Hulmes Court is a Victorian Mansion built in the 1860′s by one of the first surgeons to arrive in the newly settled Otago region. The house is registered with the Historic Places Trust, which means that it is an important heritage building.

Here is Hulmes Court in the 1870′s.

Norman really tries to retain the Victorian feel of the property, and you will notice right from the moment you walk in how much character the house has. It really is something special!

We are one block away from one of the main carparking buildings in town, but we are better value for money as we don’t charge you to park your car with us!
