Over his last five games, the NBA‘s leading MVP candidate has picked up the slack left behind by Russell Westbrook‘s absence in a big way, averaging 40.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 6.0 assists per contest while shooting 59 percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the three-point arc.
Yesterday he destroyed Portland finishing with 46 pts (17-25 from the field) 5 reb 4ast. He scored 11 points in the last 3:30 to help the Thunder win in comeback fashion against the Portland Trailblazers.

The Clippers signed veteran forward Hedo Turkoglu. Turkoglu signed a contract until the end of the season and right now it’s with the team on their 7-game road trip. This signing comes few days after Rivers said that he was impressed by Turkoglu in his training session in the Clippers facility. The Clippers roster now stands at 14 players + Darius Morris who was signed to a second 10 day contract . Also the LAC are expected to sign a back-up C, with the name of Andrew Bynum floating around as a potential addition to their roster.

Conley Breaks KD’s Ankles

In last nights game between OKC-MEM, Durant was on the receiving end of an ankle breaking crossover. Mike Conley, one of the most underrated play-makers in the NBA , on one possession took on KD, hitting him with a nasty left-to-right crossover before drilling a three in the face of helpless defender Steven Adams. Memphis won the game with 90-87 scoreline and Conley was one of the four Grizzlies players in double-digits. Conley had 19 pts/7 ast/2stl game and Durant was the leading scorer in the game with 37 pts/4 reb/4 ast

The New York Knicks have won four games in a row and they are in their longest winning streak of the season. They have been playing a good team ball lately and Amare Stoudemire has been a huge reason for this impressive streak. Stoudemire has been averaging 15 pts and 7 reb in the last four games for the NYK. Last night he posted impressive 21 pts and 5 reb while shooting 8-10 from the field. This is a reason to smile for the Knicks fans, because it’s the closest version to the Amare Stoudemire that they have signed 3 years ago.

During the second quarter, Sanders landed a clean shot with his elbow to the head of the Adams, which resulted in a flagrant foul of the most severe variety and an immediate ejection.
After the play was reviewed, the referees decided to give him a flagrant 2 and Senders was ejected from the game. At the end OKC wont the game with 101-85 result and Durant was the highest scorer with 33 point.
