I'm totally heart broken!

This morning, I realized the blue light on the ds wasn't on anymore! I had completely forgotten about keeping it charged the whole weekend! My pokemon game is gone!!! OTL

WAHHHH ALL THE HOURS I SPENT TRAINING AND EVOLVING ALL MY POKEMON!!!!!!

I'm too heartbroken to start all over again... Maybe in like five years... or ten...if ever...

Saturday the 4th

Went shopping for a couple hours with Tina!

They had these ice sculptures which I've never seen Old Orchard do before.

Tina was supposed to join my dad and I for dinner at the Chinese buffet I like but she turns out she had to eat with her family.

I only had three plates again cause I didn't have enough time and I didn't want to be late. Rushing and not eating my fill was for naught cause my aunt just made me go home -___-

I was jealous of April cause she was having sushi so I had my cheap sushi which I still enjoyed. And my favorite cheese mussel and clam or whatever that thing is <3 I really like the rice wrapped in banana leaves thing (dunno what it's called) but that one had mostly mushrooms! Had to discard it! >[

Stuffed crab was so big!

Oh gosh the fruit was really good that day! Went so nicely with the vanilla roll cake and coconut macaroon!

Yesterday

After my religion meeting, I went out for lunch with my mum for the first time in a LONG time. Actually it was a long time since I ate with her in general! Went to Tampopo. Hadn't been there in YEARS! I'm mad I didn't take my camera. I forgot how good it was.

I love macaroni salad!

Ok, these are the best starters in the world! The mussels are cooked till they're really soft and it just melts in your mouth with the shredded crab and spicy something that they mix with it. I can't believe I totally forgot about these! T___T So glad my mum ordered them!

Saw that they added ramen to their menu so I got the chashu one. I'll be sticking to the other items, thank you lulz.

I ordered a caterpillar roll with my ramen but the waitress misheard for california roll.

The owner was happy to see me after not having seen me for years so she gave me these. Cutest little crab rangoons!

She knows my mum loves this fish so she also sent that our way.

My caterpillar roll came out last but I was already full by the time it came out so I just took it home!

Today

I thought my outfit today was picture worthy cause I didn't wear my hat, jeans, and fuggs for once! Ha ha ha

So I wore my new scarf thing that my mum gave me today and Paco saw that it was almost the exact same color as his sweater so he had to have it! LUUULZ!

Kay so I wanted to get a bag of chips and of course the vending machine at Oakton would do this to me:

When I walked up to it, I saw the bag of Oke Dokes stuck from the person who was there before me so of course I'm thinking "Awesome! I get one free!" So I put my money in and press whatever number and the bag that's stuck falls only for the one I paid for to get stuck..... So above the Oke Dokes honey bbq flavor cheetos that I saw for the first time and want to try so I think "I'll get this one and it'll knock the Oke Dokes out!" And then that gets stuck too...So I'm just thinking "are you serious?!" and put in more money for another bag of cheetos. The first bag goes free and knocks down the Oke Dokes and the one I paid for gets stuck again;;;;; So I put in more money and try to get the doritos to knock it down but it failed. It didn't get stuck at least. When I went to sit down, the bag that was stuck fell so I ended up with:

Today

Took off work again to watch an improv show that my classmate is performing in at the Cornservatory.

I had all day to get ready so after my shower I tried the mask that sprinklesugars sent me!

Yay to disappearing creases -_- But the mask made my skin feel soft after so yay!

Done putting on my other mask and transforming! XD

April, Sandy, Eva, and I all had our first meals of the day at The Bad Apple!

Who thought I'd ever write a post the day right after another post!? :D Definitely not me!

Today

The Mario Tricoci coupon thingy expired today so I thought I might as well use it. I was also really tired of my HORRIBLE HORRIBLE roots. They were down to my ears!

Before:

The lady asked me if I ombred my hair and I was just like "...No I just haven't colored it in a really long time..." HA HA HA HA!!

After:

I haven't had totally dark hair in so long! It's so weirdddd! There are some parts that show the brown parts from before that still show. Its annoying >.> But I love the smell of hair dye after its all done and dry!

Oh and can I just say, that Mario Tricoci place is huuuuge!!

Misha Signature Velvet Art Shadow #8 Retro Combination Review

Such pretty packaging!

They swatched really nicely on my hand but they barely show up on my eyes! I know it's a bad picture but still. The sparkly pink and gold colors look the same. Its just sparkly :/ I was hoping the plum color would be more plum-y but it looks more brown. I've heard good things about the other palettes but this one sucks. Pigmentation is poor (this is with a primer!) and there was fallout too. Bah waste of money but the packaging is so pretty and sturdy so:

New Bio Jewelry Brown Review

Ha ha ha my irises are so small so I get a huge halo effect T_T

Color: I dunno if I can say anything about the color since the lenses are for the "teary" effect.

Design: 8/10 I think these are cute but the "teary" parts aren't even on my irises so I don't know if it even gives me the effect. It just looks like there's things on my eyes lulz.

Comfort: 7/10 These are really thin and comfortable but they dry kinda quickly. Need to keep eyedrops handy.

I got these from kkcirclelenses.com but I don't really recommend the site cause it took a month to get these lenses. Other sites take 1-2 weeks! However, these lenses were only in stock in Korea but they do have some on hand with them in Canada. They do meet ups and stuff so if yer in their area, you can get your lenses right away if you pick from the styles they have with them (the more popular ones).

I took off work to see an improv show that my improv teacher directed, produced, and participated in with my old scene study classmates!

Paco, who works at the theater right by where I live picked me up after he finished work and we took the train together. I owed him food cause he lent me his voice textbook (I was stupid and too eager to get my money back so I sold mine right after the semester ended even though I would need the same book for voice 2!) so we went to Chipotle!

He is hilarious.

We thought the show was at Second City but it was actually in Piper's Alley which was two doors down. I think the buildings are connected though? The building was so cool inside!

It was funny but it was very short. Only 45 minutes! :(

OMG I DIDN'T WEAR JEANS OR GLASSES OR A SWEATER! Upgraded to a cardigan...but still grey ha ha ha ha ha! I wish my shorts were longer but then again I guess that would make my legs look even shorter than they already are >.>
I think that day was the first time I didn't wear my glasses to school since it started! XD

Mondays and Wednesdays are my fave days of the week cause 2 of the 3 classes are SO FUN!

