rode a horse? Do they live with pain, or have chronic illness? Have they ever been in Love? Have they ever lost a love? Do they have any regrets about life and if so, what would they change if they could? What could you do to help them?

We have more similarities than differences.. We are the same species and just like dogs or cats, our shape, colour and temperaments differ, but no matter what we look like on the outside, we can still mate with one another, we still share the same physical need for water, warmth when cold, food when hungry, and comfort when hurt.

Whether you like to walk this planet alone or live with a large family, we are pack animals and without touch, especially in our first year of life, we lose part of our humanity.
We have all heard of feral children, children brought up in the wild, raised by animals, well by a certain age, it becomes impossible to socialize them or give them language skills. This can also happen to children who are never given a comforting touch as babies. Though they are surrounded by human beings, the massive loss of their potential is astounding. The orphans they found in Bulgaria after the war are a perfect example. These babies were left alone all day in their cribs. They were given a minimal amount of interaction, just enough to feed them and change their diapers. Denied the comfort of touch and soft words, these children became catatonic. Their potential intelligence stunted, irreversibly, emotionally void and vacuous. What is my point here?

Each and every one of us has a deep need for one another. Even those who like to live alone need a certain amount of social interaction, even if it’s from their dog.

Any differences we have are environmental not inherent. We are products of our socialization, molded by our family’s first, conditioned to fit into the society in which we were born.
Once we recognize this, we can change our story of intolerance, and instead of disliking those who are not like us or that we were conditioned to hate on sight, we can become tolerant and even more, when we look for ways to celebrate the differences and find comfort in the similarities.
We weren’t born hating one another. That is a lesson well taught. However it is also one that can be relearned.
I have always said that I could take ANYONE off the street and make an interesting and compelling video about them. No matter who they are or what they look like, there will be something in their tale that we can all relate too.
Each of us shares this ‘human’ experience connected spiritually. We all are tapped into ONE consciousness. Sure we each have our own agenda and individual journey’s complete, but as you grow spiritually, so will this feeling of oneness.

I invite you today to change your perspective for just one hour. Engage the very next person you meet with an open countenance, and a true desire to find out who they are, to find a reason to like them. Look for the hidden nugget, the gem that is them.

Ken Graydon is doing his best to help the world and its human inhabitants discover that they have a gift. This gift is so great and so powerful that anyone who wants to can actually order up the weather just the way they like it.
Frankie's Rain of Hope.has changed to Rolling Thunder and is hopefully going to engage a newspaper to print and inspire an entire community into coming together and sending their positive intentions out into the universe, speak to the clouds and commission rain for a very thirsty Australia.
In his recent Letter to the newspapers of the small towns in and around Perth Kens writes :
"I have been co-ordinating an international group of “rain makers” who have, by intention, been able to change weather patterns for specific areas in Australia and two states in the U.S.A.. We had a two-week campaign in late September 2007, and our Perth base had the highest September rainfall for nine years.

We would like to help any communities that are in drought – and are prepared to ask for rain – to see if we can change the weather pattern. It’s not about money – we do not get paid; we do not pay you. We deal in the currency of hope.

Come to the Edge

I have asked you to come to the Edge before.. remember? It was during my Jump of the cLiff and fly days.. You were so concerned and just had to look downdespite assurance you were ok.

I wanted you to trust me. Trust that you would fly..soar in fact, rather than fall to the ground.
Falling and fear of falling obviously was the most common obstruction but it was also the default. VERY few if any expected to fly?
It seemed that faith and a positive belief in ones own abilities quickly fled in favour of failure.

It's an interesting study for me.

Where does your default lie when you are thrust into situations that you are unfamiliar with? Is your first expectation failure or do you default to 'I CAN DO THIS"?

The Edge is a perfect name for a Retreat, and there just happens to be one by that name for sale.

I am going to use my powerful abilities to attract and manifest this Retreat. I will be able to acquire this property even though price wise it is way above my bank account today...smile.

