Mistake 1: You do not send enough messages.
Ok I get it, you’re a busy person… heck, that may even be the reason you got into online dating to begin with! but that’s not excuse for laziness. Online dating really is a numbers game, the more women you contact, the better your chances are. Most guys make the mistake of focusing their attentions on one or two women that they see online, when they do not receive a response from their various messages they get disheartened and give it up on online dating altogether.

The more women that you contact the better your chances will be.

You have to be willing to invest some time in this aspect of your life, be prepared to send out at least at least 200 different messages to 200 different girls before can expect to receive some really great responses.

if this seems like a lot , ask yourself whether you really want to get a girl or not?

Mistake 2: Your online dating profile sucks.
The quickest way to see if your dating profile sucks is to send it to 1 close female friend to critique. ask her for specifics, if she’s nice she may even help you rewrite it. if you would prefer to do it yourself, then i would suggest you adhere to the following basic rules

1. At the very least, aim to come across as the fun loving, sociable guy. nothing too serious.
2. Write what you are passionate about, and be specific in what you are looking for.
3. Don’t bitch, moan, complain at all. in fact, avoid anything that may seem negative.
4. Emphasis your best qualities without boasting.
5. Be selectively honest. everybody lies, so there’s no need to be ashamed.

Mistake 3: you are on the wrong site.
Are you looking for friendship, sex or both? If you’re not seeing the result you require, you may be investing your efforts in a site not best suited to your needs. Each dating site has its own specific crowd, and there is an unwritten code of conduct amidst the members on what kind of site this is and what behavior is expected/tolerated.

Sending overtly sexual messages may work well on adultfriendfinder, but it will get you banned on match.com. You must make sure that whichever site you choose, is congruent with what you want to achieve.

Mistake 4: You are insane

‘The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly, but expecting different results’
– Einstein.

When you send the same message to 10 women, and get no response, do you keep sending the same message? or, do you scrap it and try something new? If the answer is the former, then you probably are repeating a lot of the same mistakes in your dating life and hence aren’t, getting the results you want.

To get the girl of your dreams you have to be willing to experiment, to play, to live and to learn
shake it up a little, let go of your bad habits and try something new.

Treat online dating as a game, then set out to try different tactics until you win.

Mistake 5: you shotgun
Picture this scenario:

1. You spend ages writing what you believe is a great ‘first message’
2. You send this message to tens of women
3. You wait
4. You get no response

Why? you used the shotgun approach.

Women are fantastic at picking up bullshit; they can read your message and know instantly whether you have sent this to 100 other women, or whether it has been tailored to her. Any hint that his is a ‘stock’ message, and you will never receive a response.

We all want someone who is willing to put in the time to make us feel special, and if you can’t be bothered to write her a unique email, then what does that say about how you will act in a relationship?

Each message must be as unique as the women you are contacting, so put in a little effort and you will see some results.

Mistake 6: your messages suck
If you aren’t able to express yourself in an entertaining, passionate and interesting way through written word, then you will struggle at online dating. some of the most interesting guys i know fail at online dating because they simply cant write in a manner that is both emotive, expressive and interesting.

So go take a writing class, learn proper grammar, do whatever you need to do to become somebody who is able to write well. it really does make all the difference in the world.

Video formats
There are different layers of video transmission and storage, each with its own set of formats to choose from.
For transmission, there is a physical connector and signal protocol ("video connection standard" below). A given physical link can carry certain "display standards" which specify a particular refresh rate, display resolution, and color space. There are a number of analog and digital tape formats, though digital video files can also be stored on a computer file system which have their own formats. In addition to the physical format used by the storage or transmission medium, the stream of ones and zeros that is sent must be in a particular digital video "encoding", of which a number are available.

Video quality
Video quality can be measured with formal metrics like PSNR or with subjective video quality using expert observation.
The subjective video quality of a video processing system may be evaluated as follows:
* Choose the video sequences (the SRC) to use for testing.
* Choose the settings of the system to evaluate (the HRC).
* Choose a test method for how to present video sequences to experts and to collect their ratings.
* Invite a sufficient number of experts, preferably not fewer than 15.
* Carry out testing.
* Calculate the average marks for each HRC based on the experts' ratings.
any subjective video quality methods are described in the ITU-T recommendation BT.500. One of the standardized method is the Double Stimulus Impairment Scale (DSIS). In DSIS, each expert views an unimpaired reference video followed by an impaired version of the same video. The expert then rates the impaired video using a scale ranging from "impairments are imperceptible" to "impairments are very annoying.