I filled in for the ajushi at work cause he took a week off. I wish he took off during my winter break so I could take the week and make more moniessss!!! Ha ha! XD
I wasn't very hungry cause I had the other half of the subway from the night before for lunch so dad and I just got McDonalds. I tried:

I saw these on Ellen's blog and I'd never seen them before so I thought it was just an Australian thing but then I saw it on the menu and was like OoO! MUST TRY! They smelled real good like KFC's popcorn chicken but they were bland :/
Oh speaking of KFC, the one on my campus that was also part pizza hut CLOSED!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I was totally craving the famous bowl and went to get it after getting my dunkin donuts hot chocolate to find that the lot was empty! BOOOOO!!! The only way I can forgive this atrocity is if they replace it with an Argo Tea buuuuuutttt that won't happen ;(

Thursday the 26th
I slept in and missed sociology. Ha ha ha ha;;;; I slept in until past 5 again. I really need to stop that but I can just sleep for forever if given the chance!
I did go to Japanese though :D I just washed up, slabbed on some eyeliner, and went in what I slept in. I'm such a bum omg ha ha ha but I never take my coat off in there cause that school is so cold so it's okay! :D

A plain dinner but at least it was my mum's cooking for once!

The beansprouts were bitter so I stopped eating them.

The cupcakes I asked April to get me the day before when she went to Molly's with Sandy and Eva. I had class so I couldn't join. But I forgot that I had work and couldn't get them until the next day. She gave them to me as she dropped me off to class hee hee! She is too nice T__T

Kahlua(sp?) and Peach Cobbler. Molly's has the best the best cupcakes in Chicago in my opinion. They're so moist! Even till the next day and the next and they're the right amount of sweet!

My mum brought these back from L.A.. I love beef jerky and I FUCKING LOVE dried mangoes!! Apparently the spicy flavor of this brand can't be found around here so she grabbed a couple to give me. They aren't bad. I like the hint of jalepeno. I don't particularly like this brand cause I wish it was more jerkier lulz! My FAVORITE beef jerky is this Chinese or Vietnamese one that's fruit flavored. My life was seriously changed after trying it for the first time! No other jerkys compare! I need to find it! I haven't had it in like 4 years!! I used to be embarrassed of liking beef jerky cause I thought it wasn't "lady like" and here I am writing a whole essay about it! Ha ha ha ha I used to be embarrassed of a lot of stupid things. >.<

Speaking of L.A., my mum was telling me about these girls visiting from Korea and they were wearing kill heels while touring...on a boat. And one of them fell. Ha ha ha ha ha!!! I'm sorry but girl had it coming. I understand if she was just walking around and wanted to look cute but c'mon yer on a boat! Sigh... native Koreans care too much about looking stylish.

Galbi for dinner.

We went to Woo Chon. I like this place the best because it has side dishes that I can actually eat. The meat is definitely not the best quality (that goes to Jo Sun Ok hands down) and it's overpriced but for me, I can't enjoy my meal if I just have good meat. I need the sides to eat with it! At Jo Sun Ok, the only side I eat is the water kimchi (I don't like their style of kimchi but my dad likes it so we go there A LOT! T_T) but I need more than just that. Here, I at least have the jji gae, salad, cucumber kimchi, radish slices, and kimchi. I also like their pancake. And soy sauce. LULZ!

M Perfect Cover BB Cream Review

Did a pretty good job hiding my dark circles, did it not? And it smoothed out my complexion and the light just glides over my skin and makes it look even! This is one of Misha's best selling bb creams and I quite like it! I think it's my second favorite! I'm so glad the free one matched my skin! It has good coverage and for me, I think it's even better than the Luview Crystal Cover BB Cream! It feels much lighter than the Crystal Cover one too! It has SPF 42 too! Nice~ Pretty packaging and a pump so more points.
The only problem is that the scent is quite strong. It's like baby powdery and flowery like a lot of Korean products seem to smell like. The scents for other make up will go away after application but for this one, I can catch whiffs of it at the end of the day! So if you are sensitive to scent or don't like scented makeup, this isn't for you. If I want better coverage I automatically reach for this but I don't really like smelling like baby powder so:

My Barbie King Size Aqua lenses have reached their dates but before I threw them away, I wanted to use them once more! I decided to attempt gyaru style makeup cause I also had the upper dollywink lashes that I never opened. The biggest points of the style in my opinion are the big circle lenses and even bigger lashes and I have both so why not!

Longest lashes EVAR! They are quite intimidating. I don't think I can ever wear them out! (I took them off before leaving home ha ha ha...) The bottom lashes are such a bother too cause they're individual and I lost one of them! Bah!

So I'm thinking, yeah just some eyeliner, lashes, circle lens, nose contouring, pink cheeks, nudey lips! Yet I still fail OTL My hooded creases make falsies look weird and I put them on a bit droopy. I am totally useless with the bottom lashes too -_-

My eyes are just too small for these lashes. I know they're made long on purpose to extend the eyes but the length is too overwhelming for my smaller sized eyes as well.

Ah she even put it in a cute box with stickers! The Luview stuff was the first time I ever shipped something so I just bought those bubble envelopes that the post office provide.

It's crazy cause she got me the things that I needed! I recently threw out my liquid liner (K Palette Real Lasting Eyeliner. It SUCKED!) and Queen Helene Mint Julep clay mask and had been too meh to buy replacements and then here was this cute little package with just the things I needed! Not to mention the samples and cute note! Does she not have the best handwriting ever???!

My school only offers up to Japanese 3 so I go to the community college that's three blocks away from where I live to continue learning. I curl it every other day unless I'm feeling lazy or running short of time!

Wednesday the 18th

Lulz I realized that pretty much all my sweaters are grey;;;

Guess what! I FINALLY finished my first chapstick evar! YEEE!!

