The Center’s website states that they are “effectively treating patients who the medical community has failed or given up on, by practicing the medicine of the future, today!” This is certainly true in Desiree’s case. Dr. Rashid Buttar began working with neurologically impaired Desiree Jennings after being connected with her by Generation Rescue, the organization supported by Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey in its work raising awareness about biomedical autism treatments and hazards of vaccines. Jennings’ condition, diagnosed as dystonia, appeared about 10 days after she received a flu shot at a local grocery store. Jennings can now walk and talk normally throughout the vast majority of the day and the seizures/convulsions have significantly decreased. Although her full recovery will take an undetermined amount of time, her family is now for the first time, convinced she will make a complete recovery. She is now more than ever, driven by a desire to educate others to be informed of the potential side effects caused by vaccines and prevent others from suffering a similar fate.”

Dr. Buttar has spoken publicly on a radio show, sharing about his experience treating Desiree and assisting in her recovery. There are many physicians and alternative medicine practitioners using detoxification and biomedical model therapies to help people recover from vaccine-triggered illnesses such as those suffered by Jennings. Autism has drawn a great deal of attention in this regard, yet many additional illnesses are likely fostered by vaccines or other toxic exposures.

- TUESDAY, Oct. 13 (HealthDay News) — Even as the H1N1 swine flu vaccine is distributed coast to coast, many people say they have safety concerns that may stop them from getting vaccinated.

Although experts say those fears are unwarranted, a recent Associated Press-GfK poll found only about half of Americans said they are planning to get the vaccine. Most of those are older people — so far among the least vulnerable to the virus.

Almost three-quarters of respondents said they were concerned about the vaccine’s safety (although many of these said they still were going to get the shot).

A University of Michigan poll found that only 40 percent of parents wanted to get their children inoculated.

And a survey released Tuesday — commissioned by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists that polled pharmacy directors at 341 hospitals across the country — found that many hospital employees are asking if the H1N1 vaccine is safe.

In response, experts and officials continue to stress that not only is the vaccine safe, it’s the surest way to protect yourself from the H1N1 swine flu virus.

“The H1N1 vaccine is made in exactly the same way, using the same material, the same companies, the same process as the seasonal flu vaccine we make every single year and give to tens and tens of millions of people,” said Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Fauci explained that even the seasonal flu vaccine is changed slightly each year, with slightly different strains.

Had the H1N1 virus emerged just a little bit earlier, it would have been included in this year’s regular flu shot, he stated.

“We wouldn’t be talking about safety now if [the H1N1 vaccine] were given within the context of the seasonal flu,” Fauci continued.

Nor has the vaccine been made too quickly, as some have worried. In fact, “it hasn’t been faster at all,” said Dr. Robert Frenck, a professor of pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ committee on infectious diseases.

The seasonal flu vaccine goes into production around March and is available around August. The H1N1 virus was isolated in May and became available this month.

Side effects from the H1N1 vaccine have been mild, including tenderness and swelling at the injection site and a mild fever. In China, four of 39,000 people vaccinated reported muscle cramps and headaches.

“We’ve had experience with this particular variety of killed vaccine for 20 years, and the risks are primarily swollen arm and low-grade fever,” said Dr. Nathan Litman, director of pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. “There are some very, very rare other events, but some of them happen naturally even in those who don’t have the vaccine. The risk of disease and complications of disease is far greater than the vaccine.”

Some concerns were precipitated by an earlier experience with swine flu vaccine. In 1976, the U.S. government vaccinated 43 million people against swine flu following an outbreak at Fort Dix in New Jersey. Some 500 of those vaccinated developed a rare neurodegenerative condition called Guillain-Barre syndrome, which many experts believe was linked to the shot. Twenty-five of those 500 died.

But the equation for this year’s swine flu pandemic is already vastly different. The 1976 virus never spread beyond 240 soldiers stationed at the base, while the current outbreak has already sickened more than 340,000 people worldwide, killing 4,100 or more, according to the World Health Organization.

WASHINGTON (AFP) – New York medical workers took legal action Thursday to halt a massive swine flu inoculation program being rolled out across the United States, claiming the vaccines have not been properly tested.

Lawyers for the group filed a temporary restraining order in a Washington federal court against government medical regulators they claim rushed H1N1 vaccines to the public without adequately testing their safety and efficacy.

“None of the vaccines against H1N1 have been properly tested,” attorney Jim Turner, one of half a dozen lawyers working on the case, told AFP.

