He´s very multi-cultural, he travelled( by car, boat, airplane) to Belgium, Holland, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Crete, Mexico.....and he made a flightstop in Jamaica. So he loves belgian cuisine - italian dishes - spanish specialties - chinese recipes.

As soon as he finds an editor, he will write a recipes book for dogs!!!!

This photo was taken in the district " Rincon de Loix" in Benidorm, many tourist shops. Many of these shops are run by foreigners ( Chinese, Indians, British, Dutch, Belgians...etc.). This first photo is very normal, but if you look at the second picture then you see that the owner come up with a original idea to promote his Spanish shop. Tienda Española = Spanish Shop in Spain!!!!! between all these foreign stores.

Recently moved to La Nucia. A town a few kilometers from the coast and from Benidorm. So lately, didn´t had much time to paint.

Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its excellent temperatures and sunshine. But the winter has been severe and we are looking forward to have some good weather and to feel the warmth on our bodies.

I didn´t had a place on the internet where you could see my paintings on canvas and palm leafs and now you find this all together in one shop which is called " foundmyself". On the right in my blog you see the image, if you click on it then you go to the store. Something completely different, but no less passionate.
I was a DeeJee in the eighties for a long period. In some bars and a disco. Every time I hear a familiar song from that period, I act like a......teenager. The emotions released when I hear this song are not to describe. And my knowledge of the musicperiod is still huge. So I tought by myself : I am much on the internet, why not setting a musicchannel with music from the eighties on YouTube. A few weeks ago I updated my website http://www.dot4design.net/. This is build with hosting Dot5 ( website builder). I paid about 110 US dollars ( with domain ) for the use of a website for 2 years. and I made him myself ( very easy for someone who is not a webmaster) with the "Drag and Drop Builder ". On the right side of the post you see the banner of "dot 5". If you click on the banner, then you see their website.

Also interesting is the banner " The best of Spain" on the right of the message. Click on the image.

You can let go your imagination on a normal stone. He is not so normal, a river stoneis very good to start : is very smooth and nice shaped by the water. For example, you paint the stone in black and I put my left hand on it in dotpaint.

Variety in your passion, thats the way to do it. I am working on several projects semultaneously. This keep you sharp and is also fun to see all this progress. While you paint that special artwork, sometimes my toughts go to another project or something totally new. The artworks I am working on:

Glazing :

Choose your glazing.
Leave your mouse on the question mark and you´ve got more information.

Go to the brown button "add to cart" and you have a whole new page

Your product(s). You can still "modify" your items.
Details of the product.
Price.
Quantity.
Subtotal before shipping.

You see the green button "I´ll keep shopping", click on it and you´re coming back to the main gallery and choose another item.
Click on the green button "checkout" and enter your email adress and password. Click on "next".
Then enter your billing adress and your shipping adress. Click on "continue".
Shipping methods is the next page. Choose one and than click on "continue".
Enter your creditcard details on the new page and click on "place order" if you wish to buy the items.
You receive a paymentreceipt.

These steps are the same if you choose your item in the "print on canvas" version. Here you can choose your "wrap" and the canvas type.

In the "greeting card version" you can rotate the card and the image. Click on "next" on the right side of the page and here you can choose the layout of the greeting card. Choose the paper ( you can see the price of each paper) and also the quantity (with price).

Ibiza

A few weeks ago we took the car (on the boat) to Ibiza (several days). You can take the boat from Denia to the island. With a fast sailing ship it is just 2 hours, with a slower ship it will take 4 hours. "Ibiza is just my style" and a photo of the boat.

Art on a palm leaf.

A palm leaf can also be useful. These are dried leaves of a king palm tree (photo), painted with dotpaint. They are about one meter high, easy to move and excellent to refresh home interiors.

I am also looking for an art representative. Someone who deals with the commercial aspect of an artist, so I have more time to paint. Now it´s looking for a needle in a haystack and you must have the right person in front of you, someone who believes in you. A positive attitude is the message.

I was a few weeks without internet connection, but everything is resolved. Meanwhile I started to paint on canvas. A different approach and labor intensive. This is pure fantasy, no more drawing sketches.

Safari Aitana.

Safari Aitana is located on 3000 feet altitude, 35 km from Benidorm http://www.safariaitana.com/. The animals live in semi-freedom. Recently I visited the park with customers. I promised to put a photo of the group on my blog but I laughed so hard with Dutch people that I have bad pictures. Therefore "LAMA IN BUS" photographed on one of my previous trips.

New dotpaint!

This was recently made on paper (7x5 inch - 1 inch = 2,54 cm) and a major change. The dots are placed next to each other. It gives a stronger effect and reproduccion in large format is possible, this is harder in the previous dotpaints. I am also dotpainting on canvas ( large format). In another message more about canvas, it could be that the canvaspainting would be offered on sale in a seperate website. I am also thinking of holding exhibitions and selling my artwork on artmarkets. Markets enough on the Costa Blanca.
