Firewalking ~ berjalan di atas api

"Debus" pertama kali muncul di benak kita ketika kita mendengar / melihat atraksi berjalan di atas api. Berjalan di atas api seolah-olah sesuatu yang diluar batas kemampuan manusia biasa, maka akan selalu tidak pernah jauh dari istilah sihir atau ilmu gaib. Bara api yang panas, berwarna merah, dan bersuhu diatas 500 derajat C pasti membuat nyali kita menciut ketika ingin melewatinya. Kita pasti sudah membayangkan kaki kita akan melepuh bahkan luka bakar yang parah.

Kebanyakan aksi berjalan di atas api menggunakan potongan kayu. Potongan-potongan kayu ini terdiri dari banyak senyawa karbon. Molekul organik ini akan mudah untuk menguap jika dipanaskan, karena panas yang dikeluarkan oleh api akan menguapkan semua senyawa organik volatil (mudah menguap) dan juga air. Sehingga yang didapatkan hanya senyawa karbon yang hampir murni dan ringan. Struktur dari karbon ringan merupakan isolator panas, sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama untuk mentransfer panas dari bara ke kulit seseorang. Tetapi bukan berarti tidak bisa terbakar, jika seseorang berdiri diam beberapa detik saja maka kakinya akan terbakar juga.. hehehe..

Beda jika menggunakan bara besi, besi merupakan penghantar panas yang baik, sehingga panas akan dengan cepat menjalar ke kulit sehingga akan terjadi luka yang parah..

Proses pembakaran kayu itu sendiri merupakan reaksi kimia antara Oksigen dengan senyawa hidrokarbon dan pembakaran yang terjadi adalah pembakaran tidak sempurna yang meninggalkan karbonmonoksida dan sisa sisa karbon yang tidak terbakar :
CxHy + O2 --> x CO + y/2 H2O ----------

Reaksi pembakaran logam besi :

4Fe + 3 O2 --> 2 Fe2O3 ----------

Api dapat membakar benda jika cukup oksigen, ruang dan rentang waktu yang cukup dalam udara sekitarnya. Itulah mengapa kaki yang bersinggungan dengan bara api tidak terbakar karena tidak cukup oksigen dan ruang yang cukup untuk pembakaran. selain itu juga karena kaki bersinggungan dengan bara dalam waktu sepersekian detik sehingga api belum sempat membakar dan ketika kaki diangkat, kondisi kulit sudah lebih dingin.

Nah, ni sharing dari acara NAC di Secapa Polri kemarin yah berbagi cerita dikit lah.. kurang lebih seperti ini..

Pas waktu mbah dukun keluar dengan jampi2 nya,,, seakan aku setengah percaya lhooo kalo itu memang acara pake gaib mistik dll,, tapi kok ada yang ganjel ye.. mbah dukunnya kurang meyakinkan,, masak nyanyi lagu Lupa-lupa Inget :D

Tapi aku yakin aja,, dengan modal Tekan tombol ON di tubuh kita,, dan Bilang YES 3x,,, aku pikir pikir ga perlu lagi ada yang musti ditakutkan!! hehehe..

Lalu setelah ..............

Apinya dinyalakan di atas arang, lalu diberi minyak tanah (atau bensin ya?). Jadilah apinya berkobar cukup tinggi. makin merinding aja ni. makin takut n ciut nyali... tadinya aku pengen duluan tapi berhubung antria nya dapet di tengah ya nunggu lama :D. Teman-teman yang melakukannya duluan ada yang berjalan di atas api sambil berteriak-teriak untuk menyemangati diri

Pas tiba giliran saya, bener-bener modal nekat, walaupun masih ada ketidakyakinan, saya cuek aja, saya pun melangkahkan kaki ke atas kobaran api itu. Dan ternyata memang gak apa-apa! Rasanya seperti berjalan di atas pasir! Cuma pas di akhir baru kerasa agak panas, ya mungkin karena saya gak 100% yakin tadi. Buktinya teman-teman yang lain gak ada masalah, malahan ada yang sampai beberapa kali mencoba.. kesenengan! Hehehhe.. kalo saya sekali saja cukup deh

Setelah kembali ke ruangan, saya amati kaki saya, ternyata baik-baik saja, tidak ada luka sama sekali. Cuma telapak kaki hitam kena arang, dan… bulu-bulu kakiku jadi keriting dan sebagian hilang alias hangus! Buat kebanyakan perempuan sih gak masalah ya, kan gak ada bulu kakinya Oh ya, sesudah berjalan di atas api, kita disuruh langsung cuci kaki bbiar dingin kali ya...

Untuk berjalan di atas api ini, kita harus betul-betul yakin bahwa kita bisa. Dengan ikutan firewalk ini kita bisa jadi lebih percaya diri dan menghilangkan fear factor yang menghambat perkembangan diri kita, dan kalau berjalan di atas api saja bisa, kita pasti bisa melewati segala rintangan yang ada dalam hidup ini! ^_^

Asal Nama Google yang Salah Ketik

Pastinya para pembaca sudah sangat kenal degan nama Google. Mesin pencari ini memang sangat familiar dengan para pengguna internet. Mulai dari fasilitas mesin pencari yang sangat cepat, google map, google mail, google translate dan banyak lainnya pastinya anda pernah menggunakannya. Tapi apakah anda tau asal mula kata Google?

Pada tahun 1996 Larry Page dan Sergey Brin membuat sebuah mesin pencari yang mereka sebut dengan nama “BackRub” nama ini berasal dari istilah “Back Link”. Namun pada bulan September 1997 terjadi pembicaraan untuk membahas kemungkinan nama yang baru untuk mesin pencari yang lebih canggih.

Universitas Stanford tempat Google dilahirkan tepatnya di Kantor Lary Page terjadi pembicaraan serius tentang permasalahan ini. Sean Anderson salah satu karyawan Lary Page kemudian mengusulkan nama “googolplex”. Kemudian Lary Page merespon kata itu dengan menyingkat menjadi googol. Googol sendiri memiliki arti sebuah angka yang sangat besar.