This gorgeous property is in Utah with a main house and 2 smaller that can sleep 34. I can see myself there with you guys now. We are sitting around the main kitchen making big plans for your future. Its fantastic. The sky is bluer than blue with big fluffy white clouds intersperced throught the sky. It is about 69 degrees and you can see the horses outside through the window.......

Hey Guys.. guess what? This week has brought about many changes in my life. Some were challenging but most are challenges that I am very excited about.

I have been having a real problem having a new logo and website developed. My friend Ken Graydon pointed out to me " what is it about this I am attracting"? Why would I want it to be so difficult. Well if I answer this honestly, I think it is because I am afraid to be pinned down and pidgeon holed into being ONE thing. Freedom is my number one Value and I want to be free to be whatever the day calls for.

Well interestingly enough, this is what has happened this week.

5 different people, with 5 very different business agenda's have asked me to collaberate with them to create something new. This is what I am talking about. This is ME!!
I love the variety, the challenge, the multi tasking and moving from one virtual venue to another without missing a beat.

I think that this is what I thrive on. Being there to support,be creative, add value * hopefully and assist in creating /birthing new ventures into existence.

Thank you Universe for KNOWING me so well and bringing me the opportunties you have this week. Life really is what you MAKE IT!! Design the life you want to live .. and be Unstoppable.. love you all .. Frankie

Well I promised to keep you in the loop. Week 4 just ended with me 10 pounds lighter and 6 1/2 inches less of me.. YEAH.. Of course I wish it was more but you know what? Slow and steady will keep it off and it is certainly better that putting another 10 pounds on.. My jenny counselor told me to go to the grocery store and pick up a 10 pound bag of potatoes. Walk around with it for a while. It certainly gives you a much better appreciation for what those 10 pounds felt like.

Stay strong.. if you are doing this with me.. good for you.. Next Goal? 10 more.. let's keep it coming. We are Unstoppable!!!!

What is Mission Unstoppable?

Mission Unstoppable a mindset. It is an innate knowing that you can make a change to your body or personality, accomplish playing an instrument or speaking another language, even realizing a dream or goal that you have been sitting on for a long time. It means that the choice is yours and you are in control. All you need to do is create the plan.

Mission Unstoppable is an action oriented process that will enable you to get past internal and external roadblocks. It will help you find the inner strength to stay the course, a necessity for most things, since anything worthwhile usually takes some time. There will always be roadblocks,but that's ok. That's what detours are for. You have heard me say, "Mission Unstoppable is where your inner strength hits the wall, then scales it!

Mission Unstoppable is your new mantra. It is a way of life. It is a choice that you make on the inside, that results in fruitful results on the outside.

Today I am a Rainmaker!
Does this bring a vision to your mind? Do you see me outside in ceremonial dress, shaking sticks to the sky and dancing an open pit? Not this time.

This time I am doing it differently.. I have joined forces with a group of Rainmakers, powerful, loving people who want to help make positive changes on earth.
I am part of a 14 day experiment where Rainmakers from
Australia, Canada, Greece, Mexico and the United States (spear headed jointly by Ken Graydon ( his healing website www.angylion.com.au and Phil Evans’ (People Stuff life-coaching www.peoplestuff.com.au) who have brought us all together.

We are each using our own visualization, touchstones, and powerful intentions to help bring rain to the parched lands of Australia, Santa Clara County in California. however the together part is that Each of us will be setting our intentions jointly during the hours of 7am and 7pm in our respective countries.

We chose these places based on the groups personal preferences, and since both Ken and Phil live in Australia, they knew how desperate their country was for rain. It seems that the normal seasonal rains have gone astray. Well, we all know how important water is to life..VITAL.. so we ( the rainmaker's collective) have joined together to see if we can't make some refreshing life saving rain.