So I had the first day of the rest of my classes! All my teachers are interesting people. I absolutely LOVE my Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender History in the U.S. class! I've learned a bunch, A BUNCH of super interesting things in just one lecture! This class is probably the most interesting class I've ever had! The teacher is fabulous as well! X3 I've only had three gay teachers but I can say that I always end up loving them! They're so smart and cute and funny! I'm super excited for the next lecture and for the guest speaker to tell us about homosexual pirates! :D

My voice class is bleh though. The teacher is so focused on the book and I keep falling asleep! >..>

Improv is suuuuuper fun! I love watching all the other people cause they're so funny and witty and good! And then I just sink deeper into my seat cause I don't want to go up... My cheeks hurt so much by the end of class cause I laugh the whole two hours!

Thursday the 19th

And another grey sweater. I pretty much wear the same thing everyday these days;;; A big sweater, a pair of jeans, my glasses, hat, and fuggs. I should stop doing these cause they're all the same -__- When people were saying "once you get into college, you won't care anymore and you'll just go as a bum all the time" I was like "NO! I will dress better!" And now look at me;;;; I dressed much better back in high school since I stayed in one building and I didn't have to walk everywhere in the cold. Walking home through snow and ice in freezing weather for 8/15 minutes sucks! I have to keep my feet warm at least! XD

Had leftover pizza for the fourth night in a row and I loved it!!!

Friday the 20th

I forget why but we didn't have much time to eat so my dad and I just got McDonalds for dinner.

Saturday the 21st

One of the customers gave me this at work. I was excited but it ended up tasting bad. :( Can anyone recommend a place that does good parfaits? McDonalds is all I have. I love McDonalds but there has to be better >.>

Sunday the 22nd/Monday the 23rd

I freaking died.

I got up feeling like crap but I figured it was just cause I didn't sleep much so I just got in the shower to get ready for practice. In the middle of my shower, I jumped out and started puking my brains out. I'm naked, soaking wet, upchucking my insides, scared, and thinking "I'm gonna fucking die!" I'm sure death is more pleasant. Eventually when my stomach calmed down I got to get my mum's robe on me but as soon as I tried leaving the bathroom, I had to go back. I ended up falling asleep by the toilet. LULZ. And finally, when I didn't have to use the toilet every 5 minutes, I crawled to the couch and slept there until past 5 30... But sleep heals everything for me! :D

Mum called to tell me she would be back home at midnight so I got up to finish my shower lulz. I waited and waited and it was past 3AM and she still wasn't back or answering my calls! -_- So I just stayed up and finally she came home. She was starving and so was I since I couldn't eat anything all day so we ordered Sarpinos. Terrible choice after being food poisoned, I know but it was past 3! XD

I got some kind of sandwich and I cut off a tiny piece to eat. It was AWFUL! It had the strongest dijon mustard I have ever had! Every bite was agony but I didn't want to waste my mum's money. Argh I think it was stronger than wasabi and I freaking hate wasabi!

Eventually it turned past 4 and so I tried to get some sleep before school. I just laid on the couch for three hours trying to fall asleep and failed miserably so I just went to school without sleeping lulz.

Didn't wear my fuggs for once! A choice I regretted later.

My dad forgot that I end class later now that the new semester has started so he waited for me and didn't eat anything all day until real late so he could eat with me. D: So he took me to a Chinese buffet I've never been to before. It was kinda far so I ended up missing the first hour of work. D:

I liked the place! They have a lot more choices compared to the other Chinese buffets I've been to. I'd been wanting to go to a buffet for the longest time so I was glad he took me! Haven't gone to one in many years! I think some people would say it's a bit salty but I like salty way better than bland. I like my MSG :D

I'm not a big fan of seafood but I LOVE my mussels and clams.

Their fruit didn't look that appealing and I was super full so I just got those. I wanted to try everything! I'm so sad that I can't eat a lot anymore! When I was my skinniest, I ate enough for two people! (And no I did not have an eating disorder.) But after I got really sick like 5 years ago, I couldn't eat as much anymore. SO SAD!

Today

Why don't people ever wake me up when the train gets to the last stop?! They all just get off the train and I'm just sleeping there until the train conductor yells at me! -__________- I know I'm a stranger but still mayn! Bastards!

After that class, I headed back home to the community college that's a block away from where I live to continue Japanese! (My school only offers up to 3.) I've forgetting everythinggggg ahhhhhhh

I had over an hour until class started so I played around with my phone.

My hair totally flattened out after two minutes in the snow this morning lulz.

Ok this will be the last time I sully my blog about the scumbag.

I really do appreciate all your interest but I want to ask that people stop asking about him. I have a couple reasons:

1. He's been pretending to be different anons and clogging my formspring saying how nice and good looking he is and then insulting me. I guess I did add fuel to the fire by answering some of them. I mean, if he's gonna call himself an idiot, I'm not gonna stop him, cause he is! But some of them I wasn't sure if it was him or not. How is he 26?! There are people his age who have careers, are married, and raising children! Jesus freaking Christ how do people this ridiculous exist??? As if he didn't look like a complete loser already. @_@ So anyways, to avoid anymore confusion, I'd rather just not get any questions about him cause I'm just going to ignore them. :/

2. Most importantly, I am over it. He's really not something I want to remember or think about and I've already said pretty much everything that needed to be said about it.

Wednesday the 11th

Finally met with the girls all together again.

It probably only happened because Janet wanted to get her Luview stuff lulz.
We went to Tub Tim Thai!

After dinner, we went back to my place so I could give them the cupcakes I made with Tina the night before and Janet's makeup. A VCR player finally appeared in the living room so I popped in the Rugrats in Paris movie! :D

Sandy wanted to take a polaroid cause she always brings it but never takes one. She made sure to take one that day.

Rugrats was more important to me ha ha ha ha ha!

Thursday the 12th

The scripts I checked out from the library before winter break were due that day. I wouldn't have gone all the way into the city just to return them but they were also handing out upasses that day. I didn't want to wait in a long ass line on the first day of school so I thought, if someone wants to do something down there that day, I'll get all that stuff done. Luckily April agreed to meet me after she finished school so I did! Unfortunately, every time we play together, the weather sucks so of course that day was the day we had the first day we had heavy snow. It was freezing!