Kemudian Lary Page duduk di depan komputer dan mencoba melakukan pengecekan ketersediaan nama nomain Googol untuk didaftarkan. Namun Lary Page salah mengeja dan mengetik nama “google.com” alamat tersebut memang tersedia. Ternyata Lary Page suka dengan nama Google itu, beberapa jam setelah itu Lary Page mendaftarkan nama google.com atas nama dirinya dan Sergey Brin. Firefox 3.6.5 is Getting Slower better using Flock 2.5.5

I am sure that you know Firefox 3.6.5, the newest version of the best browser by TopTenReview of Browser 2010.

But I feel Firefox 3.6.5 is getting slower (compared to the older version performance) when i was chatting on facebook while playing a game (Rock Legends) with just a few tabs. I have tried it in some internet cafes, and i got the same problem, the computers go Hanged!!!!

I think there is a bad scripts built on Firefox, but i dont know where is it. So i looked for another browser then I found Flock 2.5.5, It is amazing browser ^_^.. you have to try. You know that Flock is another product of Mozilla, but I feel the difference, Flock use less virtual memory than Firefox. It is optimized for social networking.

Just if you find the same problem, I recommend you to use Flock by now ^_^.

Mel Gibson may be one of the most controversial figures working in Hollywood, but there isn’t much controversy to be had in his new movie Apocalypto. Instead, there’s a chase movie set amidst the last crumbling remnants of the once powerful Mayan civilization. That’s right, Mel sees the demise of one of the world’s most sophisticated civilizations as a Fugitive style thrill ride. Gibson sticks his audience in a time machine and uses it to show to them a half-naked Indian running through the jungle very fast.

That Indian is Jaguar Paw, a hunter from a village deep in the rainforest, captured by Mayan slavers and dragged across the countryside with his people to the heart of the Mayan civilization. There, they will be sacrificed to the Mayan sun god. Along the way we get a brief look at the slow rot eating up the Mayans: the people live in squalor, disease and famine are common, morality, if it ever existed, has been thrown out the window in favor of elevating the elite. But it’s not long before Jaguar Paw escapes and the movie gets down to business as he races through the jungle pursued by Mayan hunting parties, in a desperate attempt to get back home and save his wife, whom he left hidden deep in an inescapable hole.

It’s a simple and sometimes repetitive story, but Gibson does a capable job of telling it. He’s put so much effort into accurately capturing the details of the period in which the movie is set, that it’s immersive. Having his actors recite all of their dialogue in a dead language isn’t just a gimmick; it’s another piece of the puzzle in making a completely accurate portrayal of ancient Mayan living. People hate reading subtitles, but to me this is infinitely preferable to watching some poor Hollywood actor attempt a halting approximation of what it might sound like if a Mayan Indian spoke English. The film also shuns experienced actors, in favor of people actually from the region and in some cases, directly descended from the Yucatans the movie is about. Surprisingly, this works. He gets good performances, though it probably helps that you can’t understand what anyone is saying. Mel shoots it with the latest in digital camera technology, but rigs it in such a way that at times the movie looks like it was filmed on the fly by a struggling documentary crew. The result is a movie that plays like the best National Geographic special you’ve ever seen. It feels completely authentic.

Apocalypto is first and foremost a chase movie, all the talk about it being an examination of what caused the downfall of the Mayan civilization is mostly smoke and mirrors. That’s touched on, but only in passing. If the movie’s saying anything at all, it’s a hearty good-riddance to the sick, depraved Mayan culture. Maybe Mel’s glad Europeans finally showed up and brought in enough diseases to wipe out 90% of the Mayan population in just a few years. Is this his attempt at justifying the cultural genocide imposed on Native American cultures by the Catholic Church? This is not a balanced film. Apocalypto has a definite point of view on the Mayans, and spends none of the brief time it has left to fill between forest foot races on the good they achieved in their nearly 1000 years of American dominance. Not that I blame it, it’s kind of hard to pay attention to their achievements in astronomy when there’s a guy on top of the next pyramid over wearing human jawbones for shoulder pads and waving around a man’s still beating heart. I guess there are worse things than Catholicism. Who’d have thunk it?

Apocalypto is impassioned and well made, but the fact that it falls back on being a chase movie keeps it from really connecting. Focused for most its time on one running man, the movie never achieves the epic scale it needs to say whatever it’s trying to say about the bigger themes its looking for. Whatever his personal problems, Mel Gibson is still a good filmmaker and Apocalypto is a uniquely well made film. It’s just not a great one.

Quarantine (2008)

Think Cloverfield set indoors crossed with 28 Days Later . . . and you’ll have a good idea of what to expect of Quarantine. (If you’re an older cineaste, then think The Blair Witch Project meets George Romero’s The Crazies.)

A female reporter (Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman are doing one of those dull “human interest” TV spots about some firemen in L.A. when they get a distress call from a nearby apartment building. Camera running, the small news crew go along hoping for some excitement. Of course, what they get is a lot more excitement than they had bargained on. It would seem that the somewhat dilapidated apartment building is infected with an unknown virulent strain of rabies that instantaneously turns infected inhabitants into raging homicidal maniacs. One bite from the victims and you’re infected too. In a stunning and uncommon display of efficiency, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) arrives to quarantine the building and the inhabitants along with the firemen, policemen and camera crew now trapped inside. The residents have been written off, and if you so much peek out the window snipers will shoot at you. With time running out and the disease spreading, the small group of survivors desperately try to find a way out of the building . . .

If the plot sounds familiar, then you have probably seen the 2007 Spanish horror movie of which this is a remake, namely [REC]. Yup, that didn’t Hollywood long, almost faster than it takes the CDC to efficiently quarantine a downtown L.A. apartment block, even blocking cell phone reception and Internet access in the process.