The complaint filed Thursday argued that far from preventing a massive outbreak of swine flu, the “live attenuated influenza virus nasal mist vaccine could trigger” an H1N1 pandemic.

“I don’t know of another live vaccine for flu. So you have immediately a new problem you don’t have with a killed vaccine,” Turner told AFP.

Officials at the National Institutes of Health have said that trials of swine flu vaccine began in August and delivered results last month, showing that the vaccine was well tolerated and produced a robust immune response in older children and adults in good health with just a single dose.

But Turner insisted that “the FDA did not do the proper testing to show safety and efficacy of this vaccine, which is under the law a new drug.

“When I say test data, I don’t mean some professor at some medical school somewhere infected some students and said ‘I don’t see any problems.’

“What I mean is carefully conducted double blind placebo controlled studies trials done in accordance with FDA regulations, and a whole series of them to look at dosing… which are then reviewed by FDA scientists.

“None of that has been done on this vaccination and we’re saying the law requires it to be done,” Turner said.

The suit was brought on behalf of a group of doctors, nurses and other medical personnel in New York, where health care professionals who see patients are required to be vaccinated against H1N1, Turner said.

If the complaint is upheld, it would stop the roll-out of the H1N1 vaccine nationwide, said Turner, who accused public health officials of hyping the swine flu outbreak.

“Officials have said the virus is so much like the ordinary flu virus that they don’t need to do special new drug testing on it because it’s just the same old virus with a minor change to it,” he said.

“We’re saying, if that’s the case, then all the hype about this thing being a worldwide threat is misplaced and they’ve stampeded the state of New York into taking an action they never would have taken if it were just another flu.”

Last week, some 2.4 million doses of nasal spray vaccine made of greatly weakened, but live, H1N1 virus were delivered to state and local health authorities around the United States.

Karen Lancaster, a spokeswoman for the MedImmune, which manufactures the nasal spray H1N1 vaccine, told AFP that the the company has had a seasonal flu vaccine made with weakened live virus on the market since 2003.

This week, millions of doses stocks of injectable vaccine were delivered and administered to people in groups deemed to be at particular risk from swine flu, including children and health care professionals.

US public health officials want to vaccinate tens of millions of Americans by year’s end against swine flu, which has claimed more than 4,500 lives worldwide since an outbreak of H1N1 was first reported in Mexico in April.

The saga that is Desiree Jennings’s flu shot-induced neurological impairment (dystonia family) continues – but in a wonderfully positive way. I interviewed her doctor (Dr. Rashid Buttar) and Desiree’s husband Brendan recently (scheduled for airing Friday, November 6 – check back here for exact time) to check in on her progress. All signs point to continued improvement and strengthening, despite much of the medical establishment declaring that dystonia is incurable.

In the initial interview that broke the story, I predicted that the pharmaceutically-conflicted government/media complex would seek to attack those claiming or promoting methods of healing that do not fit nicely into a prescription drug pill bottle.

Should she be healed by ADVANCED medicine methods or substances, I predicted, the media would do its best to ignore it, discredit the diagnosis, or attack the doctor who would dare utilize such methods unapproved by government/medical authorities afflicted with monopolistic conflicts of interest.

Sure enough, following The Robert Scott Bell Show podcast, the first big-media headline was:

“Doctor treating flu shot patient could lose license.”

I find it interesting that a doctor who is helping people to overcome “incurable” maladies is the one who is threatened with loss of licensure, while those proposing to manage a permanent disability with Botox injections are considered practicing the standard of care. The medical establishment should be embarrassed that shooting dilute neurotoxins into the body of vaccine-injured patients is considered anything but SUB-standard.

What else have we seen from the media but a vast wasteland of ignorance thus far? Multiple interviews with telegenic armchair quarterback doctors claiming that Desiree Jennings did not even have dystonia. I’d like to say that’s idiopathic, but I actually know the cause.

How they make a definitive neurological diagnosis by watching news reports of Desiree trying to walk and talk must be a secret taught only in 3rd year medical school. I’m kidding. It was probably during caffeine-infused hallucinatory video rounds during residency.

These TV doctors dissing the diagnosis from Johns Hopkins should know that you cannot make such diagnoses without direct interaction and established confirmatory tests. Sorry armchair docs, watching a video on the evening news does not qualify. Since they can’t ignore the story or successfully nullify the Johns Hopkins diagnosis, then why not attack the doctor?

