&lt;li&gt;Minyak, untuk menumis &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 bonggol jagung manis, pipil, rebus 3/4 matang&lt;/li&gt;

Cara Membuat &lt;b&gt;Nasi Bakar Suwir Peda Pedas&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Suwir Peda: Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum. Masukkan ikan suwir, tumis hingga ikan 3/4 matang. Tambahkan
jagung manis dan irisan cabai, aduk hingga layu. Bumbui dengan lada, gula dan garam. aduk rata dan angkat. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Nasi Putih : Campur dan aduk rata semua bahan, aron hingga air meresap, angkat dan diamkan sebentar. Kukus di atas api sedang selama 40 menit hingga matang,
angkat dan tutup rapat hingga tanak.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Ambil selembar daun pisang yang telah dilayukan atau dijemur. Tuang 2 centong Nasi Putih panas di atas daun, ratakan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bakar nasi berbungkus daun di dalam pan dadar di atas api kecil sambil sesekali dibolak-balik hingga daun terlihat cokelat kehitaman, angkat. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Nasi bakar suwir peda pedas, siap dinikmati lagi hangat bersama pelengkap.&lt;/li&gt;

- 1/2 sdm ragi instan.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt garam.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 putih telur.&lt;br /&gt;
- 30 gr mentega.&lt;br /&gt;
- 35 gr gula tepung.&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr tepung sagu.&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 ml air es.&lt;br /&gt;
- 275 gr tepung terigu protein rendah.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Bahan-bahan isi Bakpao Ayam Pindang&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;

- 1/2 ekor ayam.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdm garam.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdt maizena dilarutkan dalam 1sdt air. &lt;br /&gt;
- 1 buah wortel, dipotong kotak kecil.&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 ml air.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Bumbu halus Bakpao Ayam Pindang&lt;/i&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cm kunyit, dibakar.&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 siung bawang putih, dibakar.&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 butir bawang merah,dibakar. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat Bakpao Ayam Pindang&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Buat Isi, rebus ayam, bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, cabai, kecap, garam, merica, gula, dan air sampai matang. Angkat. Suwir-suwir. Rebus kembali bersama wortel sampai meresap. Masukkan larutan maizena, Aduk rata lalu sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
2.Bakpao, campur tepung terigu, tepung sagu, tepung gula, tepung ragi instan, dan baking powder, Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Masukkan putih telur danair es, sedikit - sedikit sambil diuleni hingga kalis, tambahkan mentega putih dan garam. Ulenihingga elastis, diamkan selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Kempiskan adonan, timbang masing-masing 25 gram.Bulatkan. Diamkan10 menit. Beri isi, bentuk bulat,letakkan di atas kertas bakpao, diamkan selama 30 menit hingga mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Kukus diatas api sedang 10 menit hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;

- Mi kuah rasa Ayam bawang (sesuai selera)&lt;br /&gt;
- Wortel + Sawi, potong-potong, rebus

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat Nugget Tahu Sayuran&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Campur tahu bersama daging ayam, wortel, telur, keju, pala, merica dan garam, aduk hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang persegi 22 x 12 x 4 yang dilapisi plastik, lalu ratakan.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Kukus selama 20 menit, hingga matang, angkat dan potong / cetak bentuk bulat kecil.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Celup ke dalam telur kocok, lalu gulingkan di tepung panir hingga permukaannya rata.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Goreng dalam minyak panas sedang hingga kuning kecokelatan, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Tuang kaldu, garam, gula pasir, merica dan air jeruk, masak hingga mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Didihkan air secukupnya, beri 1 sdm Margarin. Masukkan lasagna, rebus hingga matang, tiriskan kemudian sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buat Saus Lasagna: Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang Bombay, bawang putih dan daging cincang, aduk hingga berubah warnanya. Masukkan jamur dan tomat, aduk-aduk sebentar. Tambahkan pasta tomat, merica, oregano, gula dan garam, masak hingga saus mengental dan matang, angkat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Letakkan lasagna dalam mangkuk alumunium foil, ratakan. Siram saus hingga rata seluruh permukaannya. Susun potongan keju diatasnya.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat popcorn&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Panaskan mentega, masukkan jagung popcorn dan garam dalam panci tebal, tutup. Panaskan hingga jagung mekar semua.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Tambahkan mentega, aduk secara merata, Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Besta: masak gula pasir, pasta, pandan dan air. Masak hingga kental dan mengembang. Masukkan popcorn aduk hingga terbalut rata.&lt;br /&gt;