"Hollywood is sensing that humanity is collectively acting crazier than usual . . ."

Blame the current End Of Times zeitgeist, but both the "horror movie filmed by a participant with a hand-held camera" and the "disease turning ordinary people into crazed killers" thing have practically become subgenres in their own rights as of late. This past year has seen the release not only of Cloverfield, but also of Diary of the Dead (directed by George Romero of all people!) and of course [REC]. And now this. It sure took those Blair Witch Project imitators a while to get going when one thinks about it! (Blair Witch was made back in 1999.)

"Mysterious disease turning people into crazed zombies" movies are also of course a dime a dozen since 28 Days Later practically reinvented the genre back in 2002 and even major blockbuster movies starring Will Smith have cashed in on the, er, craze since then. (Other recent examples also include The Signal, Automaton Transfusion and Pulse. Plus Stephen King’s novel Cell about a cell-phone signal turning people into zombies is about to be filmed as well.)

Why this sudden spate of zombie plague outbreak movies? Maybe Hollywood is sensing that humanity is collectively acting crazier than usual. Blame the hole in the ozone layer, blame the economic downturn or the morbid thought that Paris Hilton is getting her own Reality TV show. The truth is that all these zombie rage movies are a giant metaphor for road rage. Or just a plain old fear of strangers. Either way, hands up if you’ve had a recent road rage incident, some stranger Hulk-ing out on you. Or maybe you were the one Hulk-ing out. Point is that the only strangers you are most likely encounter in your daily routine would be some belligerent asshole whilst stuck in traffic. Same with these zombie flicks in which the only strangers you are likely to encounter are violent cannibals who want to eat your brains. Freud can write a dissertation on it and call it The Zombie Flick and the Discontents of Western Civilization . . .

Quarantine obviously doesn’t score high on the originality meter, but how does it rate as an example of these two subgenres? Well, for starters, the hand-held camera work didn’t want to make us want to throw up in our popcorn as it did in Cloverfield. Maybe that is because the camera is supposed to be handled by a professional cameraman working for a television station. Story-wise it not only makes sense, but also saves on one’s Dramamine bill. Sure, there are moments of confusion in which you’d be wishing that they had used a more pedestrian way to film the story. (And one in which they wouldn’t be accused of copy cat-ism.)

There are also one or two decent jump scares, plus one genuine “ewww, gross” moment involving an infected rat. Also, the film’s distrust of the authorities – it is revealed that they lie to the media by claiming that everyone in the building had been evacuated when they obviously haven’t – is to be admired. Acting is OK too, but actress Jennifer Carpenter of Exorcism of Emily Rose fame surely deserves some kind of award for giving the most hysterical over-the-top performance in horror movie since Marilyn Burns in the original 1974 Texas Chain Saw Massacre. One simply doesn’t know whether to pat her on her head for her high-spiritedness, or throw a bucket of ice-cold water over her. Maybe both.

Ultimately though the stink of over-familiarity hangs over the proceedings like the putrid rotting flesh of a zombie and Quarantine will have audiences rolling their eyes at this latest entry in the whole horror movie as documentary subgenre . . .

Membunuh Sality (Exe Injection) part II

Sality adalah suatu virus yang berfungsi sebagai keylogger dan memiliki fungsionalitas backdoor. Sekali tereksekusi, virus tersebut akan menginstall dirinya ke sistem, memeriksa waktu/jam di komputer dan menjalankan payload jika waktu menunjukkan jam = menit.

Sality menginfeksi file executable, menghapus seluruh file yang berhubungan dengan software keamanan komputer seperti antivirus dan antispyware serta firewall. Kemudian, virus tersebut akan menjalankan fungsinya sebagai keylogger sehingga memungkinkan virus tersebut mengumpulkan data dari komputer korban dan informasi jaringan komputer, menyimpan username dan password korban, mencuri informasi sensitif dan puncaknya adalah mengirim seluruh data tersebut ke email address sang pembuat.

Sebagai program backdoor, sality memungkinkan komputer korban dikendalikan jarak jauh oleh penyusup. Penyusup tersebut kemudian dapat mengontrol sistem dan mencuri informasi sensitif dari korban.

Menghapus Sality:

Sality adalah virus yang menginfeksi file executable (berekstensi .exe), jadi kalo windows nya sudah kena, berarti kesempatan untuk memperbaikinya sangat kecil, karena kebanyakan virus removal cara kerjanya adalah men-delete file yang sudah terinfeksi virus.

Nah, kalo virusnya sudah menginfeksi file-file executable yang sangat vital (misalnya file Explorer.exe), maka antivirus akan mendelete file tersebut. Dan sebagai akibatnya windows menjadi tidak stabil atau bahkan tidak bisa jalan.

Jalan satu-satunya adalah back up data yang tidak berekstensi .exe ke hard disk yang lain (seperti dokumen, music, dll)

JANGAN MENGCOPY FILE YANG BEREKSTENSI .EXE KARENA KEMUNGKINAN BESAR SALITY SUDAH MENGIJJEKSI FILE TERSEBUT.

When you are losing your Gmail or Yahoo password, it is a bad bad situation. There are must be many important documents, personal data, some passwords, or businness reports.. hmm.. Thats will be a worse trouble when you forgot you security question both the answer.

Here is an advice that before you make an account, you must write all about privacy security stuffs. But how to write too many password, and all this kind of information included in the registration form?? thats always make boring ^_^. You might be better to attach an alternate email. thats a Very Very Important important thing to do. You must have at least one dummy email as secondary email to where you may ask about password changement. Once you reset your password with its procedure, your new password is sent to your dummy email. and you ll get your email Back.. ^_^

Lets see how Gmail's and Yahoo's differ in password changement procedure:

Gmail will have this steps:

1. You will see a security code

2. You must enter you answer of security question, in many cases, someone forgot this. You have alternatif way, by simply send a new password to your primary and secondary email, with no need to know what your 2nd email is.