In the story headline, “Doctor treating flu shot patient could lose license,” it is claimed that the state says he used therapies that were “unproven and ineffective” in treating [his] patients. Isn’t that supposed to be between the patient and doctor to determine? As long as no force or fraud is involved, what business is it of the state’s? By their actions, it seems that it is to prevent patients from having the freedom of choose advanced, rather than standard, medicine in the care of their health.

In a nation where medical collectivism and corporatism has run roughshod over the free market, patients seeking options other than those imposed by medical boards with pharmaceutical conflicts of interest cannot be allowed. It is clearly easier to control doctors than to control patients. This attack on a courageous holistically-inclined doctor is more akin to state-sanctioned medical tyranny than any real concern for the welfare of fully-informed patients. In fact, fully-informed patients pose a great danger to the current standard of care as it is defended by state boards of medicine.

This story of Desiree Jennings has only just begun to be told and it promises to save generations of children now being thrown under an indiscriminate vaccination bus due to the Pasteurian fear of microbes (a subject I have covered in previous blog posts). Ironically, it may also save the medical profession from its present state of medical board indentured servitude.

But it’s not a movie at all.

It’s a TRUE STORY that’s happening right now.

The World Health Organization, which has been predicting a massive swine flu pandemic that will infect one-third of the entire world’s population, has every reason to be 100% certain of its prediction. It’s because…

…the swine flu virus is about to be deliberately unleashed upon the unsuspecting public.

If you find this hard to believe, here’s proof:

A medical journalist named Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning their attempts to commit mass murder via the swine flu. This comes in the wake of charges filed last April against US-based pharmaceutical company, Baxter AG, and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology. Baxter was recently connected to the disturbing scandal involving

flu vaccines. Several sources, including the Times of India, reported that last December, Baxter inserted deadly live avian flu viruses into vaccines that were distributed to 18 countries around the world to

be injected into patients as “flu shots” — allegedly as a deliberate act to trigger a pandemic and profit from the sale of vaccines.

However, a batch of the tainted vaccines was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic before being shipped out for injection into humans. Every one of the ferrets died — and the SHOCKING discovery was made.

Since the contamination of the vaccination couldn’t be blamed on an “honest mistake,” newspapers immediately questioned whether the events were part of a conspiracy to deliberately provoke a pandemic, following up on accusations already made by health officials in other countries.

Jane Burgermeister contends that the WHO, the UN and high-ranking corporate government officials conspired with each other (and others) in a covert international program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis.

The conspiracy entailed the bioengineering and then releasing of lethal biological agents — specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to accelerate the pandemic by making the virus ever more virulent(with the addition of the Avian flu). This would then make an otherwise mild swine flu outbreak disastrous enough tojustifyforced mass vaccinations.

Such a forced mass vaccination program would rake in billions of dollars in vaccine revenues — while the hoards of people who are vaccinated run the risk of suffering serious injury or even death in massive numbers!

Can you REALLY be forced to take the swine flu vaccine?

Most people have never heard of the international health regulations and the national pandemic plans that ALLOW mandatory flu vaccinations. Most people think that no one can be FORCED to take the swine flu vaccine. Wrong!

Did you know … that in the event of a Pandemic Level 6 emergency declaration, you would be required to follow the orders of the World Health Organization? In such an emergency, the WHO has the authority to force anyone (and that includes you) to be vaccinated and also to be quarantined.

Under such circumstances, it would be a CRIMINAL OFFENSE if you refuse to be vaccinated.

So what’s the worst thing that could happen if you were to be vaccinated?

For starters, if the vaccine you receive happens to be laced with live avian flu viruses, which Baxter has demonstrated itself capable of doing without being penalized– the vaccine would be virulent enough to kill you.

This is the basis for Burgermeister’s charges against the WHO and UN for conspiracy to commit mass murder.

Furthermore, if the swine flu vaccine doesn’t kill you, you may have an increased CANCER RISK.

According to German lung specialist Wolfgang Wodarg (who is also the chairman of the health committee in the German parliament and European Council), the swine flu vaccine’s nutrient solution contains CANCEROUS cells from animals. It therefore stands to reason that injection of the vaccine might also cause cancer in humans.

The swine flu vaccine containsshockingly higher concentrations of squalene than was used in the anthrax vaccines, which caused hundreds of thousands of troops to suffer the catastrophic effects of Gulf War Syndrome.