Video Kiss friend

noreply@blogger.com (lapercuma) — Tue, 24 May 2011 14:16:00 -0700

Kiss (often stylized as KISS) is an American hard rock band formed in New York City in January 1973.[1] Easily identified by its members' face paint and flamboyant stage outfits, the group rose to prominence in the mid to late 1970s on the basis of their elaborate live performances, which featured fire breathing, blood spitting, smoking guitars, shooting rockets, levitating drum kits and pyrotechnics. Kiss has been awarded 24 gold albums to date.[2] The band has sold more than 40 million albums in the United States, of which 19 million have been certified by the RIAA,[3] and their worldwide sales exceeds 100 million albums.[4]

The 1973–'80 lineup of Paul Stanley (vocals and rhythm guitar), Gene Simmons (vocals and bass guitar), Ace Frehley (lead guitar and vocals), and Peter Criss (drums, percussion and vocals) is the most successful and identifiable. With their makeup and costumes, they took on the personas of comic book-style characters: Starchild (Stanley), The Demon (Simmons), Spaceman or Space Ace (Frehley), and Catman (Criss). The band explains that the fans were the ones who ultimately chose their makeup designs. Paul Stanley became the "Starchild" because of his tendency to be referred to as the "starry-eyed lover" and "hopeless romantic." The "Demon" makeup reflected Simmons's cynicism and dark sense of humor, as well as his affection for comic books. Ace Frehley's "Spaceman" makeup was a reflection of his fondness for science fiction and supposedly being from another planet. Peter Criss' "Catman" makeup was in accordance with the belief that Criss had nine lives because of his rough childhood in Brooklyn. Because of creative differences, both Criss and Frehley were out of the group by 1982. The band's commercial fortunes had also waned considerably by that point. Buoyed by a wave of Kiss nostalgia in the 1990s, the band announced a reunion of the original lineup (with makeup) in 1996. The resulting Kiss Alive/Worldwide/Lost Cities/Reunion Tour was the top-grossing act of 1996 and 1997. Criss and Frehley have since left Kiss again and have been replaced by Eric Singer and Tommy Thayer, respectively. The band continues to perform with makeup, while Stanley and Simmons have remained the only two constant members.

How sx can be your fountain of youth

noreply@blogger.com (lapercuma) — Tue, 24 May 2011 05:50:00 -0700

National surveys report that more than 40 million American adults live in low-sex, no-sex relationships and forty-three percent of women say they suffer from some kind of sexual inadequacy due to lack of desire or loss of pleasure.

When asked about the issue, most women and men fondly remember their randy and sexually robust 20s but then, as the decades roll by, mistakenly resign themselves to an increasingly infrequent and lackluster sex life. Age, stress and fatigue are common excuses. And, as pounds pack on and breasts and buns begin to droop, the thought of getting naked is more likely to spawn a full-blown anxiety attack than a ready and primed sexual engine.

Now Genie James, M. M.Sc., Executive Director of the Natural Hormone Institute, turns this thinking on its ear. Her new book, In the Mood Again tells you the real reason your sex drive is in the toilet: It’s not your age, your stress or that your body has some road miles on it – honey, it’s your hormones! So what’s a gal or guy supposed to do? Genie outlines a medically-proven, all-natural and wallet-friendly three step plan to boost those lagging hormones and turn back your sexual clock no matter your age.

Her tips for women are as follows:

In Your 30s
Signs that your hormone production is starting to slack off: You would rather fold an extra load of laundry than have sex in the morning. In addition to a dip in your sex drive- if you can no longer fit into your skinny jeans, you don’t have the energy you used to, you are suffering from post-partum depression and/or you are irritable and snapping at your children or husband, – your body is waving red flags that it is missing its much needed progesterone.

Solution:

1. Start using an over-the-counter bioidentical progesterone cream
2. Eat foods shown to help restore the balance between estrogen and progesterone levels (such as cruciferous veggies, citrus fruits, flax seed/flax seed oil and whole grains) and
3. Get off your buns and move for at least 30-40 minutes five or more days a week.

In Your 40s
Signs that your production of more than one hormone has shifted: You feel that having sex once a month, vs. three to four times a week, means you are still healthily, sexually active. Other signs of an underlying hormone level imbalance can include: you are wearing jeans with elastic in the back or you have resigned yourself to giving away those great clothes now 2-3 sizes too small, you can’t sleep through the night, you are burning up with hot flashes and you believe you are either chronically depressed or suffering from early Alzheimers or both.

Solution:

1. If an over-the-counter bioidentical progesterone cream is not doing the trick, try adding an over-the-counter bioidentical estrogen (estriol) product to your daily regimen
2. Eat more phytoestrogen-rich foods such as soy (soy beans, soy milk, miso, edamame and tofu) and, also, try some centuries-old herbal aphrodisiacs and orgasm enhancers such as L-arginine, ginkgo or horny goat weed
3. Turn up the heat on your work outs: vigorous exercise for 45 min- 1hr at least five days a week (Remember: what is good for your heart is good for your genitals).