3. You will see this confirmation page that an email has sent to your 2nd email.

How about Yahoo procedures?

I think you must do it harder than Gmail

1. A security code will shown like in Gmail.

2. Then you will see 2 choices : You can write your alternate email, and you can choose the second way, thats a f**king security question. When you write email, you must remember what is the name of your 2nd email, even there is a clue. But its going worse if you are forgotten.

Sinterklas Bukan Santa Claus

“Itu ada Sinterklas!”. Anak anak berteriak dengan penuh kegembiraan ketika melihat seorang yang berpakaian merah dengan topi penyihir dengan jenggot putih tebal.. Penyebutan Santa Claus sebagai Sinterklas merupakan hal yang sangat lazim bagi kebanyakan orang. Seringkali orang mengira bahwa Sinterklas adalah bahasa Indonesia-nya Santa Claus. Begitu juga bagi saya pribadi yang sejak kecil mengira demikian, sampai ketika itu saya menemukan artikel yang menyebut bahwa Santa Claus tidak sama dengan Sinterklas!

Siapa itu Sinterklas?

Sinterklas bernama asli Nikolas, lahir sekitar tahun 280M, di Turki, dari ayah seorang Arab. Santo Nikolas merupakan inspirasi utama figur orang kristen tentang Sinterklas. Nikolas adalah seorang uskup yang sangat terkenal akan kebaikannya memberi hadiah untuk orang miskin. Dia digambarkan berjanggut dengan jubah resmi sebagai uskup, lengkap dengan tongkatnya.

Pada cerita rakyat Belanda, Santo Nikolas alias Sinterklas ini dibantu oleh seorang budak Afrika yang disebut Zwarte Piet (yang dikenal sebagai Piet Hitam). Beberapa cerita melukiskan bahwa Piet Hitam akan memukul anak nakal dengan tongkat dan memasukkannya ke dalam karung.

Karena terkesan rasis, cerita tentang Piet yang seorang budak Afrika ini diubah menjadi budak modern yang mempunyai muka hitam karena memanjat cerobong asap.

Sekali pun Sinterklas adalah cerminan seorang uskup gereja, Paus sendiri tidak yakin akan kebenarannya. Akibatnya, Vatikan menghapus nama Sinterklas dari kalender nama-nama orang suci. Di negara-negara Eropa, tanggal 6 Desember ini diperingati sebagai Hari Sinterklas, yaitu hari wafatnya Santo Nikolas.

Walau Santa Claus adalah juga terinspirasi oleh Sinterklas, Santa Claus bukanlah Sinterklas. Santa Claus adalah tokoh ciptaan Public Relation Manager Coca-Cola! Untuk meningkatkan penjualan dari Coca-Cola, mereka menciptakan tokoh Santa Claus.

Santa Claus di sini digambarkan sebagai seorang kakek baik hati yang berasal dari kutub utara. Berjanggut putih lebat juga. Berjubah merah dominan dengan selingan warna putih, namun bukan berjubah uskup dan juga tidak bertongkat. Inilah bedanya. Perbedaan lain yang sangat jelas terlihat adalah Santa Claus tidak ditemani oleh Piet Hitam. Ini karena alasan orang Amerika tak mau disebut rasis, jadi Santa Claus tidak ditemani oleh pembantunya yang berkulit hitam.

Sebagai pelengkap cerita, Santa Claus diceritakan datang dari kutub utara dengan mengendarai kereta yang ditarik oleh beberapa ekor rusa.

The person sending the invitation would like you to tell him or her if you accept or decline the invitation. That is, will you be coming to the event or not? Etiquette rules followed in most Western cultures require that if you receive a formal, written invitation, you should reply promptly, perhaps that same day.

More important, though, is the simple courtesy of responding to someone who was nice enough to invite you, even if it is to say that you regret that you will not be able to attend.

Man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack adalah salah satu serangan pada tahap gaining access. Dengan cara ini seseorang bisa membaca, menyisipkan, dan memalsukan data antara dua komputer yang saling terhubung di dalam switched network. Man-in-the-middle attack dapat dilakukan jika komputer attacker berada di dalam satu network dengan dua komputer yang lainnya sesuai dengan namanya, Man-in-tthe-middle, Atttacker harus menempatkan diri di tengah-tengah komunikasi antara komputer User A dan komputer User B sehingga attacker bisa meng-capture (sniff) semua data dari komputer User A dan komputer User

Serangan Terhadap Kriptografi

Serangan terhadap kriptografi berarti usaha untuk menemukan kunci atau plaintext dari ciphertext. Suatu serangan dapat digolongkan menjadi dua jenis serangan berdasarkan keterlibatan penyerang (kriptanalis) pada komunikasi, yakni serangan pasif dan serangan aktif.

Serangan pasif berarti seorang penyerang tidak berinteraksi dengan kelompok yang sedang berkomunikasi dan hanya memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh (seperti ciphertext). Ciri-ciri dari serangan pasif adalah penyerang tidak terlibat dalam komunikasi antara pengirim dan penerima, serta penyerang hanya melakukkan penyadapan (eavesdropping) untuk memperoleh data sebanyak-banyaknya . Penyadapan dapat berbentuk wiretapping, electromagnetic eavesdropping, dan accoustic eavesdropping.

Serangan aktif berarti penyerang tidak hanya mengiintervensi komunikasi, tetapi juga ikut mempengaruhi sistem. Penyerang dapat saja menghapus sebagian ciphertext, mengubah ciphertext, menyisipkan potongan ciphertext palsu, membalas pesan lama, atau mengubah informasi yang tersimpan. Salah satu contoh serangaan aktif adalahh man-in-the-middle attack (MITM).

MITM adalah serangan dimana penyerang mampu untuk membaca, menambah dan mengubah sesuai kehendak pesan antara dua kelompok tanpa sepengetahuan kelompok tersebut. MITM biasanya dilakukan terhadap kriptografi asimetri dan bisa juga pada protocol Diffi-Hellman.

