The galley and dinette areas are great, the salon is large and all feel open and airy from an abundance of large windows.

Remarks
TENDER TOO is a great open fisherman. She was repowered with Caterpillar 3316's. The bottom was just painted in July 2007 and hull repainted in Fighting Lady Yellow. In the summer of 2006, LADY RITA underwent an extensive refitincluding the following: Interior decor (carpet, headliner & light fixtures,window treatments- Hunter Douglass electric blinds), wall covering, furniture, art work and accessories,replaced existing oak wood with high gloss cherry in main salon and faux paint remainder, new electronics, re-built air conditioning system, replaced or re-built all components of electrical system and frequency converter, all underwater machinery & thru hulls. In summer of '07 entire vessel had afresh Awl Grip paint job and additional cosmetic (new granite in galley) and mechanical improvementsthroughout. If ever there was a true turnkey vessel, LADY RITA qualifies. Boarding LADY RITA from her starboardwatertight door, one is greeted by a large, tropical-themed painting of sea fans, coral, and shells. The floor is white marble with blackgranite inlay in a diamond pattern. Proceeding aft, you enter the dedicated formal dining area. Centered is a glass table with seating for 6 on custom cherry wood arm chairs with silklight blue and brown upholstery. Above the dining table is a high gloss cherry soffitt housing a decorative light fixture. To port and starboard, the black granite counter topsare consistent with the rest of the boat. In addition, there are ample storage cabinets for flatware, silver and stemware, all in high gloss cherry. The forward bulkhead in the dining area is also high gloss cherry with two molded columns and a pair of framed shell prints. Entering the main salon from the dining area, an L-shaped bar withsimilar black granite counter top,occupies the starboard aft corner. There is seating for 3 on black lacquered bar stools with leather seats and various animal print fabrics on back.A liquor pantry is aft to starboard, as well as a wine chiller, ice maker and separate refrigerator under the bar. Across to port is a very inviting seating area featuring loose matching furniture. A beige loveseat faces forward, while the sofa (taupe on taupe pattern in chenille fabric)sits against the port bulkhead and faces inboard toward the bar. Two large occasional chairs are forward of the main seating area and face aft. At the foremost section of the seating area is a custom, high gloss cherry cabinet which houses the 50" Pioneer Elite plasma TV on an electric lift. The wood treatments in the main salon are high gloss cherry. Forward of the bar to starboard is a pop-up 28-bottle red wine storage rack topped in black granite with more stemware storage below in cherry cabinetry. Continuing aft from the salon, the aft deck is accessed through double stainless steel sliding doors with heavily tinted glass. Immediately, you notice the 10' varnished teak dining table with a large built-in upholstered bench seat with a dragonfly pattern. There is additional seating in 4all-weatherwicker chairs with a diamond pattern fabricin aqua & brown. Ample lighting and stereo speakers overhead make thisan idealsetting. Access to the flybridge and boat deck is via a stainless steel and teak ladder from the aft deck. Proceeding up the ladder, the 2500 lb. davit and 18' Avon hard bottom inflatable sit aft. Just forward and to starboard is a Jacuzzi tub with a full canvas cover. Across and to port of the Jacuzzi is a full size DCS propane barbeque and rotisserie, also with full cover. Accommodations
The interior accommodations are expansive and quite extravagant particularly for a sport fishing yacht of this size. The VIP guest stateroom is located forward, full widthwith a queen bed placed athwartships to port. The head and shower are located in the forepeak which provides for a very spacious cabin. There are four hanging lockers with louvered doors, one in each corner, and built-in cabinetry above the headboard and along the starboard bulkhead opposite the foot of the bed. There is a Corian countertop with drawers and cabinet storage beneath and an upholstered panel above. A TV is flush mounted in the cabinetry on the bulkhead above the countertop. