During our Site Survey we received a lot of feedback from visitors and Members who felt that the Member login process was too difficult.

As a result of this feedback we have simplified the Member login process.

You can now login using either your registered e-mail address or your Membership Number.

We’ve also improved security and security checks on Member login, which now happens in the background. This means we have been able to remove the Turning Code which previously required user interaction.

If you do not remember your password you can request this during the login process and a reminder will be sent directly to the registered address on your Membership.

If you have old accounts using the same e-mail address all the accounts associated with your email address will all be displayed, you will then be required to select from a list of possible accounts.

From Monday 1st November 2010 we are pleased to announce that Members with a UK Bank Account can now select to withdraw funds from their e-wallet via BACS. Most of our Members probably already know of or have heard about BACS. BACS has been at the heart of the payments industry for many years and last year alone transacted 5.6 billion UK payments with a total value of £3.83 trillion GBP.

This is FANTASTIC NEWS for all our Player Members!

Take a look in your Member Back Office and you will find that it’s a very simple process to set up and use the BACS system to request a withdrawal from your e-wallet.  The whole process can take as little as 3 working days (to a maximum of 13 days), following the request, depending on the day of the week that the request is made. 

The “BACS request” processing will be created once a week, usually on a Friday - and twice a week in the first week of each new Business Cycle, on a Tuesday and Friday. Once the payment request has been passed to BACS it takes 3 working days to arrive in your nominated UK account.

The BACS facility is for “direct credit payments” only. Members cannot pay for their syndicate places using BACS.