But omg apparently they changed it so that you have to delete the first game before you start over! I was used to the previous game automatically being erased when you select "new game." Now I can't save!! T___T

Friday the 13th

My newer fuggs finally got salt stains.

After work ended, I went to King Spa with Tina!

I haven't gone there in so long! They raised their prices again and they have so many rules now. :( I couldn't get my kiwi juice cause a tiny cup is $6!!!

Saturday the 14th

The reason I had to get home early was cause I wanted to see my mum off before she left for LA! I almost missed her! She was getting on the elevator when I got off!

Now I have the house to myself for 11 days. I kinda wish I was one of those cool kids who throw parties while their parents are away lulz. But no here I am playing Pokemon ha ha ha ha!

Nothing for today. I woke up at 8 30PM!! I've been going to sleep around 12PM and waking up at night the whole month. I am so screwed for school! It starts the day after tomorrow! Ah!!
Now back to my Pokemon! :D

Sarpinos at like 3 something AM is the best! The deliverman was so nice and all like "Isn't it too late? It's not good for you :(" Aww

I tried Papa John's for the first time and it was awful! They're located really close to me which is why I ordered from them in the first place instead of Sarpino's cause I was so hungry and I just wanted pizza but somehow it came colder than Sarpino's and it took really long. It tasted bad and was more expensive too. My mum yelled at me to never order from there again lulz. The only good thing about them is that their jalepenos are a lot hotter. But it tasted way better as leftovers XD

Tina made jja jang myun for a pot luck and had extra so she dropped it off for me cause I asked her to make me some on twitter XD It was really good! Way better than the crap some places sell.

I had a Korean drum performance on New Years morning so I went straight home after work so I could shower and go to sleep early cause I had to get to the culture center at like 8AM! I ended up sleeping late anyways. I almost missed the countdown by 4 seconds cause I went to pee! XD First time I didn't miss the countdown in a long time. I was bored so I also attempted one of frmheadtotoe's looks cause I have the same NYX glitter but never knew what to do with it:

For those of you haven't read the post below or saw the post that I deleted; I've dumped Richard once and for all! The reason, to put it simply is because he's an immature asshole and I've finally come to my senses. If you'd like a good (and really fucking long) explanation, you can read it here. I wasn't gonna bother even writing about him because he's more worthless than shit, isn't worth the effort of typing, and just his name pollutes my blog, but I think people should be warned. If you're a reader from the Chicago area or know of who we are and one day one of your friends goes "Oh I started talking to this guy named Richard Jungmin Park...," read it, warn them (maybe let them read it too), and save them! And to just anyone who reads it, learn from it. I never want anyone to go through all that heartache.
Relationships make people so vulnerable and so it makes it easier to make bad choices (I did. big time). If yer in a similar situation, get out of it! Don't take that kind of shit from anyone!

Why, for the first time in the 10 years I've had a cellphone, I've upgraded and changed my number!

April says this doesn't look like me. For the first time, I agree with her! XD
I really frikkin hate touch lulz. I also swore to never get a smartphone until I was like thirty because I never use my phone. The only functions my phone needs are: it's pretty, receive calls from mum and dad, and texting (which I only really use to tweet. And not even to other people ha ha ha ha).
The only reason why I got the Samsung Galaxy S2 is cause I was using:

But there were problems. The color is wrong! I reallllllllly wanted the lime one and the seller said that he had all three colors so I committed to buy. He messages me that he only has the violet blue one even when he listed as having all the colors! -_- But I had committed to buy AND he was selling it for $100 cheaper than another seller. So do I get the color I want for $100 more for a phone that is probably free in Korea, doesn't have T9 texting, and Korean texting is disabled? If I pooped money I would say yes but unfortunately I don't. So I just sucked it up and got it.

In exchange the seller would look around for a green one and he would give me freebies. I got freebies but he didn't even give me an adapter. -______- Luckily my mum dug one up.

The phone was seriously sooooo pretty and cute. Korean phones are on a whole different level. The attention they pay to how pretty the inside of the phone is crazy. It puts the phones here to shame. So boring and ugly.

But the phone was faulty. The LED display in the front wouldn't work when you closed it. When you close it, it's supposed to show the moving lights you pick like a prancing giraffe or man like in the picture or the time but mine, the whole block of lights would just light up. -___________________- Erm. Those lights are pretty much 70% of the appeal of the phone!!! The seller wouldn't answer my messages. I'm thinking he didn't even look for a green one. So I took it to the resolution center and got my moneys back. ^__^ You might get some bad items but ebay is really reliable. It's not how it was when it first started. I think the seller relisted the item I returned though. He better have gotten it fixed!

So with this sudden loss of a pretty phone, the most decently pretty phone I could find was the Galaxy S2. :/ But it was available for upgrade and rebate of $150 so I paid even less for this than the lollipop. :D

The top left picture is actually the newer version of the one I had. It didn't have the two flash lights or the mp3 player. It was a really good phone and I remember when I picked it out, the sales guy said I had good style. (It had just come out at that time. X3)
I can't remember what phone I had after that one. It was a flip phone too though cause I didn't like sliders. But then I saw the top right one and it was the only exception. In my opinion it was the best slider phone ever and its my favorite phone out of all of them. But something happened and the keys stopped working. :(
That's when I got the pink one. Very fun and cute phone and I could text in Korean (but had no one to text Korean too ha ha ha) but the usb didn't work so I couldn't take out pictures. Eventually the charging port got worn out so new phone time!
The Ice Cream was really cute and pretty and I enjoyed using it. Sandy became the next person to get a phone that could text Korean so that was fun. But this was an unlocked phone and apparently the unlocked version's front facing camera was disabled. -__- Bummer cause all my other phones could all take pictures from the front. One day the keyboard decided to not work or freeze so I went back to the pink one for a while.
My friend Mark gave me that candy bar looking one that he didn't use anymore so I used that for a while too. Same thing happened with the charging port though. I would switch back and forth between that one and the pink one and even sometimes the Ice Cream cause after leaving it alone for a while, it would work.
I was getting tired of having to maneuver the pink and candybar so that their chargers would stay in and then Ice Cream decides it doesn't want to work but luckily in time, my dad gave me his old touch one to use. (He lost his and then bought that one but didn't know how to use it so he just bought another one of his old one.) I hate touch anything cause it never responds to me and I think it's just plain annoying but I just took it cause it responded to my nails and I didn't have to maneuver anything anymore. :D I ended up breaking it badly and then would juggle with the old three and then two and then just the candybar.
For Christmas I finally got the lollipop, had it for a little over a week, went back to the candy bar, and now we're here:

I mean people say it's a good phone and it's nice I guess. But I'm a frikkin grandma. I never had a smartphone before and don't know how to use it or do anything with it. There are just so many setting options for every single thing and I'm just overwhelmed. @_@ Sandy needs to teach me since she has the international one. I'm having a little fun with it (playing fruit ninja and uno. yes, I am lame. anyone have any app or game recommendations?? :D) and it's convenient I guess.