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit provided for this cabin with controls in the main cabin. Lighting is provided by 12VDC and 12VAC fixtures overhead and on either side of the bed at the headboard. Indirect lighting is placed around the cabinets at the floor level and above. Two overhead hatches with screens open to the foredeck. The joiner work in this cabin is beautiful high gloss teak. The louvered doors are flat black accenting the ultra suede bed-spread and pillow shams. Colorful print patterned upholstery is above the countertop opposite the bed. The spacious owner`s stateroom is located amidships and is reached from the starboard companionway. This stateroom is very spacious and beautifully appointed. There is a queen bed with the head at the aft bulkhead. The upholstered headboard and custom bedspread in this room is very striking. There is a built-in night table on either side. The wall opposite the foot of the bed is mirrored with built-in TV and entertainment center, hanging cedar lockers and drawers. A mirrored vanity with makeup lighting, cabinet, drawers and recessed stool is built into the port side wall. The Ensuite head is nicely appointed and has a separate stall shower, mirrored vanity, Corian molded washbasin and Galley Maid heads. The lighting is provided by 12VDC and 12VAC fixtures in the overhead and at the head of the bed. There is also indirect lighting at the floor level around the base of the bed. An overhead hatch with screen is located above the vanity. The walls are high gloss teak and the carpet is a custom design which resembles sand on a beach. The custom bedspread is tastefully accented with colorful throw pillows and shams. Moving aft along the starboard companionway from the owner`s stateroom is the guest/crew cabin companionway lying port to starboard aft of the owner's stateroom. A washer and dryer are mounted in a recessed cabinet in the companionway. The guest head with shower isto the port end of the companionway and serves both cabins. Each of these two cabins has twin berths, a hanging locker and drawers. Each cabin is reached from the companionway down two steps.Rod lockers with sliding smoked Plexiglas doors and indirect lighting are placed along the outboard bulkhead providing an excellent display for blue water fishing tackle.Wallpaper as well as all new headliner in the entire vesselenhances the relaxingdecor.
Cockpit
A custom solid wood sliding door in the aft salon bulkhead provides access to the spacious cockpit which is well equipped for diving, fishing, and access to water toys. The transom gate and tuna door work equally well for boarding large fish. Padded white bolstersare mounted on tracks toport, starboard and aft. The wide teak covering boards have flush mounted rod holders and are maintained in natural teak finish. Built-in cabinets aft in the cockpit house the bait prep center, tackle cabinet, freezer, cockpit controls and engine room access hatchway. The cockpit deck has been completely reinforced, glassed and painted with Imron non skid. Rupp gold anodized rod holders are welded to the tower legs to port and starboard and to the aft flybridge railings.

This beautiful "Convertible / Luxury Yacht" is a one of a kind vessel. The present and only owner has spared no expense in its upkeep and constant updating and improvement.The vessel has recently undergone a major refit which included engine upgrades to Deutz 2050hp diesels with full engine warranty for the next 4 years. When one enters this impressive vessel, you are greeted by a rich natural wood finish, with a large leather L-shaped sofa to port and a full wet bar and Scotsman icemaker to starboard. The sofa features excellent storage for rods and various other items. Directly ahead of the salon is an open spacious galley featuring full size appliances, that include everything from full size oven to trash compactor and dishwashers. The galley also features a rich wooden table with a wrap around leather settee.As one proceeds forward towards the stairs, you find a beautifully appointed day head to starboard, with a full walk-in pantry and freezer to port. As you proceed down the stairs there is another massive storage area to starboard. As you reach the bottom of the stairs, to port and aft you find the spacious full beam master stateroom. It features a full Ensuite head and custom makeup area with plenty of storage and cupboard space. Forward of the master to starboard is a twin bunk bed guest stateroom and to port is a twin single guest room with a full Ensuite that has entrances to both the hallway and the stateroom. Finally the luxurious VIP stateroom is located all the way forward and again features a beautiful Ensuite head. Great details have been given to each stateroom and heads using only the finest hard surface countertops with equally beautiful faucets.Each stateroom has it own entertainment system and television for the comfort of all parties on board.
