This sweet baby boy came all the way from Bolingbrook for his newborn photography session to my photo studio in the northwest suburbs!  He was cute as a button and full of smiles for me– he was 5.5lbs of adorableness (is that a word?) :)  Mom & Dad might have their hands full when he grows, as he was constantly moving and fidgeting as he was settled into new positions– he was even in such a hurry to get the party started he arrived several weeks before his due date!

I had the pleasure of meeting this adorable family at their home in the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago this morning!  Little 1 month old {P} was fabulosuly squishy and big brother {G} was full of larger-than-life personality (he is only 2 days younger than my littlest!)– I can tell already that he will be the best big brother {P} could ever ask for!  Mom and dad have gracefully eased into life with 2 little boys and were such a pleasure to work with through their session :)

Why is Chicago custom newborn photography important?

I have missed my Charlottesville, VA clients (and the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains!  Chicago doesn’t offer much in the way of mountains!)  While I am in town for a newborn session this September (the leaves won’t be as pretty as the ones in this image taken in late October in Charlottesville, but I have a gorgeous location lined up!), I would love to capture some of your families again to see how much your children have grown, as well as meet some wonderful new families!

Here are the details:

So for $150, you will receive a 15-20 minute family (or child) session*, 3 digital files with a full, unlimited print release and a private online gallery of 8-10 images to select your files from!  If you would like to keep all of your files, you can upgrade at the time of booking, at the session, or after viewing your gallery– it’s up to you!  The cost to upgrade is $100 if done at the time of booking or the day of your session, or $125 if done after viewing your gallery (gallery will be available for viewing 1 week after your mini-session) :)  Sessions will be held at King Family Vineyards in Crozet from 10am-5pm Friday September 7th and 11am-5pm Saturday September 8th.

*Children must be old enough to sit unsupported for mini-sessions, unless being photographed with a parent.
