DPRNOK/DPFOK Minutes 06/18/2010  Belle Isle Library, OKC, OK

Board members Danny Buntin, Clinton Wiles, Larry Bonnell, Jeff Pickens.

1.  Constitutional meeting –single purpose of June meeting.  Quorum declared.

2.  Proposed to drop to one 501.c.4 operation –withdrawn.

Proposed to dissolve DPFOK and transfer all assets to DPRNOK – withdrawn

Proposed to transfer all assets of DPFOK to DPRNOK and then dissolve DPFOK – Seconded, Vote to be held 8 Aug or later to satisfy constitutionally required waiting period.

3.  Constitution:  Mission statement change to:  The DPRNOK serves the public with information about Drugs based on concepts of Freedom, Liberty and Responsibility.

Section. 2.  To nine board members

Section 5.b and 6.a. dropped.

Section 7.b  changed to President, Vice President or any 2 board members

Section 7.d  changed to any member can bring guest.

Section 6 & 7 changed to remove members with 2/3 vote of board members and refund prorated dues; removal requires a 30 day waiting period.

Article 9.  Transfer remaining resources to Salvation Army without regard to location.

5.  August meeting to be held in Tulsa.
