All you have to do is follow these seven simple principles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol style="background-color: white; color: #333333;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Never skip breakfast.&amp;nbsp; The ideal breakfast consists of about 80% carbs and 20% protein.&amp;nbsp; This ratio will not only reduce cortisol levels but also replenish muscle energy stores depleted while you were sleeping.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Eat high-carbohydrate foods between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. to ensure that the muscles and brain have sufficient energy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Decrease consumption of carbohydrate-rich foods dramatically throughout the afternoon and evening.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Consume 55 percent of your daily calories by 1:00 P.M. to parallel the body’s energy needs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Eat high-protein foods between 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. The protein turnover circuit is most active during this period because it is not competing with the pathways responsible for generating energy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Keep fat intake to a minimum in the morning and throughout most of the day, but increase your intake of healthy (mainly plant) fats in the evening. Since these fats are especially potent suppressors of hunger, this strategy helps keep you full in the period between dinner and bedtime.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Whenever you work out, make sure you pay close attention to your fueling and recovery nutrition&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;THURSDAY&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; – “SPRINTS”~ Week one: 6x 400 ~Week Two:&amp;nbsp;9 x 400 ~Week Three: 12 x 400 ~Week Four: 16 x 400. Today you are working on your speed. You warm up one mile. Week one run 400 meters at top speed&amp;nbsp;6 times and rest one minute intervals. Then repeat the number up&amp;nbsp;for the next week. #1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to half the world population) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as 3%. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers. &lt;br /&gt;

#7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#8.. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%., and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day? &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;COKE&lt;/u&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
#1. In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke and it will be gone in two days. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the 'real thing' sit for one hour, then flush clean. &lt;br /&gt;
The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china. &lt;br /&gt;

#4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: &lt;br /&gt;
Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola. &lt;br /&gt;

Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion. &lt;br /&gt;

#7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. &lt;br /&gt;
Thirty minutes before ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy. &lt;br /&gt;

#8... To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke into the load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. &lt;br /&gt;
The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your windshield. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;FOR YOUR INFORMATION: &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;#1 the active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. &lt;br /&gt;
It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
#2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the commercial trucks must use a hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials. &lt;br /&gt;

#3. The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean engines of the trucks for about 20 years! &lt;br /&gt;

We also focused on being positive and staying on your grind by being surrounded by positive people, thoughts, action and dropping&amp;nbsp; unnecessary emotional weight, because when you carry it.... here comes that FOOL!!!&lt;/div&gt;Dropping the unneccessaries &amp;nbsp;allows you to be more than great. It takes you to new heights of greatness, awesomeness&amp;nbsp;into AMAZING! Visualizing, creating and setting goals take you to new levels of greatness. &lt;br /&gt;
It's been 15 years since the last time I wore this dress. This was "My Goal Dress." I got my strut on for maybe two hours and then I had to let the lady from 15 years later into something a little more comfortable, cause those shoe s was kicking my butt.&lt;br /&gt;
Although the package is not the real prize to a healthier living it does has its assets!!! I was doing the best I can at jumping. I use to spring up on my toes and jump up a little after my runs, in a straight up and down motion.&amp;nbsp; But what they demonstrated on the disc was much higher and exaggerated than what my back and knee&amp;nbsp;was able to do.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;This is what I love about change. I decided that I was going to change that! I continued the extreme exercises. The parts of the workout I wasnt good at, I decided to extend them and push through until I got better at it. The instructors knees were much higher in the air on his jumps.&amp;nbsp;When I started I was inches off the floor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;His whole body was in the air a lot&amp;nbsp;higher than mines, I couldnt imagine giving up&amp;nbsp;so I kept it going. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I start jumping everywhere, for any reason in sets of tens. Why? Its because I can feel the benefits in my core. I contract my core and the fat on my abs get crunch up against each other and bounces up and down. And&amp;nbsp;to top&amp;nbsp;it off,&amp;nbsp;it makes me feel really youthful!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Where is there jump rope, its been a while but I feel like double dutching! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Well, we all know about setting goals but, she added a little twist. She stated to write down your emotions. He may have weighted heavy when he first started carrying the mail house to house. He pound the pavements everyday with that over sized bag through rain, hail sleight or snow. The weight started shedding and shedding pounds from him and he begin to melt. After about one year the body adjusted to the change and began responding to the food intake.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The food intake settled and began resting the body. The mailman start feeling secure with his job, his route and surroundings. No changes seemed necessary, the weight started to pick up a little but no worries. After five additional years passed the weight accumulated and the more time and more weight. Do something different.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tis' the season&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; to use leftover chicken and turkey and create something tasty, healthy&amp;nbsp;and needed to keep moving towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Also by adding your protein, vegatables&amp;nbsp;and whole grain pasta noodles,&amp;nbsp;this can serve as a meal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Make healthy choices. This and something better is about to happen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