It might help my blogging be more frequent but I'm so weirded out by taking a picture through a big screen. And just the downgraded quality and color really annoys me. -_-

WOW I blabbed a LOT about just my phones... Sorry, I guess I'm chatty from not blogging in a while.

Yesterday
After work I went over to Tina's to finally get nuggets together after promising to do so for years. I dunno why it was so hard or took us so long to do something so simple. It was so funny because the lady working the drive thru had such thick accent and they couldn't understand what each other were saying. Tina would say one thing and then the lady would turn it into something totally different! XD Tina ordering the sauces was even funnier cause she was getting it all wrong and at that point, I was just thankful if we'd get any sauces. I don't understand when they put a person with a thick accent at the window! Ahahaha

Ok. I am soooo in love with this! I have totally shunned my Lioele BB cream and the ones I received in the package ever since I tried this! I was using this everyday/every time I go out. Just this. The coverage is light but just enough for me because I've never gotten full coverage from any product before and I just use concealer for spots it doesn't totally hide. The primer makes your skin feel so smooth and soft! It's so light that I forget that I've put anything on. It doesn't even look like I put anything on! It looks soooooo natural! Best of all, it doesn't make my forehead (the driest part of my face where all product looks cakey) look cakey or powdery! I'm also not oily at the end of the day. This has become my holy grail! I'm only taking off a little because of the packaging. I wish they kept it in their pump packaging cause I don't really like squeezing out product. It might be this way because its so watery though. Also, I'm taking off cause of the scent. Its not an unpleasant scent but not a pleasant one either. I don't know how to explain it. But you only smell it when it comes out of the bottle and its also very light. I am going to buy this for my whole life now!

I honestly don't know how I feel about this one. It does its job yes. But it doesn't give like, a squeeky clean feeling or like a super hydrating feeling. It's kinda like, there's a layer of something that's keeping my face from feeling dry. Its hard to explain. You can try it for yourself for $4.56 if you buy it while they're still having the sale! :D It's also a great bargain since there's 120ml of product in there and you only need to use the tiniest bit. The scent is light and a bit herbal-y?

Aqua Essence Whitening BB Cream

Only one shade for this as well. The consistency is similar to the primer bb cream. Watery! Agh dry hands

This is my favorite after the primer bb cream. It feels like it too but this has I think slightly more coverage. Its still light though. Its very similar to the first one to me but surprisingly, its less moisturizing than the primer one for me! It also feels like I have nothing on. Just smooth skin! I'm not oily either! I think mixing this one with the primer one will be amazing! I'm definitely trying that out soon! I wish I tried this sooner so I could have tried mixing them already. Another surprising thing was that this one had the strongest scent. Its a kinda like baby powder and something else. But that goes away too after putting it on. :)

Today was my last day of school and so I am now on winter break!!! YEEEEE~~!! For a month I will do nothing~! Ho ho ho ho ho! so now it means im back to not using any grammar and punctuation hee hee hee! its a bit sad though cause my schools winter break was a month and a half long and now its only a month! boooo! but i still cant believe it! it doesnt feel like im on vacation! now im just gonna hibernate and watch all my shows! ha ha ha ha!

Yesterday

i had a missed call and texts from april who had stopped by while i was out! she came to give me:

KYA!! she is one of the nicest people EVER! totally wasnt expecting it. she stopped by mitsuwa and i saw that she bought ramune and so i commented on how much i LOVE ramune and next thing i know shes at my door with these. <3

Today

last day of classes! intro. to literature is finally over! i freaking hated that class! i totally bombed the final OTL so happy its finally over! one more writing class and no more writing!!!

but it was also a little sad because the only class i liked this semester, scene study came to and end. i seriously really liked everyone for the first time. everyone was so nice and so damn funny! everyone had awesome personalities. it was such a fun class even though i would just stay awkward and be quiet by myself in a corner watching/listening everyone else XD

Natural Beige is way too dark for me

You can see my really bad dark circles, break out on the chin, uneven skin tone, my birth defect (that flap of skin next to my left eye XD), etc. And bah to my disappearing creases T_T

I have REALLY AWFUL blackheads on my nose. It's so gross! But the bb cream makes them less noticeable.

Much more even and smoother! Dark circles are much less intense than before.

The packaging is so frikkin pretty and sleek! It feels lighter than my Lioele Beyond the Solution BB Cream and it also covers better. It's medium coverage and can be buildable. It has a slight baby powder scent. The only problem is that this looks powdery on me. BUT! This isn't the product's fault. I seem to have extremely dry skin nowadays so all the bb creams and foundations I've tried look powdery/cakey on me! Especially on my forehead and nose ;( Primer fixes this problem slightly. The finish is dewy on my cheeks. This bb cream is also chock full of really nice and natural ingredients (like a lot of Korean cosmetics) too. It's supposed to whiten, improve wrinkles, etc but I haven't used it long enough to see this. Check the site for more info!

I don't use pacts because my skin is too dry but for the reviews sake I did. I can't really rate this accurately though because I don't have anything to compare it to. Packaging is pretty but it is a bit bulky. The powder is very light on the skin. It also has SPF25!

