<span style="color: #990000; font-size: 21px;">WHO MAY APPLY?</span><br />
<br />
Anyone seeking admission to the medical school must have the following qualifications:<br />
<br />
1. He/she must be a holder of a bachelor's degree in sciences or arts (AB/BS) conferred by a duly recognized educational institution. The degree must have been taken within a five-year period prior to the filing of application.<br />
<br />
2. He/she must have taken the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT)<br />

<span style="color: #990000; font-size: 21px;">HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION?</span><br />
<br />
1. Obtain Application Form for Admission from the XU School of Medicine Admin Office<br />
or download the form from <a href="http://jprcm.xu.edu.ph/contacts.htm">http://jprcm.xu.edu.ph/contacts.htm</a><br />
<br />
2. Send/submit duly accomplished application for admission with the following attachments:<br />
<br />
2.1 Transcript of Records Photocopy. If you are not yet a graduate by the time of filing the application, <br />
you may submit the latest transcript or evaluation/grade sheet with subjects description, grades and <br />
equivalent units.<br />
2.2 NMAT result photocopy, if result is already available.<br />
2.3 1 pc 2x2 picture<br />
2.4 Php 200 processing fee<br />

<br />
Personal interview is required of all applicants (Admission and/or Scholarship).<br />

Interview starts during first week of April 2012 (Admissions),<br />
Mon-Fri 9-11 AM & 2-4 PM, Sat 9-11 AM<br />
<br />
No need for personal interview for scholarship applicant who underwent a panel interview<br />