1. Campur semua bahan A, kemudian tambahkan bahan B, mixer hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan bahan C, mixer kembali hingga kalis.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Diamkan adonan selama 15 - 20 menit dalam lemari es (freezer), kemudian tipiskan adonan hingga 3 mm. Cetak adonan dengan ring oval diameter 5 cm.&lt;br /&gt;

- 50 gr telur utuh&lt;br /&gt;
- 550 gr air es&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan C:&lt;br /&gt;
- 75 gr Filma Margarine&lt;br /&gt;

Cara membuat puff pastry:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Campur semua bahan A kemudian tambahkan bahan B, mixer hingga tercampur rata. Setelah itu masukkan bahan C, mixer hingga kalis. Istirahatkan adonan selama 20 menit, kemudian tipiskan dan bungkus bahan D&lt;br /&gt;
2. Tipiskan adonan hingga 9 mm, kemudian lakukan lipatan single sebanyak 4 kali, tiap lipatan istirahatkan selama 15 menit. Terakhir tipiskan adonan hingga 3 mm. Bentuk sesuai selera.&lt;br /&gt;

Isian Daging:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm Filma Margarine untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdm maizena &lt;br /&gt;

1. Lelehkan Filma Margarine, kemudian tumis bawang putih dan bombay hingga harum.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Masukkan daging giling dan bumbu-bumbu, terakhir kentalkan dengan larutan maizena. Masak hingga mengental.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Penyelesaian:&lt;br /&gt;
Potong adonan puff pastry 25x30 cm&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr kismis/cranberry&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr kacang mete, cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;

1. Kemudian beri isian daging, kacang mete cincang, raisin / cranberry, kemudian gulung potongan menjadi 12 bagian.&lt;br /&gt;

Cara membuat banana choco cake:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Kocok bahan A hingga mengembang kemudian masukkan bahan B, kocok kembali hingga mengental, terakhir masukkan bahan C dan D, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Tuang ke dalam loyang bulat ukuran 26 cm sebanyak 3 loyang. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 170°C selama 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;

Setelah sebelumnya sharing tentang Resep Lumpia Semarang, kali ini saya akan berbagi tentang &lt;b&gt;resep Cumi Asam Manis&lt;/b&gt; special dari doyan ngemil. Ingin tahu langkah membuat resep cumi asam manis?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan-bahan &lt;i&gt;Resep Cumi Asam Manis&lt;/i&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm air jeruk nipis/ lemon.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm minyak goreng.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 buah cabai merah, iris tipis.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name=&#39;more&#39;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 buah cabai hijau, iris tipis.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdt air asam/1 sdm air jeruk lemon.&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 tangkai daun bawang, iris serong.&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 ml air.&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 buah jamur shiitake, rendam, potong silang.&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 g cumi ukuran sedang.&lt;br /&gt;
- garam secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;
- gula pasir secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bumbu halus &lt;b&gt;Resep Cumi Asam Manis&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cm terasi&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 tangkai serai, iris halus&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 butir kemiri, sangrai&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat Resep Cumi Asam Manis &lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Cuci cumi dengan air. Buang kulit plastiknya dan tintanya.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Belah badan cumi menjadi dua bagian, buat keratin&lt;br /&gt;
3. Hilangkan bau amisnya, caranya lumuri cumi dengan air jeruk nipis/lemon dan garam. Biarkan selama 5-10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harumnya keluar.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Masukkan cumi dan masak dengan bumbu halus hingga hampir matang.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Masukkan jamur shiitake, irisan cabai merah dan daun bawang. Tuangkan 100 ml air. Aduk hingga layu.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Beri air asam/ jeruk nipis/ lemon, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk. &lt;br /&gt;
8. Sajikan selagi hangat.&lt;br /&gt;