Gleam Full Long Lash Mascara

Okay, I have to say this before you totally dismiss this mascara: I hate fiber mascaras. They just don't work with my lashes and it always ends up a mess. I hated the Fiberwig too but that seems to be a really loved one among a lot of people so if you are a fan of fiber mascaras, do give it a try. Or request it if you win! :3

Gosh I am the worst person for this kind of thing... I'm not a big gloss person either;;; But I will say what I think. This has a really cute strawberry scent to it. It's not overpowering either. It's not super sticky and I think it looks best when both colors are used. Sweet pink is really frosty and light and doesn't look nice on my purple toned lips. You need to wear it over a lip concealer or nude lipstick or something. The rosy pink or the colors combined are enough to wear enough alone. The packaging is pretty standard for a double ended lip gloss but it has weight to it. There is a LOT of product! The colors aren't too flattering one me so:

This is the day I also filmed the hair tutorial so I don't have my creases from crying the night before. GAH SORRY!

My face is hairy too T___T I need a good epilating or threading ha ha ha! This is really embarrassing but I'm showing this because when I was even more insecure and hated my face in my tween years, I was so ashamed of having all this body hair. I really thought I was the only one who had it. But seeing that other people had it and went through such pain to get rid of it and shit really made me feel better cause I wasn't the only one. So in case any younger girls are reading and have the same problem, yer not alone! Hair is always removable too! XD

Okay so the point of these closeups are to show the little glittery/shimmer things cause you can't really see it in the next picture.

I really don't like this bb cream. It's cool that it comes out white and then adjusts to your skin tone, which it did fine but what bothers me is the shimmer! I don't want to look like Edward Cullen. Lulz it's not that extreme but it is noticeable in person. The coverage is light-medium. It's supposed to moisturize but I don't think it did for me. The packaging is really nice though. It's very expensive for it's small size too.

One Touch Brush Sun Powder

Price: $24.60

Super fine powder, SPF50, oil control, and even slight coverage. This is pretty win. I am definitely replacing my sun screen with this because it doesn't feel like I put anything on! There's a super slight pleasant scent to it. Not powdery, but maybe flowery? I really like this! I wouldn't use the brush though because it's not soft. A bit prickly and hard to use. It might also over pack the product on your face and because of that:

It was soooo cold that day especially cause my insides were all empty so I gave in and went to Panera to get soup. I like Panera but I hate paying for it. A tiny sandwich should not be $7! But they do give a lot of salad for Pick 2.

I really liked the BBQ Chicken Salad. And ha gingerbread man peeking out from back there.

Really hard gingerbread man and really awful peppermint hot chocolate. It tasted like really watered down chocolate milk! :/

I went to meet Sandy at Argo Tea after class so we could head to Sumi unni and Yunho oppa's house for her surprise birthday party together!

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all have a great time with your families and eat till your pants explode! I actually don't do anything with family or have a meal or anything. The closest thing I do to doing anything Thanksgiving-ish is have the leftover turkey and stuffing and stuff that my mum brings from work. I eat by myself and that's it. Lulz depressing, no? So you all better be having a better holiday than me~!

After blogging, I had instant udon that my mum made me for dinner. So good! Instant noodles is all I eat! This is why my cholesterol is 197 LMAO. I'm going to die before I reach 30.

EOS New Adult Brown

This is the most unflattering picture;;;

Color: 7.5/10 They look a bit more yellow on me than gold? Which is what I liked about them when I saw them on other people. They look really nice on other people but are really unflattering on me :(

Design: 7/10 I don't like pixely lenses. I don't know why but these are more pixely on me than other ones I've had in the past do.

Comfort: 5/10 I don't know if one of the one I got is defective cause when I put one in my left eye, it was perfectly fine! Comfortable, didn't feel like anything! But the one in my right bothered me sooooo much! Almost to the point where it kinda hurt. Which is strange because it's always my left eye that feels any type of discomfort. :/

I'm not even gonna put enlargement anymore cause I'm always gonna say 10/10 XD

My phone is six years old and falling apart so sometimes it disconnects from the charger if its moved the slightest bit. That happened in the middle of the night and then died while I was sleeping so there was no alarm to wake me up and I overslept! D: So I didn't go to class again. Lulz

Also, I pin curled my hair the night before. I made the curls wayyy too tight and I did it when my hair was damp so...disaster:

Finally got to watch Clybourne Park! I heard so many great things about it and my Scene Study teacher is in it!

Lit class was actually really funny today. We talked about image and that led to a lot of random things like porn LULZ. We got to watch scenes from another acting class and they were funny and good! Also learned of new plays to read! Yee!

bathroom light and flash cause my bathroom light SUCKS!

Color: 10/10 These are super vibrant! You can be in dim light and you can see the bright gold color! I could even see the lines clearly in the reflection off of a painting!
Design: 8/10 Really interesting and quite pretty but unnatural. I got them more for the gold color.
Enlargement: 10/10
Comfort: 8/10 These are way more comfortable than the angels but a tiny bit drying. Nothing eye drops can't fix!

Artie was nice and picked us up from the terminal and drove us to Loria's apartment! We were suuuper hungry and were so happy to see:

Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard that the white stuff on the bottom off the vial of blood is the sugar. So...half of my blood vial was sugar....LMAO

I'm also happy cause this week has been good to me! I was on time to my classes all week as well lulz.

I've been growing up with almost no self esteem or confidence and it's effecting me negatively with my relationships, school/career, just life in general. I'm finally understanding the whole "if you don't love yourself, how can you love somebody else?" thing. I'm so used to always putting myself down that it's become a habit. I don't even have to think when I put a "Lulz I'm so ugly" caption. It's like, automatic. Lulz not good. It's good to be humble, but not self destructive.

A couple people have asked me "If you think you're so ugly, why do you take so many pictures of yourself? Are you just fishing for compliments?" Lulz no. In actually, taking my own pictures is actually what helped me grow more comfortable with myself. I kept taking them and then I kept seeing my own face and it forced me to just accept that this is how I look. I'm not pretty but whatever. I can fix it with surgery. LULZ. And I guess playing with photoshop and seeing this better looking version had a psychological affect of making me think more positively about how I look. Lulz I dunno.

But yeah, I need some confidence and self esteem. I can't keep thinking people are lying to me to be nice. I can't keep stopping myself from doing things like auditioning because I think I suck. Fake it till I make it I guess lulz. I can't keep sitting out of things cause I'm afraid of looking bad.

