Ketemu lagi dengan pembahasan seputaran latihan perut agar six pack,langsung aja sobat kita bahas,untuk mendapatkan perut six pack harus di baringi dengan pola makan yg baik dan teratur contohnya sebagai berikut;&lt;br /&gt;
1.makan dengan porsi sedikit&lt;br /&gt;
2.hindari makan berlemak&lt;br /&gt;
3.perbanyak minum air putih (sedikit tp sering)dengan porsi 8 gelas perhari&lt;br /&gt;
4.jangan lewatkan asupan sarapan&lt;br /&gt;
5.istrahat yang cukup&lt;br /&gt;
6.hindari tidur larut malam&lt;br /&gt;
7.latihan yang baik dlm mencukupi set dan repetisi&lt;br /&gt;
Adapun latihannya sebagai berikut;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Russian twists(3 set antara 10-12 reps)&lt;br /&gt;
2.side jacknife &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(3 set antara 10-12 reps)&lt;br /&gt;
3.hanging leg raise( 3 set antara 10-12 reps)&lt;br /&gt;
4.bottom up ( 3 set antara 10-12 reps)&lt;br /&gt;