- 300 gram rebung direbus, ditiriskan dan diiris agak memanjang.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 sdt irisan jahe&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 sdm irisan bawang putih.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan perekat &lt;i&gt;lumpia khas semarang&lt;/i&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm tepung tapioka&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 ml air&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan saus &lt;b&gt;lumpia khas semarang&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm tepung tapioka, larutkan dengan sedikit&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 ml air&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gram gula merah.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kulit Lumpia khas semarang:&lt;br /&gt;
- 15 kulit lumpia siap pakai&lt;br /&gt;
- Minyak goreng filma secukupnya untuk menggoreng.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Cara membuat lumpia khas semarang&lt;/i&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buat Isi Lumpia: Kocok telur hingga tercampur, sisihkan. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai keluar aromanya. Masukkan udang dan daging ayam, tumis hingga berubah warna. Masukkan rebung kemudian masukkan telur, aduk-aduk terus hingga rebung tidak mengeluarkan air. Angkat dan sisihkan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ambil satu lembar kulit lumpia, beri isi adonan, lalu dilipat dan gulung. Rekatkan ujungnya dengan cairan tepung sagu.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Goreng lumpia hingga berwarna kuning kecokelatan, angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hidangkan dengan saus dan acar timun.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Buat saus lumpia: Rebus air, gula merah, dan garam hingga mendidih. Masukkan tepung sagu yang telah dilarutkan. Masak hingga mendidih dan kental, angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;

- Kwetiau basah 2 bungkus &lt;br /&gt;
- Minyak goreng 4 sendok makan &lt;br /&gt;
- Pokcoy 4 buah, potong kasar&lt;br /&gt;
- Sosis sapi 5 buah, potong diagonal&lt;br /&gt;

- Telur ayam 2 butir, kocok&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bumbu &lt;b&gt;Resep Kwetiau Sosis&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
- Bawang bombay 1 buah, iris tipis memanjang&lt;br /&gt;
- Bawang putih 3 siung, cincang halus &lt;br /&gt;
- Cabe rawit merah 7 buah, potong berbentuk bulat&lt;br /&gt;
- Cabe rawit hijau 2 buah, potong berbentuk bulat&lt;br /&gt;
- Garam &amp;amp; Gula pasir secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;
- Kecap manis 3 sdm &lt;br /&gt;
- Minyak wijen 1 sdm&lt;br /&gt;
- Merica bubuk 1/2 sen &lt;br /&gt;
- Paprika merah sebanyak 1/2 buah, iris memanjang&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat &lt;b&gt;resep kwetiau sosis&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai aroma harumnya keluar, tambahkan sisa bumbu-bumbunya.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan telur ayam dan sosis sapi, diaduk secara merata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan pokcoy dan kwetiau, aduk rata. Masak sampai bumbu benar-benar meresap.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Angkat, dan sajikan &lt;i&gt;kwetiau sosis&lt;/i&gt; selagi hangat.&lt;/li&gt;

- 1 sdt (6 gram) baking powder&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
- 180 gram tepung terigu protein rendah&lt;br /&gt;
- 20 gram mentega putih&lt;br /&gt;
- 65 gram air&lt;br /&gt;
- 75 gram gula pasir halus&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan-bahan isi Bakpao Ayam Mini:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm maizena, dilarutkan dengan 1 sdm air&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sdm minyak untuk menumis &lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 sdm saus tiram&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/4 sdt gula pasir &lt;br /&gt;
- 1 1/4 sdt kecap asin&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cm jahe, dicingang halus&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 batang daun bawang, diiris halus&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 gram udang dikupas, dicincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gram ayam digiling &lt;br /&gt;
- 2 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus &lt;br /&gt;
- 3 kuning telur asin rebus, dipotong-potong&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat &lt;b&gt;Resep Bakpao Mini Ayam&lt;/b&gt; :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Isi, panaskan minyak, Tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan ayam giling dan udang. Aduk hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan saus tiram, kecap asin, jahe, merica, gula pasir dan daun bawang. Aduk rata. Kentalkan dengan maizena, ambil sedikit campuran isi. Isikan sepotong telur asin ke dalam campuran isi, Sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Biang, campur tepung terigu, ragi instan dan gula pasir. Aduk rata&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan air sedikit-sedikit. Uleni sampai kalis. Diamkan 1 jam sampai dua kali mengembang&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campurkan biang dengan tepung terigu, baking powder, gular pasir, dan sebagian air. Uleni sampai kalis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan mentega putih dan garam&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Timbang adonan masing-masing 15 gram. Bulatkan, lalu diamkan selama 10 menit. Giling adonan dibentuk bulat. Beri isi, bulatkan lagi, Pilin bagian bawahnya, kemudian letakkan dikertas bakpao.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Diamkan 30 menit sampai terlihat mengembang&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Kukus 15 menit diatas api sampai matang premium&lt;/li&gt;