So I am going to try to stop bashing myself! Ahhh this is going to be hard cause I've been doing it my whole life. But I will try! I want to be happy with myself! I can't keep hating myself for forever D:

Sunday the 16th

I got an email asking if I could play the supporting character in a short film by another student. Seeing as I wouldn't be doing anything else acting-wise this year again, I said yes! :D

I had a lot of time till the scheduled shoot, so I played with Takutzjin.

I forgot to grab Takutzjin with me so I couldn't take any pictures. Sad cause the people I met were so nice and funny! We were all second years but they seemed way older than me cause they were so knowledgeable and passionate! I just listened to them talk about their craft. I love listening to people talking about things they're passionate about! It's so interesting!

The shoot was so fun! And guess what, they used a Bolex to shoot! For those of you who don't know what that is, it's:

Old school original. Hell yeah! It was so cool to be shot by this cause I got to hear the "ch ch ch ch ch" sound! XD But the last scene had to be shot twice because the film got messed up D: I know I did a shit job. (Failing already.) This was my second time doing film and first time doing a serious role. Eek. I had to go to school to meet up with my Lit. partner so we could finish up a presentation thing. I was supposed to meet up with my scene partner to practice our scene 2 hours later but he couldn't make it so I had nothing to do until 7:30. I wrote up a paper for my speech class cause I missed my presentation day and I'd rather write the paper than speak and then I checked out three plays and read. Then I went to eat:

Dreary, cold weather. I walked through it but I ended up going the wrong way! I walked to the Sears Tower instead of Millennium Park! FAIL. Thank goodness I brought an umbrella for the first time ever on that day! But going the wrong way and wasting time ended up being good. I was still an hour early to the show and I had to wait the whole time in a line where it was super hot and my feet were killing me. I wore heels. They don't hurt if I walk but they do if I stand for a long time. I just read in the line lulz.

Picture explains all. It was a shit day again. I don't know how but I overslept and there was no bus coming for some reason I don't know so I had to take a cab to the station. I hate paying for cabs but I really didn't want to be late today cause I was presenting! So I got on the train and I would have been on time BUT! I zoned out so hard that I missed my stop and ended up in China Town! And then I was late! Grrrrr after I paid for a cab. OTL I was so mad at myself I started to cry lulz. I did a crap job on my presentation. My partner couldn't make it to our practice again. Sadness. But we got to practice after class so yay. I'm so glad the week is over. It wasn't a very good one again. Phew.

i had to spend the whole day at work cause my dad wanted me to help him recruit some people from some massage school. they close at 2 in the afternoon so i had to leave home like 5 hours early and wait 7 hours for my shift >.> thank goodness i had my laptop

work. but always food with dad before my shift. we went to an american place for the first time in a long time. theres a place on the way and a lot of people like it so i guess he heard about it from his friend and so he requested we go there that day for his first time. the place is called L Woods Tap and Pine Grill

so i think this place has a thing against asians. their service was really crummy! worst ive ever experienced cause ive never gotten bad service. the waitress would pretty much just throw the plates on the table, she didnt check up on us even once, she wasnt friendly at all, my plates were taken away before i was done, when she gave and took away the check she didnt even look at me or say anything. when i got change, i only got big bills and not enough singles and i wasnt about to wait another ten minutes to get my bills broken so i just left the ten and left even though i only wanted to give her the seven that was the regular percent. the hosts werent nice either. there were four of them in the front and i had to leave from behind them. they were too busy gossiping to even give me a "thanks for coming" or "goodnight." its not a big deal but it just felt weird cause its the first time thats happened. i was telling my mum about how crappy their service was and she told me that it had never been good. the last time shes been there was years ago. so i looked it up on yelp and everyone seemed to have had fine service. but most of them werent asian. so yeah...asians, avoid l woods! their food is mediocre anyways!

so i tried french twisting my hair again and this is the result. non heat curling methods dont do it for me :/

SATURDAY the 1st

i had the AIDS walk. sandy eva and i woke up super early to meet at the station at 6 something. was so COLD and i was so SLEEPY! oh, i took my camera but i didnt take any pictures cause i was too cold lulz i regret it though cause the course was really pretty! the sun came out and the lake was glistening. boo. next time! so all these pictures are stolen from sandy >:)

people have been telling me to stop calling myself ugly. thank you, i really appreciate that you care for my self esteem! <3 but really, you can see for yourself why i do now lulz. im really just a plain jane and when i dont have makeup & photoshop, im even worse!

it is sooooo much better than the last post! thank goodness! i had an eventful weekend/couple days this week so this post is way longer than the ones ive been writing. nothing like my old ones with 1-300+ pictures though XD

FRIDAY the 23rd

met with april for the first time in FOREVER cause she chose to take me to the chris brown concert she won tickets for! :O wahhh thank you so much april<3 omgah. it was my first american concert ever so i was excited!

i met her at her school and she bought me joyees

my pineapple and chicken and shrimp fried rice and her unagi fried rice in the back

this joyees is wayyyyy better than the one in evanston and china town! the pineapples were actually sweet and juicy!

waiting in front of her school for her mum to pick us up! i met her mum for the first time and she was pretty and really outgoing and funny!

oh, i mistakenly thought that i couldnt bring my camera so everything that day was taken with aprils iphone. i was so sad when i found out i coud have brought it all a long!

i didnt know that it wasnt just chris brown until i saw the first performance. it was the F.A.M.E tour. tyga opened the show but we missed that because we were late. its ok cause i dont know who he is and supposedly isnt that good? XD the venue was SO FAR! it wasnt even chicago anymore so it was funny when the performers were all "hello chicago!! im so happy to be here tonight!" when we were in the middle of nowhere lulz

we arrived as the next stage was getting ready and it was kelly rowland!!! (destinys child) sorry, no picture. i thought april took a picture but i guess not? a girl was crying when she came out! ha ha ha aww! she was soooo good live! actually, all the people i saw were really awesome live. great performers! apparently jennifer hudson and michelle williams was there to watch and support too!