Untuk lebih jelasnya kita misalkan Alice dan Bob sebagai dua orang yang akan berkomunikasi, dan Malice berkehendak untuk menyadaap komunikasi tersebut serta mengirimkan pesan yang salah kepada Bob.

Untuk memulai komunik asi, pertama-tama Alice meminta Bob untuk mengirimkan kunci public miliknya. Ketika Malice dapat menyadap kunci publik yang dikirim, maka MITM akan dapat segera dimulai. Malice dapat dengan mudah mengirimkan Alice kunci publik yaang cocok dengan kunci pribadi milik Alice. Alice yang mempercayai bahwa kunci yang ia terima berasal dari Bob, mulai mengenkripsi kunci yang sebenarnya dikirim oleh Malice dan kemudian mengirimkan kembali ke Bob pesan yang telah dienkripsi. Malice lalu kembali menyadap komunikasi dan mendeskripsi pesan tersebut, menyimpan salinan pesan, kemudian mengenkripsi pesan yang telah diubah menggunakan kunci publik yang dikirimkan oleh Bob dan kemudian mengirimkannya kepada Bob. Ketika Bob menerima ciphertext, maka ia akan percaya bahwa pesan tersebut berasal dari Alice.

Pertahanan terhadap serranganUntuk menjagaa keamanan dari serangan MITM maka dapat dinggunakan beberapa teknik otentikasi sebagai berikut :

• Menggunakan Infrastruktur public-key yang sudah dii sertifikasi

• Menggunakan otentifikasi mutual yang kuat

• Menggunakan kunci-kunci rahasia (Secret keys/high information entropy secrets)

• Menggunakan kata sandi/Passwords (low information entropy secrets)

• Menggunakan pengenal suara (voice recognition)

• Menggunakan pesan rahasia untuk sesaat

Selain itu, untuk mengatasi model serangan ‘man-in–the-middle-attack’, perlu ada sebuah metode untuk melakukan otentikasi host yang kita hub ungi. Otentikasi dapat berupa digital certifiicate yang eksklusif dimiliki oleh host tersebut.

Curi Password dengan Cain n Abel

Cain & Abel adalah sebuah software yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan hacking via LAN (snifing). Teknik nya disebut Man In The Middle attack (Apa itu?). Sniffing adalah sebuah aksi penyadapan terhadap setiap paket request dan reply di jaringan LAN. Melihat cara yang digunakan, sniffing dibagi kedalan dua kategori; passive sniffing yaitu melakukan penyadapan tanpa merubah data atau packet apapun dari jaringan sedangkan active sniffing merubah packet di jaringan atau mengirimkan packet dengan alamat MAC yang berubah-ubah secara acak dalam jumlah yang sangat banyak. Active sniffing biasanya menggunakan tool tambahan (yang biasa digunakan yaitu Etherflood), tapi kali ini kita hanya akan membahas bagaimana cara menggunakan passive sniffing dan tool yang kita gunakan adalah Cain & Abel.

Langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan:

Install program Cain&Abel
Jalankan Cain
Untuk melakukan aksi sniffing, klik tab Sniffer
Click tab APR
Click menu Configure – akan muncul configure dialog yang berisi tentang beberapa tab configuration – klik tab Sniffer – akan tampak beberapa keterangan tentang Adapter, IP Address dll – klik satu baris di bawah menu-menu tadi yang berisi keterangan IP Address komputer kita, MAC dll – kemudian OK.
Active kan Cain dengan mengklik tombol Start
Agar komputer kita memiliki kemampuan routing, klik tombol Start APR
Jalankan Command Prompt
Lakukan komunikasi dengan komputer target dengan melakukan pinging terhadap IP Address komputer target, contoh c:\ping 192.168.0.2, dalam beberapa kasus kita harus melakukan pinging (menurut pengalaman saya, pinging merupakan cara tercepat untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan komputer target) lebih dari satu komputer, hal itu bertujuan untuk menjadikan komputer lain sebagai gateway.
Pada Cain ada dua bagian tabel yang bermenu sama Status, IP Address, MAC Address dll. Untuk memulai, klik tabel bagian atas, kemudian klik tanda plus (Add to list)
Akan muncul dialog New ARP Poison Routing. Klik IP Address komputer target yang ada di kolom sebelah kiri dan klik IP Address komputer gateway pada kolom sebelah kanan. Klik OK

Setelah IP Address masuk ke dalam list, kita tinggal menunggu lalu lintas packet yang tertangkap oleh Cain. Untuk mengetahui hasil yang tertangkap, klik tab passwords.

- Cara kerja dari Cain:

Cain&Abel meracuni ARP tabel komputer target sehingga komunikasi antara komputer target dengan gateway harus melalui komputer kita.

Masalah yang sering ditemukan:

Cain&Abel sering teridentifikasi sebagai virus oleh antivirus, hal ini dikarenakan antivirus menggunakan fasilitas heuristic yaitu menebak-nebak sebuah file sebagai virus, fungsi ini bertujuan untuk mengenali virus-virus baru yang belum terdeteksi oleh database antivirus. Namun fasilitas ini terkadang menjadi “false warning” dan menganggap program-program tertentu terutama hack tools sebagai virus, bahkan antivirus lain pun dianggap virus.

Bagaimana mencegah aksi snifing ini:

Untuk mencegah aksi ini, lakukan perubahan pada MAC Address, dalam hal ini type dari MAC yang akan kita ganti dari dynamic menjadi static. Caranya : c:\arp –s [IP Address] [MAC Address] dan untuk mengembalikan ke keadaan semula, ganti atribut –s menjadi -d

Kain membawa Habel untuk dibunuh, oleh James Tissot.

