&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Executes the Product Quality Assurance (&lt;span class="caps"&gt;PQA&lt;/span&gt;) responsibilities according to the Melexis Development flow.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Ownership for updating product related documentation, procedures and instructions.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Acts as global &lt;span class="caps"&gt;PQA&lt;/span&gt; responsible for specific existing processes (e.g. change management, audits, system improvements) including process improvements and definition of lessons learnt.&lt;br /&gt;

		&lt;li&gt;Develop test programs for Microchip’s wireless devices , including bench verifications of RF parameters&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Monitor product yields to identify and implement cost effective solutions &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Develop and run characterization test programs for AC, DC and RF data collection&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Understand the contributers to cost and drive cost reductions &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Ensure product quality meets/exceeds customer expectations and is consistent with corporate requirements &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Maintain and enhance test programs to improve efficiency, quality and support added features&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Support production facility and their sustaining activites&lt;br /&gt;