In Your 50s, 60s and Beyond
If you have not had a period for more than one year, you are officially a menopausal mama. This is the time of life that, when your husband wakes you up wanting a little action, you might be tempted to hand him a $100 bill and tell him to go buy a sheep. The biochemical reality is that you have not fallen out-of-love, your body is truly out-of-hormones. Progesterone production has slipped to almost zero, estrogen levels are in the toilet and odds are that your testosterone production has shifted from a regular flow to an erratic dribble. You now need a full-court press approach to rejuvenating your hormone health and restoring your sex life.

Solution:

1. Try adding a herbal testosterone booster (such as Peruvian gingseng or nettle root) to your over-the-counter bioidentical progesterone and estrogen regimen. If your symptoms persist, it may now be time for you to see a physician who can analyze your hormone levels, determine your specific hormone deficiencies and, then, prescribe for you an individualized dosing of bioidentical hormones
2. To increase testosterone levels and restore your sexual urge through your daily diet, eat more foods rich in essential fatty acids and L-arginine (flaxseeds, nuts, dark leafy green veggies and oily fish like salmon or mackerel), zinc (liver, oysters, whole grains)
3. Start weight lifting. Research shows that an exercise program that works your large muscle groups such as squats, dead-lifts, bench presses and rows increase testosterone levels.

SEX-tra Benefits: More Sex Can Be Your Fountain of Youth

Medical research and clinical studies show that more sex can:

* Give you a better body: sex is a calorie-burning, body-toning exercise.
* Improve heart health: a half hour of steamy sex can increase your pulse rate and get your heart pumping as if you have just run a mile or two.
* Reduce stress and lower blood pressure: people who have more sex stay calmer even under duress.
* Make you a nicer person: sex releases a hormone called oxytocin that has been shown to cause people to act in more kind and loving ways.

A 50-year-old menopausal woman herself, Genie is a living testimonial to the benefits of natural hormone
balancing. She is the CEO of Dr. Randolph’s Ageless and Wellness Medical Center, which has successfully treated thousands of women and men with hormone imbalances for more than a decade. She is also the co-founder and Executive Director of the Natural Hormone Institute (www.hormonewell.com).

Genie is also the co-author of the popular books From Hormone Hell to Hormone Well and From Belly Fat to Belly Flat. She has been featured in First Magazine, Esquire Magazine and in many national television and radio programs across the country.

Your Most Intimate Sx Questions, Answered

noreply@blogger.com (lapercuma) — Tue, 24 May 2011 05:35:00 -0700

Is having anal sx dangerous?
—Nickeisha

If it’s done right, no. In fact, anal sex can be quite pleasurable (some women find it actually stimulates the G-spot). Here are a few rules to remember: First ask yourself if you really want to. Women who aren’t into it are more likely to experience pain and discomfort. If you decide to go for it, make sure you use a lubricant—going without can create pain and tear the tissue. Also, penetration should be slow and gentle; you can damage the sphincter by going too fast. Breathe, relax and let it happen naturally. Finally, use a condom! That will not only protect him from a urinary tract infection, but it will also shield you from STDs including anal human papillomavirus (HPV), which can, in rare cases, cause cancer.
Can guys be tested for HPV?
—Leanne

Actually, HPV is the only STD a guy can’t easily be checked for. There’s no blood test, but a telltale sign of HPV in guys is usually a visible lesion (flat or raised and pink or red) on his penis. I tell women to take a look at him down there for themselves. If something appears amiss, don’t sleep with him until he sees a doctor. To be safe, always use a condom.

Roxana film

noreply@blogger.com (lapercuma) — Mon, 23 May 2011 14:26:00 -0700

Roxanna (Louise Thompson) is a stripper who just can’t get enough sex. On her little journey she runs into a lesbian (Uschi Digard), a strange man, a transvestite and a nymph. This is my second sexploitation film from Phillips and I must say that I’m really enjoying his style that he brings to these films. This film plays out with just some narration as we watch all the action that’s going on. For the most part we get four sex scenes in a row and this completes the short 51-minute running time, which is just long enough to get the film complete without making it drag on too long, which is often a problem with films like this. I’ve seen quite a few of these films from this era but Phillips’ films have something different and that’s the ability to mix erotic sex with an ugly subject matter. This film certainly wants and does become erotic but at the same time it doesn’t shy away from the ugly nature that this young girl is getting herself in. There’s only one road her type of lifestyle leads to and the ugliness is something that a lot of these films doesn’t show but that’s what makes this rather unique. The sex scenes are intercut with scenes of Roxanna in an asylum having a breakdown, which is very effective. Thompson is very good in her role or at least her visual appearance in the film. Digard, star of countless sexploitation and Russ Meyer films, is well….herself. This was my first time seeing her and she certainly won’t be leaving my memory banks anytime soon