Menurut Alkitab Ibrani dan Al Qur'an, Kain dan Habel adalah anak pertama, dan kemungkinan, kedua dari Adam dan Hawa, yang dilahirkan setelah manusia jatuh ke dalam dosa (satu-satunya anak Adam dan Hawa yang lain yang disebut dalam Alkitab adalah Set). Cerita mereka dikisahkan dalam Alkitab Ibrani dalam Kitab Kejadian dan dalam Al-Qur'an. Dalam kedua versi ini Kain melakukan pembunuhan yang pertama dengan membunuh saudaranya setelah Allah menolak korbannya, tetapi menerima korban Habel. Kitab Kejadian memberikan tekanan pada pekerjaan kedua saudara ini; Habel menggembalakan ternak, sementara Kain seorang petani.

Dalam Kitab Kejadian memberikan gambaran singkat tentang kedua saudara ini. Dikatakan bahwa Kain adalah seorang petani yang mengolah tanahnya, sementara adiknya Habel adalah seorang gembala. Lagi2 Rock Legends..
RLCalc adalah program untuk menghitung Gain instrument. Manfaatnya untuk memilih alat mana yang paling bagus. Apakah alat dengan Star Power kecil atau Besar? Apakah Gitar Rocking atau Distortion? Apakah Drum Thrashing atau Rhytm yang lebih bagus?
Karena ide itulah saya iseng iseng bikin alat hitung, semata mata karena kecintaan saya sama game Rock Legend dan Sama Indonesia

Cara Nge - Bug Instrument Rock Legend (Updated)

Sebenernya apa sih ntu Bug? Bug berarti serangga atau kutu. Bug juga bisa diartikan lubang lubang error yang disebabkan karena ketidaksempurnaan desain pada program yang menyebabkan program itu tidak berfungsi semestinya. Seperti pada aplikasi game Rock Legend masih terdapat beberapa bug yang tidak dibenerin oleh pembuatnya.

Lalu bagaimana caranya memanfaatkan bug tersebut? untuk menghasilkan poin Instrument yang lebih besar dari pada poin normal? Sebenarnya ada beberapa cara sih, bahkan kalo kalian mau mencoba2 sendiri ada banyak variasi mungkin.

Cara 1. ni kudapat dari si adi
Misal lw mau masang bug di DDoT (Dagu Drum of Thrasing) , yang mesti lw lakukan :
1. Pastikan lw punya Dagu Rhytm SP sekecil mungkin.
2. Masuk Inventory, setiap ganti alat harus lewat Inventory ya... (Jangan lewat change instrument).
3. Pake dah tuw Dagu Rhytm kamu lewat Inventory.
4. Trus pakein Ulang Dagu Rhytm kmu.
5. Baru deh pakein Dagu Thrasing nya.
6. Catet perubahan Buff yang tertulis di alat, dengan Buff band yang dihasilkan waktu battle. kalo yang dihasilkan waktu battle lebih tinggi dari yang tertulis di instrument, apa itu artinya?? Bug sudah berhasil dipasang.

Cara 2. Kalo yang ini ni kata deni..
Misal luw mau masang bug di DDoT (Dagu Drum of Thrasing) , yang mesti u lakukan :
1. Pastikan u punya Gitar Pipa Rocking SP sekecil mungkin.
2. Masuk Inventory, setiap ganti alat harus lewat Inventory ya.
3. Pake dulu Gitar Pipa Rocking kamu lewat Inventory.
4. Trus habisin battle poin yang ada.
5. Baru deh pakein Dagu Thrasing nya. Trus Log out. Log in lagi...
6. Klo berhasil, Buff battle akan lebih besar daripada yang tertulis di spesifikasi.

Cara 3. Pengalaman gw yang ga sengaja dapetin bug
Jadi waktu itu ceritanya aku mainin id nya bos aku yang cantik itu.. ^_^. Kebetulan level dia udah 75,, aku pengin beliin dia Klong Thrashing yang paling gede Buff nya.. Nah.. sebelumnya dia pake Waterdrum Rhytm,, Abis w pakein Thrasing,, eh langsung aja tuh jadi.. Buff nya bisa nambah sekitar 200 - 400 poin aja sih.. ^_^

Cara 4. Setelah tadi jalan jalan di kaskus saya mendapat Thread ini.. buat Thread Starter ( RicoDox) nya ijin copy ya gan! cheers. Ada beberapa hal yang harus diingat :

Rock Legends.. Game yang lumayan menyita waktuku.. ahahaha.. dan berhasil membuat tidur jadi berantakan gara gara leveling.. Hidup itu penuh siasat kawan! Google Chrome has a load of easy-to-use features and tools. Chrome takes the traditional toolbar and turns it on end, placing the tabs on top. Google further develops the tab-centric focus with several unique tab features. You can drag tabs from the browser to make new windows, rearrange tabs, and even duplicate tabs. And because each tab is run independently in the browser, if one tab crashes it won’t ruin your whole session.

Chrome features an Incognito mode, so you can browse in private. This stealth browsing mode allows you to open sites and even download files without affecting your histories. Additionally, cookies and passwords are deleted after you close the incognito window. You can even have one browser window open in normal mode and another in incognito mode.

The download manager of Chrome is inconspicuous, integrated at the bottom of the tab where the downloading is occurring. Chrome also has an integrated find on page feature, which appears near the top right corner.

When a new tab is created from an existing tab, the new tab is placed next to the originating or parent tab, rather than at the end of your list of tabs. This makes it much easier to keep related tabs organized and grouped together, as they naturally should be.

Chrome does a good job with providing the essential tools (and more) easily at hand, but not bombarding users with extra toolbars and extra buttons. The interface is simple and intuitive, but doesn't draw your attention away from the actual web content. In these regards, less browser is more.

Security:

Chrome is safe and secure, protecting from phishing schemes, malware, pop-ups, and viruses. Chrome warns you if you’re about to access an unsafe website. You can have Chrome remember your passwords or opt not to.