I had decided back in 2006 that I would not run anymore marathons because of the pain and knee injuries I was having. I hadnt a point to prove any longer and I had completed 4 marathons at that time. I wanted to finish faster, however I had accomplished the goal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="border-bottom: medium none; border-left: medium none; border-right: medium none; border-top: medium none;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In June 2007 my Dad passed.&lt;/strong&gt; He lived in pain and never did he give a piddy party while laying bed ridden. He was very strong, a joy to be around and he was my best friend, my hero. I decided to dedicate running with my Dad hand in&amp;nbsp;hand by carrying his drumstick. 2010, my fourth marathon later&amp;nbsp;with him, I have decided to stop ignoring the pain in my knees&amp;nbsp;and focus on a new challenge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;My Dad lived with high blood pressure&lt;/strong&gt; and the medications the majority of his life. He strongly advised me to never start taking the med's if I was ever diagnosed. Well, I was diagnosed early. I found that I&amp;nbsp;had HBP&amp;nbsp;through a change of events like passing out, the room fading to black, my equalibrium being off and my lims going numb.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Once, I passed out in the gym and when I awoke there were many &lt;strong&gt;unrecognized faces&lt;/strong&gt; standing in a circle over me trying to bring me back. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I went to doctor and my numbers were so high that she prescribed me a high numbers of different meds to begin right away. I refused the meds and ask for another options. She had me to said a waiver for refusing the meds and recommended exercise, meal change and breathing techniques. I have made a life style change. It wasnt easy, it was necessary.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I love you&amp;nbsp;Daddy&lt;/strong&gt; and we have a new challenge. "What is it Pamela Ann?" Body Sculpting, lets keep DRoPPING IT! I will still keep running, but our challenging distance will now be 13.1 miles, the half marathons! Im going to start skating again now too! The second pictue posted is for December 13th, gotta love the results. The ab workout started with ab workouts shared in the group. The more was growing the more workout we were receiving. This is your reality board. Now it is time to turn your thoughts into words, your words into a habits and your habits into reality.You have to know what your want to get where you want. In order to make it happen lets start with "what you want?" It could be a smaller waistline, loss weight, a healthier living, fit by fifty, your first triathlon, a better sample of health for your children or a free way of staying away from the doctor. Whatever it is you have to be specific. Write it down.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="background-color: orange; color: #fff2cc; font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Set a specific date&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; to reach your goal. Make a realistic goal date to achieve your goal that won't stress you out. Make a schedule that you can devote to regularly. If you have low energy and there is not enough time in your day to sleep, than this is a time management issue. You are beaten your self up to do everything else but you. How will you continue by getting sick about four times a year. Look at your schedule and eliminate what it is that is taking those 45 minutes for your exercise and DRoP IT. Think of what's really not a priority and is interfering in your health. You want an example? Okay, the television, the computer and the phone. We will go deeper into detail on another page, but make a more conscious amount of time for yourself and start doing less of the nothingness to do you more!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: orange; color: #fff2cc; font-size: large;"&gt;Having an accountability partner&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, group or resource to help keep your word. This is such a valuable part of making it happen. When you commit to what you want and share what you are going to do, you are going to have a lot of doubters. You have said this before, but you keep doing it the same way all the time. Your partner will hold you to it and they believe in you. This time you have to believe in you, do it different and DRoP the excuses. Your word and your effort will be supported and your testimony will inspire. Make sure you share in your efforts to better health.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: orange; color: #fff2cc; font-size: large;"&gt;Know what you want&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; and make a plan to achieve it. In order to work a plan you have to follow a plan. Research what you want, join a challenge, join a gym or something that will work for what you want. Know what to do, how to do and when to do it. If you don't know, ask. Make an effort, find it. Joining a group which share the same commonmotivation, inspires you will help you to achieve your goal. Opening and changing your mind set will give another way of making it happen. You cant keep doing the same thing the same way and get different results.&lt;br /&gt;

Medication cause side effects which troubles takers, which gives the dillusion od being angry and sad. Untereated HBP may lead to hypertension and cause heart disease, stroke and kidney failure.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Alternative ways&amp;nbsp;to batlling HBP&lt;/strong&gt; is a matter of controlling the mind, eating habits, resperation (breathing) and exercising 3-4 days a week. Control your breathing with a breathing exercise 20 minutes a day with music. Take the time with your to breath your regular pace to a dramatically slow pace. Start by enhaling and exhale to relax the muscle which dilates small bllod vessels so that the blood will flow more freely.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ways to lower blood pressure are: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Plannig regular power walks, make an effort and work up a sweat. &lt;br /&gt;

Eat potassium enriched produce such as celery or bananas. &lt;br /&gt;
Read the food labels, go with less sodium. &lt;br /&gt;
Take supplements such as mutivitamins an prescribed medications. &lt;br /&gt;
If you drink coffee go decaf. &lt;br /&gt;
Replace coffee drinking and go tea. &lt;br /&gt;
Drink less alcohol&lt;br /&gt;
Work less, by not over working yourself on the job. &lt;br /&gt;