t-pain after. you wouldnt expect it from all his autotune but he was really great live too! his singing voice is really nice! like i can see him singing oldie stuff! i also think he had to learn how to dance since the main is chris brown! lulz he was shuffling and stuff. hes got a sense of humor. i liked his part

you cant really see well but those streaks are rain! in that one area of the roof, there was a waterfall and it was falling onto the seats! poor people who had to move! but even poorer people who had lawn tickets because their "seats" were literally the lawn! and it started raining! and they werent allowed to bring in their umbrellas and had to buy ponchos from the concert gear stall for $5! we had pretty nice seats for free tickets so lucky us! >.<

whilst waiting for the main stage. it took a while. april was like "oh man im getting anxiety." cause chris brown was about to come out! ha ha ha ha it was cute

ive recently come to the realization that i look like a dinosaur. i have such a big mouth and teeth! ha ha ha!

light suits! the stage lights through out and the suits at the end were soooooooo pretty to watch! it was nice cause i really like lights and sometimes, i watch the lights instead of the performer lulz

but man chris brown is incredible! he danced soooo much soooo well but he still sang live realllllly well! he didnt sound out of breath or anything! amazing! and speaking of dancing, the backup dancer were amazing too! i dont know how its possible for bodies to move like that *O* great great great show! had so much fun! me and april stood on top of the seats! ha ha ha ive never done that cause i dont want to be a bitch and block people behind me but i did and i felt bad and couldnt turn around >.< but when chris brown came out, everyone was doing the same ha ha ha

so at the end of the show april decided she was gonna buy a sweater so we waited in a big blob around the stand getting squashed by angry (mostly black girls ha ha ha) people who wanted their concert shirts. it was crazy! there were four people serving like 100 and they took their sweet ass time! these people must not know about customer service or something because it took a ridiculous amount of time to get one person to walk up to a shirt, grab it, take your money, and give the shirt. like wth. the blob was getting loud and rowdy. so much swearing and stuff. you know how sassy black girls can be. it was quite funny. but come on! getting a shirt should not take 20 minutes!

i didnt buy anything that day but i finally decided that i will go back to get a pair of pants i was eyeing that day >.< this store makes me so sad. i cant wear trousers cause my legs are so damn short! even for the petite sizes! i dont like rolling the legs up and i dont wanna spend more money on a tailor. sadness D;

also found out a forever yogurt opened right on the way to water tower! so i finally got to try it!

the place is sooo small so it had less flavors and it smells like wet rag >.>

lulz ours looks the same but i barely get any yogurt but max out on the fruits. this is how i get my fruit intake. sad. and pricey!

okay i am going to apologize in advance. this is the WORST post i have ever written. it is complete shit. im so sorry! OTL

i just..i just havent done anything besides go to school and do schoolwork and bum at home;; i didnt even eat with richardo yesterday like usual so i dont even have that to post;;;

that is a burn and a BIG crack

so my mum made fish one night and it stunk up the whole apartment so my mum was asking if i had anymore candles around but i didnt order from diamond candles this month cause i was dumb and forgot to skip this month on jewelmint and got charged! D: but they let me off this time and refunded me so i think i will purchase one after i finish writing this post! anyways~ i happened to find an old candle i got from walgreens and she used it cause we didnt have another choice. i forgot and let it burn through the night (i do this with my other candles) and i woke up to ^ -___________- dried wax is annoying to clean so i still havent and that happened last weekend ha ha ha ha! i dont think my mum has noticed yet. so yeah, dont buy cheap ass candles! this might happen to you! >:/

yesterday

the night before wednesday, i stayed up till 4AM writing a paper and slept only four hours. i need like over ten to function so when i got home i thought "ill nap for one hour and get everything done after" so i went to nap and ended up waking at 7AM the next day! missed dinner D: so as soon as i finished class i went to eat before i dropped dead

why did i cover up the colonel? i really dont think anymore when im taking pictures;;

i used to eat popcorn chicken ALL the time when i was little. it was the first time i got it in like 12 years :OOO i love kfcs honey bbq sauce. actually, i just love kfc in general<3

so ALL week my allergies have been attacking me like crazy! i am going to die from them

my nose turned into a faucet and would NOT STOP RUNNING!! i kept sniffling and blowing my nose in the library. i must have been the most annoying little shit ever.

in the four hours i stayed at the library after my lunch, i managed to get absolutely nothing useful done. i played sims and words with friends and everything else on the internet and this.

this is my minolta maxxum 3xi! this was my dads camera for like decades and decades and decades! he gave it to me a couple years back but my mum found it waaaaaay later than i needed it. i took photo classes during summer school and i needed a manual camera so i looked for this one but my mum could not find it so she thought it got stolen when we moved. but she found it again so yay! i named him appa which means dad in korean! :3

so i needed a manual camera and didnt want to keep renting the schools so i went and got:

my nikon fe! i was in a crunch for time and money so i got the body and lens used which is totally fine to even be able to get a beauty like this! <3 i named him after a character from a show that i really love cause theyre both silver and old and i love them! his name is pops!

MORE sushi?! & school has started

hi guys~!

i know i know i didnt update last week! but i have a good reason! i decided that thursday will be the day in the week that i blog and last thursday was my and richardos 200th! and no i couldnt update during the rest of the weekend cause he was over all weekend too and i have religion/practice which is usually the case XD thats why i chose thursdays.

but to make up for last week, i will post twice this week! i dunno what about though cause i dont do anything..but ill pull something out! :D

anyways~ onto the post!

FRIDAY the 2nd

kiran eva sandy and i went to buy sushi (yes, sushi again) and then brought it back to my house to eat. (its not a dine in place)

its real cheap and pretty good but it wasnt that good that day :(

we went to ice-T again for dessert. they took FOREVER picking a place to go to. i just wanted mcdonalds coffee ha ha ha

TUESDAY the 6th

first day of school! already my second year at college! whuuuuut

school = ddd (dunkin donuts diet) this is all i eat at school lulz

yeah..i didnt take pictures of anything..

well that is all! feels weird that im done writing a post already. so short! less than 20 pictures?? whut. ha ha ha! but i feel like it makes my already crummy posts seem even more boring...oh wells! XD