Furthermore, the swine flu vaccine, which is being rushed to market without the appropriate testing and evaluation, may cause a repeat of the swine flu vaccine catastrophe of 1976, in which people died or developed crippling Guillain-Barré Syndrome or paralysis as a result of the experimental vaccine.

In the event that forced vaccinations are implemented, what can YOU do?

You can just say “No!”

Would it make you a criminal offender — and possibly land you in jail — if you refused the vaccine?

If large numbers of people refuse the vaccination, the government would NOT have the resources to enforce a mandatory vaccination — nor have the capacity to imprison hundreds of thousands (or millions) of people.

That’s why it’s necessary to urge as many people as possible to refuse the swine flu vaccine.

… more than 50% of doctors and nurses in public hospitals would refuse the swine flu vaccine because they’re concerned about its side effects, and have doubts about its efficacy.

And according to a Fox News poll conducted in August, the MAJORITY of Americans now believe that the swine flu vaccine may be DEADLIER than the swine flu virus itself.

There are two kinds of injected-influenza

vaccines (both regular flu and swine flu) avail-

able this year – one contains Thimerosal (a

mercury based preservative) and the other does

not. As a general rule, the vaccines that come

in single dose packages do not contain mercury,

while the multi-dose vials do. However, some

clinics pre-fill syringes from multi-dose vials.

Thus, you need to verify that the syringe was

filled by the vaccine’s manufacturer and not by

anyone else, if you are offered a flu-shot dose

in a syringe.

The amount of mercury in the Thimerosal-

preserved vaccines is about 25 micrograms. The

EPA safe dose for exposure to mercury that should

not be exceeded is 0.1 micrograms per kilogram of

body weight per day. So, if a child receives a

shot with 25 micrograms of mercury, the child

would have to weigh 550 pounds to remain within

the recommended safe level of exposure.

With regard to injecting these vaccines into

pregnant women, we know that some of the mercury

will cross the placental barrier to the fetus.

We tell pregnant women not to eat fish, and

yet our government is not warning them about

having mercury injected into their bodies while

they are pregnant. In my opinion, this is

inexcusable.

If you receive the swine flu vaccine this

year, be sure to keep the card they give you,

and make sure the card lists the manufacturer

and lot number of the vaccine. But if you are

injured by the vaccine, you will not be able

to go to the no fault vaccine court that is

available for other vaccine injuries. You

will have to apply for compensation to a

special program, from which there is no appeal

and no right to pursue any kind of civil

litigation.

WARNING: LIVE-VIRUS FLU VACCINES’ RISKS

First of all the CDC WARNS that pregnant women

should NOT be given a live-virus flu vaccine.

The one study in pregnant rats is problematic

because rats are immune to flu. A valid study

would have tested the live virus in ferrets, which

are susceptible to contracting influenza but

MedImmune chose to avoid doing this study.

Second, inoculation with a live-virus influenza

vaccine gives the recipient a “limited” flu infection

with up to three (3) strains of flu for FluMist and

one (1) strain for the live-virus A/H1N1 vaccine.

In some cases, these “limited” flu infections may be

or lead to life-threatening illness.

Third, those inoculated with these bioengineered

flu viruses shed them for an undetermined period

of time because the original “shedding” studies

did NOT have a large enough population NOR were all

those inoculated tracked to define the maximum

period of infectivity for the shed live viruses.

Based on the preceding, the live-virus vaccines

should be avoided because they both cause cases of

the flu in all who are inoculated and spread not

only the vaccines’ strains but also, through

reassortment, mutated strains of flu in the popu-

lation. This is the case BECAUSE those inoculated

are NOT, as they should be, rigorously quarantined

from contacts with those who have sub-optimal immune

systems (e.g., pregnant women, sick children, and the

elderly).

Given the current package inserts for the 2009-

2010 FluMist and the 2009-2010 live A/H1N1 nasal

virus inoculation, it seems obvious that the

government is wanting these flu viruses and their

mutations to spread throughout the population so

that, like the live-polio vaccines, all will be

inoculated with, hopefully, minimal secondary

casualties though those behind these vaccines

know there is a finite risk of a worse flu mutation

developing from their bioengineered influenza

viruses and spreading throughout the population.

Hopefully, the preceding has addressed the risks

from both the “inactivated” and the live-influenza

vaccines in a straightforward manner.

PS: ALL of the large-scale studies of influenza-

vaccine effectiveness have found them to be

LESS THAN EFFECTIVE at preventing those

inoculated from contracting influenza — the

purported justification for a vaccine –

protection from the disease.
