After all I promote mindful eating and healthy choices. After quite a bit of reflection it dawned on me. If this disturbing gossip was fact, would this be the appropriate way to combat childhood obesity? HA! I laugh out loud. This problem is so much deeper. Teaching healthy habits starts early and often. It takes good old fashion hard work! Cookie Monster has been shoving obscene quantities of cookies in his oversized charming mouth since 1969. Our nation&#39;s weight woes have been spiraling out of control over the last decade. Can hardly blame our furry blue friend for this. Keep Cookie Monster alive. The bottom line is people will always search for a quick fix!  Sorry folks our bodies just don&#39;t work that way. Time, a little sweat, and a bit of work reign supreme. Here is an important tip: if the makers claim that the total pounds lost is more than the total weeks it takes then the total cost was NOT worth the investment. Kudos to your intentions. Your heart was in the right place. The people, the pulse, the smell. I was instantly mesmerized by the old world charm and city grit that somehow seamlessly merged to create the quintessential European cosmopolitan. Sometimes we wind &lt;br /&gt;up shortchanging our daily servings of nature&#39;s good stuff because we &lt;br /&gt;are not sure how to cook them. At least those are the types of &lt;br /&gt;comments I get from a vast majority of my clients. The best part about &lt;br /&gt;vegetable based dishes....they are fool proof. No risk of poison if &lt;br /&gt;you under cook them. Next time you are in the market I challenge you &lt;br /&gt;to fill your cart with produce. Select something from every color. &lt;br /&gt;When you get home, get creative! Your body will thank you for it. Throw in shallots, &lt;br /&gt;garlic and chives. Cover and simmer for 3 min. Add celery, carrots, &lt;br /&gt;and onions. Continue simmering for 3 more min. Add mushrooms and &lt;br /&gt;veggie stock. Keep covered on medium heat for 10-12 min or until &lt;br /&gt;mushrooms are tender. Bottom line is...GET PRIMAL and work it out. If placed in physical danger I can use my body to escape and survive. So I put myself in that zone prior to a workout which immediately alters my body chemistry. I am physically and mentally ready to perform. Good health and sex go hand in hand. Tap into the inner drive to mate and it will irrefutably take over any feelings of laziness or time restriction. I try to shut off my conventional 2009 media submerged mind and go somewhere basic.