Right after I wrote my intention yesterday I sent it off to Ken, who quickly responded to say It had Started. Low and behold, RAIN had started Perth. HOw fantastic it that? YEAH!!! I will keep you informed and let you know if we continue to be successful rainmakers.

We are not only trying to control the weather by making rain, but we are also attempting to stop it as well. You read in my earlier post about Dengue fever which is brutally attacking and killing the young children in Cambodia. Well we are also asking that the rains get turned down a notch, to allow the doctors to hit the mosquitoes breeding grounds with insecticides that will kill their larvae and stop the spread of this and other horrific diseases they transmit.

Masturbation for the Nation

As you may know, Africa is a country under siege. Not by GW Bush - this time,but by the Aids virus. (ok-some might argue that the Americans were responsible in the first place for Aids- but that is another story) ..

Nothing new here right? In a Country where Over 70 percent of its inhabitants are infected by this deadly virus, sex workers line the streets to service the lonely truck drivers, and children are left homeless as their parents expire, there is something new to brighten the horizen.

In Botswana, health officials have a new campaign, and its called Masturbation.. It features a man sitting on a couch, with his penis in his hand, masturbating. A bubble over his head has him imagining himself with a woman and the caption reads "Masturbate- Do it Yourself."

A friend of mine (one of my physicians) who was in Africa saw the poster in Botswana and secretly took a picture of it. He was told that he wasn't allowed.

The third time this year alone, he was back over in Africa raising money, awareness and trying to make his way through mountains of red tape and corruption so that supplys of vitamins and foods from Canada could get through to these kids. He was told that they were eating non food soup. It was made from sawdust. SAWDUST. How can we be so immune? So lacking of knowledge and facts over here or are we? Who lets kids starve like this in an orphanage? My physician was over in Africa supporting and raising awareness for the orphanage. He met a woman on whose land this building stood. Apparently she owned like 30 miles of land and had NO IDEA these kids were even on it. Her eyes are now open as they say and hopefully her influence will allow more nutrution to make its way in.

14 years ago I was in the Condom business and heavily involved in Aids education. Africa was a huge concern to me because I was asked constantly for help. They needed condoms. At the time, they were very expensive. Something like five dollars for a box of 12. I was purchasing them from Malaysia for around 4 cents each.
Today, they are put out around town by the health organizations for free, however with such a limited supply, it means that a man can have safe sex about 6 times a year. Pretty Scary.

This same doctor told me a story once of a visit he had done to a clinic and was speaking to an educated and well spoken nurse. The conversation turned to AIDS, as the 'cause of death' for most AIDs victims was cited as Tuberculosis to keep stats down. Anyway, he mentioned that AIDS was a problem in the States and Canada as well.
She wondered how that could be. She thought only Black People could get AIDS. When he finally proved to her that this wasn't the case, she broke down and cried. I imagine she was thinking about the wealthy white S.Africans and how it was they avoided becoming infected when 70 percent of her race was dying.

The world has become so immune to hearing about AIDs, that it makes it very difficult for research money to exchange hands, but there are people in my circle of influence who do believe that a cure is at hand and waiting to be discovered.
In fact, I have heard that for about 10 cents a day, this same Dr. along with another associate have proven that selenium will get those infected with AIDS up off their death beds and back to living normally. They are not cured of the disease but of the effects of the disease. Children don't have to lose their parents.400,000 this year will be left homeless.

$50,000 will fund the proof study.. not a lot of money for this type of research, but it's obvious why no one wants to help... becuase they would rather have DEAD AIDs victims then the WaLKING INFECTED!!!

Not that I need them, because I really don't.. but i purchased Sam's Weller's weightloss Cd and his Relaxation one.. being an emotional eater it's preparation AND knowing that Ricky and I will have some extended time away from each other, I KNOW I am going to need it. We both tend to get antsy at the 4 week mark.. what will we do at 8?.ugh.. well I for one will not derail,cause I AM UNSTOPPABLE.. cf
