Gráfico - Mudar o Título dos Eixos

Algumas vezes precisamos fazer pequenas alterações nos gráficos, tais como remover legenda, remover títulos dos eixos, remover valores dos eixos, transformar em 3D, etc…

Neste exemplo iremos mudar o título dos eixos do gráfico abaixo:

Primeiro devemos exportar o gráfico
Abra o aquivo XML, e localize as definições da área <ChartArea> e acrescente o atributo Title com o valor desejado conforme exemplo abaixo

Salve o arquivo XML, e importe o Gráfico

E a aparência do gráfico ficará conforme abaixo

Gráfico – Remover Legenda

Salve o arquivo XML, e importe o Gráfico

E a aparência do gráfico ficará conforme abaixo

Erro ao Importar Soluções - An item with the same key has already been added.

Passamos 3 mêses trabalhando em um projeto… Relatórios Customizados, Gráficos que encheram os olhos do cliente, Workflows customizados… Momento de colocar em produção… Solução exportada, é momento de Importar… Huuumm deu “pau”.

Para resolver este problema devemos descompactar a solução, e editar o arquivo customizations.xml

Este erro costuma aparecer nas definições dos atributos, onde o nome do attributo não , coincide com o nome criado no ambiente ao qual deseja importar a solução <attribute>.

Para corrigir identifique qual a entidade relacionada conforme log de erro, e vá até as definições dos atributos <attribute> e corriga o nome.

Compacte novamente os arquivos (zip), e renomeie o arquivo preferencialmente com o mesmo nome da solução exportada.

Para resolver este problema devemos descompactar a solução, e editar o arquivo customizations.xml

Este erro costuma aparecer nas definições das Entidades <Entity>.

Para corrigir identifique qual a entidade relacionada conforme log de erro, e vá até as definições de entidade <Entity> e procure pela tag <Name> e verifique se o nome está igual ao contido na tag <entity>, e faça a correção.

Compacte novamente os arquivos (zip), e renomeie o arquivo preferencialmente com o mesmo nome da solução exportada.

Erro ao Importar Soluções – The Label attribute is not declared

Para resolver este problema devemos descompactar a solução, e editar o arquivo customizations.xml

Este erro costuma aparecer nas definições das views das entidades <savedquery>.

Para corrigir identifique qual a entidade relacionada conforme log de erro, e vá até as definições de views <savedquery> e procure por “label=” no layout do grid, apage este atributo e salve o arquivo.

Compacte novamente os arquivos (zip), e renomeie o arquivo preferencialmente com o mesmo nome da solução exportada.

* Exporta a solução como solução gerenciada.

Soluções Gerenciadas

* Você não pode adicionar ou remover componentes

* Você não pode exportar soluções gerenciadas

* Deletando uma solução gerenciada, irá desinstalar todos os componentes contido nela.

Usando propriedades gerenciadas, podemos controlar se um componente da solução é personalizável e que partes específicas do que pode ser personalizado.
As propriedades gerenciadas deve ser definida em uma solução não gerenciada. As definições de propriedades gerenciadas apenas são aplicadas após a solução gerenciada foi empacotada e instalada.

Ao tentar gravar uma ocorrência/incidente, apresenta um exception com a mensagem "Você deveria especificar um parente Contato ou Conta".

Para resolver basta atribuir o valor do atributo customerid conforme exemplo abaixo:

Customize the Ribbon
We often need to customize the Ribbon (adding new buttons, hiding buttons natives, creating new groups).
And sometimes this job becomes difficult when we do not know the structure of the xml file when export a ribbon for editing.

Custom Entity Type Code List

In the previous post, we list the codes of entity types. For type code custom entity, click the Add or Change, and note the URL

You check the parameter "etc", this would be the entity code (10018).
All custom entity *** start from number 10,000.

Você verificará o parâmetro “etc”, este seria o código da nossa entidade (10018).

Editing the navigation options (SiteMap)

Some times we feel the need to change the options for application navigation. In this post we will change the descriptions of Accounts and Contacts.

In your solution, click Add Existing, and select Site Map.

After adding, select the component Sitemap, and click Export Solution.

Follow the steps as below pictures

After you click Export, Save on your local machine.

Unzip the saved file, and edit the file customizations.
You will see something similar as below:

Customer Group, add the Title tag, and save the file.

Select all the files and compress again.

In Dynamics CRM, go to Settings, Solutions, and click Import

Select the file you created, and then follow the steps below.

After publishing, you will see that the titles of accounts and contacts changed.

Editando as opções de navegação (SiteMap)

Alguma vezes poderemos sentir a necessidade de alterar as opções de navegação da aplicação. Neste post iremos alterar as descrições de Contas e Contatos.

Na sua solução, clique em Adicionar Existente, e selecione Mapa do Site.

Após adicionar, selecione o componente Mapa do Site, e clique em Exportar Solução.

Siga os passos conforme imagens abaixo

Após clicar em Exportar, Salve na sua máquina local.

Descompacte o arquivo salvo, e edite o arquivo customizations.
Você verá algo semelhante como abaixo:

No Grupo Customer, acrescente a tag Title, e salve o arquivo.

Selecione todos os arquivos, e compacte novamente.

No Dynamics CRM, vá até Configurações, Soluções clique em Importar

Selecione o arquivo criado, e siga os passos abaixo.

Após publicar, veremos que os títulos de contas e contatos mudaram.

Adding button on the Ribbon

In the previous post we talked about the tool to edit the ribbon 14. Customize the Ribbon.
In this post we will use a simple Visual Ribbon Editor.
Enter the Visual Ribbon Editor, and will be presented the options menu.

Click the button A, and enter the URL of the CRM, Organization username and password.

After connected to CRM, click the B button, to select the entity that you want to edit the ribbon.
In our example we will select the Account entity.

After selecting the entity and clicking OK will load the ribbon of the entity.

Click the E button to create a new button, and enter the name for the button.

In the property window, tab detail complete the fields.

Then let the action button with the name of the function and javascript library.

Finally click the C button to save. So save ability is already in Dynamics CRM.

Clicking the MOSTRAR NOME will display the account name.

Adicionando botão na Ribbon

No post anterior falamos sobre a ferramenta para editar a ribbon 14. Customizar a Ribbon.
Neste post iremos usar de uma forma simples o Visual Ribbon Editor.
Entre no Visual Ribbon Editor, e será apresentado o menu de opções.

Clique no botão A, e informe a URL do CRM, Organização, Login e Senha.

Após conectado ao CRM, clique no botão B, para selecionar a entidade ao qual deseja editar a ribbbon. No nosso exemplo iremos selecionar a entidade Conta.

Após selecionar a entidade e clicar no botão OK, será carrega a ribbon da entidade.

Clique no botão E, para criar um novo botão, e informe o nome para o botão.

Na janela de propriedade, na aba detalhe preencha os campos.

Em seguida informe a ação do botão, com o nome da função e biblioteca javascript.

Para finalizar clique no botão C para salvar. Assim que salvar já estará habilidade no Dynamics CRM.

Customizar a Ribbon
Muitas vezes a necessidade de customizar a Ribbon (adicionando novos botões, escondendo botões nativos, criando novos grupos). E as vezes este trabalho se torna difícil quando não conhecemos a estrutura do arquivo xml, ao exportar uma ribbon para edição.
