This video shows one technique that alleviates discomfort and can help make room for the baby to rotate into an ideal position.</p>
<p><a href="http://yourdoulabag.com/item_60/Birth-Ball-Covers.htm"><strong>YourDoulaBag.com</strong></a> sells a variety of fabric covers that make carrying your birth ball much easier, which makes it a snap to transport to and from the hospital. This video shows the laboring woman kneeling on a pad. You may wish to use a pillow or get a gardening pad of your own. In a pinch, a folded towel works well too.</p>

I got so excited and then realized that I was acting as a doula. Her husband made it for the birth, and I was so disappointed that I decided to pursue being a doula as a profession. The more I learned about the profession the more I realized that it is my passion.</p>