Google Chrome uses “sandboxing”, which makes every tab run independently in the browser. This is great because if a certain application crashes, it will stay isolated to the tab it’s in, not affecting any other tabs. Different processes run separately in their own tab. This technique helps prevent malware from installing itself on your computer and also stops one tab from taking control of all others. Once you close a tab, that process is completely terminated.

Another innovative feature that Google takes from traditional operating systems and applies to internet browsing is a task manager. Users can open the online task manager and see which websites and applications are running and how much computer memory they are using. Google has taken initiative in making Chrome very compatible with the Internet. Chrome was specifically designed to quickly and efficiently load, display, and interact with the huge variety of applications on the web.

There are four different categories of add–ons: security, time savers, browsers and entertainment. In each category you’ll find a number of downloads, each with a description. Many are free, but some you’ll have to purchase.

Internet Explorer incorporates tabbed browsing. With tabbed browsing, you are able to switch quickly between open websites and you can open more than one website in a single browser window.

Another notable feature is an integrated search window. You can choose to search with your favorite search engine or through other informative websites like Wikipedia, About.com and TopTenREVIEWS. Additionally, IE offers RSS feeds, a synchronize tool and a password manager, so you can further benefit from the array of information on the Internet.

Internet Explorer is a household name and is used by more people than any other browser. Microsoft's Internet Explorer 8 makes a good browser even better by incorporating private browsing, improved security and a sleek, user–friendly interface. Opera sings to a different tune, and it sounds great. This browser has all of the entertaining and practical features that will not only make surfing the web functional, but also fun.

Just a few of the outstanding features include interactive voice, quick find, thumbnail previews, mouse gestures and customizing skins. This is one of the only browsers that has interactive voice commands. You can navigate the web by talking to the browser, and Opera will even read text to you.

Configure Opera to fit your needs and your style. Arrange panels, toolbars and buttons and choose from several unique skins and various widgets.

Opera has a dedicated user-base and reasonably so with all of its innovative features. However, we couldn't overlook some fairly serious compatibility issues. We look forward to Opera becoming a bigger household name and getting better compatibility web-wide.

Opera offers a combination of features unlike any other Internet browser that will allow you to experience the web a new way. For example, through voice commands you can navigate the web and even have Opera read the text to you. We were skeptical, but the feature works great. The browser offers tabbed browsing, complete with the ability to save tabs and even undelete them. Opera also boasts the ability to surf the web utilizing mouse gestures.

Other convenient browsing features include an integrated search function, quick find, and customizable toolbars. Furthermore, you can cascade or tile web pages to view and work on more than one page at a time. You can use Opera Link to sync bookmarks and Speed Dials with your mobile phone.

Through Opera, you are able to customize your web experience. They offer a large database of skins so you can change the appearance of your browser. Choose from hundreds of widgets to make your web experience more enjoyable. Widgets are small programs like games, news, tools and more.

Another standout feature is thumbnails that appear as you mouse over a tab, so you can visually jog your memory without going to the site. One thing Opera is missing is parental controls.

Ease of Use:

The browser is user–friendly and because it is so customizable, it will adapt to you-not the other way around. All of the buttons are well labeled so you’ll have no problem finding what you’re looking for, even the first time you use the browser. Opera is fairly intuitive and simple to learn and use.

Security:

Opera allows you to customize your security settings. This browser protects against pop–ups, spyware, viruses and phishing schemes. You can also clear all of your personal information with just a click.

Speed & Compatibility:

Opera claims to be the fastest browser on earth and on most accounts it delivers. Opera is fast at startup, fast at loading, and fast at running applications. However, Opera has had struggles with compatibility with some websites since it isn't as well known as Internet Explorer or Firefox. Help/Support:

You can purchase a premium support package that comes with email support. However, there is enough online information you really shouldn’t need the extra help. You’ll find tutorials, FAQs and a knowledge base on the Opera help page. You can also join a user forum to learn from other users.

Summary:

Though not as popular as some of the other Internet Browsers, we rank Opera highly due to its customization abilities and extensive features. Even with the additional features, we found Opera easy to use. This is a FREE download and you can access the Opera mobile and mini browsers as well. Opera is fast, has many great features, and is extremely customizable. Opera is a great browser as an alternative or addition to Firefox, Google Chrome, and/or Internet Explorer.

Safari is not an Apple exclusive anymore; the top-notch browser is now available for PCs as well. Safari provides the Mac look and feel in Internet browsing. It is complete with tabbed browsing that includes a save tabs feature.

Safari's features are comparable to the other top-notch browsers. Additional features include spell checking, snapback, and resizable text boxes. One standout feature is integration of Top Sites, a feature exclusive to Safari which offers an at-a-glance preview of your favorite websites. We also like the colored progress bar on the toolbar that shows how fast a page is loading and how close it is to being complete.

Safari does not incorporate anti-phishing technology nor does it include parental controls. We also would have liked to see more customization possibilities.

Ease of Use:

If you are comfortable on a Mac, Safari comes naturally. Those unfamiliar with Macs may struggle at first. However, at the roots, Safari is similar to most of our top rated browsers and would be easy to figure out.

Security:

Safari blocks pop-ups, spyware, and viruses, but not phishing schemes.

Clearing your history and information from forms is simple, especially with the development of Safari’s Full History Search option, which is a Mac-esc way of viewing where you’ve been on the Web.

Speed & Compatibility:

Safari is a very fast browser, outperforming some on its native platform. The built in progress bar lets you see how fast it is actually going. Safari is compatible with most of the web.

Help/Support:

Apple provides good support for their products and Safari is no exception. You can find help online, in tutorials and a FAQ, or ask questions in a user forum.

Safari is a solid web browser, and has most of the features a good browser should. If you want to have the Apple touch in your Internet, Safari is the way to go. Maxthon lacks a few features higher–ranked browsers offer including thumbnail previews, parental controls, a smart toolbar, and anti-phishing technology.

