I think I’m still slowly processing…Getting back to America, I’ve been non-stop with catching up…Work, seminars, volunteering, establishing and developing new businesses, training and auditioning as an actor…Whew!

Some say it’s good to stay busy…My life does not feel well balanced right now though…I’m not working out, socializing, and going to church…Suffice it to say, this has caused me to be a little snappy and grouchy…I know that this experience overall was a great experience…I guess I just wanted to see immediate Transformation…I’m realizing now that it’s a process and I’m looking forward to how it will manifest…I know that I’m playing a different game in Life and it’s a game worth playing…Stay tuned for my continual Transformation! It’s going to ROCK!!!

I was touched by the people of Mongolia…Even though it is an impoverished Nation, the people of Mongolia have a spirit about them…yes there is a 50% unemployment rate and for most the living conditions are questionable…However, their loving nature, their beautiful smiles and their thirst for learning inspired me greatly…I was left touched, motivated and inspired by them and I left Mongolia with a softer heart for humanity and a wisdom I will cherish forever.

I just want to thank you for your support….Your thoughtfulness means so much to me.

I recently contacted the LPGA in regards to their English proficiency requirements for all members. Without any standardized testing implemented, which means it's all subjective, the LPGA has the right to suspend and disallow any member of the LPGA from participating in any and all tournaments, due to the lack of their English skills...They feel that without a proficient handle in the English language, these players will hurt the "Entertainment" value of the LPGA. The following is their response:

From: LPGA Commissioner Carolyn F. Bivens
Date: Sept. 2, 2008
Subj: LPGA overview regarding the effective communication in English policy
________________________________________________________________________________
A great deal has been written this past week about the LPGA’s initiative to help members attain minimal English
language skills. For those of you who want more details and background, please go to
http://www.lpga.com/content_1.aspx?pid=17137&mid=4 where you will find an extensive overview.

Please feel free to respond and offer comments.

Let's start with a key point of clarity: we are not suggesting, nor will we implement, an “English only” policy. The
LPGA does not, nor will we ever, require English fluency, or even proficiency, from our international players.
As a U.S.-based tour, more than 65% of our events are held in our home country. For those events, we need our
members to attain a level of communication in English so they can:

A. deliver an enjoyable experience in the pro-am events at tournaments, which are the lifeblood of the
LPGA business model;
B. conduct their post-round interviews in English for the media; and
C. deliver a short acceptance speech after winning an event.

None of this is new. The LPGA has had a program for more than three years whereby we dedicate substantial
resources for the transition and education of our international members. This program includes an on-line learning
program, tutors and translators with the expressed goal being a functional ability to communicate in English within two
years after an international member has joined the LPGA.

The aspect which is new and received the vast majority of coverage last week is the penalty, which would be assessed
after two years if a player didn’t achieve the minimal ability to communicate in English. We do not view this as punitive
but rather as underscoring the importance of a core value on which the LPGA was founded: engaging and entertaining
our customers and fans. Without this most basic ability to entertain our customers, we will not maintain the current
levels of events much less grow. Nor will our international members have the skills necessary to maximize their
individual earnings potential by being able to communicate with prospective sponsors.

I’d like to offer a brief word about our events outside the United States. As part of our Board-approved strategic plan,
we are producing cultural briefings for each tournament beginning this fall. Among items shared with members will be
key phrases for communicating in the native language of the country in which the event is held. Additionally, we have a
number of members already using our on-line language services to learn other languages.

I believe as do the majority of our domestic and international members, the program we have implemented will benefit
the LPGA and every Tour member individually. Please feel free to send us your thoughts and comments.

Best regards,
Carolyn F. Bivens
100 International Golf Drive

I am preparing for a Medical Mission to Mongolia. After much deliberation, I finally made the commitment a few weeks back to go and serve. I can't speak for anyone else, but I had such a persistent complaint about the lack of time and how much I had on my plate. "How can I just drop everything and leave?" I realized that this would always be an issue and that sometimes you have to trust that all will be taken care of. Most of us live our lives with such restrictions and limit ourselves to what we do in life, from our careers, to our goals, dreams, aspirations, relationships etc. I'm the worst at this...Worrying about the future, when it hasn't even happened...creating stories in our head that aren't even true...worrying about what other people think of you..."Avoiding looking bad or trying to look good!"...I am inventing for myself and my life the possibility of beig selfless, contributing and being blessed!...I didn't realize the amount of preparation needed in a Missions trip...Issues of Spiritual formation, reconciliation with others, being vulnerable with your fellow team mates, logistics, physical training etc....It's all very exciting...we're about 4-5 weeks out before we depart...time seems short, but I have faith that all will be handled...we have such a great team assembled...a few have had experience with Short Term Missions and have great input into making this trip an amazing experience for first timers like myself...Today at training we had to share our Lifelines...Significant periods in our lives and where we were spiritually in those moments....I was the first to go and felt that I needed to set the tone for the others...I felt that it was important to allow myself to be vulnerable and really share openly....Each and every team member was so attentive and I appreciated and acknowledge their listening and support...I am so blessed to be a part of this community...I know that through this experience I will be transformed....

Whew!...Transition and change is always a little challenging, but so exciting...We have joined an amazing team at the Santa Monica Center for Healing Arts...I feel truly blessed to be in our new home...To all that have been inconvenienced due to the move, we sincerely apologize...We are so glad to be up and running and are ready to serve all our clinic members with quality Chiropractic care! We are a stones throw away from the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica...Our window faces the Pacific Ocean, so as our clinic members lay face down for an amazing adjustment, they can feel the cool ocean breeze flowing into the room...How's great is that!

We are at 1247 7th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401 (888-217-5870)

In the US today, more than 6 million children have been put on mind-altering psychiatric drugs for the learning and behavioural state called "ADHD".

In 2002, the Netherlands Advertising Commission ordered the country's "Brain Institute" to stop falsely advertising ADHD as a neurobiological or genetic disorder because no scientific evidence exists to prove this. The US National Institutes of Health concluded, "our knowledge about the cause or causes of ADHD remains largely speculative."

An examination of the statistics listed above reveal the alarming rate at which children are being medicated for mental disorders.

Personally, if they had this diagnosis and medications back when I was a child I would have been heavily medicated!...Thank God they didn't...

Try controlling hyperactivity through diet, excercise, biofeedback, chiropractic...Medications should be the very last resort...
