Sometimes we already have a great design in place, but need a little help tidying up, adding the latest JavaScript hack or simply rearranging items in the layout.

For those who need a little help making their Blogger templates just right, I offer my services at an hourly rate and can either implement customizations for you or work alongside you to explain exactly how to achieve this yourself.

Pricing and Turnaround

For minor customization/blog tweaking services, my current hourly rate is $20 USD per hour. Work is generally completed within 1-2 days (depending on the level of customization required and current scheduling of projects).

One of the most useful services provided by Blogger is the ability to use custom domains for our sites. Rather than visit our sites using a *blogspot.com subdomain, we can use www.TwistedMonkeys.net, WeLoveBlogger.com, Blog.MySite.com... Indeed, any domain name we choose.

For those who already own a domain name, or would like assistance in setting up custom domains for their Blogger blog, I offer a complete "Custom Domain" service which includes:

Changing DNS properties and connecting your domain with your Blogger site
WWW to non-WWW redirection
Email set up (using Google Mail) enabling you to send and receive emails using an address linked to your domain name

Pricing and Turnaround

The cost for complete Custom Domain set up is $20 USD with same/next day turnaround after payment is received.

Extra costs apply if you require a domain name to be purchased on your behalf.

Here is my latest free Blogger template, which can be downloaded from Blogger Buster.

Nexus 5 is a one column template, with widgetized sections in the footer for any gadgets you may like to include. A wider, two column version will be available shortly for those who prefer gadgets in a sidebar section.

This template uses many HTML 5 and CSS3 elements to create a more innovative design without the use of excessive background images. It does gracefully degrade in browsers which do not support CSS3 elements to ensure the greatest percentage of visitors will appreciate the full scope of the design.