Features Set:

With the Maxthon download comes some features that will increase your surfing speed. The convenient drag and drop feature allows you to drag a web address from an email, Word document or just about anywhere to the address window and Maxthon will take you there.

Through tabbed browsing, you can quickly jump from site to site and open a number of sites in one browsing window. When you're done searching the web, simply save the group of sites and you can resume at a later time. Maxthon even lets you reopen closed tabs in an undo function. To ensure fluid viewing within tabbed browsing, Maxthon uses anti-freeze technology.

Mouse Gestures make it so you don’t have to find and click buttons on the tool bar. You can navigate the web through movements of the mouse.

Other nice features include the magic fill for forms, a built-in feed reader, and a url Alias.

Ease of Use:

At the end of each session, the browser prompts you if you want to save your session. This is handy if you’re interrupted while surfing the web—you can start right where you ended.

If you’re accustomed to Internet Explorer’s layout, you’ll have no problem finding your way around Maxthon. All of the buttons are well labeled and you can customize the browser bar to fit your needs.

Maxthon blocks pop–up ads and normal advertisements if you choose. Furthermore, you can clear the entire browser in one step making it easy to keep your personal information personal.

Maxthon protects from viruses and spyware, and includes a trusted website check, but doesn't protect against phishing.

Maxthon boasts anti-freeze technology to make browsing as fluid as possible, as well as smart acceleration to improve speed of the pages you visit the most. Maxthon has similar compatibility to Internet Explorer.

Flock has plenty of tools built in to help you if you want to share photos, news, or simply your life story. Plus you can easily drag and drop to share videos, text, or favorite links.

Flock's slick interface is fairly intuitive and user-friendly. We had no problems navigating the Internet using Flock.

The Flock Internet browser is secure, with pop-ups, viruses, and spyware being blocked. You can also clear your browsing history quickly.

Though a little slower to load, Flock does a good job of keeping your web movement quick and easy. We had no issues with compatibility.

Summary:

Flock is an ideal browser for keeping you up to date with your online social contacts, but for other browsing you may wish to use one of our higher ranked internet browsers. Our only major complaint with the features of Avant Browser is the lack of parental controls and ability to synchronize. Avant does utilize tabbed browsing, an integrated search engine, and several other features.

Avant Browser allows you to enter a full screen mode, and also has a nice minimize button that removes the windows from everywhere except your bottom right toolbar.

Ease of Use:

We have no major complaints with the utility and simplicity of Avant Browser. The undo tab feature is appreciated.

Security:

Avant Security blocks pop-ups, but not phishing. You can remove your browsing history and cookies simply, just like in Internet Explorer.

Speed & Compatibility:

Avant claims to be the fastest web browser on earth, but our time trials suggest otherwise. Avant Browser has the same compatibility as Internet Explorer. To see how we tested internet speed, refer to our time trial methodology .

Help/Support:

Avant Browser provides users with support through email or user forums, but has no tutorials or user guide.

Summary:

Avant Browser has some nice features and functionality, but doesn't impress in comparison to several of the other browsers. The basic mouse gestures are nice, but don't carry Avant Browser to greatness.

Deepnet Explorer is a fair browser in that it has a handful of features, but nothing that overly impresses. Deepnet Explorer's primary focus is on facilitating P2P networking and RSS feeds. It offers several useful tools and features, but fails to deliver all that the best browsers do.

Features Set:

Deepnet Explorer aims to please with most of the features found in better browsers. This browser includes saved tabs, a limited zoom function, and some add-ons to customize. But Deepnet Explorer falls a bit short when it comes to some additional features like spell checking, a password manager, or automatic updates.

The only stand-out feature is the at-a-glance security found on each tab.

Ease of Use:

Though not always as intuitive as our higher ranked Internet browsers, Deepnet Explorer usually allows you to do what you want to do. Tabbed browsing is utilized, complete with a save session function. The at-a-glance security button on each tab is a nice addition, but there is no way to quickly delete a tab. The interface is customizable, but seems sort of clunky.

Security:

Deepnet Explorer does block pop-ups and has anti-phishing. It doesn't however, block spyware or viruses.

You can delete your Internet browsing history and saved passwords just like in Internet Explorer.

Speed & Compatibility:

We had no problems viewing the web quickly and easily using Deepnet Explorer.

Help/Support:

Deepnet provides plenty of help for users with problems, from online and email support to a user's manual.

Summary:

Deepnet is not a very good alternative to our higher ranked Internet browsers. We would like to see some additional features like a smart toolbar or parental controls. Consider using Firefox to get these features and more.Or consider our other highly ranked internet browsers: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Opera.

PhaseOut is a flash-based shell for Internet Explorer. It adds some really impressive looking graphics and customizable skins to your web browsing experience. If futuristic looks and space inspired graphics are your thing, you might want to consider PhaseOut.

Features Set:

PhaseOut has most of the essential features, but still lacks some of the nice bonus features such as a password manager, feeds, or parental controls.

Ease of Use:

PhaseOut aims to be completely customizable and tailored to easy surfing. While the remote function is innovative, it seems unnecessary and doesn't add a lot of utility. PhaseOut provides most of the tools of a good browser, but they are not as easy to use as we would like.

Security:

PhaseOut comes with top-notch security features, including anti-phishing. Since it's Internet Explorer based you can also remove your browsing history quickly.

Speed & Compatibility:

PhaseOut is completely compatible with Internet Explorer, but on our computers ran a bit slower than we'd like. The futuristic look is neat, but not if you have to sacrifice speed.

Help/Support:

PhaseOut does not provide a whole lot of help for new users. There is a FAQ and email support, but no user manual, no online helps or tutorials, and no user forums.

Summary:

PhaseOut is a neat idea, but the browser seems a bit too distracting. The interface seemed just a little too busy and sacrificed speed. PhaseOut is interesting, but not very intuitive, and lacking in features. We recommend using Firefox with an add-on skin if you need to personalize your browser's look. Or compare PhaseOut with Google Chrome or Opera.
