I am going to try and do at least one doodle a week for a month or so. This is a reflection on the fact that sometimes we can feel like we are alone in darkness pulling our life through a storm. There often can only be enough light to see a few feet in front of you. Regardless, you gotta keep marching forward cause you can never go back to where you were.

It’s been quite a long time since I have done anything creative for recreation. This afternoon Emily asked me to draw something real quickly and I ended up spending an hr or so on this little guy on my iPad using Procreate and a stylus.

I gotta draw more often.

So over the weekend I spent a few hours on this Julio Jones wallpaper. I wanted to push myself in the photo manipulation side of photo shop. Here is the final piece and a break down of some of the elements I used.

Well the NFL season is just 2 weeks away and I thought it was a great time to make some Atlanta Falcons wallpapers. This is a Matt Ryan wallpaper that I whipped up. It should fit any monitor size, just center it and change the background color to black. Enjoy!

Phew…
This site has been a work in progress for over a year. I initially started it last summer but got lazy and never worked on it. Last month I finally got inspired to get cracking on it. Well, over the past few weeks I have spent most of my free time getting my stuff together and filling out my content. Thanks for swinging by and hopefully this will last me for a while. (I have an unhealthy tendency to want to redo my site every year.)

Short Film: Blik

This is a great short about a young boy who develops a crush on the girl next door. What I like about this is the simplicity and way that the team captured the characters emotions without using faces. The plain textures and basic models show that you don’t need a lot of detail to touch your audience.
