The simplest and most convenient underfloor heating mat system. Flexi-Fast mat is similar to the fixed mat system but has the added advantage of being flexible and will stretch up to 50% in length for in-situ adjustments. The 200W rated Flexi-Fast Mat is designed for inherent cold rooms that require a fast response time to meet temperature settings.

With the heating cable secured to the underfloor heating mat in a uniform pattern, hot and cold spots are easily avoided and with the benefit of the extra stretch, makes this system the ideal kit for all room installations. Simply roll out the flexi-Fast mat to the required position on the prepared concrete or boarded floor, pin at one end with the fixing lugs, stretch to fit (if so required) and secure, cover in screed and finally lay the finished floor covering. Flexi-mats have a single ended 2 core cable which connects to the programmer (via an RCD), simplifying the installation process and making this system the ideal choice for trade and DIY installers.

Heatrae Sadia's Hotflo range sets a new standard in value for money small unvented water heating. Hotflo can service up to three basins and incorporates a copper inner container, requiring no anode, to achieve optimum performance in terms of durability and corrosion resistance.

The Zip Varipoint lll is a medium capacity unvented water heater that delivers hot water for multiple outlets.

It is available in 30, 50, 80 and 100 litre models and has a heavy gauge copper storage tank tested to 12 bar and five year warranty on the tank and two years on controls.

The Zip Varipoint lll (30, 50, 80 & 100 litre) comes with all the necessary accessories and factory fitted P&T valve.

The EW range of Unvented water storage heaters have been designed to provide stored hot water from a mains pressurised water supply. The EW range has been designed without the need for the temperature and pressure relief device making installation even simpler.
